Epic Xperiences was phenomenal for our wedding shuttle and Joe (the owner) was so easy and pleasant to work with!!! I contacted the company after making a room block at the Residence Inn in Hamilton. Joe got back to me right away and answered all of my questions. Anytime I would reach out, he would respond immediately, which I (being a control freak) really appreciated!! The day of the wedding Joe made sure to be in constant contact and let me know when the driver was on the way! Everything went smooth and perfect and they made sure to wait until my hubby and I were on the shuttle before leaving the venue after the reception!! Such a great experience that we booked them to transport us to the airport for our honeymoon!! Highly highly recommend!!!

Using EpicXperiences for transportation for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! Joe was so helpful from start to finish with everything! The driver was so polite and got everyone where they needed to be on time. I can't recommend this company enough!!

Wedding Day trolley broke down, antique car rental quality did not match price... I used Epic for my July 2018 wedding. Unfortunately the experience for us was not positive. We spent a very considerable amount of money renting an antique car, trolley, and 3 hotel shuttles from them. By the time the trolley was 5 minutes into the ride to our church...the music stopped working. If that didn't kill the mood, the mood was killed when the trolley was billowing black smoke and overheating (And leaking oil) in front of my church on my wedding day. Needless to say, the trolley was completely BROKEN DOWN and no longer able to be used after dropping my bridal party off at the church so I (the bride) after 14 months of planning a wedding - never even got to ride in it. As for our antique car, the driver (Subcontracted by Epic) was very kind and professional. No complaints about him ... however, the car door latch must have been broken and the driver door kept swinging open every time we went around a corner. I realize it's an old vehicle and it's not going to be perfect... but we paid a good chunk of change for it and I did not feel that this experience matched what we paid. I have no complaints about the 3 hotel shuttles we rented. As far as I know that aspect of the day went well. I do appreciate that Epic provided a "replacement" for the trolley by bringing us a party bus for the bridal party to ride back from the church in. But to me, I can't get past the fact that the trolley broke down. Aside from being embarrassing, it was a complete disappointment. When you're in the wedding business, you only have one day to deliver to that customer, so it's important to deliver quality. In my case, I was not happy with the service we received. In the end we received a credit of about $200, which happens to be the difference of renting a party bus vs a trolley - so in reality, we were just refunded the difference for the trolley service we didn't receive.

My husband organized the transportation for our wedding with Joe. He was very friendly, professional and responsive to email. We had a lot of back and forth trying to coordinate the photographer's timeline, the overall wedding day timeline, and the shuttle timeline but in the end the timing worked out perfectly. Elvis was an awesome driver! He was friendly, helpful, and navigated a very tight turn on a small street in the large bus. Everyone was so impressed with his ability to navigate that road block. Thank you Joe for helping us organize the logistics. Thank you Elvis for getting us around safely with some great tunes.
