Hiring Nicole was the best decision we made for our wedding reception! Nicole was our day of coordinator but she was began helping us from our initial consultation. She helped us organize our thoughts and ideas and helped create a plan on how to execute. We designed and ordered all of our signs with Nicole and they came out beautifully. She even helped us design signs for our other wedding events and sent us proofs and pictures to approve. Gabby and Nicole were so helpful the day of the event in organizing our 400 person event. Day Of: Nicole and Gabby took care of all the details to help make the day go smoothly. They picked up our DIY decor and set them up including the table numbers, favors, cake decor and knives, and packed everything up for us. We didn’t have to worry about any of the details including our tips since Nicole helped distribute them. We would highly recommend using Enchanted Occasions for your special events.

Do yourself a favor and hire a day of coordinator. Nicole was wonderful to work with and she is super sweet. I got sick with bronchitis three weeks before our wedding and she was texting me to see how I was feeling. She worked with each of our vendors and made sure our wedding day timeline was executed and that we stayed on time. If there were any issues on the day of the wedding, I didn’t know about it and the entire day was completely stress free for us. Our wedding day was successful in huge part because of Nicole.

Nicole is absolutely amazing. From start to finish she literally never missed a beat. Any question I had small or big she answered immediately. Nicole, I never could repay you for making our day so special. Thank you for everything you did for us. Nicole outdid herself!! She was amazing! We hired her for full wedding planning and she helped me plan the best wedding of all time. Not. One. Thing. Went wrong. The dj was perfect, the drinks were flowing, the food was spectacular, the flowers were sensational, the centerpieces are amazing, even the details came out perfect! She put up with our crazy shenanigans. She was patient, kind and worth every single penny! I’d recommend her to anyone! A million stars wouldn’t be enough!

Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the moment I booked her as my day of coordinator I felt a weight lifted off my shoulder! She helped me develop the perfect timeline and coordinated with all our vendors prior to the wedding! Day of she worked her magic! She turned our wedding into everything I envisioned and more!!! Nicole was absolutely amazing to work with and I’m so happy we found her to be our wedding planner! During the entire process she was always responsive and willing to answer any questions we had. Planning our wedding was a unique process due to having 2 ceremonies, a lunch and a reception all in one day but Nicole helped to make it all happen! She took a lot off my plate especially the week leading up to the wedding and of course on the day of as well. I’m sure there were things behind the scenes that came up but Nicole handled everything seamlessly and I didn’t even know if there were any hiccups on wedding day. She kept us on schedule but still managed to check in with us to make sure we were happy with how the day was going. She made all of our visions come to life and so many of our guests said our wedding was one of the best they have ever been to! We highly recommend Nicole!

Nicole was absolutely incredible. I could not have asked for someone who was more attentive, kind, respectful, professional and willing to go above and beyond to make our day perfect. I would recommend Nicole for any couple getting married (or any event for that matter) because she made our day truly special. Nicole was nothing short of a godsend not only on wedding day but all the days leading up. She is responsive and was at my disposal for every silly question and panicked request during planning. She anticipated my every need on wedding day. I had to stop myself from asking “what about…?” And “did we do…?” Because I soon realized that anything I was thinking about that morning, Nicole was 10 steps ahead and had already handled it. Not only is Nicole incredible at her job, but she goes above and beyond. Every request I had (many outside of her job description lol) she took on without a second thought and with a smile. She is a lady of many hats and she wears them well!! The day would not have been possible without Nicole. Her execution of my vision was better than I could have done myself. All of her behind the scenes work, putting out fires as they arose (most of which I didn’t even know about until the party was over), coordinating vendors, as well as keeping everything on schedule from morning until night, allowed the day to go off without a hitch. She was single handedly the most integral vendor of our day. Nicole is organized, dedicated and exceptional, to say the least. Hire her for your day, you won’t be disappointed!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Both Nicole & Gabby went above and beyond to make our special day flawless. They took so much weight off our shoulders and put our visions into reality. From start to finish they were execeptional! Available WHENEVER I needed them whether it was a question or to vent or even to run out the day of the wedding and get us sparklers because we forgot. Life savers!!! We couldn’t be more grateful for everything you guys did for us this whole entire process. Best decision we ever made!!

