Brittany Alphonso was recommended to me by a friend and we couldn’t be happier with the choice we made for our day of coordinator! Even leading up to the wedding, she answered so many of my questions, provided advice and so much more. I’m super type A and she was always so patient with me and made me feel like I didn’t have to worry about anything. Even if things ran behind a little bit on the day due to guests running late etc., everything was executed so wonderfully. Nothing phased her and she always remained calm and handled anything that was needed! She made sure my groom and I were always taken care of, bringing us drinks, food, and whatever else we needed. We worried about nothing that day. Endless possibilities also does florals and the florals completely exceeded my expectations. I sent them inspo pics and they turned out so beautiful 😊

Endless Possibilities is by far the best wedding planner any happy couple could hope for!! My son recently got married at the Fountain of Youth and Endless Possibilities really live up to their name. Heidi took care of everything; even things we hadn’t thought of. She was at our beck and call from Day 1 to Wedding Day and after. She is professional, thoughtful, friendly, open to ideas while also offering some to add to the magic! If we had any issues or worries, she immediately resolved them with a calm, comforting smile. The wedding itself went beautifully, thanks to Endless Possibilities’ devotion to detail and attention to the grooms and our guests. I, as the mother of the Groom, am eternally grateful for all Heidi did and the burden she lifted off our shoulders. If you want a glorious day with no worries, Endless Possibilities is absolutely the way to go!!! Thank you, Heidi!!!
After working in the wedding industry for years, choosing Endless Possibilities to plan my wedding was an easy choice. I have seen countless events that have been executed flawlessly by their team and I didn't think twice about booking them.
Erica was my planner and she was not only a flawless planner, but a true confidant and calming force during such a stressful time. I managed to stretch my wedding across four days with three different venues and lots of moving parts. It wasn't an easy ask, but everything came together absolutely perfectly and it was truly because Erica was at the helm. Every time I tried to help with something, she already had it handled. My wedding day was a dream and there was never one time I worried about what I was walking into or what was happening at a different venue.
If you want to truly enjoy your wedding day and see your vision come to life, EP is the way to go!
I don't even know where to begin with this review. Saying thank you to Justine for the thousandth time still does not seem like enough. She went above and beyond in so many ways, that I hesitate to list all of them here, because I don't want them to be expected of her for every single event she manages after ours. She was in routine coordination with us the entire year leading up to our wedding. And we live hours away from St. Augustine. So for this coordination Justine would regularly go to venues and vendors' business locations and either call or facetime us so we could see and make decisions. This coordination, was greatly appreciated, because during the day of our wedding, Justine understood our vision so much that my bride was not asked a single question while the venues were being set up. And this includes wrangling vendors who went radio silent days before the wedding. In addition to managing us and vendors, she somehow found time to rundown gatecrashers and retrieve stolen items from them during cocktail hour. She had multiple backup plans, and besides being organized she has an incredible ability to think on the fly. And again, she did all of this without troubling the two of us or anyone else in our party. Justine managed everything to perfection. Our wedding is the first I've ever attended that was so well organized that it was constantly ahead of schedule, and that's a testament to how smoothly Justine ran everything. She was even able to get dinner ready earlier than originally planned so that there were no gaps in the night's festivities. Even though we had two venues, her equally well-organized assistant, Madysen, acted as efficiently as Justine whenever Justine couldn't be in two places at once, even though at times it seems like she is capable of this. I am so happy with Justine's work that I'm going to have to think of more ways we can thank her and her team than just leaving our review. Our wedding day was beyond perfect, and that is largely if not entirely due to Justine and her team at Endless Possibilities.
Erica and Justine are such amazing people with some big hearts. They catered to our needs as the Bride and Groom and helped so much, they outdid themselves. No complaints what so ever and definitely recommend them as planners for your wedding! 10/5 stars from us!
I can not say enough good things about Heidi and Endless Possibilities. I truly did not understand her value until we spoke on the phone and she was asking questions of things I had never thought about yet. She started talking about options that I didn’t know were possible. We truly could not have pulled off this wedding with out her.
Her dedication, her forethought, her care, her meticulous planning and coordinating of vendors. All impeccable service that we are forever great full for.
When I showed up to our wedding venue Heidi was there drenched in sweat getting things done. Setting flowers helping the vendors, assisting me and the groomsman, keeping track of time, herding incoming guests, preparing the bridesmaids and bride.
The day after our wedding when we had already left town she went digging through garbage cans to find a lost item for us. If that doesn’t speak volumes of who she is, I don’t know what will. Truly above and beyond!
