Hiring Epoch Co+ was by FAR the best decision we made for our wedding. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and that is 100% thanks to the incredible hard work and dedication of the Epoch Team.
We hired Heather and Ashley to plan our wedding from soup to nuts. I had shared with them that I’m not great with details—I had a general vision for the day but no idea where to start. They took the time to truly listen to us, understand our personalities, and get to know us as a couple. Because of that, they were able to weave thoughtful details and personalized touches throughout the day, making it all feel so uniquely "us" and unbelievably special.
When I say wedding planning was a breeze, it was entirely because of these two amazing women. How many brides can genuinely say they enjoyed the wedding planning process?! I can—and it’s all because Heather and Ashley are absolute pros who know their stuff and are such warm, kind, and joyful people to work with.

Ashley was an amazing wedding planner and coordinator. From the very start she leaned into our eclectic and colorful vision and provided so many wonderful ideas and details. Ashley designed our wedding program (styled as a newspaper), table cards (which were soo pretty) and so many other details.
Ashley helped us negotiate the best prices for all our vendors, provided multiple checklists to ensure we were amply prepared and frequently checked-in with us through our planning timeline.
Day-of-coordination Ashley ensured all of our vendors came on time, exacting the quality and level of service to make our day perfect. Even in the rain! Ashley made sure we were happy, informed and dry!

I can't thank Epoch enough for their help and coordination!! My original planner had a family emergency and canceled about 2 months before our wedding and Epoch was kind enough to take us on last minute. They helped alleviate all the stress I was under and literally took care of EVERYTHING! Like right down to responding to emails for me :) Everything was executed beautifully and were consistently there in answering any questions I had, big or small. Highly recommend and were a wonderful team!
My entire wedding experience was stress free with these ladies. They took care of any of the paperwork and just told me where to submit payments. They were attentive to all questions I had and worked with my budget to create the most beautiful wedding. I honestly wouldn’t have known where to start with wedding planning and they were ON IT! I thought their prices were a bit expensive until I realized how much they do and how little you have to do as the bride/groom. They were a blessing and really made things easy. Our wedding was perfect because of them.
We are still reliving our wedding weekend and it brings us so much joy thinking about it and to hear our relatives tell us how much fun and how beautiful the whole weekend was. It was so perfect, and if there was anything that went wrong, we didn't know it. And we know it couldn't have been that way if it weren't for Ashley and the Epoch Team! Even through some last minute stressors and all of the curve balls and questions I asked, Ashley always had a positive response and attitude, and was always on top of all of the information! She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. I'm sure you have to have a next level organizational skill for the work that they do, so kudos for that! THE MOST AMAZING TEAM OF COORDINATORS I COULD DREAM OF!! Shelby was our point of contact through it all and she was absolutely amazing- they all were! From the beginning to the end, they made everything so seamless and 100% stress free. Our weekend was perfect thanks to them!
Epoch saved my wedding! When my other planner quit 50 days before my wedding, Ashley swooped in and saved the day. She immediately contacted all of our vendors, set up a timeline, answered any and all questions we had and was always following up with us on basecamp. We had a lot of stuff that had not been done and a lot of questions that had gone unanswered from our previous planner and she stepped in and got everything done. I cannot thank Ashley enough for her help on our wedding day.
Without a doubt - our wedding would not have been as fantastic as it was without Ashley. There are not enough words to describe how fantastic our experience was with Ashley and the Epoch team. She was so incredibly professional, and extremely prepared for all of our wedding day needs. 100000/10 recommend for anyone wanting top notch wedding day planning!!!
To me, it was MY honor to work with Heather and her team. Heather is any version of what you need her to be, and I was sold after our first hour long call when I was trying to decide if I needed some coordinating help. I remember that conversation mostly because of one thing she said at the end" "if anything, on your wedding day, I will be the person to look at you before you walk down the aisle and remind you to take a deep, calming breath and to enjoy every second that is to come". Such a simple sentiment, but it stuck. I am SO happy I made that decision because more than anything at our wedding, we felt like we were surrounded by vendors turned wonderful friends. Apart from the five-star professionalism that Heather brings to everything she does, she has FUN and it is so apparent in her work. Making this decision will be the best one for your big day. You can see it in the photos of their end product and feel the wave of relief when seemingly small things are taken off of your plate. Epoch is the way to go, and I can assure you you will leave with a friend who has heart-felt, genuine JOY for the best day of your life. Priceless, to me!!!
Ashley and Heather are incredible! We worked mainly with Ashley and she was absolutely invaluable to us. She was organized, patient, relentless and devoted to making my daughter's wedding everything she dreamed of. These ladies created a real life fairytale wedding while adhering 100% to my daughters vision! I can not recommend them enough! If you are lucky enough to find them available for your wedding weekend, you will call yourself lucky as we did!
