My fiance and I came here for a consultation and we both loved what we were hearing. The person that we talked to was really nice and helpful and made excellent suggestions. We have another appointment with them next week but I know this will be the service that we pick. Highly recommended!

Before I had a boyfriend and a fiancé I knew I was going to get a wedding planner. Looking for a planner wasn’t complicated because I knew exactly who I was looking for. I found Erganic Design on The Knot and after a few emails and three interviews Erganic was it. I’m not going to get into details just know that SOJOURNER is the TRUTH and she is the REAL MVP. I was never nervous about my wedding weekend and granted it was a wedding for her to plan in 6 months in another country. She suggested the most beautiful amazing place and it was truly breathtaking. Sojourner remains so calm with every aspect of planning this wedding. My husband and I shared with her exactly what we wanted and she gave it to us and much more. My family and friends had an experience of a lifetime and that was the plan. It's been two month later and I'm still hearing "your wedding was perfect, the entire weekend was Perfect can we do this again next year?" Thanks to you (Sojourner), Erica and Julia for all that you did. You gave Merrick and I a memory that will last us a lifetime and beyond. We met with Sojourner at Erganic about six months ahead of our wedding. She was completely unfazed by our short time frame for planning, and as the planning went on, she was also unfazed by our choice to use a reception venue that had never hosted a wedding. She came equipped with excellent recommendations for vendors, and she was open to our suggestions as well. She coordinated the venues seamlessly and her day of team provided amazing service -- the day was joyful and completely stress free. We had the perfect wedding, thanks to Erganic!

Very good at planning weddings. They will do everything in their power to make sure you have the best wedding possible. I loved working with them and I am still working with them to plan my perfect wedding!

I am so thankful for Sojourner and her team - they helped us have an amazing and flawless wedding day. The outcome was more than we could've hoped for! From beginning to end, they were very professional and responsive to all of our questions and concerns and helped us figure out what would work best for our needs and wedding day vision. Sojourner also provides custom stationery services which truly gave a unique touch to our stationery items. The value Erganic provides is truly worth it. The only qualm I have (if that's even what I could call it) is that I wish I could've experienced a closer working relationship with the team, which was a bit difficult to do while I lived in another state and traveled very often for my work. Nonetheless it did not take away from how beautiful our wedding turned out and I truly thank them for everything they invested into making our day special. My fiance and I, husband now, decided to get a planner as one of the first decisions we made. Our choice to get one was largely due to our busy schedules. We found Erganic Design on The Knot and went largely by reviews and pictures. It turned out to be our best wedding planning decision by far. Here are 10 things you should know about our experience with Erganic design and Sojourner specifically: 1. She is extremely detail oriented: Trust me, the devil is in the details. 2. She listens and does not impose her preferences on you: There is nothing more refreshing than someone who allows your voice to come through and have your event be your event while still giving it the polish and finish it needs. 3. She does not try to sell you services you don't need or care for. 4. She is just as good a project manager as she is a designer. 5. She loves what she does. 6. She has a very large pool of vendors to recommend at different price points, but does not lock you into using her recommended vendors. 7. Did I mention she is extremely detail oriented? She forgets nothing. 8. She has a good working relationship with several venues and is familiar with their respective practices and policies. 9. She is patient and puts no pressure on you, ever. 10. She is extremely knowledgeable about her industry and became our Google for the duration of the planning. Throughout our experience, there were constant reminders that we made the right choice in going with Erganic Design. We had about 300 guests and a lot of opportunity for chaos. Our guests could not stop speaking about (and they weren't just being polite) how great our wedding was. Yep, we would do it again. Not get married again :-), but we would use Erganic design again, maybe their interior design services when we buy our first home!

Sojourner was amazing to work with from start to finish! She helped us every step of the way in regards to anything and everything. Very patient and responsive to every email and phone call, and always willing to answer our questions no matter how silly they were. On the day of she went above and beyond to ensure no stress whatsoever for either of us. Her arrangements and designs were tailored to exactly what we wanted and even when we didn't articulate the best directions, she knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen. She is the absolute best and I would definitely recommend her for everyone out there!

