All of our photos are so GORGEOUS!! Since no one was nervous they were able to show their candid smiles and pure joy. This was SO important as I wanted everyone to enjoy the day as it was, and not feel like they were in some fancy schmancy photoshoot. I would 1,000,000% hire Epic again just for their charming employees. I am absolutely in love the photos they took and the video makes the memory of my husband and my special day so much more - well - special. The highlight video recalls the day exactly how I remember it: perfect, happy, and full of love. I had all my videos in a week and my photos in two, with a sneak peak about 4-5 days before that. I paid for the gold standard package, and they definitely delivered! In my opinion, the price is worth it, and reasonable! Comparing their work with others, its easy to see they are providing top-quality service with fair prices! I 10/10 recommend them. You will NOT be disappointed.

. It took longer than I thought for us to get our photos since I’d had friends get married recently who got a few of their photos back the next day, but when we reached out, we got some sneak peeks then less than a week later we got our full gallery, and everything was beautiful!

fill out lots of forms (one being a list of family members I needed photos with), which was great! Like I said, it all seemed so organized.. Well the day of was not. Our family photos were SO rushed, there were MANY photos we didn’t get with important family members who I had on the list. No photo of bride & her parents without the groom, no photo of just bride and her dad, no entire family photo of the brides family, and the list goes on. To say we were upset when we got our photos back is an understatement. We will never be able to get that moment back and I will never be able to look back at photos and not wish we would’ve spoke up. We trusted our photographer (especially since he was the one with the list.. or should’ve been), and it completely back fired on us. We shouldn’t have to do the photographers job for them. Why do they make you provide a MUST HAVE shot list if they aren’t even going to get those photos?!? We got back SO many detail shots of the wedding and very few of family which is not how it should’ve been. The worst part is, when we expressed our concern, they tried to come up with excuses!! They were not overly apologetic. They basically told me we could just retake them like it was nothing. When I told them that was next to impossible because of the price for tux rentals for three of my family members, they were not concerned. Not to mention they would never look exactly the same, and they wouldn’t be as special. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you don’t mind getting back a bunch of detail & reception photos and very rushed family photos.

f the wedding, Illysia and Roshan were our photographers and Cam was our videographer. All three of them were super friendly, professional and made everyone feel very comfortable while taking photos/videoing! Upon receiving our wedding highlight videos, we are super impressed! My wife keeps watching it over and over because she loves it so much! We haven’t received our photos yet, but we have no doubt that they will be amazing!

What ultimately made me decide on Epic was that they were very flexible, their cost was VERY competitive and they have high quality photos/videos for the price point, in addition to being able to bundle the video + photo packages, they could be there for the full day of our wedding for no extra expenses or add on fees and they were great to work with! Our wedding day was a longer day than the typical wedding day so the shorter timeframe windows that other vendors provided did not work for our wedding celebration and then there were extra fees we would've had to add on in order to just have our day captured. Epic was easy to work with and we spoke throughout the wedding planning process, they honored all of my requests for areas of the wedding I wanted to have captured, they were very flexible, friendly and not too pushy at all. They wanted to make our day special! I even changed some things that were the "standard" nowadays because we had a pretty traditional wedding and they were beyond flexible to make us happy and ultimately enjoy our photos and videos. I really loved the team we worked with and they handled everything great. Would recommend Epic to brides who want their day captured with a high quality, flexible and great priced vendor!

