Encompass Weddings was truly the best decision we made for our wedding photography and videography. From the very start they were accommodating, helpful, responsive, patient, professional and went above and beyond all of our wants and needs. They contracted a perfect photographer and videographer in our area that we couldn't have been more happy with. The photo editing was absolutely perfect and beautiful. Encompass was truly an amazing company to work with, throughout our entire wedding planning process as we had about a year from the date we booked with them to our actual wedding date. The booking agent was constantly giving us updates and let us feel like we weren't forgotten about. We seriously couldn't be happier with the 7 minute highlight video we received, it captured every special moment perfectly and got all the footage we would possibly want in a video highlight. We would highly recommend Encompass (and have to friends getting married in the future). Choosing Encompass Wedding for our wedding was truly the best decision we could have made. With a limited budget, we didn’t have high expectations for photos and video, but they exceeded all our hopes and created such stunning work.
Since we had no prior experience with photoshoots, we felt a bit awkward at first, but the photographer and videographer made us feel so comfortable and created a natural atmosphere, for which we are incredibly grateful. Despite the cloudy weather on our wedding day, they edited the photos to create the bright and cheerful vibe we had requested, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Encompass was an amazing company to work with, throughout our wedding planning process. We lucked out and bought a package during Black Friday last year, and could not have been happier with the experience.
The booking agent was extremely kind, answered lots of questions, and stayed with us throughout the planning process (almost an entire year). She was communicative, understanding, and patient with us. We received updates regularly, and response times were very quick.
We ended up booking with some AMAZING video and photo artists. They were 10/10 throughout the whole experience on our special day, and put out some amazing photos.
The RESULTS! Cannot be happier with the 7 minute highlight video, capturing the day perfectly!!! I’ve probably watched it 50 times and we’ve only had it for a week. The pictures were edited perfectly, and the offer of a USB with all footage for a nominal extra cost, makes it worth every penny. We could not recommend working with the company MORE!

I could not recommend Encompass weddings enough! We were on a pretty tight budget for our wedding but still wanted beautiful photos and were sooooo lucky when we stumbled across Encompass’s page on Instagram. Not only were we able to afford incredible images but also probably the most amazing videographer ever. We worked with the sweetest husband and wife team, met with them before to discuss all the details and they captured EVERYTHING we wanted and more. The editing and communication after the wedding was perfect and we felt informed and confident through out the entire process. Probably the most reliable vendor from our long list of the day, 100/10 would recommend!!

I went through Encompass Weddings in August of 2024 for my wedding. When I say they did an outstanding job, that is an understatement. I selected a photo and video package, and then later on decided to upgrade for longer coverage. They made the switch a breeze. They asked me so many questions to ensure they paired me with the perfect photographer and videographer. Their team is so quick to answer and beyond helpful. There wasn’t a single time I had a question go unanswered or a problem go unresolved. The photographer and videographer were both so sweet yet so professional and captured my special day so perfectly. On top of all of that, when compared to hiring a photographer and videographer on your own, you save TONS. I know when I checked to see how much the photographer and videographer would have charged if hired outright, it was over double what I paid. If I had to do my wedding all over again, I would choose Encompass Weddings to handle my photography and videography all over again.❤️

We're excited to have used Encompass Weddings to staff our videographer and photographers. We couldn't have found better pricing for as many photos as we received elsewhere. Pre-wedding communication was unbeatable amongst our wedding vendors. I'd like to thank Lindy with Encompass for effortlessly keeping our contract on track and being there to answer questions every step of the way.
Although we had a slight post-wedding discrepancy regarding missing photos, Jadie stopped at nothing to resolve our issue until we were satisfied. All in all, we received more photos than expected, for a better price than most, with beautiful photos.

We were skeptical at first because we have never been through a vendor for photographers or videographers. I have to admit, they booked us very professional and charismatic photographers and videographers. Our wedding was on such short notice and they formed us a team in less than a week. At first our first photographer wasn’t great, we let Encompass know and within the next few days we had someone even better assigned to us. They were professional, efficient, and very fun people to even just talk with over the phone. The pricing is unbeatable compared to most companies, when they say “it’s too good to be true” well… it’s not. It really is good and they are honest people. We would definitely recommend them for anyone on their special day.

