Ashlee is incredible. We had to change our date and venue due to COVID-19. She helped us every step of the way and made planning a wedding through a pandemic a breeze. During the wedding she put out fires (metaphorically and literally), corradiated vendors, repaired bustles, and so much more. I could not have survived without her. Ashlee is the superhero your wedding needs. If you hire her, you wont be disappointed.

I have no idea where to even begin with our experience with Ashlee - from the very first meeting she made us feel so comfortable and helped us know that we were in her very capable hands. Planning a wedding from another state is exceptionally daunting, but we had basically 0 stress thanks to Ashlee all three years we worked together. From planning a 300 person wedding, being hit with a pandemic and rescheduling everything within a week, she was there for us through thick and thin. She was able to let us know best practices, took care of all vendor communication, relieved all of our stress leading up to the wedding and day of, and was the absolute best investment we could have ever made for our wedding. She even made sure that all the little things were taken care of as well, like when we were getting overwhelmed, whisking us away to our room for a moment for just the two of us. Weddings are stressful enough, but we knew we had nothing to worry about thanks to her. If you are looking for someone who is detail oriented, forward focused, excellent at communication, always put together, never ruffled, and professional and helpful - Ashlee is the one. Always unflappable, I could not have imagined our day without her. We will forever be grateful for her and her service. If you are thinking about getting a wedding planner, she is definitely the one. We are so happy with the way our wedding turned out and will never be able to thank her enough.

Ashlee and her team were amazing. They handled everything! Very professional and punctual. We had to postpone our wedding and they made the whole process very stress free. Prior to the wedding, they contacted the vendors to make sure everything was ready. The day of the wedding, they made sure there were zero worries. From bustling the dress, to steaming the bridesmaids dresses, to replacing a missing boutonniere on one of the groomsmen suits, they did so much to make it stress free and perfect. We didn’t even have to get our own drinks, they brought them to us and kept making sure we were having a great time! Ashlee cleaned up everything at the end, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Ashlee made a day of timeline that was color coordinated (definitely a MUST-HAVE), printed them for everyone, and handed them out to everyone at the rehearsal so everyone was on the same page! She is so organized and definitely is in tune to our Type A personalities! If you’re reading this review and are thinking of hiring Eva & Co, we absolutely recommend them! Prior to postponing our late March wedding I had everything planned and timelines made. We were told we were going to be able to set up the day before and just a couple weeks before we were told we would not be able to do that. I was panicked and called Ashlee and of course she saved the day. From communicating to vendors, set up, tracking down the "lost" cake, providing fans for a sweating couple, to reassuring me throughout the day that everything was going smoothly was such a relief. Our parents were so grateful they didn't have to lift a finger. I promise hiring EVA & CO is worth every penny.

Ashlee was great! We used her for the month prior and day of. She reached out to all our vendors and got the schedule coordinated with the entire wedding party and vendors. She is a wealth of information and ideas. She was a complete pleasure to work with and a calm spirit. Jenna’s wedding happened in the midst of the pandemic. Weddings can be very stressful but this created unbelievable stress and uncertainty. Ashlee was calm and positive through all our crazy days of “is this going to happen? should we postpone?” and many other dilemmas. In the end, her day could not have been more perfect and Ashlee made sure it went smoothly. She was our invisible Ninja warrior. Handling things that we were not even aware of, so that we could thoroughly enjoy every minute. She also worked well with the venue hostess and the photographer. They tracked the weather (of course it rained) and found a window of time to get outside photos. They got an incredible photo with a double rainbow. Perfect ending to a perfect day. Thanks to Ashlee for making it all seamless!!!

