We used Encore for our wedding rentals and are happy we did! While there was a mishap with what we chose the day before the wedding, they were quick to provide a close alternative.
Encore is awesome! We were fortunate going through our caterer for their services. When we did our in person meeting with them, they were all amazing. I appreciate that they worked within our budget and we didn’t feel the need to spend more money than we had. Also, they were great with setting up/breaking down.
Dana and the team were fantastic. They were helpful, super responsive, and worked together with our caterer and planner to ensure that we were all on the same page. Thank you to the whole team!

Loved using Encore event rentals for our wedding in May!
we used them for our tablecloths, Napkins and champagne glasses. We did have a few hiccups but they were both fixed immediately and didn't interfere with our day at all.

Encore provided a wide selection of rental equipment for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. There were a few issues with availability of chairs and a specific table runner set, but they gave us options for replacements and made sure that we had the same or nicer items at the same cost. They only dropped off 3 of the 4 (replacement) runners we needed, so our rehearsal tables did look a bit wonky. Drop off and pick-up both went smoothly otherwise, though. Definitely the biggest selection in the area, but you may end up with some substitutions if you are getting married on a very busy weekend!
My husband and I had our wedding at the end of July and it would not have been possible without Encore Events. We rented everything from reception chairs, tables, lounge sets, bars, and so much more from them. We were able to go to their warehouse and see these items in person. Although our planners (S/O Quintana Events) worked mostly with Encore they were still so friendly and very professional setting up on the day of.
Encore Events Rentals provided friendly, efficient, and professional assistance that improved our wedding planning experience! They have an extensive and varied inventory to fit different styles and budgets, and they gave wonderful suggestions. We worked with Renée who provided excellent customer service and helped arrange all wedding logistics. I strongly recommend them for their quality services and products!
Great selection of items to choose from that truly made my wedding great! Thank you so much for everything. Would highly recommend to any bride looking to add that special something to their wedding day. I researched all other rentals in the area and comparable/if not better than anywhere else for what you get!

Encore has beautiful rentals. I didn't work directly with the company as my coordinator did most of the footwork. There were a few issues since we weren't delivered the quantities we ordered for a few items, but my coordinator worked to issue a refund and I didn't even notice on the wedding day. My guests didn't comment either. Fantastic products for an elegant wedding.
Encore was by far the most affordable rental company we found in Sonoma. They have a great selection and were very easy to work with. I came in before I had hired a caterer and they wrote down everything I wanted and put it in the system so that once I hired a caterer, everything would already be set. Would definitely recommend!
Everyone we worked with was very helpful and made great suggestions to make our wedding beautiful! We ended up meeting with a them a few times to make changes - we LOVED that you could make any changes to your order up to 7 days before the event. Some of the items we rented didn't get dropped off at first, but they came right out with the rest of our order. It was important to us to use a local company, and I'm so glad we did. They really gave us individualized attention.
We rented tables, chairs, linens, plates, glassware, barware. All beautiful, all excellent quality and appearance. Working with Heather was amazing! She went over and above!
