Three rooms are available to choose from to best suit your needs and taste. The Warsaw and Cracow rooms can both host up to 120 guests while maintaining a dance floor, so you can dance and mingle with loved ones. These versatile spaces are decorated with beautiful paintings of famous landmarks, boast stunning chandeliers, and can also be combined to boost capacity to 276. The Wine Cellar is their largest non-divisible room available to accommodate 180 of your friends and family. This sophisticated room has stone walls, pillars, and wooden floors and can be decorated to your liking, whatever your wedding's style or theme.
European Chalet Banquets offers multiple packages to suit a range of budgets. With clean-up and set-up services included, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the festivities. The venue supplies linens, chair covers, centerpieces, china, and glassware for your convenience. Specializing in family-style cuisine, the talented catering team will prepare a mouth-watering meal with hors d'oeuvres and desserts to amaze your guests. Bar services are also offered with a range of beers, wines, liquors, and a champagne toast. The friendly staff will provide helpful assistance to ensure that your day runs as smoothly as possible. Amazing experience. Could not have asked for anything more. John was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and his staff is the best!

We hired John for our wedding banquet of 200 guests because of how understanding and personable he is. His goal is to bring an easy and enjoyable experience to a bride and groom, not to gauge them for money. Even though tips and tax are included in the price (no hidden fees), his staff are well taken care of and were able to fulfill a lot of our service needs. I love how everything is included in one price (food cooked in house, drinks, coat check, security and parking attendant, linens, decor...) and we added on what we needed at a very low cost.
John also allowed us to come taste the food at another appointment BEFORE signing a contract. No other vendor allowed us to sit down and do that. (only one other allowed us to taste, but made us take it in a to-go box... so it was cold when we got home) A side dining room was set for us so that we could eat in private yet still experience the actual place settings that would be at our event. In fact, we came back even after our contract was signed to continue tasting the menu and narrow down our dinner choices. Everything was good, served hot, and fresh. John even offered us entree choices that were not listed on his menu.
What made our evening excellent (beyond good and satisfactory) was the extra time and effort paid to me and my family through the whole weekend. When my parents dropped off the decorations the day before (yes, their staff set everything up for us the day-of, too), John spent extra time with them in troubleshooting their slideshow on the computer. He used his personal computer software to make sure the files were compatible with his system. It played perfectly through the night. Also at the end of the night, the staff packed up our leftover favors and cake and personally wheeled it out to our car.
MY RECEPTION WAS PERFECT! I had about 115 people in the 'Wine cellar' for my reception on 10-8-16. My husband loved the value and yummy food! For a late snack we had a roasted pig... It was soooo good! Everyone gave us many compliments on the night & the owner/managment was VERY helpful and polite. All taxes & gratuity included was nice to know there was no hidden costs. I will recommend this venue for any wedding of party!! Seriously, the list can go on and on but regardless I was behind excited how much of a gem this place is!!!
I completely love this banquet hall, we worked with John and he made looking for a hall very easy. no stress at all! We recommend this hall to anyone looking for a hall in the Chicago area. He will work with your budget and the food is delicious, we received a lot of complements from our guest.
