If you need a coordinator for your wedding, look no further than Envy! Renee was a FABULOUS planner and executed my vision flawlessly and made my wedding run as smooth as possible. Her years of experience were demonstrated numerous times as she asked questions I would have never thought of and compiled all the details (even the minute ones) into a gorgeous 15 page timeline which my type A self loved! I could not speak more highly of Renee and Envy and would recommend this time to anyone who is getting married!!!
Envy was a wonderful business to work with! Jessie was incredibly kind and was extremely through and flexible the entire process up until the wedding and day-of. I definitely changed my mind on a few matters before the wedding and rather than treating my requests as annoyances, jessie took the time to talk with me about my concerns and made sure that they had been seen through on our wedding day! Everything ran so smoothly, and if anything didn't, my husband and I were completely unaware! I am very grateful for everything that Envy has helped us do and we had a more than wonderful experience with them!
Hands down would recommend Envy Lifestyle to anyone looking for a wedding planner! Jessie absolutely killed it and made my dream wedding come to life when we got married on 1/27/24!! The year leading up to our wedding, Jessie was a god sent to my husband and I! She handled everything for us and communicated with me about everything in a timely manner and got things handled. I had zero issues the year leading up to the wedding and the day of, her and her team knocked it out of the park setting up our wedding! It was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous and everything I had envisioned! She took the time to listen and ask questions and answers questions when I needed opinions and or help! The day of packet you receive before the wedding, was perfect 👏🏼 I 10/10 recommend them to anyone!!
Steffi was INCREDIBLE. I was a nervous and stressed bride, and she was such a calm and confident presence. From the month-of turnover meeting to the wedding day, she handled it all. When I decided (way too late) that I wanted a huge seating chart installation, she was there sending me recos and inspired photos. When kids showed up to our adults-only wedding, she politely and professionally handled it. I only regret not hiring her sooner for full planning services! It would’ve saved me so much stress.
Steffi was my wedding coordinator and oh my goodness she was amazing. She made my dream wedding come true, she eased all my stress and took everything off my hands a month before the wedding. Steffi created a perfect day of timeline and the whole day ran seamlessly because of her. She is so kind, loving and respectful and I would highly recommend her to any future bride needing a wedding planner/coordinator!!
We hired Envy for month of and day of coordination. We immediately fell in love with our coordinator, Mikaela. Our initial meeting was over 3 hours and we accomplished so much. She is a great listener, she is calm, organized, and a phenomenal person. She is excellent at her job. She is a quick problem solver when issues arose and was able to rally the wedding party and keep them all organized. Her timeline was excellent. I am so thankful we had her the month of and for the day of. Our whole family was able to enjoy the day because we knew Mikaela and her partner were there to take care of everything. One of the best decisions we made was to hire Envy!
We are thrilled that we went in this direction. We were assigned Kelly and she was a gem!
So much enthusiasm and excellent attention to detail and follow through. I loved that she attended our rehearsal and was my right arm for the ceremony and reception.
Envy provided venue-mandated coordination for our wedding in May 2021.
I don’t know what transpired between our turnover meeting and wedding, but the exceptional service we thought we would receive was not reality.
At our rehearsal, Jessie barely said two words, and our wedding party asked us who she was and why she was there. She never took the time to introduce herself or offer direction.
At our turnover meeting, Jessie informed us she would be arriving at the venue at 2 p.m. on our wedding day. We stated we would be arriving at 8 a.m. to set up. Instead of enthusiastically offering to be there at 8, Jessie halfheartedly offered to be there “if we wanted her to.”
True to her word, Jessie waltzed in at 2 p.m. and asked if we needed anything. We had taken care of all of it at 8 a.m. I barely saw her until it was time to walk down the aisle. My only compliment is she got us through the ceremony in an organized fashion.
After the ceremony, we went to the beach to take portraits. Our pre-ceremony schedule was derailed, so we were running behind. While we were at the beach, knowing we would be arriving at the venue later than scheduled, we told Jessie we wanted dinner to start. We arrived at the venue to find that dinner had not begun, and our guests had been awkwardly sitting in the reception space. We reiterated to Jessie food needed to be served immediately, even though my dress still had to be bustled. We were not precious about making a “grand entrance.” Instead of immediately communicating our request to the caterer, Jessie spent 20 minutes watching my husband and a bridesmaid struggle with my bustle before offering assistance. She also never told the caterers to begin serving. That said, we walked into a reception full of hangry guests.