Erganic Design is the most spectacular wedding planners ever!!! There is literally no way we could have had our wedding without them. Their wedding wisdom, kindness, help, advice, humor, were all appreciated! They were the best wedding decision we made! Sojourner is a true professional, keeping me (the frazzled/overwhelmed bride) at ease and feeling productive. She was composed, calm, and assertive when necessary. Sojourner and her team went above and beyond the call of duty, and I can not THANK them enough! We hired them for full service planning and design, working with their graphics team on our custom stationery. Their design eye is impeccable, and they were able to take a few wacky ideas (ours ofcourse) and create beautiful design details. Their management of our wedding was thorough and comprehensive. We had several shuttle buses transporting guests from 3 different locations (one of which was outside of the city), and each shuttle was not only on time, but all guests commented that the shuttle bus drivers were very professional :) The team executed our wedding flawlessly. All vendors worked well together, and we really enjoyed ourselves the entire day. There's not one thing we'd change about our wedding. And we have Sojourner and the Erganic Design team to thank!

Sojourner and her team were amazing to work with! They are super attentive, creative, keen on details, and uber organized. All of their vendor recommendations were a perfect fit. They were very responsive to my many emails (I am going to miss the emails), and were available to meet pretty much whenever I needed. Our wedding weekend was flawless. We continue to receive complements on our wedding, with comments about how seamless everything was. Our families were very impressed (a hard feat), and we can't say enough about their amazing talent! They are the best team to plan your event or wedding!

The fact that it took us this long to write a review is a testament to our hectic schedules. Having a full service planning and design team was a MUST, because we didn't want to settle for anything but the best, and didn't want our limited time to research vendors to prevent this. The key highlights: -created a wedding design concept that truly fit our personalities and style, -kept us on task, and reminded us to make certain decisions if we overlooked an email or phone call, -amazing stationery (all of our guests keep giving us compliments on our invitations), -very organized! -calm under pressure, genuinely caring -very knowledgeable of the industry (we had a ton of etiquette questions, all of which they were able to answer), -day of management gurus! -always made us feel cared for. We could not be happier with our wedding, and this is truly because of Erganic Design. We needed to feel "in control" of decisions, but knew we needed an expert for guidance along the way. This is exactly what we received. We felt like our vendor choices, and decisions on flowers and colors, were easier to make with the set of tools and processes Erganic Design provides us. Having a clear road map of what was to happen next, made the planning process run smoothly. We felt always on track, and in some instances ahead of things. Creatively, they were never out of ideas! They were personable, charming, and intelligently crafty! They also kept me calm as I became very nervous on the day of (unexpected). I would entrust them with any future event we plan to have, and advise everyone to do the same!

Not being from New York originally, it felt a bit daunting to plan a wedding here. It was a no brainer that we would be hiring a wedding planner. After interviewing almost a dozen planners, we knew Erganic Design was the perfect fit for us! Sojourner was not only knowledgable, but her sense of humor and kindness were exactly what we needed (we're both type A). It was interesting to learn about her background in architecture and design, which became evident during the "design development" phase (as she calls it). The layout of the space and all of her design concepts, were perfect. Not even sure how she came up with the concept, because we had a difficult time articulating our vision. (Maybe she's a mind reader). The team did a fantastic job managing our wedding weekend. We have a lot of "interesting" and strong personalities among our wedding party and family members. The team was able to handle them :) They all raved about how nice, organized and helpful they were, and we couldn't agree more! It's taken us awhile to write this review, as we work 12-14hr days. Another reason to rave about Erganic Design is how they kept these busy work-a-holics organized and on task throughout the planning process! Hire them! A thousand times.. .hire them!

