Encore Entertainment was the best part of our wedding. They were professional and met our expectations, everyone at our wedding complimented our emcee skills to keep the energy going within the party. The photographer made us feel special and took every picture we wanted. The videographer was courteous and was professional. The photo booth was extremely fun. Mark and his team are worth every penny.

About 2 months before my wedding, I suddenly realized that I'll need wall wash and spot lights since the venue doesn't have those and it definitely NEEDS those things. I contacted several vendors, and Encore/Ultrax (Mark Klatskin) was the most responsive and knowledgeable. He recommended me to add the water vapor cloud and the photo booth, and put together a package for me that made sense financially. While this was the last vendor I chose, Mark and his photo booth attendants (2) made such a major difference on the look of the venue and the vibe of the first dance, and warmly helped the guests with the photo booth. The photo booth also took videos of guests saying congratulations. I was given a copy of each strip, as well as a flash drive with all videos and photos. I had the photo booth for the entire time (1 hr cocktail hour + 4 hr reception). Looking back, I think 2-3 hour at the end of the reception is more than enough, but it might not save you much because the main thing is them coming out. BTW when they come out to do the cloud, they are willing to do it a couple of times so your guests can enjoy stepping on the cloud, too, which was nice. I wish I had more of my guests coming out to the dance floor and the cloud. My dress was pushing all the water vapor away, so if you have a lot of twirls and pick-ups in your first dance, your picture can look a little sparse. You can't help it, it's water vapor, it will drift away with wind. This company was absolutely incredible. With them, I booked a package through our venue (The Marigold) of photographer, MC, DJ, and photobooth (the package also included videography but we opted out of that). It was definitely a plus that I could go to 1 company for all of these things. Steven, our photographer - 10/10. Steven called us about 2 weeks before our wedding and we talked a bit about what we wanted. He arrived the day of towards the end of all the women getting ready (about 1:00 PM) and stayed until the wedding was over at 11:00. I had several photo inspirations that I wanted to do and he made sure to do all of them. We asked for photos with each table and he made sure to schedule that during downtime. He was mindful of our parents and what their needs were. He worked with the venue to change our first look location, so his professional opinion played a factor as well. He had tremendous equipment and used all of it. He made sure to help pose us appropriately and made sure we looked our best. He also was really sweet and helped make our day so special. Cannot wait to see the final products! Our DJ (sorry, I don't remember his name) - 15/10. He was so fun!! Got the party started and kept it going right to the very end. Got everybody on the dance floor - even the older folks! We had a carefully curated music set list (music is very important to the two of us) and it was followed to a T. We wanted pop-punk emo music as well as booty shaking music and had a specific list of No's - everything was followed. It was a smaller wedding so the DJ came out onto the dance floor to dance with us, sing with us, and even dance battled my brother! He was incredible and so fun. He was so impressive. Photo booth - 10/10. Great selection of props for the photos. Helped manage everybody and the equipment. Our photo strip book came out so good and I'm so happy we went with a photo booth. Our MC, Mark Klatskin - 20/10. Mark was our MC for the night but he was also our point person in our planning process. Early on when we were choosing an entertainment company, Mark was on the phone with my (now) husband and me for 2 hours explaining the entire process and how the night will go. When we chose him, we had filled out paperwork to help the planning process and a details meeting was schedule a few weeks before the wedding. Mark made sure to give his professional opinion but also respected if we didn't go with it. He made sure we had tons of contact information for him (phone numbers, email addresses). He helped the night go smoothly. Also, he knows the venue very well and that was definitely a plus. Overall, we are so happy that we chose this company. They helped make our day so special. Great choice on our part - great company on theirs.

We used on Encore Entertainment as the officiant for our wedding. They also provided the DJ, announcer, video, photographer, and photo booth services. The price was reasonable, and they were very easy to work with. They are reachable by email or phone and are very responsive to communications. All of the provided services were very high quality, and they provided a flawless wedding experience. People were still dancing right up to the point where the venue turned up the lights. The photo booth was enjoyed by all. The photographer and videographer were very responsive to individual requests for pictures and video. I would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are planning a wedding of any size.

