My husband and I hired Eva to be our full-time planner for a mountain wedding that was a destination venue for us, the bride and groom and guests. Eva was invaluable in selecting all our vendors, since we had no personal basis for making those decisions. We had a few family hiccups along the way that required making some schedule changes. Eva was very understanding and supportive of the needed change of plans. It is obvious that Eva loves the creative side of planning and was brimming with ideas to create a wedding custom-tailored to our wedding couple with many cutting-edge ideas. Our daughter experienced the wedding of her dreams, and for that my husband and I are very grateful to Eva.

Wow! Where to even start. Eva made my dream come to wedding come to life! Every last detail was touched and I cannot tell you what a difference that makes! Eva has a fantastic eye for design, great organizational skills, and such a deep understanding of EVERYTHING wedding. She is an EXPERT in all aspects of the word. Any bride can put her trust in Eva, and she will make your heart swoon (almost as much as the groom ;) )!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Eva. Once I was a bridesmaid in an "ECE" wedding, I knew I had to have Eva for my own wedding! When we met, she was so incredibly sweet and so calming, we knew we were in the best hands. Eva and her team helped all the way from vendor selection, to helping me pick from different shades of blue, all the way through the day of the wedding. Eva and every single person on her team went WAY above and beyond to make the vision I had for my dream wedding become a total reality. The planning process went so smoothly and they were always so responsive whenever I had any questions at all! I had zero doubts or stress going into the wedding day because I knew every I was dotted and every T was crossed. If anything did go wrong, I surely had zero idea because Eva took care of absolutely everything. Even things that you are not in control of (like when hurricane Florence decided to make an appearance right at the start of our outdoor ceremony), Eva took care of it and it was honestly flawless and the most perfect ceremony and wedding day my husband and I could have ever imagined. When you think of your dream wedding, know that Eva will bring it to life. Eva is the best of the best and we are forever so thankful for her!

Eva went above and beyond with the planning of our wedding. Not only did she ensure that we made quality decisions, she also accounted for our emotions and considered all possible outcomes. She really assisted me at every minute; taking late night phone calls/ texts, sending countless emails, and contacting each and every one of our vendors. There is so much communication that happens with your vendors, and an abundance of information that must be shared, and Eva did all of that for us making wedding planning a breeze. She helped me create stationary, navigate tough situations and created a timeline that was assembled to the minute for the entire weekend, along with many, many other things. Something that must be mentioned; during the weekend there was not a single problem or issue that we had to deal with. She was climbing ladders to fix light bulbs, calling vendors to handle emergency situations, dealt with intoxicated guests etc. As a bride, I know that many others experienced situations that caused negative experiences on the wedding day. However, even if there was anything that happened I was never pulled into it. Eva truly handled everything and anything that could have gotten in the way of our perfect day! Eva did things that I would have never known or considered if I didn't have her help. Her eye for design and experience is impeccable. From a year to the wedding date to the day of, I learned so many things. Because of the help of her and her team we had an unimaginably perfect wedding weekend. The knowledge that she possesses is absolutely incredible and without reservations I would suggest her to anyone searching for a wedding planner. Eva and her team planned our wedding from across the country, and pulled off the most magnificent event. I am so lucky to call her a new friend and owe her so much for what she has done for my husband, family and I.

Eva was incredible!!! I could not have asked for anything more. She was extremely organized and always ahead of the game. I told her my style and she magically knew exactly what I wanted. I LOVED every single option she gave me. It was the wedding of my dreams and all thanks to Eva and her amazing team!

I first met Eva as a wedding guest, and then a year later as a bridesmaid, both at weddings she planned. I knew from the instant I met her and saw how amazing her work was first-hand, that she just HAD to plan my wedding too! Eva is the type of person that you can instantly connect with because she is so genuine and relatable, making you feel like you’ve been friends for years. Whether it was a face-to-face meeting, phone call, skype, or text, her attention to detail and level of organization was always praise-worthy. Every recommendation she made, including vendors, was amazing. Eva is truly an artist, and weddings are her canvas. Eva and her team made our wedding day more incredible than we could have ever envisioned, and I wish I could relive the day all over again. Eva is the person every little girl dreams about planning their wedding one day, and any bride that works with her will LOVE her!