I booked Ashlee in early 2019 for our late March 2020 wedding. We had a final walk through at our venue the first weekend of March and a week and a half later we were canceling everything due to Covid. At our walk through, I felt very confident that if the wedding had proceeded as planned, it would have gone very smoothly and I wouldn't have had a care in the world other than enjoying my day. Going through the everyday changing situation, Ashlee was amazing. She handled most of the communication with the vendors to scale back and then cancel, which was something I didn't have the bandwidth to deal with, and I was so appreciative. Ashlee definitely made the couple of difficult weeks so much easier for us. We still got married at our church with a small number of local folks and Facebook Live and it was beautiful <3

Ashlee, quite simply put did absolute MAGIC for our wedding day. She flawlessly navigated every obstacle and challenge that presented on our wedding day. If you were ever wondering whether or not to get a planner, DO. IT. PLEASE. Do yourself and everyone around you a favor and get one. She was available for etiquette questions, and day of made it so we literally didn't have to think or focus on anything other than having a good time. My dress got muddy before the ceremony and Ashlee and her assistant were on their hands and knees cleaning my dress with shout wipes so I didn't have a single worry day of. SERIOUSLY she is the real MVP. I received so many compliments on Ashlee's services from guests and family. I am so appreciative she was a part of our day and if you hire her you will absolutely not regret it.

There is no other planner in the world that you need by your side more than Eva & Co. As both a bride and a professional in the industry, I can say there is no one as detail oriented, kind, professional and ahead of the game as Ashlee and her team. She felt like a friend, put out flames before I knew they existed (were there any? I will never know!) You need Eva & Co on your dream day I promise you will not regret it. Ashlee, thank you for being the most valuable vendor on my wedding day. Cheers!

Ashlee made our day perfect. She rolled up her sleeves and ran a tight ship. Definitely would recommend her as she knows the ins and outs of the big day. If you want your day stress free and enjoyable I would recommend hiring her!

Our wedding day was beyond perfect all thanks to Ashlee! She is organized, experienced, and so so sweet. There were day of issues I had absolutely no idea about (until after our honeymoon) and she handled all of them. It was one of best decisions hiring her to help with our wedding. Hiring Ashlee was the single best decision I made in wedding planning. I originally thought I could do it all myself, but changed my mind and contacted Ashlee immediately for help. I used her A Month of Coordination package, and really feel like she went above and beyond my expectations for a wedding planner. She was honest with me about questions I had and "do we really need this?" questions. On the day of the event, she steamed bridesmaid dresses, made sure I was fed, poured champagne, corralled groomsmen, and was there every moment I had any question. One of my bridesmaids has been in 16 weddings and said Ashlee was hands down the best planner she's ever worked with. Being able to use her preferred vendors list was a godsend to find a florist that was perfect for my style and the timeline she created and passed out was seamless. My wedding day was incredible and I had no worries the entire day because of Ashlee. I seriously cannot recommend her enough - I could not have imagined my day without her help and guidance. My sister, who was my MOH, is getting married in 2020 and after my wedding day, has booked Ashlee for her wedding as well and I'm so relieved we'll have her there and also excited to work with her again! Do yourself a favor and hire Ashlee for your wedding - it will be the best choice you make too!

I do not even know where to begin with Ashlee at EVA & Co. Events. The only thing that I regret is not hiring Ashlee sooner!!! When I initially started my search I was looking for a "day of coordinator" to make sure that the day went smoothly. After talking to Ashlee I knew right away that we would work well together. She was so organized, sweet and professional. After talking to her, I realized that there was no way that someone could pick-up a years worth of planning just on the day of and make sure everything was perfect. I worked with Ashlee starting the day after I hired her and very closely the months / weeks leading up to the day. For things that I would spend weeks researching and not finding the right one, I would message her and she would have exactly what I was looking for, pictures, the name of the person to reach out to and pricing within hours. This is why I wish I would have hired her for planning - life would have been A LOT easier. Not only did she set my mind at ease for the big day leading up to it, she SHOWED UP for the wedding weekend and made everything absolutely perfect. From the personalized timelines, set-up, dress steaming and coordination, there wasn't one thing that I asked "is this done" without her answer being already taken care of, and I can tell you had I had an obnoxious amount of little details. Ashlee went above and beyond every expectation that I had. She also helped me think of things on the fly the night of and came up with the idea that is my husband and I's favorite memory of the entire evening. Not only did she come up with the idea, she was also there to video tape it which is a memory that we treasure forever. She is so creative , kind and passionate about her job and customers. You will not be disappointed. There will not be a wedding in my family that Ashlee is not a part of. Before the end of the night when my photographer was leaving the last photo I had her take was my husband and I holding up the real MVP of the wedding - Ashlee!!