Not to mention touches like uplighting, photobooth and props, and "dancing in the clouds". We chose Encore Entertainment for our wedding and we’re so happy we did. The music was wonderful from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the last song of the night. Mark was so helpful with all of our questions throughout the year. We also chose Encore Entertainment for our photography and the pictures are stunning. In addition to posed portraits, we got so many great candid photos of moments we’ll cherish. The DJ, MC, and photographer were always on the same page, so we never had to worry. Encore also designed us a custom projected monogram which matched the wedding theme. All of our guests thought it was so unique and cool. We hired Encore Entertainment for our son’s wedding and cannot say enough good things about their services. We used their Emcee, DJ, and photographer. Mark was an AMAZING emcee; he was full of energy and had everyone up and dancing all night. He was right in the middle of the action engaging constantly with our guests. Our photographer, Steve, was amazing as well. He took so many fabulous pictures throughout the day. The entire organization is extremely professional, easy to work with, and was responsive to all of our questions. Mark told us from the beginning that he knew how to make our son’s wedding day special and alleviate all the stress from us. He did exactly that and we had the time of our lives!!! I got married in October of 2019, and my wife and I were very pleased with Encore Entertainment. We hired a photographer, DJ, and emcee. The photographer was very flexible with our busy schedules the day of the wedding and was able to get some very beautiful photos. He also got some killer photos on the dance floor throughout the duration of the reception. The DJ was great in playing a wide variety of music that catered to everyone's interest. Mark, our emcee, was absolutely amazing. He was able to get EVERYONE up out of their seats dancing by incorporating a variety of fun dancing games. I was approached by several guests that complimented the abilities of our emcee. I was also told by many guests that this was the best wedding reception that they have ever attended. I highly recommend this company for your event.

We hired Encore/Ultrax for photography, photo booth, and DJ and emcee services, and everything was simply perfect! Below are our highlights: -Viktoria's exceptional customer service from booking through the big day. We never waited more than a few hours for a return email answering any question we had. -The professionalism and kindness we experienced from our photographers, Jason and Evelyn. They were so good at taking candid shots, we forgot they were there, at times! There are so many gorgeous shots I didn't even know they had gotten, which was a great surprise when I saw my photos. They did such a wonderful job and we are so happy with our photos. They were so kind and they made us feel at ease, which made me feel so much more natural in front of the camera (which I usually don't!), so they pictures were even better than I had hoped for. -Our emcee, Brandon, was incredible, and we could not have been happier! The process of choosing our music was simple and efficient, and he gave us input that made our evening really special (such as doing an anniversary dance). He had everyone on the dance floor all night and played music that got everyone involved. There wasn't a dull moment. I received SO many compliments on him. (I also loved that our photo booth operator gave us an album and he and Brandon danced with the guests, it added to the fun!) Brandon even checked in with individual guests to make sure they were having a good time. Talk about a great emcee! I can't say enough about the DJ and emcee services. -Everyone was so professional and knew just what to do to make us feel like we were getting a personalized experience while understanding that on the big day, the bride and groom don't have a whole lot of time to answer questions! They knew exactly what we wanted and they delivered! It was also extremely efficient being able to hire photographers, photo booths, and DJ services from the same company. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

The team at Encore Entertainment – simply put were superb. My wedding was the best day of my life – and NOTHING went wrong. Literally NOTHING. Encore Entertainment was Perfection. While me and my husband loved everything, they’ve done – we were shocked to hear how many of my guests were actually impressed with them. My family constantly commented on how fun the photographer was. The videographers got many kudos for how discreet and detailed they were. Of course, EVERYONE in my family were most impressed with Mark. He’s truly gifted in the way he got everyone on their feet. Mark was delicate without being overbearing but had great presence which made the crowd just enjoy him 100%. Encore Entertainment made our special day a dream come true. They’ve shown patience, commitment, and passion. By no means were they interested in just “getting it over with”. It was a true collaborative effort and they went above and beyond. From the beginning Mark Klatskin and his team were very clear and concise about the processes involved in coordinating as many services as we required and made each one very easy to accomplish using web based systems(such as their Dj and Event Planners) along with constantly being available for our needs. Not only were we in contact with Mark, his team also contacted us individually to discuss details we would never have thought about taking into account to make our day just that much more amazing. On the day of our event the photographers(Steve and Chris)and our videographer(Dennis)were with us from 10 am until our final dance. Our DJ (DJ Flip) and our MC (Eric)showed their abilities to read a room and kept the energy high when needed and gave us the spotlight during our formalities. Having a photo booth proved to be a hit with everyone in attendance. Our operator (Viki) was very attentive to all of our guests making sure they left video messages, took photos home with them and informed them of the many other features of the booth like the ability to text, Email and upload photos to Facebook. Encore entertainment, one source for all really made it easy in booking our DJ, Photographer, and Photo Booth. Brandon and DJ Flip hyped up the crown, facilitated the wedding in accordance with the schedule. DJ Flip played a clip in sync with my husband’s speech that was not pre-planned and made the speech even better. That just shows the skills he has as a DJ. Working with Mark and his team was an absolute pleasure. They made everything incredibly easy and answered every single one of the dozens of questions we had along the way. We couldn't put a price on having Mark there to run the show and not having to worry about a thing during our reception. His team was incredibly professional, the photographers and video crew showed up early, everything was set and ready to go at our reception with the photo booth and entertainment setup, and Mark MC'd the entire event from start to finish. Wow, what am Amazing Job. Dave and I were sooooo pleased with everyone. Everyone was fantastic. Brandon was a pleasure to speak with on the phone and day of, PHENOMENAL job. Our wedding was in January and it couldn't have gone any better thanks to Encore! They provided our photography, videography,photobooth, and Mark was also our Officient for the ceremony! They truly made us feel like family and truly went out of there way to make it the best day ever. Every single person at our wedding said it was the most fun they have had in a long time. There was the perfect balance of intimacy and fun. I would recommend Encore to anybody who is looking for an amazing wedding or party! The photographer and videographer did an amazing job! Our wedding this past weekend was AMAZING! Honestly there aren't enough words to express my happiness and gratitude for the team for making Saturday everything I have ever dreamed of! Every person I spoke to told me how perfect everything was... So many guests told us how great our emcee Brandon was, and how they just felt like he was an old friend! The dance floor was packed all night, the music was perfect, the lighting was amazing, everyone thought our monogram projected on the floor was super cool! The pros from each 'department' individually reached out to me ahead of the wedding to go over some final details, I truly felt like all of my wants and needs were taken care of and I couldn't have asked for a better team! Our photographer, Jason was great- he made us felt very comfortable and I didn't even notice him half the night! Evelyn was there the whole time making sure our photos were going to be perfect. Mitch the videographer was there to capture every moment of the day! Encore Entertainment ran like a well-oiled machine!