He is truly the definition of a professional while also making it so fun! He was joking and talking with the entire wedding party and really seemed to enjoy his job and the time he spent with us. For the next two months following my wedding day, communication was lacking across the board. From my wedding video being weeks late, to the poor quality, to the lack of attention to detail - I have truly never been more disappointed in a service before. I reached out several times after my wedding requesting an update on my photos and video (after they were 3+ weeks late) and each time I reached out to try and resolve the issues I was given the same excuse that they “are really backed up due to postponed weddings.” While I completely understand this, it is clear in their work that they prioritized quantity over quality and wanted to get as many weddings done and sacrifice the quality of their work. I can’t watch my wedding video without cringing due to the poor quality. Not to mention they originally sent us our “first look” video without any audio which I then had to request - talk about attention to detail. Additionally, I had filled out the “must have shot list” and “family shot list” that they send before the wedding, however, it did not seem that they referred to that throughout the day. I was very detailed when filling it out and included the names of family members and relationships to make sure they were getting the shots I wanted and with the people I wanted. I missed out on shots that I will never be able to get again (for example, a picture with just my siblings and I) because they did not refer to the sheet I filled out. Overall, my photos and video look so rushed and thrown together. It is such a shame that I can’t look at the pictures or video of my wedding day without feeling so disappointed. It was the best day of my life and I wish my photos/video could’ve reflected that.

We didn't get our photos back within the 2 week turnaround that was contracted due to a large amount of weddings getting pushed due to the Pandemic - but when we did get them, we were extremely happy with how they turned out. Epic was extremely quick with responses to emails/calls and ensuring all of our Must Have shots were taken!

When we did finally get our pictures back, they seemed very rushed and several had to be re-done for incorrect editing and blurry family photos. Epic asks you to create a Pinterest board and a Google Form to ensure you get your "most wanted" shots, and we didn't get ANY of the photos we asked for -- with the day of being so hectic, we didn't have time to direct ourselves, wedding party, and entire family -- that was supposed to be the photographers jobs. Group photos weren't spaced correctly or even centered for quite a few shots. We were heavily disappointed because we went with Epic, who was more expensive than most, relying on the 2-week turn around and picture examples from their website. Furthermore, we also had a poor experience with our engagement session -- there was no direction provided (although we communicated we wanted some extra direction); we pretty much re-did the same single pose in 3 different spots. We ended up only having 3-5 photos we could use for our website. The only all-around positive experience we had with Epic was the bridal session with Brooke. I would recommend using a different vendor that might take longer, but provide you with a better-quality experience and photos.

Eric was the first point of contact I had with Epic and he did an amazing job helping find a package that was just right for us. He was very informative and timely with his responses. Leading up to the wedding, I had the pleasure of speaking with Casey who was so upbeat and did a run down of what the day is to look like and did an amazing job creating our timeline with our other vendors. Next, I spoke with Cody who was literally the absolute best. My husband and I loved Cody and Gus! They were so great to work with and left us speechless with their work. They were high energy they whole time and were genuinely excited for us. They asked for our good sides or any special requests and that meant so much to us that they worked with our insecurities, they totally understood and accommodated. lol Another great thing was during the family photos, (we both came from pretty big families) they did an amazing job on getting the shots we wanted and in a timely manner. My guests couldn’t not stop talking about how fun it was to work with them, in the short time they had with Gus and Cody. Lastly, it didn’t take long at all to receive our highlight video and edited photos. We adored them! There some edits that my husband and I asked for to our video (for our own insecurities) and Epic was more than happy to make the changes in a timely manner. I was so grateful they were understanding with our requests for editing. I would definitely recommend their services to any and everyone! I had had two other international wedding plans be cancelled and because of that we had lost out on thousands of dollars already to international vendors who refused to give us a refund despite the restrictions on us being able to physically travel. I was mentally exhausted, unexcited to be a bride and stressed to the max when I first talked to epic. Because of Covid, we were still even unsure if our wedding was going to be able to take place. We got the approval last minute and I was scrambling to throw everything together as fast as I could. When reaching out to Epic I was desperate to find a photographer and I believe they could sense the defeat, sadness and how overwhelmed I was within my voice. They treated me with so much empathy and compassion. They did not treat me as merely just another customer to make a dollar from but treated me with respect and kindness and as a human with real emotions. They consistently worked with me in their communications and made it possible for me to hire them to be there on our big day. If it had not been for their kindness and amazing customer service in this moment, I likely would have given up on continuing to try and find a photographer or settled for one who was not a professional like I wanted. Furthermore, given everything was put together quickly the day of was somewhat chaotic. Things got far off from our original schedule, people were late, things were not where they were supposed to be etc. You would have never known this by the presence and interaction with our photographer Cody. Cody was so funny, positive and professional on our wedding day! His presence was calming within all the chaos. I was worried about not being able to get certain shots because we fell so far behind and his consistent reassurance and calming presence made a huge difference in me being able to relax and finally enjoy our wedding!! I also had expressed some of the insecurities I had about my physical appearance and Cody made sure to tell me what to do in the photos to help make sure these were shot at the most flattering angles. We just got the sneak peeks back from our wedding and I could not be happier!!!!! I love our pictures so far! You cannot go wrong with booking this team of people! They are truly professional! We were a corona wedding (originally planned for March) and had to reschedule several times and they were so accommodating and helpful! When our video came back to us (1 week after our wedding), we were blown away. They truly exceeded every expectation and we felt like we were reliving our wedding day all over again! All of our family and friends couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the video was and how it captured our day perfectly! We truly cannot thank them enough for all of their work and will treasure our video forever!