Our catering team has worked with Ashlee on several events. She is extremely well organized and a strong communicator. She makes the process fun and provides quick, creative solutions whenever unexpected changes occur. Our couples connect easily with her and she is a true professional. We highly reccomend Ashlee for wedding planning- she is amazing!

First we hired Ashlee just for day of coordination until I quickly realized wedding planning is not for me and should be left to professionals so Ashlee came to the rescue and took on the responsibility of planning one of the best days of our lives! She is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure our vision was brought to life and made the process so enjoyable. From color coordinating, sourcing vendors, to the floor plan, she did it all and killed it! I could not imagine doing it all myself. She made our day beautiful and everything we ever could have wanted. I cannot recommend Ashlee and Eva & Co enough. She went above and beyond to coordinate our wedding day. Ashlee was the absolute best resource for connecting all the dots leading up to the big day and managing everything day-of. If you are considering planning your own wedding, DEFINITELY consider her coordination services. She ensured everything was stress free and taken care of by the vendors. So many little details go into this big day, so hiring a true professional like Ashlee was really worthwhile. Highly recommended, the BEST investment in our day.

Hiring Ashlee was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. She was our day of planner but she went above and beyond with her help throughout our entire wedding planning process. She is knowledgeable and so easy to talk to about wedding day decisions. And organized is an understatement. She put together a fantastic schedule for everyone and made sure all of our vendors were on the same page. There were probably a few things that didn't go right on our big day but we had no idea; she took care of it and made sure we had the best day. I even had a couple guests come up to me at the reception to acknowledge and recognize the great work she was doing throughout the night. We can't thank her enough for all that she did.

We could not have asked for a better wedding. Ashlee is an absolute rockstar! I appreciated her attention to detail, knowing what questions to ask during the planning period, and guiding us through the nitty gritty to see our vision come true. My favorite experience with Ashlee was she asked us pointed questions for months about what we wanted, and what would work best, but when it came to the big day, she was only directing people to make it happen. Hiring Ashlee was by far the best wedding-planning decision we made. From start to finish she made things happen (often times it was totally behind the scenes) and she made everything appear so easy (even when everything seemed to try to fall apart). She went above and beyond to give us an amazing day - by the day of the wedding, we trusted her with everything and didn't have to worry at all!

Ashlee was AMAZING. I don’t even want to know how the day would have been without her assistance. It was hands down the best money we spent on our wedding day- and I wish I could afford to give the gift of her assistance to all of my friends as a wedding present. I have no idea WHAT we would have done without Ashlee during that final month before our wedding! I quickly learned that wedding planning is definitely not something that just any average person can take on. There's so much that doesn't even cross your mind, but Ashlee had all of the bases covered. She was always on top of everything, checking in, giving great advice. Not to mention she was always making cute little gestures like sending us personalized cookies and other gifts in the mail and always making sure we had our favorite drink in hand on our actual wedding day. We didn't even take the time to shop around other coordinators because we loved her so much the first time we met her! She has such a sweet and welcoming personality and she had the answer to every question we asked. She made us feel so reassured throughout the entire process. Getting married should be such a happy time in your life, but the stress of throwing a party for hundreds of people can definitely get to you. Ashlee helped to keep the stress at bay for us so that we could just enjoy everything about being engaged. Ashlee was seriously worth EVERY penny.