We used Encore Entertainment for our wedding on Saturday, May 5. We arranged everything with Mark and filled out the required forms online. We had a photographer, videographer, MC, DJ, and photo booth. He worked with our budget without a problem. Everything went smoothly! The photographer was with us the entire day and was excellent. The videographer met us at the church. Everyone had a blast with the photo booth at the reception. And we received LOTS of complements on the MC and DJ. A friend is getting married next year and asked for your information. Highly recommend their services. I can't wait to see our pictures and video!

While I did not have any problems with the company itself (the owner, Mark, was very responsive and helpful), we were severely disappointed with our DJ Moe. Despite giving him very specific directions for the day, he forgot to do nearly half the things on the list and I (the bride!) had to constantly remind him to do things when I should have been enjoying the reception with my guests. Several events were very poorly timed, with the Anniversary Dance and Centerpiece Giveaway occurring after guests had already begun to leave. The music selection was very strange at times. And I was shocked and upset when, toward the end of the night, he decided to play our FIRST DANCE SONG (Perfect by Ed Sheeran) set to some ridiculous clubbing beat! That was a sentimental song shared between my now-husband and I, and I still can't understand who in their right mind would do something like that. I immediately told him to change the song and he did. If you do decide to work with this company, make sure to get reviews of the specific DJ you will have at your event. I will give the company 3 stars because I enjoyed working with Mark (the owner) prior to the event, and because my guests did do quite a lot of dancing at the reception and enjoyed themselves.

Mark and his team were beyond wonderful for my daughter’s wedding (Summer ‘17) I met with them ahead of time because the bride & groom live in Florida and they helped ease the nerves of all of us for things to go smoothly. They listened to every detail we said from the ceremony to the cocktail hour through to the last song played. We didn’t want the night to end. They even did the pictures. I just wanted to let you know that your team was FANTASTIC at my wedding on April 7th! I can’t even begin to say enough great things like I mean literally everything was amazing! Brandon and the DJ were incredible! We had so many people asking for their name and a couple people said they won’t get married unless they are there! They had everyone dancing even people I never would have expected! Dennis and Steven were also fantastic and it was clear that they clearly loved their jobs! For having never met them I was instantly comfortable! Even the lighting and photo booth guy were so nice and helpful! They truly made my wedding amazing and I am so glad they were there with us! Mark and his team are absolutely amazing. I actually did event planning in college and have worked with many, many DJs. He and his team is by far one of the best. They did a great job working with us on the schedule and song selections, giving us great advice and options. During the reception, they were energetic enough to break the ice and get people involved without being cheesy. We did the MC with the DJ. We did the entire wedding ourselves and hosted at my wife's parents house. Because we had the MC I wasn't left having to coordinate anything. Mark was able to walk over and gather the bridal party from pictures and line everyone up and prep them, cue the DJ to start the music while he was there to cue the entrance to the reception. He was able to walk around and find the caterer and photographer when they were ready to start dinner, or dances, or cake cutting. While I'm sure a single DJ would be able to coordinate with the other vendors and keep to the flow of events, I'm not sure how any single DJ would be able to do all the wrangling that is necessary to completely run the event. Mark got people moving and eventually got them onto the dance floor. We have gotten multiple people come up to us or my Mother in law and say how amazing of a DJ we had, that they don't typically dance at weddings but they were moving and grooving at ours. As far as communication, Mark was always a phone call away walking through our plan then answering any questions we had. He met all the vendors that showed up before I even got to introduce them and when I spoke with our photographer and caterer they both told me don't worry we are working directly with Mark. I guess in the end I would say I have complete confidence that Encore Entertainment will make your wedding day magical and help you every step of the way in the planning.