We had the absolute best experience with Erica. She helped us through the whole wedding planning process and helped our dream day come to life. She advocated for us when planning with vendors to ensure that we had all our boxes checked off. She did so many behind the scene duties the day of to ensure that we were able to enjoy the day with no worries. Erica and Heidi went above and beyond with the decorating between the dinning room, center pieces, and displays and it all looked absolutely beautiful. Im so glad I put all my trust into Erica. The day was perfect and I could not thank her enough for her support and hard word!
We had our wedding at Casa Monica in November of 2022. Erica and EP did an amazing job providing florals for our wedding. We were pretty flexible on exactly which flowers but had pretty clear constraints on colors and budget. EP went above and beyond our expectations, staying both on budget and delivering us a beautiful wedding. We also asked EP fairly last minute if they could help provide florals for our rehearsal dinner the evening before our wedding. They were willing, were very helpful and delivered a great result for that event, too. Highly recommended!
We got married at Casa Monica in St. Augustine on 12/18/21. We can unequivocally say that Heidi was with out a doubt the most amazing planner/person. Every penny paid for her was worth that and then some! I ended up having a massive amount of mud on my dress after photos we took during the nights of lights in the grassy areas. I ran to Heidi in tears. She and her assistant Madison jumped to action, did not even hesitate, got on their hands and knees, and removed all of the stains with paper towels and tide-to-go pens. I legitimately do not know what I would have done without her and her team. In addition to that, Heidi was always present, quick to respond to our calls and emails, and answered all of our questions with kindness and respect. She made everything easy and ensured that our day was absolutely perfect. You cannot go wrong with her by your side on your special day!
Working with Erica at Endless Possibilities was one of the best experiences of wedding planning; she really went above and beyond! Before the wedding, she was always open and helpful keeping me on track during the planning process and seamlessly coordinated all of our vendors for the big day. On the day of, my husband and I were able to spend time with all of our guests and not worry about a single thing knowing that Erica and her team were executing our plans. To top it off, I even used Endless Possibilities for our floral design and have received so many compliments on my bouquet! Do not hesitate to book any of their services at Endless Possibilities!
We came to meet Heidi a few months before the wedding, and we are so happy! She was very professional and made sure the day went smoothly. Her experience in wedding planning certainly came through. There was not a question, concern or problem that she didn’t have an answer and solution too. She made sure the wedding went off without a hitch. Additionally, she offered in-house florist services. The décor and bridal bouquet were absolutely beautiful and unique. The “slap bracelet” corsages were a huge hit as well!
I booked Endless Possibilities for day of coordinating. However, they were so much more than that!! Erica was seriously an absolute angel and helped make my wedding perfect! The whole team was such a great help, but I really have to brag on Erica. She helped us find tents the week of my wedding to make sure we didn’t get soaked. She went as far as buying me flip flops at Walgreens in the middle of the wedding when my feet were about to fall off! To the people who are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, hire these ladies!! You will understand how much of a blessing it is to have them during the course of your planning!
Heidi is AMAZING to work with!! Heidi was there with us every step of the way and made sure that our vision came to life. She is just a text or call away when things come up or you have questions on anything wedding related. She knows a lot of the venues and vendors around town and is great to ask any questions to regarding booking. She isn't pushy and makes sure that you are getting the support that you need from her. I can honestly say that our day went so smoothly because of Heidi's organized brain and professionalism. Thank you so much Heidi for making our day a dream!!!

Her very personable and upbeat personality, will have you engaged throughout while all the while knowing there is nothing that she (or you), have missed in the process of reigning in all of the chaos that comes together on “the day of.” You can relax and enjoy “The Party” as the host, while she and her organization handles every detail with finesse. Heidi with Endless Possibilities was enthusiastic and professional from beginning to end. When I met her, she was providing the tours for various venues. I didn’t know she planned weddings until we were almost out the door. I found this to be the window of her professionalism.
She told me about all the other venues in St. Aug. I asked her opinion on where she would get married and she told us the River House for reasons X, Y, & Z and it blew us away. I told her our budget and whatever amount we gave her, she promised she’d make it look like it was double that...and she delivered.
Heidi considers what the couple wants with every decision regardless of what other parties may suggest or want. She looks for vendors within budget but also excellent quality of work. Her connections in the North Florida area made our wedding the most incredible day. For any couple considering Heidi, I would trust her on ALL of her vendors that she suggests. They are extremely communicative and work together well to make a wedding weekend wonderful.
On a side note- Heidi makes herself available and played the role as a counselor to me on more than one occasion. She is an ANGEL!
If you are thinking about having her as a day of coordinator- do yourself a favor and hire her to assist with planning from beginning to end. Her service is worth it. Heidi will fight your battles with vendors, put what you and your SO want first, and most importantly- she will communicate effectively and thoroughly throughout the entire process of planning your wedding. My husband and I had the wedding and weekend of our dreams and I mean it from the depth of my heart that it would not have been as amazing if it weren’t for her hand in it.
