Whitney and her team did an absolutely amazing job planning my wedding! As a young bride, I truly had no idea where to start, but from day one Whitney guided me through her plannin...
g process and laid out a clear, organized plan for how the entire year of planning would look. I was beyond impressed by how structured, detailed, and on top of everything she was - it immediately put me at ease.
This was about a 13-month process, and Whitney truly made my vision come to life. We had a 350-guest wedding, which could have been incredibly overwhelming, but Whitney handled every single detail with professionalism and calm. Even though a wedding of that size is meant to be stressful, the stress was almost non-existent because of her. She allowed me to breathe and actually enjoy the entire planning process without worrying about the tiny details.
As a full-time student in dental hygiene school, my schedule was pretty crazy, but she worked around it effortlessly. Whitney was basically my brain throughout the process. We brainstormed ideas together, she was always transparent and honest, and she was always just a phone call away. She is incredibly kind, personable, and genuinely caring, and at times it truly felt like working with a friend.
Because my husband is Indian, we wanted to incorporate Indian cultural traditions into our ceremony and reception. Whitney was so supportive and genuinely excited to include every single element we proposed. She seamlessly integrated each tradition into the timeline, making sure it was honored perfectly, and made the experience feel so personal and meaningful.
When wedding week and the big day finally arrived, it honestly felt like all I had to do was show up. Everything was covered, every detail was handled, and I felt completely at peace knowing Whitney and her team had everything under control. If anything went wrong that day, I truly never knew - Whitney handled everything behind the scenes so seamlessly that I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
If you’re reading this and still looking at other wedding planners - stop. Choose Whitney! I couldn’t recommend her and her team more, and I am beyond grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. Whitney - we love you so much! Thank you again for making our day so amazing.

ovid bride and I am so thankful I was able to work with her! From the start, Whitney was warm, easy to work with, and understood the vision and budget for our wedding day! Whitney has excellent relationships with top vendors in Dallas which made planning and the day-of that much better! During Covid, Whitney helped us navigate the difficult decision to postpone our May 2020 wedding. She helped us quickly communicate with our vendors to revise contracts and replan our entire day! She handled the entire situation smoothly and our Aug 2020 wedding came together perfectly, safely, and was everything we had dreamed of! Our guests are still raving about the wedding and attention to detail. Every moment and detail of that day was perfect, all thanks to Whitney!
As a 2020 bride, Whitney and I planned approximately 2.5 weddings this year, and she was kind, patient, and thoughtful at all times. Most importantly (for me), she is extremely res...

The best decision I ever made while planning our wedding was hiring Whitney with Engaged Events as our wedding planner! Whitney is unbelievably organized, responsive, punctual, and...
creative. I trusted her advice-- from her vendor recommendations in the very beginning of the planning process to week of the wedding timeline finalization-- and it totally paid off. Whitney was always there to promptly answer all of my questions and help me make decisions during the planning process. Meeting with her in her cute office was always so fun and productive, it became a highlight of the planning process for me! I am Type A and was worried I would be stressed out on my wedding day but I was completely at ease because I was so confident that Whitney had everything under control. She was in constant communication with all of my vendors and she executed all of the logistics of the entire day flawlessly and ahead of schedule. We received so many compliments from our family and wedding party regarding how stress-free and enjoyable the day was and it is all thanks to Whitney and the Engaged Events team. It was truly the best day of our lives and I would recommend Whitney and Engaged Events to any other bride in a heartbeat!
Engaged Events made the planning side of my wedding experience fun, easy and memorable. Whitney is one of the most lovable people I have ever met, from Day 1, I knew I wanted her ...
by my side on my wedding day. Throughout the planning process Whitney took the pressure off of me by coordinating and contacting vendors, ensuring every detail was met. I can’t imagine how I would have pulled off this wedding without Whitney, she had a detailed timeline and checklist that made me feel reassured and prepared so that I could enjoy my special day. Whitney felt like a best friend, someone I could text any hour of the day or vent to when I needed an expert opinion. I appreciated Whitney’s transparency and she made the process so fun! I highly recommend Engaged Events to any bride, you will not be disappointed!
Truly no better team than Whitney and the Engaged Events team. Sarah was our month of coordinator but was there for us through our whole planning process. She listens to the wants ...
of her clients while still being able to offer her professional opinion.
Sarah was instrumental to our wedding day running smoothly. She oversaw all set up and made sure that every detail was taken care of. She was truly a life saver both logistically and emotionally!
After the wedding my husband made a comment that any time he turned around needing something/looking for Sarah she was already right behind him, addressing his needs. She was genuinely always a step ahead of us.
Chelsea assisted Sarah on the day of and was an amazing help! She helped the guys pin boutonnieres, organized the wedding party to get down the aisle, and do any other thing that was asked of her.
Book with EE and you will not regret it!