We recently hired Encore Entertainment for our wedding in early June and were extremely happy with our choice. Being a military couple, we did not have the chance to meet the team before hand or select much music, but it didn't matter. The crew was able to easily adapt to the atmosphere and attitude of our guests and fun was had by all. The DJ (Henry) & Emcee (Brandon) ensured EVERY SINGLE PERSON made it to the dance floor including all the grandparents and young ones. They truly had a talent for getting everyone involved without being forceful or awkward. So many memories from the big day were created with their oversight, assistance, and professionalism. 100% would use again and recommend for any event. Thanks ENCORE!

Encore Entertainment is a very fun, energetic, and professional company. Despite personal situations involving his family, Mark was still able to maintain his professionalism and his commitment to our wedding. He voiced to us how much he loves his job and what it means to him, and that was what he showed us. During our wedding he was very energetic without being overbearing as some MCs might come off as. Encore entertainment was by far the best DJ/entertainment I have ever had. My husband and I enjoyed the most important day of our lives because of Mark and everyone else who came to help him. They made sure me and my husband had everything we ever wanted and that everything went smoothly and perfectly. Their service was amazing and they were all professional and really knew how to get the crowd moving and having fun. Thanks to everyone from Encore my day was amazing and I wouldn't recommend any other DJ/Entertainment service! I also had the photo booth which was a huge hit! Get everything in writing! He made us think we were an important client but when it came down to it, he'd constantly make up excuses. He was misleading me into thinking I was getting a big discount, when I've now come to find out that their prices are higher than other vendors to begin with. This lesson was learned the hard way and hopefully this helps other brides think twice before so that they do not have to have the same negative experience.

We feel so fortunate to have had Encore Entertainment for our wedding! Right from the start, they were very aware of what we wanted and envisioned for our wedding. They were professional and reliable. They answered emails promptly and were very willing to meet in person to discuss details.The passion for music, technology and sound was apparent right off the bat. Mark and his team's enthusiasm was magnetic and they gained our trust immediately. The online music database and planning forms are amazing tools that will take all your stress away! In regards to the performance on our wedding day…DJ Flip and the MC Brandon were phenomenal!! To start, the timing was spot on. Brandon was an excellent MC for the introductions and announcements throughout the night as well as getting the guests up and moving! And as far as the music, DJ Flip killed it! He kept the dance floor PACKED all night!! Our guests ranged from ages 5-90 and each and every person was up and dancing. Thanks to the great teamwork, we continue to get rave reviews from guests about the awesome music and great time they had. They made us feel relaxed and confident in their abilities.They set up dance floor lighting which was a great addition to the dance party! Ultrax Disc Jockeys are the best around. Mark Klaxtin and his staff are true professionals and superbly talented. They do the leg work for you in anticipating your needs for your particular venue which is HUGE for a bride trying to figure out logistics. Mark is very down to earth to the point that you feel like he is a friend helping you plan your entertainment as opposed to a vendor just trying to sell. My videos were perfect and my wedding guests said that I had the best DJ. (DJ Flip ) that they ever heard at a wedding

We hired Ultrax to provide a photobooth for our reception, and we are so glad we did! We had Corey man the booth, and he was so fun and a perfect person to have to get our guests excited to don the props and take silly pictures! The photobooth is definitely the best around. I loved how you could print a third photo strip, print a large photo, and everything printed so quickly! We also got an amazing scrapbook with all the photo strips from the evening, which the guests could sign. We still get a kick out of looking at it! If you want an awesome photobooth for your wedding, go with Ultrax! Also, if you want an awesome person in charge of said booth, go with Corey!