To top it all off? Jessie left the premises 30 minutes prior to the contracted event end time - well before we had finished cleaning up - without a congratulations or goodbye. As a direct result, we lost the top tier of our wedding cake; our expensive custom cake topper; and all our leftovers.
Upon returning to our Airbnb, we noticed that none of our food had been packed. Since Jessie was supposed to be overseeing everything, my husband texted her to see if she knew if anyone might still be at the venue. Her response? She didn’t have any guidance since she was already at home. The next day, thanks to our own investigating, we found out leftovers cannot remain in the venue’s refrigerator overnight - so the staff threw everything away. We called Jessie to try to understand what happened, and she informed us she had “told someone in our group” the food was in the refrigerator. Not us personally, mind you. To add insult to injury, over $200 worth of hand sanitizer and LED candles walked away.
A few days after the wedding, one of my bridesmaids informed me Jessie yelled at guests who kindly stayed after the reception to help us clean, insisting they leave the property. When approached, Jessie informed me the allegations were incorrect and my bridesmaids actually took the time to thank her for all her help. The rude behavior is heresy at this point, but I can confirm none of my bridesmaids thanked Jessie. Instead, to be frank, they asked me what she did to contribute and earn the money we paid.
Between rude venue staff and Envy’s lack of concern, I look back on our wedding with mixed emotions. There is a black cloud over it all, and a large part of that is due to our experience with Envy.
From the beginning of my wedding planning process, I was advised to get a great day of coordinator because they are irreplaceable and Nicole at Envy most definitely was! We had a hand off meeting about 6 weeks before my wedding and she was in constant contact with me through the end of the wedding! She was so sweet and helped with everything I could have needed. Her assistant Caroline joined her for the wedding day and she was equally as amazing. She walked around with my husband and I, carrying drinks and fixing my dress, during pictures and even tied my shoes for me before our reception. I couldn’t be happier to have had them apart of our day and am so thankful for all of their help!
Envy was so amazing to work with! We had Nicole as our wedding planner and we wouldn’t have had it any other way. When you have a planner it is important for them to be an advocate for you and she literally was amazing. She helped me with other vendors when things came up and it made me feel so much better. She makes you feel like family during the whole process and that no question is stupid! I love love love the team they have!
We couldn’t have asked for a better team than Envy for our wedding coordinators! We talked with both Steffi and Nicole during the planning process and Nicole was our day of coordinator. They were both so helpful and so easy to talk to. Nicole ran our final meeting and rehearsal flawlessly! After meeting with her, we knew we were in good hands! We really connected and she made us feel so special! The day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about anything because Nicole was on top of every single detail! Nicole and Kelly set up all the decor for us exactly how we talked about, tied all the napkins, and even brought us food and drinks and made sure we were taken care of all day! The entire day was a dream, truly even better than we ever could have imagined, and we can’t thank Envy enough! They are AMAZING and they truly exceeded our expectations!! We will be forever grateful!!!
When it comes to wedding planners I cannot recommend Envy highly enough!
Jessie and Steffi are both absolute angels. For our wedding, we worked with Jessie specifically. Being a COVID bride and originally and out of town bride I have had the privilege of working with Jessie in many different ways.
Originally when we got engaged we were living in Boston and planning our wedding in Florida. Envy was recommended to us by our event venue as a day of coordinator and after meeting Steffi and Jessie in person we immediately knew we wanted them to do full planning and design for us. It was clear right off the bat that to have the vision we've always wanted and the stress-free day we hoped for, we needed them on our team!
I've thought a lot about which vendors were "make or break " for us, and honestly, Envy is single-handedly the one vendor we could not live without. Not only are they fabulous at what they do when it comes to planning, execution, design, vibes, layout, everything... they also recommended pretty much all of our other amazing vendors to us! Without them, we wouldn't have been able to put together the amazing team of DJs, florists, photographers, etc that made our day truly come together.
Being in Boston, Jessie scheduled zoom calls with us to keep us in the loop on what was going on with our big day. Having someone be in the actual state we were planning our wedding proved to be the best thing ever. (Who knew it was so hard to plan a wedding 2,000 miles away!) Additionally, Jessie's unwavering support for our vision, our love, and our big day made it a truly magical experience, despite the TWO times we had to postpone our wedding because of COVID.