I planned my wedding in 4 months and in an effort to DIY all my decor/flowers I really thought I would be able to manage running the show on the big day! My fiancé knew how stressed I was getting and told me we should hire someone. I randomly found Nicole on Instagram after searching posts at the venue. I reached out to her and she responded quickly that she was available on our wedding date and although I was hesitant in an effort to be economical her package was indeed within our budget! Honestly Thank God for Nicole because I really don’t know how I would have gotten through the day without her. She was thorough, professional, so nice, and made sure we stayed on schedule the entire day. She even took behind the scenes pictures so I could look at them the next day! She went above and beyond, brought an emergency kit which I forgot and was so helpful, she even gave us a picture frame gift which I LOVED and was not expecting at all. In short Nicole was amazing! I’m so happy she was there for us on our big day and I would recommend her 1000 times over. If you’re trying to DIY or have a small/large wedding, hire Nicole! Hire her now! Did an amazing job, we hire Nicole for day of coordination, from the day we hire her she was available through email and txt for questions. Two months before our day is when we really started to communicate regularly we had a few calls to go over details and specifics for vendors, She took care of all the communication with our vendors starting at this point. The week of the wedding we had a final call to make sure I was confident she had my vision and details handled. She attended the rehearsal the day of the wedding and helped the team set up all my personal items and decorations the morning of the wedding and communicated my last minute setup changes to the DJ. My family tells me the stories of all the things that went amiss and she was so amazing that she handled everything and I didn’t find out any of the issues till days after the wedding. We would highly recommend hiring her

We contacted Nicole early on in our wedding planning process because we had too much going on in our lives to give our wedding the attention it needed. Nicole went on venue tours with us and always gave her honest opinion. We booked a venue we were happy with but ultimately had too many issues to continue with their services. Nicole helped us weigh our options and make those hard decisions about how to proceed from basically square one with only a couple months to go until the wedding date we initially picked. Ultimately we made it through the planning process and had the wedding on our originally selected date at a new venue—which is an amazing feat. Nicole was great through the entire process but the week of the wedding is really where she shined. Nicole was empathetic and caring for us as the couple (and our wedding party and parents) but absolutely stern and professional with the vendors to ensure that everything went as we expected. On the day of the wedding, she took control of the timeline to make sure everything ran smoothly and stayed on time. Our venue came with a day-of coordinator, and Nicole worked very well with her to share responsibilities to make sure absolutely everything was covered. We did have one issue with one of our vendors, but Nicole stepped in and took control of that situation so it did not have a negative impact on our day beyond the initial hiccup. In addition to all of the above, Nicole also made our save the dates, wedding website, made and sent our invitations, managed our RSVPs (which were coming in both the mail and electronically), used all of our décor to decorate the venue (filled in a couple of things we missed with décor she had), and made various signage for the wedding and pre wedding activities. Now we are two months out from our wedding and still in contact with Nicole to wrap up some vendor items, we are so happy Nicole is sticking by us and still helping us get through it.

Nicole made our wedding planning process and special day so easy and seamless! She has an extremely creative mindset, is super responsive and executes perfectly. She was very knowledgeable about vendors,venues etc. which completely took the stress off of me . Wedding weekend came and went but Nicole made sure to create a wedding experience that we will cherish for a lifetime. My husband and I can not thank her enough! Ps. She answers 2 am phone calls when you are having a complete meltdown :)

Nicole came into our wedding planning process about 10 months before we got married and worked with us for partial planning as we already had most of our vendors booked. After debating back and forth whether we needed a wedding planner, I am SO glad that we decided to, and Nicole was our saving grace the week of the wedding. As a Type A personality, I am always trying to be involved in perfecting details which meant I spent a lot of time texting or emailing Nicole at random hours about random thoughts throughout the process. She always responded quickly and was able to help me come up with options if I needed them, or just take care of whatever I was asking about. The day of the wedding Nicole kept us to our timeline, made sure I didn’t have to think about where I needed to be, and took care of every detail - making our wedding dream come true. For anyone on the fence - Nicole and her team will make the entire process as stress free as possible!

