I was SO incredibly impressed with Tricia & her team...not only do her images capture the joy, whimsy & love of our events, her customer service is unmatched. She even touched up my make up inbetween shooting. She truely is looking out for YOUR BEST SELF. She has shot our elopment, my boudoir session, our holiday cards. Tricia & her team were absolutely amazing! From our initial conversation on the phone I knew I HAD to have her as our photographer, she knew exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Tricia is AMAZING!! After I got engaged I read so many reviews on The Knot and looked at so many photographer websites and absolutely fell in love with her pictures. Not only that, but she's so warm and FUN to work with. We hired her for our engagement and wedding photos. Before the engagement session, I sent her a handful of photos from Pinterest that I liked. Not only was she able to recreate them, but she made them even BETTER than the photos I sent her. Booking Equinox Photo was one of the easiest decisions we made for our wedding. We told them what we wanted but also allowed them to put their own creative spin on our photos. I would say our First Look is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Tricia even took it a step further and scouted the area prior to the BIG DAY so that we could maximize time during the limited time we had for our First Look. For any stop we wanted to make, Le’Jon and Tricia without hesitation would allow us to quickly take a photo to satisfy my photo crave. Our talented photographers really captured the true love and joy we had that day and even made it so we didn’t have to fake throw our heads back and laugh. We seriously were having a ball the ENTIRE time thanks to them. It is so important to feel comfortable with all of the people your sharing your wedding day with and my wedding day would not be the same without Equinox being there.

We absolutely looooove Tricia and Equinox Photo! We first met them when we did our engagement photos and since have used them for our wedding, a boudoir session and two sets of family photos. Our day went by so fast that and the end of it all we wanted was our pictures to take us back and relive those moments, and Tricia did that for us! You can not go wrong when booking with her!

Wow I don't even know where to start. Tricia and her team were absolutely amazing. They were so professional. On time and matching in her famous turquoise color! I felt so special on my wedding day. I felt like a true queen. I had no worries about anything. She captured every moment. When I got my pictures it brought so many tears and emotions all back from that special day. What a magical photographer she is! When I came across her work while searching for my wedding photographer, I knew she would perfectly fit into our day. Amazing is pretty much the word that comes to mind when I think of Tricia, LJ and Sophie! Tricia was highly recommended by Sophie, our wedding planner, and I definitely see why! We first met her at our engagement shoot, and totally hit it off with her right away, just like Sophie! She was quick, professional, and such a sweetheart. She also loved our dogs, which were part of our shoot, and made me love her even more :) Next I did my boudoir shoot with them, which turned out to be so fun! These guys rock! They went out of their way to do everything on our list! We took pictures in 3 different locations, with some really tough angles and lighting... but the pictures were AMAZING!!!!! Tricia and LJ were on top of the timeline and even helped our wedding coordinator out. We would have been lost without them all!

Where to begin?! We were a little late to the game in choosing a photographer for our destination wedding and with only two months before our big day, discovered Equinox Photo on "The Knot". Within minutes of submitting my request for more information, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Tricia; I felt an instant connection with her as if we had been long time friends and the nerves and anxiety of finding someone to work with slipped away. Tricia and LJ are awesome! They were so understanding of our wedding day about the flow and helped us relax and enjoy the moments instead of feeling rushing. We felt like they genuinely cared about our day and it wasn't just another job. They are both so sweet and my husband enjoyed LJ's ability to calm his nerves in the face of many pictures. Just finished my 3rd photo shoot with Tricia and Equinox Photo. We did our engagement shoot, wedding pictures and now almost 2 years later our maternity shoot! Each time our pictures have come out so gorgeous! Everyone always comments on how beautiful our pictures are. At shoot we are able to get so much range and variety out of our images. The best part is that Tricia makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Being in your underwear while 8 months pregnant and getting photographed could be a very uncomfortable experience but with Tricia it was so much fun! She really is able to bring out your best! You will not be disappointed!