Ashlee is an amazing wedding coordinator! As a venue coordinator, I work with many planners in the city and I can honestly say that Ashlee is top notch! She is incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, and thinks of every little detail to make your day perfect (she brought the bride her favorite drink from Starbucks...how cute is that? !) I will be highly recommending her to future couples!

I can’t say enough great things about Ashlee! Not only is she one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, she is AMAZING at what she does! From day one you feel so comfortable with her and she makes you feel at ease about any details, to dos, etc that come up. There were a couple times I said “Oh I forgot to ask about this...” and she would say “Thats my job to do that, worry about that, take care of that.” I had zero worries going into our big day, because I knew Ashlee would be there! She was so fun to work with, she goes the extra step to make sure you have no stress on your day. She got to know the family, bridal party, and was always on the same page as vendors. The morning of our wedding, she was the first vendor there, and the last vendor to leave at the reception. She made sure us girls had everything we needed that morning, checked on the guys to make sure they were on time haha. She took care of every detail so bridal party and family could just sit back and enjoy the day with us! She even held our ring bearer before he walked down the aisle to calm his nerves! And packed us to go desserts from our dessert bar! My fiancé was a bit skeptical about the expense of a wedding coordinator, but at our reception he said “worth every penny!” She is THE BEST!

Ashlee was truly exceptional. She cares so much about her brides and truly wants them to have the best day of their lives. I could not imagine my wedding day or the month prior without her help! My wedding day was perfect, stress-free, and SO much fun!! I want to highlight the stress-free part, as I was probably the MOST stressed out in my life before she came along to help. All day-of wedding "mishaps" went through her and were handled by her. I didn't see or hear of any of it! I couldn't be more thankful and would hire her again if I was getting married tomorrow. She is the best!!!

Day-of-Coordinator Extraordinaire We are so thankful Ashlee was one of our vendors for our wedding this past September in downtown Cincinnati! EVA & Co is just starting out and I know with a few more weddings under her belt, Ashlee will be unstoppable. We used EVA & Co for our day-of-coordinator after holding our ceremony at Washington Park and reception at the Woodward Theater, despite both of those venues having “coordinators” with the price. The coordination Ashlee did with our vendors the weeks prior to the wedding was some of the best money we spent in the whole process, she took the headache out of making a timeline and coordinating with all of our vendors. If you are doing anything outside of a “one stop shop” venue, definitely consider EVA & Co—and even if you are, let her take some of the stress off of your shoulder. We met several times in the planning process, including joining for a meeting with our photographer, a walkthrough with our reception venue and a ceremony venue walk through. Every few months, we received checklists to keep us on track which was nice to validate everything we were working on. Ashlee responded quickly and professionally to every email and would follow up with phone calls as needed, which was much appreciated as this was one of our biggest headaches with many vendors we initially considered hiring. Ashlee took all of the decorations, along with an inventory list, to the reception venue so I did not need to be there the day of. She brought me tea and checked in on me while getting ready and this calmed my nerves drastically! Her Mary Poppins bag and box were fantastic when we needed to sew the belt on my dress and even steam my veil! My family members did help with a large cookie table display the day of that I think would have been a bit much for Ashlee alone but this was not an issue by any means. Our wedding day weather forecast was less than ideal and Ashlee communicated with our venue for a backup plan, and I am especially thankful that she handled a difficult vendor herself instead of stressing us out the week of our wedding. I felt like she cared just as much about our wedding as we did and that was well worth even more than what we invested for her services. Ashlee kept things moving throughout the evening to stay on schedule and was never rushing us through the night. I felt like I didn’t have to worry about anything the whole night and she even packed up food for late night snacks! Her creative eye makes her perfect for this job and she was a wonderful person to work with. I know Ashlee will continue to excel as she has more experiences and works with more couples. I am already impressed with how many connections EVA & Co has built with local vendors and look forward to seeing her continued success.