They were the best price with the most services, I had 2 photographers and 2 videographers, and IG promo, and drone footage. I could talk all day about how great they were. My only criticism was that we had to ask one of the photographers to put a mask on and he didn’t have one. Luckily one of the other photographers had an extra one. And one of the other photographers kept taking her mask off to talk to people.

We were very happy with our photos and videos. We had a butterfly release outdoors and they captured beautiful photos of the event. I also loved the action photos of our friends and family dancing. We just wish there was a little bit more attention paid to the details of our photos while we were posing. Our turnaround time for our photos and video was very quick - about 2-3 weeks. Epic also provided a really nice photo booth. I loved how Epic provided the full package - photography, videography & Photo Booth.

The rest of our team did an outstanding job as well; they were all extremely talented and respectful. Overall, we have received countless compliments from all of our guests about how beautifully our pictures and video turned out and we are so happy that we chose Epic Photography to shoot our wedding!

day she will never forget. When planning her wedding I didn’t have a clue who to use for her photos and video and so I researched prices. At a bridal show in Fort Worth, I came across their booth where I met Eric. He was personable and willing to do anything I needed. I signed on the spot and never looked back. Epic was timely in returning phone calls, professional and friendly in all my conversations with them and they were punctual for all appointments. I would highly recommend them! Our photos turned out beautifully and I honestly have not come across another wedding video that tops ours (and it’s not just because it’s my daughter’s!). If you’re looking for a photographer that will meet ALL your needs, call Epic. They will not disappoint!

s I had! They arrived to the venue early and were ready to go! We got married on 5/18/19 in DFW and a huge storm blew through that afternoon which caused a power outage in the area and at our venue; however, that did not stop Epic Productions! They had all the equipment they needed to make the situation work! I do highly recommend getting videographers! As the bride, you spend all this time planning the wedding and then the wedding day is so busy that you don’t get to see everything! I was so happy we had videos so I could watch the ceremony and see all the parts you don’t get to see as the bride, like the flower girls and ring bearer walking down the aisle and loved that we could re-watch all the toasts that were given, etc.! It’s worth the extra money to have videographers! Our only three complaints are 1) that we don’t have any pictures of just the two of us (bride and groom) looking straight on at the camera, all the pictures of just the two of us are us looking at each other. While those are great, we wish we had a few of us looking at the camera. 2) There aren’t more pictures of our immediate families at the reception. 3) Our reception was inside and outside. Most of the traditional reception activities were inside, but we did have games and such for our guests to play outside. Because of this and the power outage, a lot of our guests were outside during the reception, but there are very few pictures of the guests who were outside. But overall, they were great! =)