Tricia, Sophie and LJ were amazing. They shot our engagement photos in 30 minutes and they turned out perfect. For our wedding, they were much more than our photographers. They went above and beyond to help out and coordinate where needed. They made our wedding day run smoothly and made sure everything went as planned. Just got the wedding photos and we LOVE THEM! What can I say? Equinox Photo is AMAZE! I had three shoots with Tricia and Sophie. The first shoot was our engagement shoot. Picture this: me and my then fiancé both dressed in black tie, bounding through the woods. Why? Because what's not epic about drinking veuve cliquot on a vintage couch in a pond tucked in the woods? Where did that idea come from? Tricia of course! It was totally us, totally unexpected. She really worked hard to display our personalities through the shoot. Then it's off to the next shoot a few months later...boudoir. Let me tell you, what a fun experience! I felt so beautiful and so empowered that day. Both Tricia and Sophie kept my glass filled with champagne, and made me feel like I was perfectly sexy, but totally me. My husband LOVES the book they made too! What I loved the most was how Tricia dropped it off for me in his cottage as she stole the secret moment and snapped away as he flipped through smiling wide. And as for the big day? Not only did they capture it perfectly, but they totally took charge and made me feel at ease. They walked right into the cottage and started taking detail shots of everything. I really appreciated that. It validated all my hard work. They caught it all...my parents crying, my dog smiling, and my new step daughter laughing. The portraits and candids were vast, and the quality? Outstanding. **Her metallic prints are out of control - highly recommend! These talented chicks? Got our wedding pictures in two separate articles! One online, and one in San Deigo weddings magazine. Talk about feeling like a super star! Bottom line: Tricia has such a creative way of capturing the essence of the moment. You can literally see her brain fast at work as she snaps away. Sophie is a stunning stylist, placing you at perfect angles, removing or adding game changing elements. They are a perfect team together. My pictures came out beautifully each time. I will use Equinox Photo again and again throughout this journey with my husband and new family, I will continue to boast about them and recommended to all.

When I first saw Tricia’s pictures, I knew I wanted her to be my photographer…my now husband and I booked her before we were even officially engaged! Our engagement photo session was awesome, and she and Sophie made the day so easy and light hearted, which is hard to do when you are posing and doing things that aren’t necessarily second nature! The BEST photography experience! My husband and I cannot rave more about Tricia and LJ! We are so happy that we found them! Not only is Tricia insanely talented, but is also so creative. We had the joy of having them photograph our engagement photos, as well as our wedding. We love how down to earth Tricia and LJ are and they made both experiences so comfortable and fun! My husband and I were so lucky to find Tricia. She is an amazing photographer! We had so much fun during our engagement session and the shots captured some great moments. She made us feel so comfortable that we forgot the camera was there and the pictures really captured our personalities. I was so happy with our engagement pictures that I decided to a boudoir shoot and give my husband the photo album as a wedding gift. At first, I was worried that I wouldn’t like enough of the pictures to make an album, not because I wasn’t confident in her abilities, but because I have curves and by no means have the perfect body but, Tricia made me look amazing! In fact, I had trouble only choosing 40 pictures ☺ Yay!!! My husband loved the album and was very surprised when he got it. There are many things that make Tricia great but one thing I love about her is that she sends you ALL the pictures from each shoot. I have heard stories of other photographers saying they will give you all the pictures but only send the ones “they” like. When we received our wedding album and could not be happier with the results. My husband and I also had the privilege of meeting Tricia’s husband the day of the wedding. He was just as great and she is. He hung out with the guys and took pictures of them getting ready and they had a great time with him (per my husband). I could tell that LJ made the guys feel just as comfortable as Tricia has made us feel because when I got to the “first look” location they were joking as if they had known each other for years. They were quick and efficient during the first look and the pictures with our wedding party. During our wedding they were visible without being in your face like the paparazzi. I even got to dance with LJ for half a song and had a blast. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of photographers and are so thankful for everything they did. I look forward to working with Tricia for all my other important events and would recommend her in a heartbeat. If you want the best photographer, she is your girl!

