We used Epic Xperience for our wedding transportation and had such a great experience. Joe was so easy to work with and clearly knows what he’s doing. He prefers phone calls over e...
mail, which actually made everything quicker and more straightforward for us, every conversation felt direct, helpful, and efficient.
All of the drivers were on time, professional, and super reliable. We had multiple pickups for the bridal party and our guests, and everything ran smoothly without us having to stress about timing.
The moment that really stood out was when we realized last minute that we needed an extra bus. Joe didn’t have any more available, but instead of just telling us no, he immediately reached out to his network and somehow secured another bus for us. It was such a lifesaver and showed how experienced and resourceful he is.
All the buses arrived on time for every pickup and drop-off, and the whole day felt seamless thanks to them. We’d absolutely use Epic Xperience again and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful wedding transportation.
Not a whole lot to say about them because my dad booked it, but they were definitely easy to work with and made sure everyone got where they needed to be on time!

commodating, and helped us choose the right shuttles for my wedding. He truly wanted to make sure everything was seamless... and it was! We are so grateful to have worked with such a great person and business like Joe at EpicXperiences!
Hi Joe,
I just wanted to thank you for organizing a flawless shuttle service for our wedding on Sunday. Even with the Sea Bright traffic on a busy shore Sunday everything was kept ...
on time because of the timeline you helped create. I know our job wasn’t a big job but you always make time to talk things through. Your professionalism and attention to detail made everything run perfectly smooth. Thank you so much!

EpicXperiences is the best transportation company and Joe, the owner, is a lifesaver. Joe was recommended to us by various wedding vendors and has been a pleasure to work with sin...
ce the beginning. We rented 2 buses for our guests and we didn’t realize how many of our guests would be taking the bus back to the hotel. We had 130 guests coming back and the buses only fit 104. At the last minute, Joe and his team realized that we needed an additional bus and called in for another one free of charge so our guests wouldn’t be waiting. EpicXperiences is the way to go!!! Their service is impeccable and so easy to work with! Will definitely be recommending Joe and his team going forward!

Epic Xperiences was phenomenal for our wedding shuttle and Joe (the owner) was so easy and pleasant to work with!!! I contacted the company after making a room block at the Residen...
ce Inn in Hamilton. Joe got back to me right away and answered all of my questions. Anytime I would reach out, he would respond immediately, which I (being a control freak) really appreciated!! The day of the wedding Joe made sure to be in constant contact and let me know when the driver was on the way! Everything went smooth and perfect and they made sure to wait until my hubby and I were on the shuttle before leaving the venue after the reception!! Such a great experience that we booked them to transport us to the airport for our honeymoon!! Highly highly recommend!!!
Using EpicXperiences for transportation for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! Joe was so helpful from start to finish with everything! The driver was so polite and...

Wedding Day trolley broke down, antique car rental quality did not match price...
I used Epic for my July 2018 wedding. Unfortunately the experience for us was not positive. We sp...
ent a very considerable amount of money renting an antique car, trolley, and 3 hotel shuttles from them.
By the time the trolley was 5 minutes into the ride to our church...the music stopped working. If that didn't kill the mood, the mood was killed when the trolley was billowing black smoke and overheating (And leaking oil) in front of my church on my wedding day. Needless to say, the trolley was completely BROKEN DOWN and no longer able to be used after dropping my bridal party off at the church so I (the bride) after 14 months of planning a wedding - never even got to ride in it.
As for our antique car, the driver (Subcontracted by Epic) was very kind and professional. No complaints about him ... however, the car door latch must have been broken and the driver door kept swinging open every time we went around a corner. I realize it's an old vehicle and it's not going to be perfect... but we paid a good chunk of change for it and I did not feel that this experience matched what we paid.
I have no complaints about the 3 hotel shuttles we rented. As far as I know that aspect of the day went well.
I do appreciate that Epic provided a "replacement" for the trolley by bringing us a party bus for the bridal party to ride back from the church in. But to me, I can't get past the fact that the trolley broke down. Aside from being embarrassing, it was a complete disappointment. When you're in the wedding business, you only have one day to deliver to that customer, so it's important to deliver quality.
In my case, I was not happy with the service we received.
In the end we received a credit of about $200, which happens to be the difference of renting a party bus vs a trolley - so in reality, we were just refunded the difference for the trolley service we didn't receive.

e photographer's timeline, the overall wedding day timeline, and the shuttle timeline but in the end the timing worked out perfectly. Elvis was an awesome driver! He was friendly, helpful, and navigated a very tight turn on a small street in the large bus. Everyone was so impressed with his ability to navigate that road block. Thank you Joe for helping us organize the logistics. Thank you Elvis for getting us around safely with some great tunes.