I saw an ad for Encompass and was interested in using them for our photos and video services. However, after reading some negative reviews I was initially nervous.
Because we were on a tight budget we decided to go forward and I was happy to find out my nerves were unfounded. The process was super smooth from start to finish, from signing and paying, communicating with the team and with our photographer / videographer and viewing / downloading the content.
Even the process of changing our photographer and videographer because we weren't happy with the style of the original selections was made very smooth and seamless.
On the day of our wedding both our photographer and videographer were so professional and kind. They mentioned they work together a lot which made for an easy experience for them and a fun and exciting one for us and our guests.

I very much so enjoyed using Encompass Weddings! Photography for my wedding was a top priority for me. I was provided options for photographers and able to choose who I liked best. Our videographer Craig also did an AMAZING job! We were very pleased with our photos and videos and both the photographer & videographer were etremely flexible in making sure we got everything we wanted. If there was anything I needed corrected (during the editing process) the employees communicated quickly and were very understanding. I felt bad for asking so many questions but they made me feel comfortable! The only thing I didn't love was that photoshop was an additional cost (have some reflections of photographer/videographer in some photos, or people from the wedding party were slightly cropped out). If you're looking for a cheaper option with great quality I highly recommend Encompass Weddings!

They were very responsive the entire time, and connected us with our photographer and videographer in plenty of time to connect before the big day, which definitely helped remove some of the normal wedding planning stress. Our photographer even got sick right before the wedding day and Encompass Weddings connected us with a new one before I could even think about stressing over it. Our experience with Encompass Weddings was awful. We booked them over a year out from our wedding and around the 6 month mark I reached out to them to touch base. I heard nothing back. I continued to reach out, at least every month and finally heard back around the 2 month mark. At this point I was told I did not have a videographer yet. I did not understand how that could be since we booked so long ago. Apparently they contract out for videographers/photographers but they NEVER disclosed that information to me. It was not anywhere in our conversations, nor was it in the contract.
Before we hit a month out I reached out again and basically said this was not acceptable and once we were a month out if they still didn’t have a videographer for us, we wanted our deposit back. Because at this point, let’s me honest. We would not find someone else. Well they found someone and sent me their email and said I would hear from them. When I asked for their portfolio or if I could see any of their work, they never responded. Luckily the videographer himself was great, he passed that along. Going forward with the schedule for the day, we had issues figuring it out with Encompass and what was promised when we signed the contract. A week out from the wedding they were not responding to us, AGAIN. Luckily our videographer was on the ball and so so helpful-but encompass was not. We just got our video back and it was great, but the raw footage of our vows and first look has some issues. The audio was messed up due to the wind and rain. When I reached out to encompass to ask if they had the audio for it, they sent me back a short message saying audio wasn’t included in my contract so no.
The videographer was wonderful and did have the audio, just not as great of a version and sent that immediately.
I would highly recommend our videographer but would not at all recommend Encompass to anyone. Horrible experience with them all around.

The worst experience possible with this vendor. We missed the majority of our reception due to the photographer, had to pay a travel fee even though she lived 5 minutes from the venue, and she claimed she was familiar with the venue but then had no locations or poses ready for us wasting even more time. Highly regret hiring them and hope to prevent others from repeating the mistake.

We used Encompass for our wedding back in August and we’re so happy with our results. Our videographer Sandro was the absolute best!! They were so easy to work with, great communicators, and the best price point! Our video was amazing - they captured the day perfectly! We cannot recommend this company enough!!!
We had a very bad experience with Encompass wedding photography. It’s a long story, but the summary is a month before our wedding the photographer they had found for us backed out due to an injury. I was told not to worry because Encompass was going to find me another photographer. Then, over the course of the next two weeks, there was limited communication with Encompass, the photographer they claimed they found for me never returned any of my phone calls, emails, or text messages, and when I confronted them about it, they said well I’ll just find me somebody else. At this point it was less than two weeks before my wedding and I needed to find my own photographer (one that would ACTUALLY return my calls) for my own piece of mind. After all of the stress, limited communication, and the fact that they did not have a photographer for me Encompass didn’t even give me my full deposit back.