It's hard to believe our wedding is over, but thankfully we get to relive our wedding over and over again through our amazing photos and video, all thanks to the amazing vendor referrals from Erganic Design. We don't know where to begin! From finding the most talented vendors, to creating beautiful stationery, to designing the breathtaking decor and florals for our wedding...we can not THANK this team enough! Our expectations were very high. And at every turn, they continued to exceed them. Attention to detail is an understatement. There were many things we didn't think of, so it was great to have the ladies at Erganic sometimes thinking for us. We're not sure how we could have pulled off our wedding without Erganic Design. I'm sure plenty of couples say this, and we certainly mean it! We had our "vision" and ideas, but they designed an overall wedding concept that was above and beyond our limited imaginations. The stationery, flowers/decor, exceeded our expectations. Can't wait for them to blog our photos :) On the day of the wedding, the team made sure we have nothing to worry about. Everything went smoothly, and we actually got to eat dinner! Although the day went by fast (too fast), we were able to enjoy it. They took us aside at one point and told us to "take it all in"... and in that moment, we felt overwhelmed with joy and gratefulness. And for that we are truly thankful. Erganic Design is the team to hire! You will be over the moon happy!

PRE-PLANNING Sojourner and her team helped my husband and I to choose a location and venue, and then subsequently to plan our destination wedding. In the pre-planning process, Sojourner and her team provided us with many well-researched options and helped us choose a destination that was right for us and our guests. Erganic Design was very receptive to our needs. My husband and I have very different styles, and Erganic Design was able to make us both feel heard. BUDGETING In terms of budgeting, Sojourner and team were constantly refined the budget, solicited proposals, and negotiated on our behalf with over a dozen vendors — all from abroad. Every detail, including delivery schedules, advanced payments and day-of payments were tracked and communicated to my husband as well as to the vendors. When we did inevitably go over budget with our wants and desires, Erganic Design was able to reign it back in without compromising our vision of the overall experience. What made this especially noteworthy, was that Erganic Design was sensitive to wire transfer fees, foreign exchange currency exposure, and other budget details that only my husband seemed to care about ;) My husband was especially impressed that the day-of payments to vendors were exactly as anticipated and were handled in a discrete and confident manner. WEEK-LONG SCHEDULE OF EVENTS After a tremendous amount of planning and work, we finally got to our wedding day, which was perfect. Erganic Design’s attention to detail, particularly on the day of, made us feel cared for and relaxed. Our guests appeared to have a great time as well. Everything went off without a hitch. In addition to our wedding and related events, we also asked Erganic Design to organize several tours given that it was a destination wedding. The details were quite complicated, and yet the Erganic Design team maintained control over the budget and the execution of the non-day-of events as well as the actual wedding day. We highly recommend Sojourner and her team!

Sojourner and her team were a true pleasure to work with. From the beginning stages of ceremony and reception searches to invitation design, event design, music and event design and the after party, Sojourner was able to thoughtfully listen and recommend many options to enhance my vision. She is a consummate professional that is extremely organized and will keep you within budget while providing you with a variety of options for every vendor. Erganic Design was also much more than a wedding planning team as they also produced my stunning invitation suite and the actual event production including the flowers that were absolutely magnificent. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Unfortunately, having worked in the wedding industry and experienced it as a bride, you sometimes feel like just another customer. With Erganic Design, never once did I feel anything less than a VIP Bride. Sojourner and her team were exceptionally professional and caring throughout the entire planning process. Sojourner let me know from the beginning that she would be as hands on as I wanted her to be. Well, she was everything you could ever imagine in a planner -- she was part planner, friend, sounding-board, negotiator, and a few times, therapist. She also perfected my wedding day vision, even though I was barely able to articulate or describe it. She is clearly skilled at extracting your likes and dislikes and creating an event that reflects everything you'd hope it would be and more. Overall, our goal was to celebrate our union without breaking the bank. I can honestly say that we have absolutely no regrets about any of the money we spent. With Sojourner by our side, we would do it all again and we're looking forward to the anniversary parties!!! Not many honest brides will say that. There are so many factors and decisions when planning a wedding. One that was paramount was hiring Erganic Design; my husband and I have told all who were closest to us and integral to our wedding that Sojourner and her team left nothing to chance. They went above and beyond our imaginations from helping hone our concept to taking care of details that didn't even cross our minds on the day of! If you are looking to hire a wedding planner, there is no other choice to make but Erganic Design!

