Epic | Photos + Films

Met with the Director for a call discussing all the photos we requested for this event. Took quite a bit of time and effort so we were hoping for a great experience. When we got the photos our heart sank they were not what they were advertising on their website. They agreed to take these photos and did not deliver. There are missing photos such as Bride in her dress. There is not a single picture of the bride by herself with the full dress... We had a group photo taken of everyone at the event and no photo was recovered for that time just a photo 10 seconds after where people are not looking at camera. Group photos had no direction. Editing was sloppy, photos were overexposed and had poor composition (tons of non centered photos and wall with exit sign in background instead of the lovely venue we decorated). Tons of photos of people blinking. The two photos with my family they had were blinking Do not recommend they didn't show empathy after their terrible job and mistakes. We had a not so epic experience.

I loved working with Epic! They were so easy to book with, and their communication was exceptional. They answered any and all questions I had. The photographer I had was so sweet and genuine. She was great to have on my big day. She was more than a photographer. She helped ease my nerves. Not to mention, Her photos came out beautifully!

Epic Photography was great throughout the entire wedding planning process. They were very organized and offered many touchpoints throughout our journey. They helped with creating a timeline. The week of, we were able to schedule meetings with our wedding day photographer and videographer, which was very helpful in making us feeling comfortable on the day of. Shout out to Jasmine and Chenchen--they were great vendors! They were EARLY to the vendor, kept us on time, and were flexible to changes throughout the day. We would definitely recommend Epic!

Jadyn, our primary photographer, was just incredible! She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and was like a hype woman for us and her communication was amazing. She was always timely with everything to stay on schedule for us and was always letting us know what was next in the schedule for us on our day! She also was really personable and attentive when taking family pics for us, as she was picking up on family names really quickly and was able to call people by their first name to help speed up the photo process! We had a great experience with her and would absolutely book with Epic Photography in the future. My photos were promised to be delivered to me by May 5th, and we got married on April 4th…. We received our full gallery AND wedding video by April 12th and I was absolutely shocked at how quick the turnaround time for the pictures were and the quality of the photos themselves! The pictures were beautiful and very professional and I could not be happier with the way our pics and videos turned out!! Not to mention how FAST we got them back!! When we shared them with our friends and family everyone was like “wow, y’all got those back really fast” and I was like “right?!” Christian, our videographer, was wonderful! He was so fun behind the camera and was constantly making us laugh so our pictures looked so “us” and really genuine. I love watching the video back and seeing real smiles at all times and knowing just how happy we were on our special day and that means a lot to us! A lot of times I feel like people feel like they’re having to act and put on a show with a camera involved but we never felt that way at any point during our day because this team was just so incredible and helped us feel so comfortable and natural at all times and really enjoy every moment we were in!

Epic was immediately one of the very first photographers/videographers that caught our eye when we first started planning on The Knot. Eric was responsive and helpful, which made the process quick and easy! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Epic's team reached out to pair us with our lead photographer, Justin, who was awesome. He was accompanied by three other photographers/videographers on the day of the wedding and they were a perfect fit for our group. They were all fun, kind, helpful, and incredibly talented. It was a pleasure working with them on the day of. My husband has not stopped talking about how impressed he was with the team! Now that the photos/videos have come back, we have received non-stop compliments about how great everything turned out, and we could not agree more! We will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future photo/video needs :)

Working with Epic photos was amazing. Andrew and his partner were well prepared and worked perfectly with our videographers. You would’ve thought they were a package deal. I’m not very photogenic, but Andrew made me feel confident and definitely brought great energy. He worked well under pressure and got every shot I wanted and more. We even had several meetings to share ideas and pick each other’s brains. Overall, 10/10 experience.

