Having an event or wedding there is an amazing experience. I would highly recommend it. In fact, the entire experience was fantastic. Luiza was absolutely great, she took care of us from the very beginning, she is caring and professional. Even though she was sick, she made sure that everything was perfect and was part of the big day for us.I am looking forward to returning there for any future events. The food was amazing as well as the chef. Guests were well taken care of by the bartender, and the drinks were delicious. My husband and I made the right choice, everything was perfect

It’s a gorgeous space with a lot of options. Very courteous staff, pleasant to work with and they are very patient. My wife was very happy with the organization. As they say: happy wife happy life 😂 Thanks to Luiza and Claudia!

Absolutely the best decision we made and the experience we had at this Resort for our Ceremony and Reception event. Our coordinator, Claudia DeCastro Capuano is a jewel and we want to personally congratulate her for the best experience we could have imagined to including planning for the Wedding Reception and Ceremony. We had plenty of time to work with her on the various details. Her professional approach, mature attention and flexibility during this time was extremely comforting and provided a sense all would be well executed. I was convinced my wife was confident her "nervous brides" desires were being addressed and any stress she was experiencing was smoothly handled. The overall success we had was in large part to her efforts. To the team of Servers, Bar Staff, and their managers: Kudos for your committed and excellent efforts during all facets of the Reception Events including the Menu Tasting, Rehearsal Dinner (where family members unexpectedly crashed and doubled the attendance) and the celebration. In each of these venues their professionalism, pride, and skill was a clear demonstration of how seriously they dedicate themselves to providing a life memory experience for their customers. No employer can expect more. This was a true life memory and we can't say enough about the venue offering , accommodations at the Resort and all of the personnel who contributed...Thanks Much!!

SIMPLY AMAZING!!! My bride and I could not have picked a better wedding venue. After reviewing several on-site ceremony locations, we chose the 3rd floor Terrace. It was a great choice to say the least. The open area gave us many options for seating arrangements, decorations, photography and video. We even have aerial footage of our wedding from the photographer's drone. Claudia, Yessica, and the entire Encore staff were absolutely awesome. They helped us navigate through very difficult tasks and important little details of having a successful wedding ceremony with ease and professionalism. I would recommend Encore Resort at Reunion to anyone looking to get married, renew wedding vows, get engaged, or wanting to have an excellent experience for any important event. ---- Thanks Team!!!

I can’t say enough how great Amy & Encore was to work with for our wedding! The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The resort is beautiful and perfect for families! We were able to put all of my family in one home and all of my husband’s family in another home. They loved that they could all stay together! We got a lot of compliments on the food, resort and how great Amy was. And she really is! She’s the best and gave me so much peace the entire planning process. She took care of everything and allowed us to just enjoy our day with our family. I highly recommend having your wedding here if you are looking for a more casual, outdoor setting.

Phenomenal! My husband and I could not have asked for a better wedding experience! Amy was fantastic to work with from first meeting through the end of our wedding day. I had member of my bridal party and other guests come up to me after the wedding telling me how awesome Amy was (as if I didn't already know). If you haven't given Encore a look, do yourself the favor. It is a fantastic venue and the staff took care of everything start to finish.

We booked three homes for our onsite wedding (at the clubhouse and pool deck). Vickie and Amy took care of all of our needs from beginning to the end to make sure our family and friends had an amazing experience, and they did. Unfortunately, we couldn't we couldn't use the pool deck for the reception part of the wedding due to inclement weather, but the staff was great to quickly move the reception from the pool deck and the clubhouse so the "show" could go on. They were patient and dedicated to making sure we had the best experience despite the rain on our "parade". This was the ideal venue to host our wedding since we, bride and groom, were going from Spain and most of the family from out of state. The homes were amazingly equipped and very comfortable. We are thankful for the time and energy the entire put into the wedding and the housing! Highly recommended :D

Simply amazing! Jason, Amy and their staff did a wonderful job coordinating our wedding. My son had originally planned to get married outdoors at the gazebo with our reception on the third floor patio, but Mother Nature was having none of it! Thankfully, Jason and Amy had a backup plan and we were able to pull off a beautiful wedding for my son at the last minute. Instead of the gazebo, the ceremony was held on the second floor landing which worked out perfectly. We were able to use their conference room for the reception, which looked gorgeous when finished with the appropriate linens and China. Everyone of my guests commented on how wonderful the food was, and both my husband and I were very happy with the results. This was a wonderful setting for a small wedding and I can't sing the praises of the staff loud enough for all the hard work they did to make this celebration such a joyous occasion.Thank you again!
