Each of our events — the welcome party, cocktail hour, wedding reception, and farewell brunch — offered a distinct, unforgettable dining experience. Our welcome party was the perfect balance of elegant and lively, with interactive food stations and thoughtful bites that set the tone for an incredible weekend. The cocktail hour dazzled guests with luxurious touches — caviar, Italian classics, an artful charcuterie station, and inventive hors d’oeuvres that felt like a preview to something extraordinary. For our wedding dinner, we told Chef Hany that our goal was to create a meal that felt like family — a nod to my husband’s Italian roots, but with a twist that our guests would never forget. What he delivered was a six-course culinary journey that could rival any Michelin-starred experience. The pasta wheel service — prepared tableside by the executive chef himself — remains one of the most talked-about highlights of our wedding weekend. Finally, our farewell brunch paid tribute to my Hispanic and Spanish heritage, featuring handmade tortillas and the crown jewel — homemade menudo. Ours was a large-scale, three-day celebration with countless moving parts, and it simply could not have been executed without their expertise, grace, and coordination. And, of course, a special shoutout to Max Lotorto, the mixology maestro behind our signature cocktails. As someone from the beverage industry, my husband had a clear vision for the bar program — and Max brought it to life flawlessly. Not only were the cocktails exquisite, but Max personally ensured we always had fresh drinks (and plenty of water!) throughout the evening. Europa Village will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
