He discovered his musical talents as a young child and started to dabble in playing instruments, recording and production equipment, and singing. As he grew older he discovered his niche, DJing! In particular, DJing weddings. DJ Croz takes tremendous pride in providing couples an optimum experience with customer service at the top of his list. Daryl was phenomenal! From the first moment we started working with him he was endlessly professional, kind, and funny. He worked with us every step of the way to make our day special. When we ended up having 30mph winds on the day of our outdoor wedding, he was incredibly flexible and rolled with the punches as we had to move part of our day indoors. His online planning software is great, and we had a final meeting with him the Tuesday before the wedding to finalize everything. Our guests were on the dancefloor all night long, and he played something for everybody. 15/10 would highly recommend him to anyone getting married!

We absolutely enjoyed having Daryl Crosby with ENCORE Music and Entertainment LLC DJ our wedding. He was very professional from day one and gave us the peace of mind that a couple wants during the planning process. We received numerous compliments on the DJ during and after the wedding. There was not one moment where the dance floor was empty. We would use him again for a future event!

I hired Encore and DJ Croz for my wedding in Northern VA (and he is 757 based). DJ Croz was just a good person to work with, he seems like a really great guy. He traveled all the way to NOVA to do a venue walk through cause my venue required it. In the months of planning he was always responsive and answered all my questions. I had a musician for the ceremony as well and he worked with him to get all the audio things worked out as well as speaking with my videographer so that the videographer could use Croz's audio things (I don't know, tech stuff). The videographer was asking me questions in some foreign language and DJ Croz spoke with him for me and the two of them worked it out. On the day of DJ Croz even went through the bridal party to make sure he was correctly pronouncing everyone's names (lots of Korean and Indian and Hispanic names in my bridal party). I really appreciated the effort to at least TRY to not butcher people's names. He kept the ceremony and reception running smoothly and kept the party going when it was time. I TOTALLY recommend DJ Croz. He was probably some of the best $$$ I spent on this wedding.
Extra note: DJ Croz is starting to venture into wedding photography. Although this is not what I hired him for and I had another wedding photographer DJ Croz took some pictures (or his assistant) and sent them to me a day or 2 after the wedding. They were just as great as the photos from the actual photographer. So once he starts offering these services you should think about it!

Daryl and his team were phenomenal! We kept getting compliments on how great of a DJ we had for our wedding. Daryl was great to work with. He helped us step through details about our Reception we hadn't considered yet, and was flexible during the day to changes.
The music selection was excellent and people hardly left the dance floor. There was also an online portal we used ahead of time to make requests and for Daryl to get an idea of the type of music we liked. Highly recommend Encore to anyone.

The good Lord must have known that Daryl was exactly who we needed at our wedding to execute our vision! We were given Daryl’s information as a random recommendation from an acquaintance. After having our initial consultation with Daryl, we knew right away that this was our guy! Daryl’s energy and playfulness, yet professional guidance, were the perfect combination to create trust and connection with us as clients. Throughout the planning process, he was super responsive & the client portal offers a good option to set planning for your event. Daryl quickly caught onto our vision to include some unique aspects to our wedding, and he made our whole experience vibrant and exciting! We would recommend Daryl for weddings and any other event possible.

Encore music provided us with the most incredible DJ for our wedding. Daryl was so easy to work with. He answered every single question we had (which was a lot), ensured that everything went off without a hitch and our guests had the best time! The vibe that was created by the music is what every good wedding needs and that is what Daryl gave us. Darryl was an awesome DJ for our outdoor, backyard wedding! He was detail oriented and helpful. He was able to use our requests for specific music (Christmas cocktail hour) and also coordinated with our musicians for amplification. Highly recommend!!

During the wedding planning sessions, he listened to what we wanted and even gave suggestions for how to make certain moments perfect. He got to know us and the vibe that we wanted for the wedding which helped our wedding day go flawless! DJ Croz helped deliver all of the special moments we wanted perfectly. Our reception was better than we could have ever planned for. The dance floor was packed all night. DJ Croz was able to read the room and seamlessly transition from one perfect song to another. We will always remember our wedding and how happy we are that we hired DJ Croz.

Daryl, DJ Croz, from Encore was so easy to work with. He came earlier than expected to set up. Even in a challenging venue, he was able to configure a set up that wowed the crowd and the couple. He kept the party going and got people up out of their seats to dance. As a vendor partner, it was a smooth and seamless effort. Daryl understood the timelines, and we were able to bounce off of each other during the evening. I almost forgot the garter removal and he was right there to have my back! Thanks again. Can't wait to work together again.

I don't even know where to begin. Daryl did an amazing job from beginning to end. He was prompt and made sure that there was a Playlist for all age groups. Daryl kept the crowd going with his music choice and even got the crowd hype! I am so very pleased with how everything turned out and couldn't have asked for a better Dj to have at our wedding. An outstanding DJ for my daughter's wedding last year. Easy to communicate with, met with the couple ahead of time to get their preferences and ideas, and scored a home run! Prompt, professional, flexible, and fun! He kept the crowd of diverse ages on their feet all evening, laughing and dancing to all types of music. “Everything was perfect!” my daughter said at the end of the night. The DJ was a big part of that.

Awesome DJ