Heidi was a godsend throughout the whole process!! I hired her for the day of coordinating, but she went above and beyond, and stepped in to help repeatedly when she wasn’t required too! Honestly I am not a good planner/organizer, and those types of things stress me out, but she handled everything I threw at her, even my nerves! Her personality was a perfect fit for us, and I honestly don’t have one complaint. She executed my vision perfectly, and my wedding was GORGEOUS! I would recommend her 100%!
I can not say enough about Heidi and her team. Being an event planner myself I was having a hard time finding someone that would work with me and be able to execute all me day of needs. Not only did Heidi exceed that expectation but along the way provided me with some amazing advise that made my wedding day incredibly special. My day of timely was a little complicated because my ceremony was outside....in Florida....in September and it was raining on and off all day. Heidi led the way and timed everything incredible perfect and it didn't rain in the 15 minute window of time that she said "we are going live!" without her execution, creative thinking, organization and authority she provided me my wedding day would not have gone as good as it did. Without a doubt couldn't have done it without her.
Unfortunately, I didn’t learn about Endless Possibilities until after my wedding, but was lucky enough to have Heidi plan and coordinate our Baby Shower. We spoke a few times about what I wanted and then she ran with the idea and I couldn’t have been more in love with our shower. The little surprise details all over the room were proof that Heidi truly cares about not only her events, but her clients, too.
Heidi knew that I didn’t want a traditional shower because I don’t really like showers, and she created the perfect vibe. The shower was casual and fun, not stuffy at all like some showers tend to be, and felt like a sweet celebration of love for our little man.
We’ll never forget our perfect shower and will definitely be contacting Heidi for any future events.

Heidi and Kelli were hired for Day of Coordination for my wedding. I met them at an event and was excited based on the conversation provided by Kelli. During the first half of my wedding process I didn't speak much to Heidi, until Kelli left from the company and I was NOT told until I started receiving emails from Heidi more consistently. I asked about if she still worked with her (one month before my wedding). I was informed she had another assistant who would be helping her with my wedding, which I did not meet this person, prior to my rehearsal dinner. Huge mistake.
At rehearsal, the assistant was not dressed properly. They were supposed to go through my rental items while we were at dinner the night before to ensure everything, but they left and didn't go through the items. According to Heidi, my items were not properly labeled, but she never told me about this where I could have fixed this the night before or morning of my wedding.
On my wedding day, my bridesmaids and one of my guest had to help with set up and place the chair covers Not to mention, the assistant was over two hours late! They felt if they didn't step in, Heidi wouldn't be done in time. I honestly feel she was overbooked that weekend and being my wedding was last, I did not get the best service.
Heidi was over an hour late on my wedding day. She stated it was because she had to pick up last minute rentals that I requested at the rehearsal dinner, but she didn't call to let me know, nor answered the phone when I called. I also called her assistant, who also did not answer the phone! I wouldn't have known she wasn't there if the hotel vendors didn't keep coming asking me questions about placement of items and how things should be done.
Items in the ceremony were misplaced on tables. After my wedding, I emailed Heidi to address my concerns, she only addressed about three of my concerns and gave reasoning that she felt it was "beautiful" and "elegantly placed", but when I expressed my concerns as the client and the bride, I feel they were ignored by stating "I did my best".
There were many concerns in which I spoke of that I feel went unnoticed. I even sent another email that she did not respond to. I know I am no longer a client since my wedding is over, but I still expect as a business for my concerns to be followed up on.
I would not have hired two planners (one in which quit and I was NOT informed until I asked about it) for Day of Coordination if I knew I would have received lack of professionalism (by the assistant) and lack in service in some areas on the day of the wedding/coordination in which was hired. Furthermore, I paid for that one day to be smooth without worry of me or my group having to deal with wedding day set up and issues, and that is not what happened.
I will say, Heidi was very professional during planning and during the wedding event. When I emailed she always responded and tried to help how she could! I am just not happy with how I paid for that ONE day to be in order with the help of a coordinator and her services did not meet my expectations.
If you are considering on planning an event without hiring Heidi, you are seriously missing out. We hired Heidi to coordinate the day of the wedding and she went WAY above and beyond. We have received nothing but compliments on how well organized and seamless our wedding was. Heidi thought of every single detail and was like a breath of fresh air the day of. She is such a beautiful person and her enthusiasm about all the details makes for a less stressful decision process. She also connected us with all of the flowers and centerpieces of the wedding. I highly recommend her. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our day just that much more memorable.

It ended up raining on our wedding day and they pulled together the rain backup beautifully. It was nothing what we originally planned but the fact that they managed to pull it off after we had to change everything at the last minute was very impressive. We highly recommend them!!
