We worked with Epic for our wedding in September and we could not be happier with their work! We got SO many amazing photos and the best cinematic highlight video (I can’t stop watching it)! They were so professional the day of the wedding and I loved that they used my Pinterest board for inspiration! They were there for 10 hours so they were able to get coverage on our entire day! And we got our pictures and video back faster than expected! They delivered high quality work for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend booking them for your special day!

Epic was amazing! From the initial phone call to receiving our photos and video we were very pleased with the entire process. They were very prompt with communication and listened to everything that we wanted. Our photographer and videographer was quick but efficient with their photos so we could spend more time enjoying our day. We received our photos in just over a week from our wedding and our video in about 3 weeks from the wedding, so we were very pleased with the turnaround time. The finished product was more than we hoped for! We are so happy we chose Epic Photography!

Professional, friendly photographer, easy to communicate with, provided awesome assistance with creating the timeline (there was so much we didn't think of that they helped us with), and the photos turned out beautiful!

Every shot I wanted on my wedding day, I got. They truly listened to what was important to me and my husband and captured every part of the day. We had a great experience with Epic for our wedding. Dominick was amazing when we booked and had our consultation. I greatly appreciated how Chasity went over our timeline very thoroughly and answered all my questions. Matthew was our photographer and he was awesome! He kept everything on track and let me add in family photo requests the day of. We can't wait to get our photos!!

Epic was absolutely amazing to work with. Our engagement photos came out timely and incredible. We were able to pick what style editing we wanted which was a huge plus. On the day of the wedding the photographer and videographer were completely in sync and ran the show, we even got done with photos early enough to enjoy cocktail hour a little bit. They were accommodating to any photos we asked for that were not on our list as well. They also were open to taking photos that our guests asked for as well.

We loved working with Epic photographer. Our photographer Pierre, did a great job capturing our day and I smile every time I look at our photos.

We had a single photographer for the full day and could not have been happier with Justin. He got rid of any nerves we had and helped make the process fun even when it came to all the more traditional family shots. We received our photos back quickly and love how they turned out. We have some amazing shots that we cannot wait to put up in our home. We definitely recommend Epic!

Epic did such a great job with our photos! Francisco was a professional, kept the vibe going, and blended into the background at all the right times so that we could enjoy every moment and still capture it all. They got all of the little details that I missed in the blur of the day, too! So happy with our photos!

The Epic photo team is incredible to work with! I am a wedding planner so it's super important that I can trust photographers to follow the timeline and capture every moment throughout the day, no matter how big or small. Whenever I work with the Epic team I know it will be a job well done and any couple should feel confident hiring with them for their big day!

EPIC was incredible! We used them for photo and video, and we couldn't be happier. The photos were beautiful, the video made us cry and laugh, and the whole team from the first call to the wedding day was easy to talk to, and really wanted to figure out what we were looking for. They nailed it!

I would recommend Epic to everyone because of how excellent they were and the product they provide. We loved how easy and approachable the team was. They worked with us on everything so that they could meet our needs, and were kind, creative, helpful, and professional. Seeing all the photos and videos after (we got them back in only TWO weeks!) was very emotional and beautiful, they did an amazing job!