Eva is an amazing wedding coordinator! She suggested wonderful vendors, corresponded with me and vendors throughout the entire planning process, and she was my voice during my wedding dress fitting. I would definitely recommend Eva to future brides.

Note sent to Eva from MoB: While super relieved all the months of planning finally came to a happy, beautiful ending, I'll have to admit I miss my " Eva" texts! I told you before, but I'll tell you again, how thankful we are for everything you did and the entire weekend was a dream come true for all of us. Alyson and Paul were so thrilled with everything and the comments from our guests and family were incredible. Everyone was blown away with it all. There are so many moments that will be in my memory for the rest of my life and the first was walking in the ballroom seeing it decorated, overlooking the tent with you and Lindsey and feeling like I was in a fairytale! Your vision was perfect and everything I could have hoped for in 30 years of praying all came true. Just wanted to tell you again, thank you so much! I wasn't kidding when I said I wished there was another event you could " plan" for us! Just not anytime soon....... who knows maybe Tyler one day :)

I contacted Eva upon recommendation from my friends, and was thrilled to hear she was willing to coordinate my California wedding! This woman did NOT disappoint! Not only did she come out months before for an in-depth site review, she coordinated and ran one of the most thorough and well-organized vendor meetings that brought all my vendors together in one room, and she was available any day for questions/comments. Eva honored every request I had, even to provide me a selection tailored options for things that I did not have time to search for from scratch. She is motivated, incredibly competent, and has INCREDIBLE TASTE, which will absolutely be an asset to any busy bride. Lastly, I am grateful and proud to now call her my dear friend, because the experience of planning a wedding with her brought us very close. Hire Eva, you won’t regret it for a moment.

As mother of the bride, I can't say enough good things about Eva Clark and her team!! She was a delight to work with. She was organized and very professional but also kind and caring about my daughter and myself. Eva worked with us from selecting the venue 11 months before the wedding to the final clean up the night of the wedding. Her calm and professional demeanor kept us calm and assured us that every little detail was being thought through. She seamlessly guided us through the wedding process. I am an interior designer by profession, so it was very important to have someone who could understand our aesthetic. Eva understood immediately and offered vendors and design solutions that worked with my daughter's vision. At each point in the process she would give us 3 choices of vendors from which to choose. All 3 choices were top notch and worked with our budget. It was wonderful to know these vendors were vetted by Eva. My daughter's wedding was at a church and then the reception was about 45 minutes drive from the church. Eva planned the logistics of the day without a glitch with chartered buses, vans, the get away car and transportation for the bride and groom separately from the hotel to the church. The day of the wedding, there was a team installing at the church and a team at the venue while I was enjoying being pampering and with my daughter and her bridesmaids. She coordinated with all the vendors and made sure everything went as planned. We walked into the church and it was magical!! The receptions venue was truly amazing with lots of wonderful surprise touches from Eva. I did not worry about a thing on the wedding day because I knew Eva had it under control. We had a wonderful time and made so many happy memories. The entire day could not have been any better!! What was the best wedding decision? Hiring Eva, of course!!!!

