ines and really understood our vision. On the day of the wedding Ester was integral in making things run along smoothly. Her presence is calm and professional - you can count on her to get it done down to the last detail. We would highly recommend hiring Ester for and have referred friends who were also very pleased. You won't regret it!
How can I ever thank you enough for the wonderful wedding you helped set up and plan for me and Jeff? You were prepared at every single one of our meetings, with check-lists, forms...
, and a big smile. You traveled across the country just to be there for me and Jeff on our big day! You made the day go so smoothly that I had zero stress and was able to dance the night away with my now husband!
Your communication was impeccable and prompt. You made the whole process joyful, full of small surprises, and reminded us why we were getting married in the first place. You were the first one to arrive and the last one to leave. You also went above and beyond to ensure that all the vendors knew the details and schedule of the day. Your lovely and charming personality made it so easy for all the vendors to work with. Without you I couldn’t have ever done it by myself. Your impressive experience in the industry is what convinced me that you were the perfect fit!
I admire your work so much and can’t wait to share it with other newly engaged couples! You are so talented, and I couldn't be happier with the memories we made that day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

e unload my list of to do’s on her so that I could enjoy the day stress free and know she had it handled. I debated getting a wedding coordinator but as the day got closer I knew I wanted to enjoy it and not worry about all the little details. Ester made that possible!! She managed helping direct the setup, the cleaning staff, the dj, the timing, and mitigated any problems so well that I didn’t even know if something went wrong. Best idea ever to go with her!!

nderstanding of our vision for the day. On the wedding day, she coordinated a massive amount from of setup, relative-wrangling, keeping us on schedule, and making sure my husband and I had a chance to eat. As someone who did the majority of their own wedding planning/DIY-ing, it was perfect to have Ester as someone to bring everything together on the big day.