We used EPIC photo + video for our December wedding in Colorado. We hired 2 photographers and 2 videographers. We LOVE our highlight video. We also get full length event footage for events that we pre-selected. We were disappointed that the full length events are just those events as individual files. We were expecting a more documentary style. This is for an additional cost that we did not know about. They also offered to do guest interviews and asked who we would like interviewed. At our wedding they were gone for a long period of time interviewing different people. We have had to work with the company to get that footage and still have not recieved it. We assumed it would be embedded throughout a full length video, but we do not have it at all and only the individual files for the full length events. They have had good communication to in our efforts to get that footage. Overall, we recommend EPIC for videography. We love our highlight video and they have communicated well post event. We do not recommend EPIC for photography. The photography team was very friendly and nice but they did not take any initiative the day of. We had filled out a shot list ahead of time for them and had a phone call with the lead photographer. We felt that the photographer was not efficient in getting all the shots and I as the bride had to say things like "while we wait for the groomsmen to come downstairs, how about photos with the flower girl/ring bearers, etc." We did not get any photos of the groom full body (just a couple pretend getting ready-putting on watch or socks), we only have one photo from behind of the bride full body, all of the "fun" group photos his only pose was "arms up!" We had labeled detail boxes for the detail photos but he grabbed a flower girl headband from the getting ready room and put that front and center in the detail photo. This was not part of the box and a squished cheap Amazon purchase that I did not want included, but it is the dominant feature in those photos. He did not provided guidance for the family photos. We all are standing awakwardly. He did not direct people to angle or face certain ways so they all look haphazard and unprofessional. We did a photo dash which meant to be a fun way to run around and get photos with the bride and groom at every table. The goal was to take the photos before the song ended. It was fun but these photos were not good. Due to two cameras people are looking wrong ways, some people are blocked. While we were trying to go fast he could have directed people if they were blocked in the photo or not looking at the right camera. Finally, before the ceremony he said after the group photos "we have time for immediate family pictures" and I was shocked because they had only taken one photo of just the bride and groom. I asked for some photos at the other beautiful locations on the property. He agreed but had I not suggested that we would not have any of our favorite photos of the two of us. While he was very agreeable and friendly I would have appreciated more creative photos with the bridal party, more directing/posing of people, and I have some disappointment with the lack of photos of bride and groom individually and with the detail shots.

I'll start with the positive - we did the engagement/wedding package with Epic, and our engagement session was fantastic. The photographer was wonderful to work with, and the pictures came out great. Unfortunately, we did not have as positive an experience with our wedding. Like many other reviews note, the biggest drawback of working with Epic was that we did not know who our assigned photographer would be until days before each event/session. We had our first call with our assigned photographer for our wedding only 5 days before the wedding. Although we had met with someone from their production team weeks prior to hash out our timeline, we ended up repeating most of it to our photographer because he was confused about how some of the timeline pieces were listed. On the wedding day, our photographer did not seem comfortable asserting our timeline, and a good portion of the cocktail hour (which was meant to be the time we captured all of our couples/family photos) was spent with him standing around waiting for us to tell him what to do. He did not have any of the shot list details we filled out for Epic, which were extensive. We ended up missing some of the shots on our shot list, and we spent the first hour of dancing getting the rest of the couples shots we wanted that he did not accomplish during cocktail hour. Some of our favorite photos would not have happened had we not pushed for more photos to happen after dancing began. Our venue staff actually stepped in to help at this point, and our Banquet Captain directed the photographer for how to shoot some more creative shots, and took us to some other spots for shots. We received feedback from the venue staff and some other vendors that his overall behavior and lack of assertiveness was definitely not up to par. When we got our photos back there were, thankfully, a nice handful of great photos. However, there were also some very amateur-ish ones - poor lighting, weird framing, photos that literally looked like the photos friends were taking on their phones. I contacted Epic 2 days after our wedding via email, and received a call the following day from Eric, one of the owners. I provided all of this feedback and he expressed that he wanted to investigate what happened. Fast forward a month later after we received our photos and were disappointed about the quality of some of them - we spoke to Eric again and he claimed to have no recollection of speaking with me and that he hadn't heard about the situation at our wedding. All this to say, working with Epic may come with the risk that you are paired with a photographer that you will not get to vet, or even meet until it's basically your wedding day. Again, while we're thankful that there are at least a handful of beautiful, frame-worthy photos, we are pretty frustrated and disappointed with our overall experience with Epic.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a photographer. Renae was punctual, knowledgeable, helpful and so kind! Eric was a pleasure to talk to and plan with. The entire team is so great. My photos came back quick and look better than I could’ve imagined. Thank you guys!

Epic is an amazing company to work with! Throughout the planning process, the team is very thorough - multiple check in/ preparation calls, places to take pics, anything to keep in mind, etc. I also like we could choose the style of editing. Although we only know the photographer we would be working with the week before, Sofia, our photographer had a introductory calls with us, made sure she had the timelines and all the information needed. Sofia is fantastic! During the photo session, she gave us a bunch of tips and ideas on how to pose, all the pictures turned out stunning. She made sure we felt comfortable and being ourselves throughout the entire time. Plus, we had our wedding in one of the hottest day in Colorado, thanks Sofia for her hard work and dedication! We had our photos back within a month, very quick!

