I’m writing this review and this is something that I NEVER ever do! I spoke with a young lady by the name of Tory on 1/13/2021. I asked for a quote for a 20x20 tint with side walls...
. The young advised that she would send the quote via email.. I’ve never ordered a tiny a day in my life!! I only know what I’m quoted or basically what I’ve been told. I received the quote which was $455.00!!! I advised Tory that I would call back on today to make the deposit payment she stated that was ok.. Today 1/26/2021 I called to make the payment for the deposit then I asked let’s go over the order I didn’t hear her mention side walls for the tent!!! I then asked her about the side walls she stated oh I didn’t include those!! I was totally confused because when I made the initial call that was the first thing I asked for and she actually left them off!! I asked have she charged my card she said no I then told her that I would callback.. I called back asked for the owner by the name of Chris he was on a conference call she placed me on hold and then the call disconnected!! I called back and Lisa insisted on taking the call.. I explained to her what the issue was and from that point on she contradicted me on her previous experience with other customers!! She advised me that SHE FEEL LIKE NOTHING THEY DO(Encore Rentals) that I will not be happy! I told her that’s her opinion she don’t know me to feel like that towards me!! She also advised that she think that I would be mean and disrespectful to their guys that come out!! I truly believe that I was treated like this because I was black and I told her that.. She then told me that she was Jewish which all makes sense as to the reason I was treated like this!! I will never ever attempt to call or order anything from this business!! I then told her we wouldn’t be having this conversation if I could’ve spoke with Chris!! Lisa told me that she bet her paycheck that Chris will not change his mind nor do anything to make the misunderstanding better!! Racist at its best I do believe because they way I was contradicting and treat what els could it have been!! She even told me that she will give me some other places that’s going to blow my head off with prices.. I then asked her so basically my money don’t spend here? She stated that SHE BELIEVE IM NOT GOING TO BE HAPPY! Again mixing her fixing to determine how I feel why? I don’t understand but I will be contacting the BBB because this is very unacceptable

obe in the ceiling. Tracy didn't set my backdrop right or the wedding party tables. She didn't use the lights like she was suppose to nor did she tell me. When I walked into my reception hall I was very disappointed with there the service. The company used my décor for our guest table and was suppose to return them to me the following Monday but when I got there they had no idea where my items were. This company is very unprofessional and I would strongly suggest using a more caring, friendly and professional company for a once in a lifetime event. The owner / manager Chris is very rude and uncaring. Very disappointed with the service I received and will never use them again.

Very reasonably priced! All of the equipment needed to hook up the laptop to the speakers and microphone were included. Easy to work with.
I rented all my tablecloths from Taylor Rental and could not have been more pleased. They were all the perfect color and in new condition.