So let's flash forward to the above and beyond part of our review. We had to postpone our wedding twice. Originally we were set to get married March 21, 2020. If you remember, this was pretty much the first weekend that anyone had to cancel weddings during the pandemic. My husband and I were both absolute wrecks. I literally remember choking back tears on the phone with my florist that week. Enter, Jessie. Jessie was an absolute angel on Earth when it came to postponing our wedding. Not only did she handle the situation with empathy and grace, but she rallied all of our vendors and basically figured out how to move our wedding without losing us any money.
I need to reiterate how amazing this is. Never had any of us been in a pandemic before, never had Jessie planned a wedding during a pandemic before, and she supported us and helped make the changes that needed to be changed, call the people that needed to be called, and make our dream wedding happen when we were literally at our worst.
I cannot thank Envy and Jessie enough for their commitment to what they do and their clients. Our planning process up until the pandemic was stress-free, and even during we were one of the lucky couples who doesn't have a horror story to tell, because our wedding planner was a rockstar and saved the day.
The moral of the story is if you're looking for someone with great taste, incredible work ethic, and a vibe you want to be around on your big day. Look no further! Envy is your one-stop-shop for wedding planning and design, and they also may double as a best friend and therapist when it comes to those pesky pandemics.

Jessie and team were absolutely amazing in their assistance with all planning and detailed decision making throughout the entire wedding planning process but especially in that final stretch to the wedding.
Jessie answered every question I had promptly, gave sound advice, provided direction at times when I felt lost or overwhelmed and allowed me to step into my wedding day without stress. She pulled off every single detail as I envisioned it (or better) and made sure each part of the day was smooth and seamless.
I truly could not have asked for a better experience and am truly thankful that I found and booked with Envy!
We cannot recommend Envy to enough of our friends. Jessie was an absolute God-send during the most stressful time of the wedding planning process. Professionally, she is organized, helpful, responsive responsive and someone you need to hqve on your team for such a special occasion. Not only is Jessie professional and clearly an expert in this field, she is the sweetest person ever. Weddings have not been easy because of COVID but she made sure that everything went according to plan and I couldn't have had a more perfect wedding day. Even when I was having some stressful moments about last minute details, she was available and stayed so calm that I was instantly reassured every time. I am so thankful for all of your help Jessie! Not sure there are enough positive adjectives to describe the team over at Envy. We have had the privilege to be able to partner with Envy for nearly a dozen events in the last year or so and every event we have worked together on has gone off without a hitch. I can't put into words how thankful that I am we decided to hire a coordinator, specifically Envy. We worked with Steffi for day-of coordinating and having her there made the day so stress-free for us. We met before the wedding and talked everything through (first of all, she is freaking adorable. I love this girl) but she also made sure she understood our vibe so she could help portray the day for us and she absolutely killed it. I don't know what I would have done without her. I couldn't be more thankful.

I loved working with Envy! Jessie and Steffi met with me twice before my wedding to plan out the details and each time I left our meeting I felt a weight lifted from my shoulders. They were so helpful getting all the details figured out. Jessie was also completely available and incredibly responsive when I had difficulty with my caterer and DJ services the week before the wedding. On the day of the wedding, they coordinated everything seamlessly. I loved that I didn't have a single worry about the schedule or set up/breakdown. We were so thankful that we all just got to enjoy the day, and Envy made that possible. They are the key to a stress free wedding day!!
Jessie and Steffi did an amazing job at our wedding at the Mulberry!! Since the very first meeting, we knew we would be comfortable with them and that we could trust them with what was going to be the best day of our lives. They were very responsive and helpful to all of our questions and were open and eager with us during the planning process as we tried to add our own personal touches. When the day came, they decorated the venue better than we could have imagined! It was beautiful! Our guests were blown away by how seamless and smooth the entire day went, and we fully attribute that to Jessie and Steffi.
Jessie and Steffie are two of the best planners in the Central Florida area! They are relatable, professional, and even when something minor went astray on our wedding day, they were quick to fix it! It was like it hadn't even happened! If you are getting married in the area or have an event you need planned, hire them!!
Words don’t even begin to describe how grateful we are for having Envy as our wedding coordinators. Our day was perfect because they made sure of it! Jessie was on top of it from the day we met with her until we hopped in our getaway car. She even came up to us as we left to ask if there was anything we needed before we headed out. As someone who works in the wedding industry, I know exactly how hard it is to make sure everything runs smoothly and on time but they did such an amazing job with all of it. Our day was 100% stress free and we were able to enjoy every last second of it because of all the hard work the Envy team did behind the scenes. They really never get enough credit but, my vision for our wedding day would not have been able to come to life without these ladies. We are eternally grateful for their dedication, and most importantly, to have met them.