Nicole made our wedding dreams come true! We utilized her partial planning services and could not be more grateful for everything she did! From finding vendors to creating our signs and decor, Nicole took all the stress away and was available to help and answer all of our crazy questions along the way. Where can I start? My friend from college had her wedding last year, in 2020, in the height of the pandemic. We met Nicole at her wedding, and she did such a beautiful job organizing my friend’s wedding, making everything look so nice and making sure her day ran smoothly. I reached out to my friend, letting her know how beautiful her wedding was and how everything was so organized. She messaged back to me, recommending Enchanted Events as a wedding planner. At first I was doubtful. I didn’t need a wedding planner, since I was so into planning things out by myself, did I? I had all the details down, picked most of my vendors, and I thought I had everything under control… however, I did need a day-of coordinator. So seeing that enchanted events did an amazing job at my friend’s wedding, I decided to give Nicole a chance. I reached out to Nicole, and she responded instantly, and was extremely easy to talk to from the get go. I hired her immediately, for my wedding on September 5th, 2021. Nicole has been nothing but kind, understanding, and supportive since the day I hired her. She was always there for me to reach her, always just a text away. She recommended many vendors for us, that we needed. She pointed me towards where to look whenever I asked for her help. When our limo cancelled a week prior to the wedding, Nicole was quick to give a couple of recommendations for some limo reputable companies. And then the unspeakable happened. On the day of our wedding, my videographer cancelled the day of. He had an emergency regarding his wife. I was devastated. Nicole found out that my videographer cancelled and she immediately pulled out her phone and started taking video herself. I had no clue, and just moved on with the wedding while holding back tears, keeping a happy face outside. Inside, I was so upset that we wouldn’t have video of our wedding. Not only did nicole take videos, she also spent 6+ hours putting together the video for us, to surprise me and my husband a couple days later. We are so grateful to enchanted events, and Nicole is truly a godsend - I am so happy I hired her. She is worth every Penny she charges - and more. I could go on and on about how great she is; and how she made my wedding day perfect, but I will settle with what I have written. Thank you so much Nicole for making my wedding day a blast. Nicole was a dream to work with! We had some hiccups with our venue, but we felt at ease knowing Nicole could take the lead on the day of and she didn't skip a bit! I would definitely recommend Nicole to any family member or friend planning a wedding

I will begin by saying that I am a very type A personality and really thought I could do everything myself but about a month before my wedding I had the realization that it is ok to ask for help... and I am so glad that I did! Nicole was exceptionally helpful not only on the wedding day but when I had mini panic attacks about minor details leading up to the big day. She answered every text and e-mail and kept a positive and helpful attitude the whole time. On the day of, she wrangled my vendors, put out a couple fires due to misunderstandings with the floor plan/venue and set everything up exactly how I envisioned. We had the most perfect day and I would hire Nicole a million times over!

Nicole was absolutely amazing throughout the wedding day planning process! She was always available to talk on the phone, meet me at my wedding venue, and answer all of my emails. She made my wedding day unforgettable and I absolutely wouldn't have had the same experience without her. She set up all of my wedding day decor details and communicated with all of my wedding day vendors, in order to create a seamless experience on my wedding day. There was absolutely no stress in my mind, because I knew Nicole was always there to make sure everything was in place. Nicole was supposed to help coordinate day of but she went above and beyond by checking in on me in the months leading up to my wedding and putting together a candy bar. I was so relaxed because she fielded any questions and kept the food line moving. She constantly checked in to make sure I was eating and having a good time. Thanks so much!