Tricia and the entire Equinox Photo Team rocked our engagement shoot and wedding! When I first saw Equinox Photo's images online I was blown away. They were so elegant and unique. My husband and I hired them to shoot both our engagement and wedding (and I secretly hired them for a boudoir shoot). From the moment we met the team, we felt completely comfortable and had a blast. They know just how to pose you without it looking or feeling unnatural and awkward. Our photos turned out even better than I had imagined, and nothing like the ones I had seen before...in a good way! My husband and I could not be happier with Equinox! They are hands down the absolute BEST! Our package included engagement photos, which we were hesitant about doing because we didn't plan on doing engagement photos. We were hesitant about doing engagement photos, because we were a little nervous about being posed in front of a camera, but the engagement session with Tricia was nothing but fun. Tricia is so easy to be around, so we ended up having such a great time. We even got to include our two dogs, which was great. If you have dogs to include in your photos, Equinox is definitely the team to book. Our engagement photos came out looking so natural and organic. For the wedding day, we worked with Tricia, LJ and Sophie. They were all amazing. We booked them for 8 hours and it was worth every penny! We just got our wedding photos back a couple days and we couldn't believe how amazing they turned out. Without being prompted, Tricia, LJ and Sophie knew which moments to capture, along with incorporating creativity into the photos. I felt like we were good hands with photos on wedding day and that was later confirmed after seeing the final product. I have nothing but positive, good reviews to share on Equinox Photo. I've even told Tricia that I can't wait to expand our family so she can do our maternity pics : )

Tricia of Equinox Photo is simply amazing. We looked at literally what seemed like hundreds of wedding photographers and knew we had found "the one" with her! She and her husband LJ shot our wedding 5 years ago and we STILL get compliments on our photos. I am in the fashion industry and am VERY picky when it comes to photography. I wanted my images to look like they had come from the pages of a magazine and that's exactly what Tricia gave us. She is great at capturing stunning bridal portraits and the candid moments with our family and guests. Tricia also shot my boudoir and our holiday cards, which we love! I love EQUINOX!! We were looking for venues and I realized I fell in love with the way the venue translated in the photos on their website more so than venue itself. I love the use of light and textures with the rustic woods and soft laces and fabrics. We had been tediously scouring for AMAZING photographers. There are a lot of super expensive photographers and many are not very good! To me the photography was THE MOST important part of the wedding, it is what we will reference for years to come. The makeup and dress is one thing but great photography can capture all the details and really make it beautiful. As a busy bride, I spent months planning and creating center pieces, decorations, seating arrangements, sign in books and all those personal touches. Tricia, Sophi and LJ captured all that work even more beautifully than I could have imagined. Sophi was the coordinator and TOTALLY worth every cent. Only thing I would have changed was including her sooner because she helped steam line the whole process coordinating the DJ, Makeup, Hair, food, Etc – which was one less thing for me to have to do. They are fun, and so easy and flexible to work with. It was so relieving on such a busy wedding day to have their calm, fun a get it done approach – they know what they are doing so I had complete confidence in them. I have a couple of pics at the office and I always get questions from my coworkers asking who took the photos and raves about the engagements and wedding pictures. They seriously went above and beyond. I did a tasteful boudoir shoot at their ranch, (I’m not someone who is just super comfortable with strutting around because of course I have those ‘areas’ that I am very aware of on my body). It was so much fun and I planned to surprise my soon to be husband with the pics. EVEN THOSE pics were beautiful, (which I am critical when it comes to my own body). I selected my favorite pics and some music quotes and Tricia put together a book, wrapped it and hand delivered it to my husband on the morning of the wedding. She captured some PRICELESS photos of his face as he looked (gawked) at the book. PS They were far less expensive than most of the photographers we looked at, most of which we did not even like their work. I HIGHLY recommend them, and my sister loved using them for her wedding also.

To say Trisha and LJ were the best is an understatement. Not only were they amazing at their art (explaining to me and my now husband how to pose, giving us all the ideas we wanted but had not thought about, getting all the pictures we wanted, etc) they became our friends. We could not have asked for more talented and awesome people photographing our wedding. Also, my dog was a part of the wedding/photos and he is very wary of ALL people, and I was VERY nervous he was going to be a little nervous himself. Luckily, Trisha is an animal whisperer and he did anything she said. I know a person is amazing when my dog trust them, and he trusted her like he does family. Seriously, the best... period... end of story.
