I found encompass wedding through an ad one day and looked into it. at first , which is an understandable feeling , your not sure if it’s legit or not . But after reading the reviews I decided to contact them and immediately this company responded back . Afterwards I decided to pay for a videographer and photographer package deal that was an amazing price and hard to beat . I am from Arizona and my team was based out of Phx . Jadie ( our customer success manager ) was a sweetheart and very communicative with any questions or concerns I had . She Delegated my photographer and videographer to me 3/4 months prior to the wedding, with all of their contact Info included . A few weekends later I had my videographer Craig reach out to me to schedule a face time meeting. Now this made me feel more comfortable knowing I’m talking to someone . Craig was absolutely AMAZING ! I can’t say enough amazing things about him ! He was very communicative and gave me great advice and tips for the day of ! He listened very well to my personal request. He captured more then I thought and all my special moments that were Important to me . Our photographer was named Celena. Celena and I had the same process with multiple FaceTime meetings . She new how important it is to capture all your special moments . Celena had a great personality and was running all around on our wedding day to capture the most she can. They both truly made me feel so happy and comfortable and confident with my decision. After the wedding a few weeks later jadie let me know when photos and videos would be sent to me . Jadie and I also had a phone meeting about some important details I would like in my video . Her and her team did a great job and made me cry of happiness and I am so happy I can relive the best day of my life . All my friends and family are so happy with my photos and videos and the fact that I have all raw videos makes it even better . I am very greatful with the team I had ! My one thing I would have done differently is purchase 2 photographers! The more to help the better .

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Encompass Weddings for our big day, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the very beginning, Lindy, who handled our Platinum Package, was amazing. She provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process, keeping us well-informed with updates and reminders. Her response times were quick, and she truly made the planning feel effortless. Our photographer, Brittany Sheldon, was a dream to work with. She is so sweet, funny, and incredibly professional. Not only was she personable and easy to communicate with, but she also made sure we were comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire day. The photos are absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. Then there’s James Bristol, our videographer—he was so amazing! His direction and vision were top-notch, and he brought so much energy and creativity to the day. We are beyond thrilled with the video and the memories he captured. From our engagement shoot to our wedding send-off, the entire team exceeded our expectations. If you're getting married in or near the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, we highly recommend Encompass Weddings, along with the dream team of Brittany Sheldon and James Bristol. Joe and Jason with Encompass Weddings were absolutely amazing!! The photos and video we received are even more breathtaking than we could have imagined. They captured the essence of who we are, the excitement of our wedding day and made sure to take photos of everyone who was there. We are so in love with how they turned out we continually view the photos and video on a regular basis and have shared it with all our friends and family to view as well. If we ever have another event we will definitely be using Encompass Weddings again! If you are debating which wedding photography company to use, look no further. My husband and I were so grateful for our photographer, Alyssa Lemke and our videographer, Tyler Mcghee both who were working through encompass wedding were so kind and flexible when it came to meeting with them. We met with them separately but they both listened to our vision for the wedding and did a great job. We initially had Reilyn help us out through the process who gave us a monthly countdown and update to our wedding day. Later on in the process, when we had Paige, she easily made the process just as easy. When we requested to meet our photographer and videographer earlier than authorized, Paige worked her magic to help us meet our vendors. Although this was a completely new process for us, the communication and flexibility made the whole process so good for my husband and I

We had the most amazing experience with Encompass Weddings on our wedding day, 6/8/24. Alijah was our photographer and Tyler our videographer. They both went above and beyond and made everything with them so natural on our special day. They fit right in with our friends and family, made us laugh so much and made the whole experience that much better. We honestly cannot even imagine having anyone different on that day. They got photos and videos of everything, even some things we may not have thought of. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend spending the extra money to get all of the raw footage as well. Being able to see every photo and video from that day is so worth it, especially our entire wedding ceremony, first dance, speeches, etc. I still cry every time I watch all of it! The highlight video is perfect and the photos are so beautiful. Communication with their inside team has been top notch as well, every single step of the way. We couldn't have chosen anyone better than Encompass and will recommend them any chance we get. In fact, the morning after our wedding we went back to the restaurant where we had our first date for breakfast. Our regular server is getting married this summer and after telling her about our experience and then showing her our photos and highlight video, she booked with Encompass! Not sure if you can ask for certain people but we specifically told her to ask for Tyler and Alijah! The photographer we used was so fun to have. He was professional and had many suggestions for poses because I can be awkward if left on my own to decide. Because of him, the pictures turned out great!!