It has taken me forever to write a review because of my busy schedule. And my schedule is the very reason having a planner was an absolute must! We met with Sojourner less than a year out. She assured us that we could have the wedding of our dreams, even with what we considered to be a short time line. She did not disappoint! We had 165 guests, and the entire process was smooth sailing. Sometimes I thought it was too easy. But then realized this was a blessing (I'm used to high level stress and tight deadlines). We were married in August at a loft with an incredible view (the view was a must on our list!). Every vendor was amazing. Music, flowers, food (yum).... Even our limo drivers were awesome! It went by so fast, but we are so grateful for the Erganic Design team and all their hard work. Bobby and I enjoyed ourselves! It truly was the best day of our lives. Every detail was perfect. This team is talented beyond belief, and yet down to earth kind. We highly recommend them to any and all!

Planning a wedding in New York City, at a venue where you have to bring in everything down to the napkins can be extremely overwhelming. And that’s just what I was when I called Sojourner at Erganic Design. It was by far the best decision I made in the entire wedding planning process. My husband and I had gotten through some of the larger decision making hurdles before reaching out to Sojourner. We had booked the venue, caterer (we literally had to bring in everything to the venue), band, florist, and photographer. The panic started settling in the moment we had to think about less big picture things/details like transportation around NYC for us and our guests, rentals (of everything), setting things up, coordinating everything, and dealing with our vendors (more to come on this later). We also knew what we wanted the general feel of our wedding to be, but I had no idea how to articulate it. Sojourner and her team took the time to listen to us to truly get a sense of who we were and what we wanted our day to be like. Sojourner never tried to push an agenda on us and never tried to sell us on doing things her way. She literally took every idea of ours and made it come to life, no matter how difficult or different it may have been. I can’t begin to describe how impressive this was. Not once did Sojourner or her team lose their patience (believe me there were plenty of opportunities for the team to lose it) or tell us that something just couldn’t be done. If we wanted family style appetizers with tables that weren’t conducive to that setup, she sat with us, went through how it would work, any downfalls, and helped us come up with workarounds to do things a bit differently while still achieving the feel we wanted. Most importantly, Sojourner and her team were beyond patient throughout the entire planning process. There were some large Type A personalities involved in our wedding planning. Everyone from our parents, to our florist who was a family member, to our caterer, there was not a second without competing opinions. Sojourner and her team handled everything that was thrown at them like pros. I still don’t know how they didn’t lose their mind halfway through our planning because I sure did. There are not enough words to describe how over-the-moon happy I was on our wedding day. Andrea, a member of Sojourner’s team, was with me the entire day. Because of Andrea, I did not have one worry in my mind the entire time leading up to the wedding. She took care of EVERYTHING. Andrea made sure we weren’t falling behind, took care of getting the guys to where they needed to be on time (that’s an accomplishment in itself) and just literally having my back all day. I would have paid Erganic’s fee (which was beyond reasonable) just to have Andrea with me that day. While Andrea was with me, making sure everything was going smoothly on our end, Sojourner and the rest of her team were focused on setting up our venue. To this day I am still struck by how amazing everything looked. Sojourner made everything that we had planned for over a year come to life and look better than I could have ever imagined. They took care of everything. I still get emotional when I think about first walking into the space. She blew me away and made me so beyond happy. I can’t thank Sojourner, Andrea, and the team enough. I would HIGHLY recommend Erganic Design to anyone!! They are the best!

Sojourner and her team at Erganic Design were absolutely outstanding!!! My husband and I found Erganic through a referral from a friend, and upon our first meeting, we immediately connected. Sojourner has a way of making even the most frazzled or neurotic bride-to-be feel comforted. Based on our budget, Sojourner worked with us to decide on the best services from her al la Carte menu, which ultimately included day-of execution and décor. In areas where she was not contracted to provide service, such as venue and photographer, Sojourner provided helpful suggestions for us to find the best vendors that fit our vision. Every step of the way, I was confident that Sojourner and the Erganic team understood our vision, and ultimately, our wedding day came together almost flawlessly, and quite beautifully. Our expectations were exceeded, and six months later, our guests continue to rave about how exquisite our wedding turned out. When my husband and I were looking for event planners, we met with several planners before meeting with the Erganic Design team. From our first meeting with the founder, Sojourner, we knew that we were in extremely capable hands. It never felt like a business meeting. Sojourner authentically cared about our story and who we were as a couple. She listened to our ideas about what we imagined for our wedding and used her expertise to turn it into something amazing. We undoubtedly could not have experienced a wedding that far exceeded our expectations without Sojourner and the Erganic Design team. What impressed me the most is that the Erganic Design team attends to every facet of the wedding as of they were planning their own-and that spoke volumes to my husband and I. Everything detail of the wedding from vendor selection, to choosing flowers, linen, stationery, and decor was executed with perfection. A few days prior to the wedding, my sister/maid of honor broke her ankle, and needless to say, I was extremely overwhelmed. The first person that I called was Sojourner. She stopped what she was doing and offered the most beautiful words of encouragement. So, not only is she excellent at what she does, she truly cares about her clients and avails herself to them. It was honor having Sojourner and her team work on our wedding.