EPIC photography was the best I could ask for!! Ariel and Tyler were amazing! They were on top of everything and Ariel even helped me with my train. We received our full galley pretty quick and they turned out beautiful! Highly recommend!

We loved working with Epic for our wedding day photo and video. The planning process was amazing! Although I do wish we met our actual photographer/videographer earlier than the day before our wedding, but even meeting them on such short notice we felt like we knew them for much longer. They made us feel so comfortable, they listened to what we did and didn’t want and they made our day extra special! We absolutely LOVE our video and are patiently waiting for our photos, but I know they will be spectacular, we would definitely recommend Epic for all your photo and video needs!!

Marcellus was our photographer. He took some really beautiful pictures. However, I do feel like he could have been more prepared. He rushed us through the family pictures, which made me feel like we were behind on time. It seemed like he did not review the forms we filled out beforehand. Also, many of our favorite pictures were only taken because our videographer asked us to do extra poses and was direct with how we should position ourselves. Both our photographer and videographer were very kind and outgoing though, which made us feel comfortable behind the cameras. Overall we would definitely recommend using Epic Photo + Films to our friends and family. Also, we didn't like some aspects of our final video film and they are allowing us to edit it with footage of our choice. It was overall an amazing day!!

We couldn't have asked for a better photographer and videographer. Justin and Joe were amazing. They were attentive and helpful and thoughtful. They brought life to the evening. They were even kind enough to fun out and grab myself and my bridesmaids an energy drink when it got later into the night. They provided guidance for the photos and videos as well. The process leading up to the wedding is seamless. You will receive emails for GoogleDocs to fill out your preferences and reminders about your big day. Depending on the package you choose, week or so before your big day you will get to talk to your photographer and/or your videographer. Not long after our wedding we received a sneak peek of the photos. Two or so weeks later, we got all of our pictures! They were stunning and the video is amazing as well. Thank you so much Epic!

Best part of my wedding was my photo's! They turned out better than I could have imagined. They captured the feeling of the moment perfect and I want to hang these all over my house!

My husband and I could not be happier with how our photos turned out on our wedding day! We were planning our wedding in another state and Epic Photos just made everything so easy and smooth! Both of our photographers were so kind the day of and constantly checking in with us and I especially appreciated the kindness and assistance from the photographers, it made the day go by so smoothly. We just recently got married, and used Epic for our Videography. My husband & I were very impressed with how professional and easy they were to work with. We had multiple conversations before and leading up to the big day, to really get a feel for what was important for us to have captured on the big day, and just fine tune the details. We got a phone call from David, who would be our main videographer a few days out before the wedding to finalize all the details and timeline. On the day, David and our 2nd videographer showed up in a timely manner, were so professional, but also a LOT of fun to work with. They made us feel so comfortable and really made it easy to be in front of the camera. We just received our Video for the day and we couldn't be happier! It really captured the feel of our day, and is such a special thing to be able to look back on! It is really good quality and exactly what we wanted! We thought it was pretty affordable compared to other options out there, and definitely good value for money!

Epic was awesome!! Haley and Alex were our artists and they just completely nailed it! We got married at the 10th on Vail mountain and they partnered with my wedding planner to get the golden gondola car for Vail’s 50th anniversary. They got the gondola to stop so we could take photos in it! So special! Also, Haley did an amazing job wrangling everyone and making sure we all got a ton of photos before the drinks started flowing too much. Also, we got our videos and photos back way sooner than any of our married friends have! Thanks Haley and Alex!!

We had an absolutely great experience working with Epic! Right from the start they were responsive and accommodating. They offered us amazing videography services at a fair price too. Our videographer Derek was one of the highlights of the event. He was so easy to work with and so much fun! Love love love our photos! We had Casey from Epic photos shoot our engagement photos and wedding. We opted not to go with the videographer and we still felt like she captured every moment with nothing missing. Casey was so committed to getting the shot whether it was hiking for our engagement photos or trekking through a foot of snow to capture our wedding photos. Book Epic photos you won’t regret it!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Epic, specifically Casey and Mason. They were so incredible, especially the way they made us feel so comfortable in front of the cameras. They were so professional, friendly, creative, and encouraging. They had so many fantastic suggestions about where to take photos and gave great directional advice. They also worked SO well as a team which made everything flow so smoothly. The timing of our wedding great and they easily fit every shot in that we asked for.