Choosing Encompass Wedding for our wedding was truly the best decision we could have made. With a limited budget, we didn’t have high expectations for photos and video, but they exceeded all our hopes and created such stunning work. Since we had no prior experience with photoshoots, we felt a bit awkward at first, but the photographer and videographer made us feel so comfortable and created a natural atmosphere, for which we are incredibly grateful. Despite the cloudy weather on our wedding day, they edited the photos to create the bright and cheerful vibe we had requested, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our photographer got ALL the shots she did not mind getting on the floor or climbing on chairs to get the perfect shot. Our videographer was fun and our video was just beautiful. I cried. I would definitely recommend. I’m so happy to have memories captured that I can treasure for a lifetime!

Encompass was an amazing company to work with, throughout our wedding planning process. We lucked out and bought a package during Black Friday last year, and could not have been happier with the experience. The booking agent was extremely kind, answered lots of questions, and stayed with us throughout the planning process (almost an entire year). She was communicative, understanding, and patient with us. We received updates regularly, and response times were very quick. We ended up booking with some AMAZING video and photo artists. They were 10/10 throughout the whole experience on our special day, and put out some amazing photos. The RESULTS! Cannot be happier with the 7 minute highlight video, capturing the day perfectly!!! I’ve probably watched it 50 times and we’ve only had it for a week. The pictures were edited perfectly, and the offer of a USB with all footage for a nominal extra cost, makes it worth every penny. We could not recommend working with the company MORE!

I could not recommend Encompass weddings enough! We were on a pretty tight budget for our wedding but still wanted beautiful photos and were sooooo lucky when we stumbled across Encompass’s page on Instagram. Not only were we able to afford incredible images but also probably the most amazing videographer ever. We worked with the sweetest husband and wife team, met with them before to discuss all the details and they captured EVERYTHING we wanted and more. The editing and communication after the wedding was perfect and we felt informed and confident through out the entire process. Probably the most reliable vendor from our long list of the day, 100/10 would recommend!!

I went through Encompass Weddings in August of 2024 for my wedding. When I say they did an outstanding job, that is an understatement. I selected a photo and video package, and then later on decided to upgrade for longer coverage. They made the switch a breeze. They asked me so many questions to ensure they paired me with the perfect photographer and videographer. Their team is so quick to answer and beyond helpful. There wasn’t a single time I had a question go unanswered or a problem go unresolved. The photographer and videographer were both so sweet yet so professional and captured my special day so perfectly. On top of all of that, when compared to hiring a photographer and videographer on your own, you save TONS. I know when I checked to see how much the photographer and videographer would have charged if hired outright, it was over double what I paid. If I had to do my wedding all over again, I would choose Encompass Weddings to handle my photography and videography all over again.❤️

We're excited to have used Encompass Weddings to staff our videographer and photographers. We couldn't have found better pricing for as many photos as we received elsewhere. Pre-wedding communication was unbeatable amongst our wedding vendors. I'd like to thank Lindy with Encompass for effortlessly keeping our contract on track and being there to answer questions every step of the way. Although we had a slight post-wedding discrepancy regarding missing photos, Jadie stopped at nothing to resolve our issue until we were satisfied. All in all, we received more photos than expected, for a better price than most, with beautiful photos.

Encompass Weddings gave me and my husband such a great deal on finding a photographer and videographer team. They were able to give us back our footage within the timeframe promised to us, and we are very happy with the results! They do a great job at checking in with you throughout the wedding planning process. My only note is that I suggest you give yourself a good amount of time to get to know the team assigned to you so you can make sure everyone meets expectations. Overall, we are happy with our experience with Encompass!

Very professional very kind staff definitely worth it

I saw an ad for Encompass and was interested in using them for our photos and video services. However, after reading some negative reviews I was initially nervous. Because we were on a tight budget we decided to go forward and I was happy to find out my nerves were unfounded. The process was super smooth from start to finish, from signing and paying, communicating with the team and with our photographer / videographer and viewing / downloading the content. Even the process of changing our photographer and videographer because we weren't happy with the style of the original selections was made very smooth and seamless. On the day of our wedding both our photographer and videographer were so professional and kind. They mentioned they work together a lot which made for an easy experience for them and a fun and exciting one for us and our guests. We just got our edits back and we couldn't be more pleased. Everything is so beautiful!

We LOVED our photos and video we received from Encompass!!! Our main photographer and videographer were Seam and Shane, and we could not have asked for a better team! They each were extremely well at communicating and walking us through the process. We are very very happy with our video and photos! Encompass did an amazing job setting up such a great team for us to work with! Encompass was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had during the entire process. I was able to contact them at nearly any time of the day and get a response, which helped reduce our stress a lot! I highly recommend the team we worked with and Encompass to anyone.

We are really happy with our experience working with Encompass! We received our finished photos and video this week and we've been looking through photos nonstop as well as rewatching the video. They were straight to the point with their prices (not beating around the bush or trying to get you on a call like other companies do) and their prices are very reasonable, especially when you choose to do a packaged deal.
