Entourage Event Services (DJ & Emcee)

First I would like to say Ray and Lisa are wonderful people. But I hired ray to DJ my wedding and which he said he was available that day to do so. Down the road I found out that he was not going to be able to do so and had to have there second DJ which I was okay with. I also hired them to do my chair covers and sashes and Photo booth. I was told from the beginning that I could either make a play list of music or not. If I did not, not to worry because all there DJ are "skilled" and know what they are doing and how to read the crowd. Well not to knowledge the duo (DJ and MC) who were going to be working my wedding either got fired or moved on from the company. I was told that they did have a new DJ who was even better then the ones who were supposed to be there, which I was like perfectly fine with. well the DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING I was told that my DJ had a medical emergency which is heart breaking to the DJ and also to me who's wedding was less then hours away. But Ray had it covered before even telling me what happened. I did feel a little uncomfortable with it but could not do anything because it was less than 24 hours till my wedding. Ray made sure to come to my venue to set up all the equipment because my venue was so huge and was worried about the sound. When I was setting up some things (the day before) the music sounded GREAT! loud enough to hear from outside but not where you had to scream at the person next to you. Just what I wanted., or I thought. The day of my wedding was perfect until I stepped into the building. My new DJ knew nothing on what I wanted. I had to make sure of many things but to find out were not on there list like, when me and my husband were introduced to have guest swing there napkins, my surprise dance for my mom was not on the set list, my monogram was no where to be found, my 4 year old daughter was supposed to sing a song for me and my husband and my father in law was supposed to sing a song also! The "DJ" mispronounced many of my bridesmaids and groomsman names. even though it was spelled out and I went over it when him many times before hand. and the next thing you could NOT hear the music my bridal party or my music at all!!!! I spent time on picking out those songs and no one even heard them. He CUT off my first dance song at 30 to 45 seconds from the end which really mad me mad. he played the same song over and over again for my money dance which was not supposed to happen. My one rule on my wedding day was to not stress out because everything can not be perfect I knew that and I did not want anyone to tell me that something to go wrong unless it was bad. Well I had 4 of my guest plus many of my bridal party come up to me and tell the DJ will not play the music that I wanted. The music that he "picked out" was so bad many of my guest left my wedding because of it. I was so mad!! The DJ ruined my dancing of my wedding!!! please save your wedding and your money and do not hire them as a DJ. the Photo booth was perfect(even though after my wedding I was told it broke down many times) but all my guest loved it and had fun with the props. The Chair sashes and covers were very beautiful and were perfect! JUST DONT HIRE THEM AS A DJ. I called many time to discuss this with them, the answered the first time but after that would not. During our call he said he would "look into it" and call back well 3 months later no call. I just don't want another bride to have there wedding ruined by there music.
