We booked Entertainment Express Limousine Service for our wedding day and could not be happier. From the beginning Walter worked with us to reasonably accommodate the needs of both transportation and budget. Our bridal party was in awe when the stretch Hummer arrived. The neon lights and ambiance was exactly what we needed to get the party started on our day. Our chauffer was professional and even assisted getting things in order at the church. They were on time, got us to our destination early and even finished things off with a champagne toast. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENTERTAINMENT EXPRESS LIMOUSINE SERVICE!
1. The antique car that was advertised to have air conditioning did not have a lick of air conditioning. Upon asking the driver to turn it on, I received a “I’m sorry, it just broke yesterday”. convenient. My wedding day was 90 degrees and by the time I arrived at my destination I was DRIPPING in sweat, dehydrated, and extremely light headed. I actually cried in the church parking lot bc of how irritable I was. Not to mention, my makeup melted off and my curls came out.
2. I left my first look venue early & forfeited extra pictures so that we would make it to church in a timely manner. At the first look venue, we calculated on multiple navigation apps how long it would take to get there (with traffic) and left accordingly bc there was quite a bit of traffic. Lo and behold, the drivers managed to take us around all of New Jersey and added an extra HOUR to the route. I arrived at the church 1 hour late. It came to the point where my brother started navigating for the driver on the party bus bc of how horrible and convoluted his directions were. I arrived very very late and didn’t even get the pictures I had wanted at the first look. Simply due to a lack of basic navigation services.
3. I entered the church Where I had previously assigned to women to fix my 5 yard cathedral veil as I walk down the aisle. I did not see this occur, but found out after-the-fact, that my limousine driver aggressively told them that he had “held veils for hundreds of brides and that he would do the job that he was being paid for himself.” I did not know that in A limousine drivers job description was to spread my veil down the aisle. And as any bride, I assigned the job to a female who understood female things. So as this driver attempted to spread my veil behind me, he yanked it out of my head as I am half way down the aisle. IN FRONT OF 300 GUESTS. i was jolted backwards, and 4 women fly out of the aisle in an attempt to shove my veil back in to my head. I lifted my arm to adjust the veil and my dress sleeve TORE.
4. During the ceremony, another party bus arrives (not in the contract)& the drivers remove everything from party bus #1 and put it in party bus #2. My bridal party’s belongings. My honeymoon belongings, my reception belongings, everything, was transferred by these people. when we got onto the new party bus, everything was thrown in a pile in the trunk. Things fell out of bags and people lost belongings.
5. Party bus #2 did not have an auxiliary cable. So the PARTY bus that we were supposed to party on (on the way to the reception) could only offer us radio stations. There was no wine on the party bus and the air condition on this bus was also extremely weak.
What is most disheartening about this entire situation is that we reached out to the company over a dozen times. By phone and by email. Every time we got a hold of someone on the phone, “he had to go out of town and would call us back in a few days”. never received a call back. Finally I called one last time a few weeks ago and told them that if the situation was not rectified that I would leave detailed reviews. No response again. I am so upset with the service and how we were treated after the fact. No matter what anyone tells you- do not trust this company if you want to have a nice day. You can get much nicer companies, for the exact same price.I have just received my wedding videos and would be happy to share proof of these incidents with any future brides. Feel free to reach out.
Walter and his team were amazing and prompt with their pick up times and drop off times. I'm a wedding planner who works with many different transportation companies, but have found my one company to constantly recommend to clients. Clean vehicles, friendly service, and on time. There's no better!
Walter, Thank you very much for the Rolls Royce & Superb service. You truly added an element to our wedding that was a blessing. Truly you brought the Elegance, Style, & Fun. The pictures we had taken coming out of the Rolls Royce at the Bethwood came out beautiful. It was a day that was planned in 3 weeks and you made our day special. We truly appreciate your wonderful service and look forward to the next time.

We had a wonderful experience with Entertainment Express Limousine service and Walter. The limos were on time and beautiful. We especially loved the vintage Rolls Royce which my husband really wanted. They were affordable and worth every penny. Thank you Walter and Entertainment Express Limousines for making out day perfect.
I highly recommend Entertainment Express Limousine Service! The staff was fantastic, easy to work with in the planning my daughters sweet 16 at the Graycliff on 1/7/2017. A wonderful way to start the New Year. I appreciated their patience while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. The Stretch Escalate I ordered had all the amenities I ordered and more.! Our driver Tommy was punctual and accommodating. The service was great. Thank you.

