oordinator, Debra Sircy, was accessible, professional and full of valuable guidance. She helped us with everything from floor plan ideas to understanding industry standards and best practices, which gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout the planning process.
Debra’s attention to detail truly shined when it came to creating a seamless timeline and managing all of our vendors. She took charge of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception with such skill that everything flowed perfectly. This was no small task, as our wedding included a cocktail hour, popcorn bar, coffee bar, dinner service, DJ, and a Photo Booth- yet Debra managed it all effortlessly. Every guest experience was smooth, enjoyable and memorable, and both the bride and groom, as well as the wedding party, felt cared for every step of the way.
As the mother of the bride, the greatest gift was the amount of stress that was lifted off my shoulders. I was able to be fully present and enjoy the day with my daughter without worrying about the small details, because Debra had every single one handled down to perfection. The day was not only beautiful but stress-free for our family.

ber had video chats with us to touch base and make sure our plans were on track. Planning is stressful and it’s nice having someone to assure you that you’re not as behind as you feel. Ultimately, what makes me glad we booked Amber is how helpful they were for the day of coordination. They saved the day with zip ties when we had no way of putting up our flowers (which on the morning of your wedding seems like a crisis!) We had a logistically challenging venue and a separate ceremony spot and Amber’s team was able to assist at both locations, make sure all vendors got checked in, and manned the front door and elevator which were accessible only with a key fob. Taking that stress off of us was really priceless. Thank you Amber!
