a, I knew immediately I was in good hands. My wedding was a multi-cultural South Asian, Spanish and Dominican wedding reception and I needed someone who understand the South Asian culture. Throughout the entire planning process, Nadia was attentive, responsive, and knew how to handle my type A craziness! She had everything on a googledoc for us to access/update at any time so when we had our calls, it was very easy to review any outstanding items. The day of, Nadia, Serena and their team were unbelievable. Since the bridesmaids were ready early, we were hanging out listening to music and Nadia and Serena showed them a few moves to bust out on the dance floor! It really helped start the day off on the right note and loosened everyone’s nerves. They managed both bride and groom side, were by our sides the entire day and the whole event went off without an issue (to our knowledge)! It truly allowed us to enjoy the event and I am eternally grateful for them. For any event moving forward, I 100% plan on hiring Euphora Events and will recommend them to anyone in the future.

The punctuality of this team severely went down during the summer of 2021 and then we were absolutely neglected during the Fall - We didn’t have any communication for over 3 months. We were forced to search, coordinate, and book 2 of the biggest vendors, decor and catering all on our own with no assistance from our planners. We called, texted, and emailed a numerous amount of times and heard nothing. This included emailing the Euphoria distro AND individual POCs who are part of the Euphoria team. We even had our vendors try to reach out because they have worked with Euphoria before. Even they did not hear back. We try to be very understanding, but we could not work with a team that wouldn’t give us any updates or status. If this is how they are 6 months before our wedding, how can we have any faith for the day of? Any couple needs a planning team they can turn to in a timely manner. This was absolutely not that team.

We had an initial phone consultation and I instantly knew Nadia was the right coordinator for us, she took the time to answer our questions and was so knowledgeable about what works for Indian weddings. We kept in touch for a year leading up to the wedding and she was always available for us and all our other vendors. During the week of the wedding, her and her teams attention to detail was impeccable. A team member stayed with both my husband and myself in the morning helping us with everything (even ensuring we had coffee and were fed) while others checked the venue/decor/and other vendors. They even have an emergency kit ready to go! The timeline we created ensured every hour was planned and running smoothly and all our vendors were at the right place at the right time. Nadia and her team relived so much stress not only from us but also from our family who could actually be present in the moment and enjoy the wedding. We really wouldn’t have had such an amazing wedding and reception without them. I was always told by others to ignore if anything went wrong those days but thanks to Euphoria Events, nothing did. It was all perfect. Highly recommend them for your next event - you won’t regret it!!!

ery aspect of our wedding plans and made sure to quickly troubleshoot any issues that arose. They worked with and organized our vendors seamlessly (which proved challenging when working out of our home). Our family and bridal party loved the euphoria team and enjoyed spending time with them as the wedding events took place. We had a number of unexpected events, like severe thunder/rain and equipment failure but Euphoria managed/resolved everything without guests noticing a thing. From buying umbrellas, to managing leaks, to troubleshooting our generator, Euphoria went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a success.