Sojourner and her team were really easy to work with, and they definitely know their stuff! Trust their judgment on everything, including their recommendations on other vendors, venues, etc. All the floral arrangements and overall decor looked awesome. My wedding would've been a disaster without them!

Our wedding was a huge success thanks to Sojourner and her team at Erganic Design. From our first phone call with her, Sojourner was warm, interested in learning about us as a couple, responsive, and demonstrated a passion for making sure that we had the wedding of our dreams. Sojourner's strength lies in her ability to listen well to what we were asking for, and translate the bits and pieces of our vision into one elegant event that represented who we are as a couple. For example, Sojourner created design concept boards with everything from our color palette, to sample floral arrangements, seating arrangements, lighting ideas, and textures, colors and shapes for our approval. We were thrilled by the way that she captured our ideas so clearly and even made them better. Another special touch was when Sojourner did a mock up of our reception. She created a table with floral arrangements, place settings, and demonstrated to us exactly the ambience that she would later create for us on a larger scale. It was the moment when we felt like our wedding had come together. Throughout the planning process, Sojourner was available to talk, made us feel like we were her priority, recommended wonderful vendors, and made the whole process enjoyable. We knew we were in good hands. Not only that, but Sojourner was willing to include our parents in the planning process. This was so important to us. On the day of, Sojourner and her team made the entire process stress-free. Not once did I worry. Sojourner worked her magic behind the scenes and all I saw was the beauty of the day that she helped us to create. Walking into the ceremony on my father's arm, I felt absolutely relaxed, and completely surrounded by love and joy. Sojourner truly cares about the couples that she works for. It comes through in every correspondence and is felt in the care she puts into her work. My husband and I recommend her without reservation to any couple planning their wedding.

Sojourner and her team were just incredible. My wife met Sojourner at a wedding event and was awestruck with her displays and how sweet and down to earth she is. And I couldn't agree more. She listened to what we wanted and helped us refine and plan our day into what all the guests have been calling "the wedding of the century." She helped us pick vendors, negotiated on our behalf (something I am awful at), and even helped me and my wife (then fiancee--we got married last May) smooth out some wrinkles between us when we had disagreements. She was consistently available and calming and an utter delight to work with. I can not think of a better, more qualified person or team to help you with your big day. And a year later, Sojourner still plays scramble with me. Trust me, you will adore her as much as my wife and I do!

We hired Sojourner based on a great review we received from my husband's friend. As soon as we met with her, I knew I wanted to work with her. She is super professional, down-to-earth and offered really helpful advice when we needed it. We hired Erganic for their "day of" services, which actually began two months before the wedding. Sojourner and her team put together a great day of schedule for us, contacted all of our vendors and maintained contact with them up and thru the wedding day. I didn't have to worry about a thing on our day, which was fabulous! One of her team members, Andrea, was assigned to me on the wedding day as my attendant. I can't say enough great things about her. She attended to my every need, yet gave me the space I needed to enjoy the day. She even helped work out a mishap with my makeup artist. Her other assistant, Michelle, was on the ball as well, sending us emails to make sure they had every detail in place for the day. Everyone from Erganic was amazing and I can't recommend their services more. I was truly impressed with their dedication in making sure we had the best wedding day ever!