Heather was awesome to work with! She did a great job keeping us organized, informed, and on track with regular calls and emails. The vendor recommendations that Epoch Co+ provided were super helpful and you can tell they have great relationships with many vendors. From building out the timeline, wedding day tips and recommendations, to communicating with vendors, Heather and team really relieved stress ahead of the wedding! Heather also made a special trip out to our venue to meet with us for a design mock up meeting - above and beyond! Our initially outdoor wedding day was just as special as I’d always dreamed despite torrential rain and flooding thanks to the hard work of Epoch Co+ team. Heather worked with our venue to confirm use of an alternate building for our ceremony, worked through the new logistics of the rainy day, and SO many other things that I am not even aware of. Can’t forget all of the wonderful styling she did with ceremony and reception set-up. She was so calm throughout all of this and the wedding ran incredibly smoothly! It was the best day ever. You can stop looking for a wedding planning, design, & coordinating company now because you've just found them! I'm the owner of a wedding DJ company who was lucky enough to have worked with the Epoch team at a recent event. They are by far the most organized, detail-oriented, calm, and level headed team I've had the pleasure of working with. I can honestly say that the wedding was a massive success because of the hard work and dedication of this team. They are absolutely worth the investment, and will elevate your wedding to it's highest potential!
I hired Epoch Co for their "month of" coordinating. My husband and I did a lot of re-configuring for our wedding and Heather was such a calm presence! I didn't even have a venue confirmed 30 days out from our wedding date, after significantly downsizing our guest list. Heather was not frazzled by this news at all! She even offered that we could use her property and string up lights - who does that?! A true, genuine, person! As for the month of, Heather and her team took over 2-3 weeks before our wedding date, once I got confirmation of all my details and it was such a weight lifted from my shoulders. Ashley was INCREDIBLE - So many things happened on the day of that I had no clue about! Even my husband afterwards said "I don't know what they cost but I'd pay them double. They were awesome". We both agreed that we wish we got to hangout with the more and would love to get drinks and catch up with them even post wedding haha they're just people you want to be around and that's another comforting quality, knowing you're working with kind people!
I don’t even know where to begin, I have so many amazing things I could say about the team that makes up Epoch Co Events. All I can say is working with this team was the biggest BLESSING. My husband and I did not know the first thing about planning a wedding or just how much it really entails.
We provided a “vision board” per se of the styles and colors we liked and they took it, ran with it, made it even more amazing, and made that vision a reality. They stayed on top of every single detail, answered all our phone calls and texts promptly, and every meeting felt as though we were meeting with friends.
Seeing Heather the day of our wedding was just as emotional for me as seeing my family, I truly love her. Both my parents said, “man, we should have paid her more!”. My dreams came to fruition because of this team and there is not a single critique I have for them.
If someone offered me $10 million to come up with something negative to say about Heather, ShawneeDawn, or any of the rest of the Epoch team, I would go home to my husband with no monies. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, planner, someone to help with design, consider this as your sign to DO IT. We could not have been #blessed with a better group than the one Heather so expertly has created. We brought them on initially as month of coordinators but halfway through the planning process realized we needed help with design and final details. Let me tell you. ABOVE AND BEYOND. As a bride planning a wedding in the midst of the dumpster fire that has been the year 2020, I was stressed from the get go. Heather swooped in like the fairy godmother she is and eased every fear, every worry, every stress, and made wedding planning so fun and so easy and most importantly - SO STRESS FREE. Our wedding was beautiful and ran so smoothly. HIRE EPOCH!!
If you’re looking for piece of mind and a team that has your best interest at heart then there’s no better event planner than EPOCH CO+. Their lead wedding planner, Heather, came highly recommended to me by a dear friend and once I decided to bring her onboard as our month-of coordinator there was no looking back! She handled everything from communicating/coordinating with all of our vendors to single handedly writing a safety outline, because of course we had to get married during a pandemic (haha)! She made it the BEST possible experience though. She took charge with grace and continuously impressed us with her attention to detail, organization and POSITIVITY. She was our best friend during the 30 days leading up to our wedding and helped us take everything in stride. Since the wedding, I’ve been asked on several different occasions what our best investment was for our big day and I will say over and over again it was hiring Heather and her sweet team!
