We are beyond grateful to Nadira Merali and the entire Envi Events team for making our wedding an unforgettable experience! Planning and executing seven events over five days was no small feat, but Nadira, along with Harine and Sultana, managed every detail with professionalism, organization, and grace.
From vendor coordination to timeline management, they ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the celebrations without stress. Their ability to handle last-minute changes, solve problems on the fly, and execute our vision seamlessly made all the difference. No matter what came up, they were always calm, composed, and ready with a solution.
What truly stood out was their dedication—not just to logistics, but to making sure we and our families felt supported throughout the entire journey. Their experience and expertise were evident in every aspect of the planning, and we could not have asked for a better team to bring our wedding to life.

Hiring Nadira was the best decision we made! Months prior to the wedding Nadira made herself available for any questions we had and made helpful suggestions. She followed up with vendors throughout the process. During the wedding weekend, Nadira and her team were on top of it! Each one of them made it a priority to get to know our families and made sure they all felt at ease throughout the weekend. We couldn't have picked a better planner!
Nadira is an AMAZING wedding planner and will make your wedding events go more smoothly than butter on a baby's butt! :o) Sorry, I'm a pediatrician and found that funny, but it is also VERY true!!! :o) Nadira was EXTREMELY responsive throughout our entire wedding planning period and to say she did a RIDICULOUSLY AMAZINGLY GREAT job at all our wedding events is the understatement of the year!!! :o) I had such a great time at all my wedding events because I knew that she and her team (Tulsi and Sharmeen - both also AMAZING! :o) ) would take care of everything - they were all SO on top of everything!!! :o) Totally went beyond our expectations!!! :o) Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! :o)
Hiring Nadira was one of the biggest mistakes we made for our wedding. She is so disorganized and completely all over the place. It was a nightmare working with her and almost every vendor she recommended to us. Her work was very sloppy, she was late to almost every meeting, and she never followed up on appointments and vendor details. I had to remind her and hold her hand throughout the entire planning process from the time we hired her, and also had to get my venue and venue coordinator involved to at least have some things done correctly.
We almost fired her three times, we sent her so many emails to keep her on track, and all she had to do was follow the detailed timeline we put together. It’s never fun to write a bad review. I thought so many times I will just let it go, but this truly can’t happen to other brides.
She doesn’t have the experience needed to plan weddings for various cultures, her network of vendors and contacts are very amateur, and most importantly she is extremely disorganized. I had to create my own timeline, vendor contact lists, checklists, etc. If we weren’t so far into the planning and if it wasn’t so close to the wedding, we would have fired her and hired a new planner.
If it weren’t for the help we had from our venue coordinator and the detailed timeline I put together, Nadira would not have been able to at least do a decent job the day of the wedding. Which of course, things still went wrong. I’m so disappointed in her and I would not recommend her to anyone. A wedding is such a magical and beautiful time for a bride and I didn’t get to fully enjoy the planning because of her lack of skills and just awful vendors she recommended. We wasted so much time and energy following her direction. It was the worst mistake. I wish she had just told us she couldn’t do our wedding and that she had too much on her plate, wasn’t experienced enough, or whatever the reason may have been. No bride should have to go through that. I wish I had known better and not hired her.
If I could give six stars, I would. Nadira and her team care as much about your wedding as you do. She handled everything--absolutely everything. No task was undone, no stone unturned. She made everything easy. She's organized, in charge and incredibly professional. Run, don't walk, to hire her for your wedding!!!!