I could not be more pleased with the quality of service I received from the folks at Erganic Design. My husband and I recently had our winter wedding at a boutique hotel in New York City. Sojourner did an amazing job turning a blah event space into a romantic, candlelit room that was perfect for our small, intimate ceremony. I admit I was a very picky bride and must have changed my design concept at least four times during the months leading up to the wedding. Sojourner was patient, willing to listen to my new ideas, and always had her creative juices flowing. During the planning process, she really took the time to get to know my and my husband's styles and tastes so that there was no question that, on the big day, what we were seeing was exactly what we had envisioned...gorgeous tall and low table center pieces with lush winter flowers, a glowing backdrop for a candlelit ceremony, and so much more. Sojourner and her team created an ambiance that made our wedding venue look like it was something out of a dream!!!

Nice enough, but extremely lacking in attention to detail. We hired them for their day-of services, and I was surprised as to the number of mistakes that occurred under their leadership. There were times in which I felt like my husband and I had to run the show...and that's not how you want to feel when you are spending money to NOT feel that way. That being said, they were decent people. I know they also do wedding design...and I can't speak to this element of their gig...but something tells me they are better at design then 'day of' coordination.

Sojourner and team are amazing. The women of Erganic Design are smart, efficient, effective, thoughtful, creative and warm. Working with Sojourner was a great experience for my husband and me. After signing with Sojourner for a NYC wedding we actually decided a destination wedding was more our speed a few weeks later. Sojourner helped us pick out destinations and organize our visits. We ultimately decided on Turks and Caicos an with Sojourner's help we had a very classy, beachy, personal, memorable wedding. Sojourner coordinated with all the local vendors and helped us with all the logistics and contracts. Sojourner also helped us design our invitations and day of stationary. One of the things we really liked/appreciated about working with ED was how easy and flexible they are. We only met with the team twice and did most of the planning over email and conference calls which really worked with our busy schedules. Another aspect that I really liked about working with Sojourner was how she really "got us". She understood our vision and what we wanted our special day to be like and helped make our dreams come true. I really don't think our day would have turned out as wonderful as it did if it wasn't for ED. I strongly recommend working with ED.

I started planning my wedding two years in advance and Erganic Design was the first vendor that I hired. I knew that with my busy schedule of work, school and caring for my young son, I would need the extra help with wedding details. From our very first phone conversation Sojourner was AMAZING. Sojourner has the unique ability of understanding your taste and style and going with it. She did everything for me, calculate my budget, find vendors and set up meetings, design all of my wedding stationary, designed my centerpieces and bouquets you name it she did it. Even though I had her help with every aspect of the wedding I never felt like I was taking a backseat. With her help I was able to be the hands on bride that I wanted to be even though I didn’t necessarily have a lot of time. I felt that everything at our wedding had my special touch on it. I felt absolutely no stress on my wedding day and it was all because of Sojourner and her team. I found out later that there had been some problems with my hall but I had absolutely no idea at the time because the Erganic Design team didn’t let anything stress me out. Vanessa was my bridal attendant and she saved the day more than once. I don’t know what I would have done without her that day. She was always there by my side and she was even there to coax away my jitters just before I walked down the aisle. Because of Erganic Design I was able to enjoy every aspect of my wedding day and I will be forever grateful to them for that. I would highly recommend Erganic Design to anyone in the market for a wedding coordinator.

Sojourner was an ideal wedding planner -- calm, helpful, professional, inventive, gracious, and very well organized. We had only two months to plan our wedding, which was a substantial challenge, but with Sojourner's recommendations, we found a band many guests said was the best wedding band they'd ever heard, and a caterer many said prepared the best wedding food they'd ever eaten. (Believe me, our friends and family do not freely offer compliments. Happily, we agreed with their appraisals.) Sojourner was prompt in returning every email and phone message, even at nights and on weekends, and everyone we met from Erganic Design was professional and good-spirited. We could not possibly recommend her more enthusiastically!

I have nothing but glowing comments to report about Erganic Design! For over a year, I worked one-on-one with Sojourner planning my special day. She is everything I was looking for in a wedding planner: intelligent, articulate, responsive, calm, and creative. Sojourner was present at my vendor meetings and helped negotiate our contracts to ensure that everything was correct. (I'm an attorney and she was spot-on with everything she said.) Sojourner was the voice of reason throughout the whole planning process. Marica was my day of coordinator. She ran my rehearsal ceremony and was there every step of the way during the wedding day. She was amazing! In addition to Marica, Sojourner had a team of 4 assistants at our wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. They were all very professional. It gave me peace of mind to know there was a "team" behind me making sure all of the wedding details were in place. My wedding was truly the best day of my life (thus far). I could not have done it without Erganic Design! I highly recommend them!!!!!