We used Encompass Weddings for videography for our wedding last month. Our service from Trevonte was excellent, he was so friendly and attentive. I can't thank him enough for bareing the heat and making sure our requests/ideas were fulfilled during out big day! We especially loved the addition of the drone feature! We were told we could wait up to 10 weeks for our footage to be complete, Encompass Weddings had our highlight video and our raw footage to us in under 5 weeks! We are so excited to have these memories captured forever and plan on rewatching these moments each wedding anniversary to come. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for that full wedding day experience--well worth the money and so so quick to service!
I just had to give Encompass a shout-out about my buddy's wedding. I gotta say, the photos were nothing short of amazing. From the get-go, the photographer was on point. He made sure he didn't miss a single moment and was friendly, punctual, and very professional. And the pics were fire! The colors, angles, and emotions he captured were all spot on. The candid shots were pure gold, showing off what an amazing day it was.
But what really blew me away was how he managed to be everywhere without being intrusive. It felt like he was part of the wedding party, not just the photographer. The post-processing work was top-notch too and they turned the pics around super fast, which was a bonus.

Encompass was a great company to go through. My now husband and I did the 5 hour photography only package and it did not disappoint. From the moment I inquired, I was met with options, prices, what the packages entailed, and one on one customer service. We booked with only a few months notice, and for a great price. They handpick a photographer to send to your event and then they edit the photos in house. The turn around time was less than they estimated (30-50 business days), and they even let you choose an editing style that you liked (warmer or cooler colors). Upon receiving our album back, we were blown away. There were a few photos that I knew we took but somehow didn’t make it on the Final Cut, I emailed to ask if they could locate them and within a day I had gotten a response that they would search for it and see if they could find it. I would recommend them for your special day!

Their prices seem too good to be true but trust me you won’t be disappointed. We had a great experience and we have been recommending them to all of our couple friends.

I was afraid my photographer wasn’t going to show up - he did return any of my emails until 3 days prior to my wedding, and he showed up late. He did not reference my shot list. My photos were so over edited that you can’t see the sky in them. They missed huge shots - like our first kiss. Our videographer was wonderful, but my overall experience with Encompass was terrible.

I was looking for something that would give me great photos and a great video without going broke. Prices out there are crazy and Encompass Weddings is the only place that made sense. I just wanted quality and they gave it to me.
Also, Katie the manager was so easy to work with and kept me in the loop during the process!
If I could give zero starts I would. The videographer was amazing, super nice so they get one star for a good choice of videographer. However, the team who put together my wedding video didn't listen to anything I asked them to do. When I asked them to fix it they changed it but it was basically a slap in the face, almost worse than the first video. Ridiculous amount of money for a terrible job. I want my money back.

I was hesitant to book with this company because the price was so cheap. I receive my video last week and we are so in love with it. We paid $1600 for 6 hours of video and it turned out so much better than what we expected. Our videographer was very professional and communicated with us before the wedding. Everything went smoothly.
We hired Encompass Weddings for both photo and video. The communication was great between our photographer and videographer. They contacted us as soon as we were assigned. On our wedding day we felt comfortable and they helped us with posing since we are not photogenic. Our photos turned our amazing and we love our video too! I recommend this company to any one wanting their wedding day captured with both photo and video. We couldn't find another company that did both photo and video for $2200.
The photographer was very good at guiding us with different poses to get the best pictures! They all came out gorgeous and had such a quick turnaround time (less than 2 weeks). Both the photographer and videographer were very easy to work with and came prepared and ready to go.
No no no no no. We don't have our wedding video or raw footage which we have asked for 3 years now. We were one of their first customers and they have treated us horrendously.