I'd like to give these people a big fat 1 star. I'm going to try and be nice here. They showed up, I got to my wedding and to my pictures and reception without getting into an accident and on time, but that's about it. There was no AC in the car myself and my father and later my groom were in, mind you it was 90 degrees, and even though I was told there would be water I was never once offered water. Let me mention, the stretch limo my bridal party was in had AC, water, champagne, music and a good time. By the time we got to our picture location which was the historic Hoboken train terminal, the driver basically ditched me across the parking lot to walk across cobblestones in my heels. I was so thirsty and dehydrated at this point that my photographer and videographer actually had to purchase water for me inside the station. Afterwards I had to walk to the car once again and this time I refused to drive back with no AC. I had to switch with 2 others from the wedding party so we could have AC on the way to the reception. By the time we arrived (we had hit traffic) the driver had the nerve to approach my husband and ask where to bill the overtime to because we went 10 minutes overtime. SERIOUSLY? This guy had some nerve. Thankfully between our amazing venue and my father, the guy accepted his tip as his "overtime." I will never book this limo again and I urge others not to. I specifically asked about water and was told there would be, yet there was nothing offered to me and I was so dehydrated by the reception I had to be cooped up in the bridal suite for an hour with two nurses from my bridal party trying to rehydrate me and get my heart rate back down.
Unfortunately, this is the one bad vendor I had on my wedding day this past April. I STRONGLY URGE YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Unlike all other vendors who made my wedding day a dream, Walter and his driver had me crying right before i walked down the aisle, LITERALLY. In my correspondences with Walter (email and phone), I clearly stated that I wanted to be picked up with my bridal party at 2pm for pictures, ceremony at 5, and drop us at the royal manor after the ceremony. Minutes before i am supposed to head down the aisle, the driver puts me on the phone with Walter telling me “most limos are rented for 3 hours”. I am usually very articulate but in the very anxious moments before marrying the love of my life, this character is telling me it will be an extra $300 to drive us to the reception after the ceremony, a mere 30-40 minutes total! Not only did he insist on charging me for stipulations that were NEVER mentioned in the emails (while i clearly stated the timing and trip for the day), but he had his driver wait AND EAT at my reception until my cousin generously offered to pay. If i was in my right frame of mind i would have NEVER agreed to pay that. All in all, i am angered and the miscommunication and unprofessional demeanor this was handled. I wish I read these reviews before booking him.There are many other professional companies you can go to. It’s not worth the stress on your wedding day.
Walter is amazing! EE is the ONLY transportation you should ever hire. As a wedding day can get chaotic Walter was always there to back me up. Literally. When everyone was excited and ran up the church stairs Walter was there to help me carry my train on my gown and took my hand to walk me up. He also upgrade our limo for our bridal party. You can tell he truly loves his company and you should to. Walter - you will be recommended to all of our friends. Thank you for everything.

Walter and Entertainment Express Limo delivered as promised! The limo arrived early to pick up the groom and groomsmen and made it to pick up myself and the bridesmaids with plenty of time as well. The stretch Escalade was clean and presentable. They also included a champagne toast after our Church Ceremony as well as Champagne for the Bridal Party to enjoy together on the way to the Reception. Very pleased with the level of service!
My husband and I got married on June 6, 2015. The ceremony was at St. Lukes Church in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ and the reception was at the Ramsey Country Club in Ramsey, NJ. We used Walter's limo service to provide a stretch hummer limo for our grooms and bridal party and a vintage Rolls Royce for myself and my husband.
Walter's drivers are professional, friendly and fun. In both cases, the drivers took their time going from the ceremony to the reception allowing both the grooms/bridal party and the bride/groom to enjoy the drive with some champagne.
While both drivers were great, the Rolls driver not only put the top down on the car so we could enjoy the weather, but he also snapped at least 50 photos of us outside of the reception while sitting in the Rolls. The photos came out wonderful.
If you are looking for a very easy to use, very reliable and very professional limo service for your wedding, Walter's Entertainment Express Limo service is a must.

The limo was on time & the driver was patient when we were running late. The driver was accommodating of some last minute changes in schedule, which we appreciated. He was polite and helped everyone get in & out. Overall the limo was clean & the ride was comfortable. It came with one bottle of Verdi champagne.
