All the 5 star reviews are true and so deserved. Angelica was like the second big sister for wedding planning and florals. She was so thorough and detailed throughout the whole pro...
cess, and gave us her real opinions. We never felt like she was trying to oversell us or make us spend more than we wanted. When we had a vendor drop out last minute, she was quick to handle things and get us a new service. We absolutely love her!
I hired Angelica to be the day of coordinator for my daughter's wedding in downtown Chicago in November 2024. Hands down, it was the best decision and she was worth every penny!! ...
As the MOB, I wanted to be in the moment and enjoy the day! Angelica made that possible and it all transpired seamlessly behind the scenes!! We had a few hiccups, but I was blissfully unaware unless it was absolutely necessary for Angelica to bring it to my attention. She runs a tight ship, and she is not there to make friends. But, she does it all with the highest level of professionalism and care. She does exactly what is needed to keep vendors, family, excited wedding party etc on time and on schedule! The most touching thing to us was when she actually cried during the reveal of a memorial dinner jacket at the head table in honor of my father in law. She truly cares for her couples and their families. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the day was everything we dreamed it would be and we are so grateful to her. We wish you so much success in your flourishing business, Angelica! You deserve it all!

I honestly had no clue what I wanted for florals and decorations, but Angelica guided me through the entire process. Thank you for making our day a dream come true!

From the moment we began planning, Angelica made us feel like a priority. with them and I can say that Angelica didn't mind the time difference. She did a very great job. She is very organized and attentive to details and very accommodating. I love how flexible she is and I can feel her dedication to her company. Her rates are really worth it. Flowers are amazing, designs although we had a very simple package, it made our small wedding extra special. Her assistant Gabriela is a very sweet lady who took care of everything on the day of our wedding. I can feel her love for the job and I always admire people who are very passionate in what they do. They are all in one package!
They offer not only wedding decoration but also wedding coordination services, and we couldn’t be happier we made this journey with them.
Angelica was our day of wedding coordinator and our rock-on times we didn’t know what to do or felt overwhelmed. She is knowledgeable and organized, and she made our planning come together in a month prior to our wedding date. She organized all vendors, guided the wedding party, and made our day perfect.
Thank you, Angelica!
For the decoration, the process was as well so easy, and we were happy with their customer service and the way they deliver their services; from site meetings to the big day, nothing was a problem; any questions were answered, and designs shared, and I trusted them completely with bringing my vision a reality, and it was more then I could of ever imagined. The whole

this app but thought their social media last year. We received an email to leave them a review on this app as they are new here so we had to do it!! You guys deserved.
They really listened to exactly what we wanted and it was just perfect. It looked amazing, we had massive artificial flowers and not one guest knew they wasn’t real. They honestly looked amazing. Their replies are also so so fast and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Thank you so much from start to finish, we really appreciate all the hard work you did on and before our big day.

We will be forever grateful for all her help. She made us feel that she understood our vision and that we were heard. She went above and beyond to make our day perfect.
We also rented our ceremony decoration with them and received many compliments on our wedding arch ( they offer the best silk flower arrangements I have seen ). Since we live out of state, we couldn't visit her warehouse in person, but she showed us everything in zoom calls and photos. I 100% recommend Evanov Events and their services!

the planning I had done for our wedding to her. She was incredibly punctual, had wonderful energy, and helped make the wedding day so enjoyable. She was always a text or email away, and she made the most out of every Zoom meeting. I don't know how I could've planned the day without her. They are also very reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