My venue required me to have a wedding planner and unfortunately it was the venue that did all the work as well as my wedding party and me. A number of issues arose like missing items needed for the wedding that I had to ask about minutes before the ceremony only to be told that the planner and her assistants didn’t know where they were. Rather than asking me or anyone in my wedding party the whereabouts of these missing items, the planner waited until I broached the issue minutes before the wedding. My mother sent her partner to get them who missed the ceremony as a result because the wedding planner couldn’t spare any of her assistants. Even worse, the planner left before the wedding was over and a number of items that needed to be returned like the cake platter were left thus while on my honeymoon I had to coordinate for someone to find the platter and pick it up. Moreover, the planner brought an assistant who refused to do anything without the approval of the wedding planner, which made her unhelpful. To make matters worse, the wedding planner said she would arrive to the venue early, like a good wedding planner would; however, she arrived late. Not only did she arrive late, she arrived after the wedding party who was already running behind schedule. We were forced to wonder on the property aimlessly because the planner was still not there and gave us no direction as to where to go. This was the theme throughout the wedding, not knowing where to be and being unable to find the planner. This was why we hired a planner to avoid these situations. But we were beyond stressed the day of the wedding and the planner made things worse. She was performing tasks that she should have delegated and delegated tasks she should have done herself. For example, when I couldn’t find the planner and I was hoping to take a break before the ceremony after hours of pictures, I had to go back to the dressing room just to call the planner cause no one knew where she was. Turns out, she was walking guests to the location rather than delegating that to an usher. Bottom line, I would not recommend this wedding planner as I ended up paying money but had to do most of the work myself.

Having Eva as my wedding planner was the best decision I made when it came to my vendor list. I had a very short engagement (about 3 months). She was able to plan a bridal shower and my beautiful wedding within that time. When I presented the date to her knowing that it might be a stretch, not only did she take on the challenge, she orchestrated the most gorgeous backyard wedding. I had a very small budget but you would have never known. My wedding day was seamless. I had no worries or concerns. She went above and beyond what we wanted for our wedding. She took every request my husband and I had for the wedding and did way more. We are so appreciative for everything she did. If anyone is considering using Eva and her team, I highly doubt you would get the same care and attention to detail from other wedding planners. She becomes your friend and confidant, so you know she has your back. Anyone would be so blessed to have Eva as their planner.

Eva was a dream to work with! She planned my sisters wedding a year before mine and my family keeps saying we feel like she is part of the family! She has such an eye for design and every vendor she recommended was amazing! I can honestly say there was almost no part of the whole wedding planning process that was stressful because of how organized she was. She has such a calming personality that it is almost hard to stress with her because she is so prepared and on top of it. The day of the wedding was like a dream. We spent two years planning it so my expectations were very high and they surpassed all my hopes and every part of the night went flawlessly. She had the timeline documented down to every last detail and brought a team with her and they were all so helpful the whole day. It was a night that I will never forget thanks to Eva. I cant say enough good things about her, she is the best in the business.

Eva was more than I could have asked for in a planner. Going into this process I had a general idea of what I wanted my wedding to look like and Eva turned that general idea into the wedding of my dreams. There is no way I could have done this process without her. I was prepared to be stressed going into the wedding day knowing that I wanted everything to be perfect, but I didn't have a single bit of stress. Eva took care of everything and made the night unforgettable (she even got a shout out in our best man's speech for how incredible she was and you know its amazing when a guy notices it!) If my husband and I could get married every year we would choose Eva every time!

I didn't know it at the time but booking Eva and Belle of the Ball Events was the best decision I made for my wedding! I had a destination wedding at a castle in Ireland. I thought I could plan the wedding myself but it soon became WAY overwhelming. Eva and her assistant swooped in and literally saved my wedding. She saw my wedding vision and made it come to life even more beautifully than I had imagined. It was PERFECT and there were so many things that Eva put her personal touch on that really made the day special. She handled everything on the day of professionally and if something went wrong, I certainly didn't notice! I was able to enjoy my wedding day because I had total trust in Eva and I knew she would make the day amazing. She really goes above and beyond for her brides and she is so warm and friendly. My only regret is not booking her sooner! Whether you're planning a local wedding or a destination one, don't hesitate! She's truly the best!!!

Eva orchestrated the wedding-of-my-dreams on the Amalfi Coast in Ravello, Italy. From the beginning, she was extremely friendly and easy to work with, and took the time to really understand what we wanted. She then helped to pick our destination location at the magical 11th century palace where we stayed and married. The vendors she chose were amazing, coming together as a dream team for our special day. At some points, my fiancé and I would stall on making decisions, but Eva was patient with us through it all! Eva is also an incredible designer – so much so that I wish she lived closer so she could design my dream home, LOL! We are truly grateful to have Eva as our wedding coordinator.
