Euphoria Event Planning and Management

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Jesca. She was pleasant initially and then things took a turn for the worse on the day of my event. Frist off, she showed up almost 5 hrs late to setup and her tardiness was the catalyst that impacted my entire event. A day that was supposed to be seamless became a nightmare. Most of the items that she delivered were either wrong, dirty, broken and some items that I PAID for were not even provided. When I arrived at my event location at 8am and found all the mess laying on the floor I busted out in tears and cried the entire time. The balloon vendor that she hired was a JOKE. She did such a wack job, and it was the classic case of what I asked for vs. what I got. I found out a couple of days before my event that she had a wedding scheduled on the same day as my event, but she kept reassuring me that she has a large team that could handle both parties. She showed up with her husband, an elderly lady and her son who was probably around 13yrs old and HAD A POST-OP SURGCIAL BOOT on. The entire set-up process was a drag that myself and my family members had to jump in to start helping her. The surprise party was basically ruined since I was at my event location the entire day helping her to setup; my hubby knew that something was up since I was basically out the entire day. Jesca was still setting up as my guest were starting to arrive. My cocktail hour had to be cancelled because we were so behind schedule. I incurred a lot in overtime charges from other vendors that thinking about it gets me riled up. As if things could not get any worse her husband had the nerve midway into my party to tell me that they were waiting for my party to be over so that they can take down the drapes. Mind you per my contract all items were supposed to picked up the next day. She apologized the next day blaming everyone else but herself. A reasonable vendor would have made everything right almost immediately, but it took me over a month to receive a partial refund and she refused to reimburse me for the other items. She was constantly avoiding my calls and making up stories on why she could not pay me back. I WILL NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND HER. RUN RUN RUN…She ruined the Joy and excitement that I had leading to my husband’s event. An event that was so precious to me is now forever tarnished by her lack of professionalism and empathy. Please don’t be fooled by the pictures that she posts on social media she is indeed the WORST VENDOR EVER. Note to self always vet your vendors before you hire them. There are a lot of great event planners out there and Jesca isn’t one of them.