The whole Epic team was great to work with. I chose a package that included videography, photography, and a Photo Booth. I really appreciated working with one vendor for these 3 items vs having to deal with separate vendors for all three. It really made the last couple of weeks of wedding planning go way more smoothly. I also love how Epic lets you chose the editing style for your pictures. Because of the package I chose they even sent me sneak peaks of the different types with a couple of photos in each style. The package I chose also included a bridal or engagement session and I elected to pick a bridal portrait session however I threw our photographer, Christian, a curve ball and asked to do a joint session with my fiancé to get some great GQ style photos of us both. I even challenged him to come up with some ideas on how to get photos of us together without my fiancé seeing me as we weren’t doing a first look. Christian did a fantastic job and I was so impressed with the results. I was lucky enough to get him again on the big day as our lead photographer. He and the videographer, Justin, did an incredible job working together to get some great shots. Overall I was super impressed with their professionalism and ability to deliver great results. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a stellar photographer/videographer. My guests also super loved the Photo Booth they offered and our guest book looked fantastic with everyone’s photos.

He was kind, on time, took pictures of everything I wanted, and the pictures turned out beautiful. I love that we were able to pick out our editing style and got the pictures back 2 weeks later. Epic photography was a great company to work with. Planning was very easy and the photographer was lovely. They really take the time to understand your vision and what you want out of their services. My pictures turned out beautiful! It took me way too long to book a photographer for my wedding as I think it’s the most important vendor you hire. Epic was exactly what I was looking for. Their team was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I was very eager had too many questions but their team was extremely helpful. My photographer was a joy to work with. I think she had as much fun at my wedding as we did. She captured every picture I asked for went over and above to be patient with me and my wild family. Got my pictures back quickly and just how I wanted them. Very pleased with Epic.

Picking Epic Photography for our wedding day was such a great choice. We had an easy time communicating with Dominick and other members of the teams. The photographers assigned to our big day were Mercedes and Allie, and they were AMAZING! They were both so sweet, patient, and attentive. We are happy to have been paired with them! The only feedback I had was to make the online forms more blended-family friendly. It was difficult filling it out, considering that there were five different families within our family, and those forms made it confusing during family pictures. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! P.S. We got all our pictures just two weeks after the wedding; just incredible!!!

Highly recommend Epic! They offer photo packages at AFFORDABLE prices!!! We got two photographers and got over 1000 photos! The photographer we were assigned, Jadyn, was the absolute best! She worked so well with me to make sure we got everything I wanted! I’d highly recommend!!

Eric and the Epic team are amazing and really captured the magic of our event. From the beginning, Eric was super helpful in helping us chose the best package for our wedding. We went with a photo and video package that was a great value and encompassed all that we wanted. We chose to forgo the engagement photo session and add that time to our actual wedding day for bridal photos. This was perfect for our busy schedules. Leading up to the big day, the Epic team sent a thorough questionnaire to get all the shots/moments we wanted. Then they set up calls/video conferences to go over all of the shots and assign the photographers/videographers for our day. We had a call with our lead photographer who went over all of our shots again to confirm. I should add that I have a huge Italian family, so our family photos included like 50-60 different people. Our lead photographer printed the list of shots and made sure we got every single one! The team was incredibly professional and got everything we wanted. Their turnaround time after the wedding was surprisingly fast, just shy of one month. There were a few revisions that we requested to the video and photos, all of which were accommodated! I highly recommend Epic. They offer a superior service at an incredibly competitive rate compared to other DFW area photographers. You will love your photos/videos for years to come.

Epic did such a fantastic job on our wedding and engagement photos! The photographers were very flexible and worked with us on some photos that we really wanted outside the box and they turned out amazing! Also the wedding photos arrived weeks earlier than expected which was the best surprise! Worth every penny.

We used Epic for our engagement photos, and we had an amazing experience! The photographer helped us to feel comfortable and provided us direction to capture some amazing photos. She also helped us come up with some creative shots and made great use of the Dallas Botanical Gardens and the holiday decorations. We got our photos very quickly and the editing was amazing. Epic was so easy to communicate with! The professionalism was unmatched leading up the wedding. My wedding day was hectic and lots of things changed last minute, but our photographer was so gracious and was able to get all of the shots we wanted even when our timeline was cut short due to bad weather.