t conversation and I could tell she was going to awesome to work with. Shes very organized, kind, knowledgeable and on top of it. Whenever I emailed or called she would return the message very promptly and deal with my silly questions. She always made me feel better about my decisions when I asked her opinion or didn't hesitate to steer me in the better direction and which of course I realized she was right! My husband met her once about 3 months before our wedding day and was understood instantly why we hired her and was very confident in her. She was so calm and helpful during the day with her 2 assistants that made me feel relaxed and made my day even better. She made it as perfect as it was! I highly recommend Engaged Events!!!

el the need to meet with her in person before signing the contract, I was THAT confident in my decision. Whitney was professional, organized, sweet as can be and on TOP of her sh*t from the minute we met! She never took more than a few hours to respond to my emails and always had the perfect answer for all of my off the wall questions. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and that was 10000000% thanks to Whitney!!!! From me getting mud on my dress before the ceremony (typical) to a partially collapsing cake, Whitney handled everything like an absolute PRO. We even came back from our honeymoon to a partial refund on the cake all taken care of by her! My entire bridal party adored her and we all decided by mid day that we wanted her to be our friend too because she's so wonderful! I can't thank her enough for all that she did to make our day perfect, and can't recommend her enough to other brides! Using Engaged Events was the best decision we made during wedding planning!

ul. And let me just add that girlfriend does not play when it comes to spreadsheets and emails. She is literally my spirit animal.
I purchased the full planning package, and Whitney was worth her wait in gold. Every email and question I sent, no matter how random or ridiculous, was answered promptly with a wealth of knowledge. The wedding budget Whitney sent covered every little thing that a wedding could possibly include, and she was so spot on with all of her pricing. I am not exaggerating when I say I selected all of my vendors due to her recommendations, and I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism and work product.
Where Whitney truly shines is in her organization and attention to detail. She literally had a digital clock attached to her clipboard the day of our wedding. She also had 2 assistants help the day of, so you can imagine how smoothly and punctual the day went! I am a stressed-out micro-manager by nature, but I was so carefree the day of our wedding because I knew Whitney would take care of everything. My family, friends, husband, and I enjoyed every second of our wedding, and that was all due to Whitney and Engaged Events. I truly do not know how any wedding functions without a Whitney! Please do yourself a favor and hire Engaged Events as the first step in your planning process. You will not be disappointed!

tat I saw published in all of the big magazines. It was amazing to have her by our side and making this process so much fun and actually exciting. We were blessed with our dream wedding and Whitney and her team was a HUGE part of that. We are amazed at the work that goes into these BIG days, she made it look easy. If you are able to use a planner we will always and forever recommend Engaged Events!

I had along the way, and she brought all of my wedding dreams to life. She was incredible throughout the year leading up to the wedding, but she completely exceeded my expectations on the day of. She took care of literally EVERYTHING. She made sure that my family, friends and I never had to lift a finger, which allowed us to fully enjoy the day. Several members of our family and wedding party even commented on how organized Whitney was and how impressed they were with her. If you're looking for a wedding planner, I promise you won't be disappointed with Whitney and her team! They are the absolute BEST.

Cortney was a life saver the day of everything we needed she was there and ready for. She made sure we were taken care of and helped us with everything she could. My only complaint...
is that the reason I went with this company was that they said they would be there throughout the entire planning phase to answer any questions I had. It would usually take her about 2 weeks to reply to any questions I had and she rarely knew the answers to them. If you are looking for someone to walk you through the process and answer questions I would get a different package. About a week before the wedding is when Cortney really stepped in and helped out a ton and I dont think I could have gotten through the day of without her!

single hitch thanks to Whitney being so engaged with all of our vendors throughout the entire process. There were several times I reached out to her with a question I had just thought of and she always had the answer and told me she had already handled it!! She really thought of everything. One story I have to share about Whitney:
My dress had a long train and my sister had practiced bustling it a couple times, but on the wedding day before our entrance into the reception, she spent about 10 minutes trying to remember where to start but was overwhelmed. After we were all starting to panic a bit, I asked Whitney to come help. She calmed everyone down and had it figured out and bustled in no time. Literally don't know what we would have done without her! HIGHLY recommend!

s my lead coordinator. This meant that Whitney came with me to about five different meetings that I had with various vendors, and we met from time to time in the months leading up to the wedding. Additionally, I was able to ask Whitney's opinion on just about anything by shooting her a quick email. Whitney was always quick to respond. This is not something you are going to find with other wedding planners, especially if you don't go with a "full service" option. Whitney had great recommendations for vendors and also provided me with a fantastic wedding budget spreadsheet that helped me track all of the wedding costs. I don't think the actual day of the wedding could have gone more smoothly! Whitney did a fantastic job and if there were any behind-the-scenes hiccups, I didn't know about them! I can't recommend Engaged Events enough!!!

