I was nervous going into the wedding since I hadnt gotten the chance to meet Christian prior besides a phone call, but as soon as he walked in I knew it was going to be a great day! Christian immediately matched the bridal party's energy and had the most immaculate vibes! He was so attentive to every detail and just so sweet and respectful! My husband and I aren’t very experienced in posing ourselves but Christian was so helpful in guiding us through a bunch of poses while also making it feel so natural! Christian kept showing us photos and checking in with us throughout the day about if we were liking the photos, if we felt we were missing any specific photos we wanted, and if we liked the artistic direction he was taking with the photos. Christian was super flexible and so so much fun! My husband and I keep talking about how lucky we were to have Christian as our photographer! Even our guests keep telling us how amazing Christian was and how much they loved him! Overall, our experience with Christian was immaculate!

He captured our day without ever making us feel like cameras were constantly on us. We decided to purchase all of the raw footage, and I am SO thankful we did. Our daughters spent months practicing a special reading for our ceremony, my husband made promises to them, we exchanged personal vows, and there were so many moments I never wanted to become fuzzy memories. Knowing we have every second preserved exactly as it happened is priceless. Justin was kind, detail-oriented, professional, and wonderful to work with. Overall Epic has been a joy to work with from our engagement pics to our wedding day. Everyone has been so helpful, kind and accommodating! I cannot say enough great things!

Our package also included a cinematic highlight video, which turned out absolutely beautiful and perfectly captured the emotions and energy of the day. The entire experience felt seamless, natural, and genuinely fun. We highly recommend Epic!

However, before and during the wedding, our photographer made us feel comfortable and confident. The photos we got back truly made us feel beautiful and celebrated. We found Epic to be incredibly affordable and we feel like we got a quality experience on our wedding day and received a quality final product in the gallery that was delivered. If you like to have a lot of communication from your vendors, this is might not be the best company for you. We did not speak with or meet our photographer until a week before our wedding and we book a year in advance. We also spent time to make a customized shot list to share with our photographer, sent this to the company only to find out they never sent it over to our photographer (which in the grand scheme of things is not that big of a deal BUT was still frustrating). We received ZERO communication after our wedding. No follow up emails, phone calls, texts, & no sneak peek photos. Nothing. Per our contract our photos were to be returned to us 2-4 weeks after our wedding. We knew this would likely be more towards the 4 week mark because we got married during the busy season. We sent an email a few days before the 4 week mark just to touch base and make sure we were still going to receive our photos on the date that was written in our contract. No response. We called on the day we were supposed to receive our photos and were told our editor was out sick and we would not be getting our photos that day but we will get a print credit once we receive our photos. We were told if we didn’t receive them by that Wednesday we would figure out some other compensation. We ended up receiving our photos a week late. Our photos were beautiful and we love them. Overall, Epic is a good company but communication is lacking.

We received our photos in just over a week from our wedding and our video in about 3 weeks from the wedding, so we were very pleased with the turnaround time. of the wedding the photographer and videographer were completely in sync and ran the show, we even got done with photos early enough to enjoy cocktail hour a little bit. They were accommodating to any photos we asked for that were not on our list as well. They also were open to taking photos that our guests asked for as well.