Heather, thank you for being so considerate of our vision and for fighting alongside us to create the most glorious day in the midst of COVID. We booked Heather about a year before our original date (3/21/2020). Although she was only our “month of” coordinator, she was very helpful throughout the year answering all of my questions and helped me with suggestions! Heather went into full swing a month before my wedding making sure we had the timeline mapped out to a tee, any and all details covered for. I even met with my bakery for my cakes within the month of our wedding and she had told me that Heather had already taken over and communicated with all my vendors not to reach out to me throughout the month of our wedding! It was actually so nice because they were all in communication with Heather and if there were any questions from them, she was the sole point of contact that would communicate with me about it. Then came the challenge- Coronavirus. Exactly a week before my wedding, 3/14/2020, restrictions started. It became very clear about 4 days before our event that we would need to postpone. Throughout those 7 days leading up to our event and cancellation, Heather was SO hands on gathering EVERY SINGLE VENDOR’S availability for new dates. I’m not even kidding when I say that we had about 5-10 options for new dates and Heather communicated seamlessly. I was literally SO stressed and not stressed all at the same time because Heather had it so under control! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her and it even solidified the need to book a coordinator for me. Once we had our new date of July 3rd, 2020, Heather collected all of our new contracts with our new dates and encouraged us sending us messages about our date and how everything will be fine. As a bride, it was nice to have reassurance. About a month before our July date, Heather went into full swing AGAIN. We pretty much had everything already planned out, but with cases on the rise again and fear increasing, she was so great about making sure that every vendor was still in line and continuing to encourage my husband and I about our date. Our wedding went off on 7/3/2020 and Heather and her team were ON IT! It was literally seamless. They helped set everything up, and I literally didn’t have to lift a finger on the day of. We had lots of last minute changes just to make sure we were social distancing (like cancelling the money dance as well as having to provide our own alcohol with bars shutting down!) and Heather had the timeline and everything down to the minute! I literally told her last minute things day of the wedding and she memorized everything and was able to make the night so seamless. I HIGHLY recommend the team at Epoch because our wedding + the postponement wouldn’t have been the same without their help!!
Heather and her team blew us away. As a bride, what spoke to me most about her service was her styling ability. I could tell by looking at other weddings and photoshoots she's styled that I loved her taste, but of course I wanted my own personality to come through in my wedding. Heather made that happen. Our wedding looked and felt like me and my husband, but so much more beautiful than we could've put together. We gave her our aesthetic tastes in the beginning, and she ran with it. I will always remember how gorgeous our wedding was. It was unique and had a boho/texan/artistic feel, nothing like all the other weddings I've been to (I'm not just saying that because it was mine!) Heather and her team just nailed it. Give her a little direction in the beginning so she knows your taste and she'll blow you away!
My husband and I both agreed that was money best spent toward our wedding, and we would go back and hire her every time. We both enjoyed our wedding day; we weren't stressed, we had so much fun and got to be present in the moment thanks to her. She handled everything; she'd check in with me on my opinions during the planning process, (but ultimately she had such great taste I deferred to her most of the time for all decisions (flowers, etc.)) and she booked and handled all the administrative tasks. She kept me punctual during planning to make sure we didn't get behind on booking vendors. If ever I was upset or stressed about something, she handled it so I didn't have to. I never thought a wedding planner would handle third party issues for you, but Heather does; she also counseled me through the whole thing! She was so comforting!
My husband and I had an idea of what we were getting into since we'd had family members recently get married, but there was so much we still would've been unprepared for if it weren't for her.. who knew if you wanted to hire a live band there's so much more to think about than just that; you have to have a DJ handle transitions, lighting guy, PA systems for the band. We were way in over heads!!!! Heather had so much experience planning she knew what we needed!
Heather's recommendations on vendors was spot on, she was so professional; there is a reason why there are wedding planners. It's completely overwhelming, and the stress of planning a huge party can take away from the joy of planning a wedding. Heather takes all that away. I loved every minute of planning my wedding with her to the actual day of. I knew I could trust her to handle the good and the bad. My wedding was the best day of my life. Heather took the burden off me and my family so we could actually enjoy it. Michael and I are eternally grateful to her and her sweet team! Please hire her and let her plan your dream wedding for you!!! She's worth every penny!! She will work her cost into your overall budget; go for it!
Epoch Co+ is hands down one of the best decisions I made when selecting vendors! I knew I needed help planning my wedding and opted for the month of coordination and COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT without Heather and her team. They were incredible at helping give me ideas and suggestions for making my day a success and easy and as stress free as possible. She gave excellent recommendations for vendors who were amazing and having her there that day made it perfect. She was so incredibly calm and organized, no ask was too big, she helped run errands and kept things moving so my new husband and I could just enjoy the day and spend time with friends and family celebrating. On behalf of Party Time Rentals, Heather and the Epoch team are among our favorite planners to work with. As a vendor, she always communicates her needs for her clients in a clear and timely manner. For her clients who have deliveries, we receive timelines and know when and where we need to be well in advance. She takes the guessing work of tedious daunting tasks like quantities, sizes, layouts, etc., off the couple and handles them for you. If Heather and her team’s attention to detail haven’t won you over yet, take a look at her Instagram feed! She designs absolutely jaw-dropping weddings. Anytime I see Heather and her clients in the showroom, I know that the couple is going to have the best journey planning their wedding. 10/10, highly recommend. We give you all the stars!!