I didn't decide to get a day of event coordinator until the last minute, and I was really glad I did. Sojourner was very helpful, and friendly, and I truly appreciated her service. My wedding went on without a hitch, and she was always available via email for questions. I would highly recommend her services. She handled all of the red tape of the wedding, and I didn't have to worry. She's efficient, and autonomous, so she handled everything unless there was truly an issue, which there weren't any. She communicated well, and kept me in the loop. Their contract was comprehensive, and she delivered all the services that were listed, and more. She went above and beyond the call of duty, and if I could do it again, even though the wedding was perfect, I would have hired her to plan the whole thing. She's amazing. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give her. :)

I met with Sojourner about 11 months before my wedding. I am not from NY originally and felt the task of planning an NYC wedding without my mom and sister here to help was daunting. I interviewed ELEVEN potential planners and Sojourner was "it" from the start. She was calm, even-keeled and down to earth. Her background in architecture caught me immediately. She really got my vision for my wedding! I ended up using ED for their full planning services as well as design/decor. They were wonderful! Communicative, supportive, organized, and with me the day-of (a whole team!). The room looked STUNNING! It was exactly what I wanted and the wedding went off perfectly! Truly a magical day that was made possible by Sojourner and her team at Erganic Design. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend them for any and all events!

Sojourner and her team were instrumental in turning our wedding plans into reality. We particularly needed help with table decor design; we knew that we wanted fall colors and elements, but had no idea how to put it all together. Erganic Design listened to our vague ideas and came up with simple and beautiful arrangements of miniature gourds and pumpkins, wheat, dried craspedia, and candles that blended perfectly into a very colorful space (Sideshows by the Sea, in Coney Island). They also did an excellent job designing the layout of the space, which has hosted very few weddings (but which should host more!), and orchestrated a complete transformation from bar/museum/performance venue to wedding reception venue and back again in half a day's time. And they did all this for a VERY reasonable price; the other planner I interviewed would have been twice the price for half the work. Our friends raved about our wedding, which we never could have pulled off without Erganic Design. I warmly recommend them!

Erganic Design helped me plan my wedding from start to finish, including choosing the right venue, setting a budget, design, and logistics. I work 12 hour days and did not have the time or the talent to plan, design, and execute a 250-person wedding. E.D. was critical in helping me to plan my wedding without sacrificing my job or going insane. The team was excellent! Key strengths: (1) Communication- E.D. was very responsive over email, phone, etc. If you are the type of person who needs efficient, succinct, and consistent communication, choose them! (2) Design- I had a New York loft wedding, and the tables and layout were excellent. I'm not the kind of person who does design, and the planners at E.D. helped put everything together in a way that I never could have. We received compliments from all of our guests on the flowers and decor (E.D. put us in touch with great vendors for all). Also, E.D. designed our invitations (gorgeous) which made them a lot less expensive than buying from an invitation store. (3) Efficiency. Along the lines of good communication, everything was done efficiently and effectively. This includes comparative budgets for the different venues we looked at to begin with, good insight as to the "hidden" costs of venues including bar prices, lighting, etc. Day-of program was timed to the T. Overall, we had a great experience with Erganic Design. None of the ridiculousness of the TV-like wedding planners (and much less cost), great design services, great communication, great execution.

Working with Erganic Design was a wonderful experience. The ladies are professional, and are a pleasure to work with! My wedding went off without a hitch! I truly enjoyed every bit of my wedding and I know they played a big role in that!

Sojourner Auguste and her team (3 people supported our Day of Coordination) were great to work with. They contacted us in advance, told us what we needed to bring, and were really nice and flexible. They held our materials for the wedding which freed up peace of mind and space in our apt. prior to the wedding.

Absolutely Awesome! Don't know what i would have done without them. It was great not having to worry about every detail and being at ease on the big day!Incredibly grateful that I had them for my wedding.