She helped made my daughter's wedding a day that she, us family and friends will always remember it with a smile. She was reliable and always available. Extremely organized. The Best!!! So sad I don't have another daughter so I can work with her again!! ; )

She is clearly a pro in this field and I would hands down trust her to ensure your wedding goes off without a hitch! She knows all the best vendors in the area, is so organized, and as an added bonus is super sweet and really cares about you. Thank you Whitney for making our big day so amazing!

professional. I did not have to worry about a thing. I tried to think of something that went wrong and I really can't because Sarah handled everything with grace. Our best man even forgot the rings and Sarah smoothed it over so as not to miss a beat at all. I will recommend Sarah (and Whitney!) to any of my friends that are engaged as I want them to have the same experience I had on our Wedding Day!

one dependable and with an eye for details so that my family and I could enjoy the day. Whitney is so easy to work with, thought of everything I needed for the day of, and had great feedback to any questions or ideas I had. The day of the wedding, Cortney was so great at keeping everything on track and handling anything that came up (like when the AC broke in the reception space). Chic Fleur Wedding and Events was one of my favorite vendors throughout the entire wedding experience and I can't recommend them enough!

! At each vendor meeting, she asked questions I hadn't even thought of because of her extensive wedding experience. She was always early, quick to respond to any and all questions I had and extremely professional. She helped me pull my ideas together and suggested ways to make things better and smoother. On my actual wedding day, she made it all happen flawlessly! One of my vendors was pushing back about the wedding being outdoors due to weather, and Whitney saved the day by talking them into keeping everything outside. It ended up even better than I could have imagined! She and her team were quick on their feet that day to ensure everything was exactly how I pictured it. I had multiple people comment on how smoothly everything went and how perfect my wedding was, and it is all due to Whitney and her team executing so well. We had the most perfect day, and I could not have done it without her. Truly, I don't think I paid her enough for all that she did!

She offered me and my mom (and family and groom and wedding party) peace of mind on our wedding day and we are SO thankful for her expertise and overall care. I had the dream team for my wedding day and I could not be more thankful. Whitney recommended the very best vendors to work with and was always there if I had a question or needed advice. My wedding would not have gone as smooth and perfect as it did without Whitney and her fabulous team! If you want someone who will make your wedding stress free (and fun!) then choose Whitney and Chic Fleur. Whitney, THANK YOU! We are so incredibly grateful for you!

n Dallas that following Monday. I needed someone I could trust to plan the day I've been dreaming of for literally as long as I could remember!!! From the moment that I met Whitney, I instantly clicked with her. She was so passionate about her job, had great attention to detail, and she was just EASY to work with. She corresponded with ALL of my vendors and she responded to every text, call, and e-mail of mine within minutes! Throughout the 1+ year leading up to our big day, she became more like a friend than a wedding planner. Our wedding day would not have been complete without Whitney and her amazing team - I cannot praise her or recommend her enough!!!

Whitney is absolutely amazing and we would recommend her to everyone. She has an eye for design, detailed oriented and is a perfectionist, which we love! The groom and I both have ...
very busy schedules and she accommodated us so well and willing to meet us in the evening after work. She was always available via phone, text, or email and responded immediately to any of our questions any day of the week. We gave her a budget and told her to design our dream wedding and she definitely did it! We did an Asian tea ceremony in the afternoon, followed by the traditional American ceremony and reception in the evening. Whitney was great in coordinating it all, including a tea ceremony that she has never done before. Our families were impressed with how classy and organized the tea ceremony went.
Our wedding ran extremely smooth and our guests had a great time. Whitney's recommendations were on point. Things we did not think would make a huge difference, like a simple white dance floor, added so much to the entire night. We look back at photos and would say, wow glad we listened to Whitney.
My boss who is not an easy person to be impressed... texted us this comment...
"I am 67 years old. I have been to a zillion weddings. I do not jest. Yours was the best I have ever attended.
I was stunned.
My congratulations to whoever orchestrated the event. "
We can't thank Whitney enough for making our day so special. You will not be disappointed choosing her as your coordinator. I would do it all over again!

Not only was it a perfect fit for my needs, but honestly, using Chic Fleur's month-of coordinating/planning was hands-down THE BEST decision I made in my entire wedding planning process. Whitney and her team executed my vision perfectly!!!! And when some unexpected severe weather became a major threat to a large part of our reception plans the week of our wedding, Whitney seamlessly developed innovative ideas and alternatives right away, having multiple back-up plans ready to be set into motion if needed and alleviating all my stress in those days leading up to and the day of the wedding. I don't know what we would have done without her--Everything turned out so wonderful!!
Whether you're the type of bride who's unsure about the details and is needing help with full-scale planning or the type who feels more OCD about the process and is unsure about being able to give someone else control, Chic Fleur will not only meet your every need, but will exceed your expectations! Whitney's professionalism, unmatched level of organization, and exceptionally HIGH STANDARD of work make her and anyone else she puts on her team the most solid wedding investment you can make--five stars aren't nearly enough to do them justice!!!