If you are questioning to spend part of your budget on a planner the answer is YES. And if you are wondering who, Epoch & Co. Is the way to go. I was definitely the girl who considered not getting a planner because I wanted to spend that money elsewhere, and next to saying “I DO” having heather easy planner was the easiest and best decision.
First off the checklist and platform she used to store info and all things wedding was critical to keep me feeling confident in the planning process. I had everything in one place and I knew what to do and when to do it to stay on track keeping my stress levels low.
Secondly, as a bride there comes a time when your day is arriving rapidly, and you kinda panic. Wondering if everything will look good and go smoothly, but for me those worries went away so fast because I knew that with heather and her team I had nothing to worry about. Heather treats every wedding as if it were her own. She puts her heart in soul into every wedding and at the same time she listens to her clients and makes sure that their dreams become a reality.
All of my vendors but 2 were recommended by heather and every single one was amazing and I would hire again in a heart beat. And when one of my vendors I chose had a hiccup she knew how to shift my timeline to ensure I still got everything I wanted done but to fit the situation.
Not only did Heather help me but she extended her hand for my family, anything they needed she was there. One of the greenery pieces was too long and a few guests couldn’t see through the table. So what did she do, she saw something was wrong picked up some scissors and started chopping. This seems small but it’s the little things she does that mean the world.
I will highly recommend Heather to any and every Bride. If I ever have a major event heather will be my girl. I know that our day would have been a mess without her and to have her on your team will guarantee you an amazing, beautiful and smooth wedding.

Hiring EPOCH CO+ was one of the best decisions I made regarding our wedding day! I was very impressed by the professionalism, thoroughness, attention to detail the entire team showed throughout my time working with them. Paige and Ashley were the coordinators that helped out with our big day and I can't say enough about how much they helped keep things on schedule and made sure that everything my husband and I wanted, was done. I remember the first evening of our honeymoon, my husband looked at me and said, "wow, we didn't have one thing go wrong thanks to Paige and Ashley!" & I couldn't agree more. I recommend this team 5x over!
Heather was absolutely incredible. After our first meeting, I literally asked if I could hug her! She was literally my right hand on the big day. She is always on her game. Before the ceremony, she was running around making sure everything and everyone was perfect. The ceremony went on cue and everyone was timed and spaced with what seemed like mathematical perfection. I am a very anxious person naturally, but with her genuine caring and her telling me “I’m on it” or “It’s done” - I can honestly say that the times I felt overwhelmed went out the window. Because if she says she’s on it, consider it done and done to perfection. You never know you and your (brand new) husband have no idea how to cut a cake until it’s time to do it in front of an audience. She was RIGHT THERE and told us “Slice, slice and stab”. You’d think we did it for a living, looking back at the video and pictures. She also saved me after my bustle on my dress broke! She carries an arsenal of ‘just in case’ items that put out multiple fires. I cannot put into words how blessed and thankful I am. Without her and the Epoch team, my wedding would not have been as magical and definitely not as organized. Thank y’all for everything and I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about Heather and the women she works with. Y’all are saints! ❤️
Heather & Ally were such a huge help. I didn’t want my mom to be so stressed and neither did I, hiring Heather & the Epoch co. team was the best decision we could’ve made! Everything was a breeze & Heather made that possible. I cannot say enough good things about this company!
Heather and the EPOCH CO+ team were THE BEST money we spent on our wedding, and I could not recommend them higher. We got one of her planning packages, and she helped us every step of the way. She understood the vision I had, and helped us find the perfect vendors to fit what we wanted. We had a destination wedding in Austin, TX, and she made the planning process seamless, even neither of us live in Austin. She always answered us in a timely manner, worked with me when I would change my mind on design details, offered insight and answers on any questions we had, and truly helped with anything and everything. On the day of, neither I or my husband, had to think about the coordination of vendors or the timeline. Heather and her team were also there during the entire reception to make sure we had everything we needed, to make sure we had water, food, and drinks, and to solve any problems that might have come up. I used Epoch Co + Events to style my Southern Gatsby themed wedding. Heather was so easy to work with, and truly made my vision come to life. All items were delivered and setup well before guests arrival, and then picked up afterwards. She made everything so seamless and easy, which on your wedding day, is so important.
We were so very happy that we hired Heather to be our coordinator. I was the groom that did not think we needed a wedding coordinator because I thought we could handle things on our own. However, the services that EPOCH CO provided were invaluable to the success of our wedding and to our peace of mind before, during, and after the weekend. I am so happy that I was convinced to hire a wedding coordinator and that we used Heather.