Encore Entertainment is awesome! They have the friendliest and most helpful staff! They are very professional and really cater to your needs. I used them for D.J services, photo booth, Photographer and officiate. The y also have great prices. I would recommend to anyone!!!!

We used Encore Entertainment for our Photography, DJ, & Mark was our Officiate and our MC. Mark did a stunning job on our ceremony. It was like a dream come true. Everything was perfect and exactly how we both wanted it. Our Photographers where fun and easy to work with. We can't wait to see all our pictures. Our DJ & Mark were both amazing. I've been getting nothing but compliments on our reception. Mark got everyone up and moving early on (I'm talking every single person there) & Kept everyone dancing. I danced so much the night of our wedding that my legs hurt for 4 days and I don't usually dance. I even had people trying to book him that night for their weddings. Encore entertainment is well worth the money if you want your reception or party to be a hit! We went to a wedding 2 weeks later and the father of the bride & his girlfriend were talking about our wedding all night. Thank you Mark!!

Dennis was excellent. He was there from beginning to end. He captured everything from interviews, the ceremony, the dance battle, he didnt miss a beat. He coached us on some poses to do and the unedited video was very entertaining to watch. i felt like i didnt miss one part of the ceremony before i came out. He was a pleasure to work with and such a friendly person and brought a great feeling to our wedding. We also used Encore for their photobooth service. We thought having a photobooth would be an excellent way to help capture our guests enjoying themselves and leaving us wonderful memories and messages. This photobooth was perfect and everyone enjoyed it. Only wish the serviceman would have informed the guest they could have uploaded their pictures to facebook right there and then, which would have been awesome since few to no other photobooth do live time. Also many poeple didnt know they cld record a video. But despite the lack of knowledge the photobooth was awesome and people enjoyed it. It was fun to see and hear the messages and videos that were left. The props made it even better. A photobooth is definitely a must

I used Ultrax DJ's for my wedding photobooth. After booking, they were hard to get in touch with and took days to return emails the week before the wedding, when I was trying to confirm everything. Luckily it all worked out in the end. The photobooth was a big hit, there was always a line for it! The attendants were very friendly and helpful, and I love all the pictures we got from it. The scrapbook is a great way to hold all the memories!

I chose this vendor for entertainment/music for both my ceremony and reception. I enjoyed working with Mark Kastkind, he seemed generally interested in providing a good service. There were a few glitches but nothing significant. Overall they created a beautiful day complete with beautiful photo montages.

This vendor was recommended to me, and they were very easy to work with. My husband and I got to select songs we wanted to hear, as well as those we did not want to hear, prior to the wedding. The DJ we had did play a few songs that we had put on our "do not play" list which was disappointing, but in the grand scheme of things that doesn't matter. They played most of our "must play" songs which was great. We didn't want a DJ who was obnoxious or too loud, and they were perfect. They made people feel welcome and comfortable without going over the top. Overall, it was a great experience!

We chose Ultrax/Encore Entertainment to do our music, videography and photobooth. Our wedding coordinator for our reception site recommended them as they had worked with her before. They took time with us at our initial meeting to show us in detail what their services included and we felt like for the price we were getting what we wanted. Even though we did feel like they were being a little pushy with their sell we did book them in confidence that they would do a great job. And even though their were some communication issues throughout the process (i.e not hearing back about questions in a reasonable time frame) in the end they were everything we wanted and more. The MC was phenomenal! He knew exactly what to do to get everyone moving and dancing. He also really understood what music we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure the selection was good. (every song he played was great!). He also did a great job at keeping the night on schedule and working with the other vendors. The videographer was equally as good, he worked very well with our photographer and made sure to capture all of the key components of our wedding. The photobooth was also great, a big hit. Based on these results I would definitely recommend Ultrax/Encore entertainment to anyone who wants to have a great wedding! They know what they are doing!

I had a wedding in Manhattan on the evening of Hurricane Irene. DJ Mark was great! He offered his expertise in the business of dj-ing weddings and gave great direction. He also provided us w karaoke which was so fun for us and our guests; I highly recommend it! Thanks Mark for a great evening!

We have a picture of our wedding, where it looks like a ghost town - there is literally not a soul sitting down at the tables. Everone was on the dance floor! The DJ did a great job of setting a fun tone and playing great music.;Mark can be a bit pushy. He definitely has 'his way' of doing things. If you are a bride who knows exactly what you want, you may butt heads with him if it doesn't match what he normally does.

Mark was very easy to work with. He had an excellent selection of music and he knew how to keep the party going. MANY MANY of our guests said it was the most fun they ever had at a wedding. This is not just some guy with an ipod and an amp; he's the real deal.