Leading up to the wedding, everything was great. My sister used them at her wedding four years ago, so I fully trusted them. Well, the day of the wedding came and unfortunately I was so incredibly disappointed. For the amount of money I paid, a limo that had duck tape, scratches and dents all over the outside of the limo and no promised red carpet. This SUV Navigator should have never been in his fleet and it is embarrassing that he would give this to a bride. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone because you clearly have no idea what you are getting and the day of the wedding I had no other option. I just had to accept it and move on because I obviously had to get from point A to point B.
The cars were on time and very clean,but there was a lot of miscommunication between the office and the driver.we were overcharged, and spent a week after our wedding day arguing for a refund to our debit card.very uncool
Entertainment Express Limo was a great choice for our wedding transportation. We obviously didn't know how the day would turn out having a feb. winter wedding in NJ, but surprisingly we had a wonderfully nice/warm day. Entertainment express limo was there on time and ready for the day.
Some issues we had were having to fight for the timing of the limo. In our contract, it was not stated that the preliminary written contract had a time limit. Even in the fine print. We were unaware that the prices would change based on our timing needs. Without knowing this, the week before the wedding when final arrangements were taking place, we had to call all of our vendors and move things around to accommodate the travel times to remain in our budget.
This should have been clearly explained upon signing the contract.
Aside from that, the driver was friendly, the Party Bus was clean, and beautiful both inside and out, it accommodated our whole party with room to spare, and we had a wonderful time.
We chose this limo company based on a recommendation. I never actually met with Walter, we arranged everything through phone and email. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. They were flexible when we realized the day before the wedding that the groom pick up time was going to be the same time school was getting out across the street. They were able to pick them up 30 minutes earlier with no problem. Although we do wish that the driver chose a better route to get to the reception since we were trying to get from Bogota to Mahwah at 5:30ish on a Friday night in May. We ended up sitting in traffic on both Rt 4W and 17N. Had we taken a different route, we could have finished pictures sooner and gotten to our cocktail hour a bit earlier. Also with having the limo arrive earlier, I wasn't thinking that we still only had a 3 hr time block. The limo driver approached me before taking our family photos outside the church to tell me we had 10 minutes for family photos (and we have big families!) or we would be charged extra per every half hour we went over. He kind of had me freaking out at that point and I think he could have handled that a little bit better/said it to me in a different way. All in all though, they were great.
We chose them for our 4-21-12 wedding. I met the CEO (Walter) at a bridal show and ended up winning an additional $75 off my order. After the show discount, prize discount & an additional discount for an error I noticed on their website, I was able to get a 10 passenger stretch Chrysler 300 for an incredible price. It was for 3 hours and I paid a small deposit to secure it. He was very accommodating in helping me figure out a timeline and making changes. Two weeks before the wedding he redid the contract to change the addresses for pick up and the timing. The drive on the day-of was very courteous and knowledgeable. We arrived at all of our destinations on time. The limo had a hard time getting down the hill to my ceremony venue due to the angle. After several attempts, the driver turned around & drove backwards down the hill to make it. Everything worked out well.
I met the CEO of the company at a bridal show. I was a bit skeptical but I figured I'd give it a try. His prices were very reasonable. The day of the wedding my driver was great. I would recommend this Limo Company for anyone who is looking. I would certainly use them again.
After meeting with Walter at a bridal expo, I was immediately impressed with his company. I hadn't even planned on attending the expo, which I had found out about an hour before, but was so glad that I had. Not only was he extremely professional, but his prices were great too. He allowed me to see and sit in the limos that we would be using prior to the wedding, and also upgraded to a newer/better equipped model without charging us more. The drivers were on time and confirmed where we were going for pictures, which was plus since the location had been changed at one point. I would definitely recommend this company again.
We initially wanted a Rolls Royce & were going to leave the bridal party on their own. Thankfully we decided to go with a 12 passenger limo also. Unfortunately we got married during the crazy October snowstorm. Our driver Larry was awesome but due to the weather conditions, the Rolls Royce didn't make it. Larry was extremely professional & cautious to ensure our safety due to the poor travel conditions. We were very happy with his service.
Car arrived on time, driver was professional and courteous. We had no trouble changing the contract a few weeks before the wedding to add an extra stop to the route.
Walter owns the company and picked us up in the Rolls Royce we wanted. He was right on time, so professional and friendly. The pricing was very good, and they are frequently at bridal shows so you can get a discount. They even had champagne ready for us after the church on a red carpet that we drank in front of our friends/family which made for cute pictures!
Everything worked out perfectly; we had no issues at all!
