I'm confused by all the great reviews here. Our wedding coordinator was Heather. My only guess at what happened is that she overbooked herself and decided to completely ignore us. She also seemed aggravated that we did not use her list of pr...eferred vendors.
We probably only spoke with her for three total hours through the entire process. We made all the reservations, gave all the vendors information, answered all the vendors questions, created the timeline, etc. She did nothing. In fact, the only thing she really did do was raise false red flags, argue about our vendor choices, and disagree with our decorator. We had to keep asking her to do things, or to even talk with us, and the majority of those requests were met with no response, or 1-sentence-long snarky responses a week afterwards.
Even scheduling a call with her was very difficult. All of our calls were scheduled on her time, because she only had about 30 minutes of availability per week to talk, and all of our calls got cut short because she had somewhere else to be. One time her assistant started the call with us because she was about 20 minutes late.
Believe it or not this was the "whole shabang" option. We never felt like she knew what was going on with the wedding, even during the wedding. She was often nowhere to be found. She gave me chores the day of our wedding. We were told only a couple hours before the wedding that we needed to go to Copy Corner to pick up and pay for some prints that we had discussed several weeks ago. Then about 30 minutes later after I was on my way there we got another text saying they just needed us to call and pay for it immediately, her assistant was waiting at CopyCorner to pick it up. She just seemed unorganized, unprofessional, uninterested, unavailable, and inexperienced through the whole process. We paid far too much for what we got.
Examples of some things that definitely should have been done by the coordinator but were not:
-A week before the wedding our decorator reached out to us and told her she had not been given the floor plan yet.
-A week before the wedding it was first brought up that there was not enough time before the ceremony to set up decorations, and we'd need to purchase additional time from the venue.
-We gave her the files for the table numbers and seating charts to be printed at Copy Corner. After hearing no response for 3 days we did it ourselves.
-A day before the wedding our venue reached out to us and let us know we were missing required wedding insurance
-Leftover food, cake, wedding favors all were not even mentioned to us. In fact there was zero communication from the moment the reception send-off began. No thank you, no congratulations, no good luck, nothing.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
