edding on October 19, 2024 at Briarcliff Manor. Review: After the ceremony, MC (Jeremy) came up to the bridal suite with the Bride and Groom and begged us to let him perform a song even though we had explicitly said no multiple times. Response: I went to the bridal suite to introduce myself as the MC for the evening and congratulate them on their special day. We then went over any introductions, the first dance and the parent dances. Finally, I confirmed with them that they did not wany any live performances. When they confirmed, I asked them if they were sure because I was a performer, like Nick, and if they wanted, I could sing during dinner. They said, "No thanks, we're good." At that point the subject was dropped and not brought up again. There was no begging to perform. The Bride and Groom seemed like very nice and pleasant people. Review:⁠ DJ and MC came up to the Bride and Groom all night. They complained about the Grooms Down Syndrome cousin because he requested a song to be played that was already agreed to on our playlist. Response: We never complained about the Grooms cousin. His cousin came up to us on 2 occasions asking for songs not on the playlist. The playlist also specified NO GUEST REQUESTS. So, I asked the groom both times if we could play his songs. The Groom said, "NO, don't worry about him. That's just my cousin. He'll be fine." I said, "I'm sorry to ask you twice, I just feel bad that's all." The Groom repeated, "He'll be alright." That's where the conversation ended. There was no complaining on our end. We just try to accommodate everyone if we can. Review: Bride printed out playlist and a DO NOT playlist for the DJ and asked him multiple times to only play off of her playlist. He played 3 songs off of her DO NOT playlist right away even after she talked to him about it and continually reminded him. Response: I can't speak for the DJ, but he did have a DO NOT PLAY LIST taped to his setup so that he would be reminded what NOT to play. I also never saw the bride speaking with the DJ at all to remind him to only play off of her playlist. Review: DJ and MC abandoned DJ station and hung out drinking at the bar. Response: Never once were the DJ and MC at the bar at the same time. Any beverage that we had that evening was consumed at the DJ station/booth. The only time the DJ and MC were away from the DJ Booth at the same time was when the Maitre d' informed us that we had a dinner plate setup for us in another room. At that point the DJ put on a dinner music set. We then had our dinner and immediately returned to the DJ Booth to start a dance set. Review: At the end of the night before the Bride and Groom are making their exit, the DJ and MC pulled them over to talk about payment due that was already given in an envelope. Response: There was a balance due at the end of the event. The Bride and Groom hadn't made the payment, so we asked them for it. They told us that there was an envelope left for us with Maitre d' who, later gave it to us. Highly uncommon to make payment this way and we had no idea of that planned payment arrangement. Final Thoughts: I'm very surprised and disheartened by this review. Not only is it falsely exaggerated, but it makes us look like we are unprofessional and lack responsibility and integrity. As I have been in the entertainment industry for over 30 years, I pride myself in my work and commitment to successful events. I do have pictures from the event that I took myself illustrating a group of guests, the Grooms cousin and the Bride and Groom, having a wonderful time. Those images are being forwarded to the company directly. I wish the bride and groom well. My Response to the accidental text sent to Taylor /Groom - was supposed to be sent to one of our workers Taylor - was sent to The groom and I immediately called Taylor -Groom to apologize - which I DID . As far as communication- We are known for our communication & attention to details - That is why we have as many DJ's, do a online client portal for our couples to use and create music selections and Do & Do Not Playlist - I spoke to the venue regarding the payment envelope - It was giving Bridal suite attendant who had forgotten to hand to our team. She had done so as David & Jerry were packing up their gear. Rule of thumb No drinking alcohol at events. - The Briarcliff manor as many venues DO NOT PERMIT serving alcohol to vendors

had very little time left with us 1 week prior to your wedding. My kids and I told her at the hospital we had an event at the Grandview actually 15 mins from the hospital. She was always happy to see us working together. We all love what we do. We performed i think the best we ever did. 6 days later mom passed- to this day I think back to my mom and your wedding.
