She made the remainder of the appointment about the bridal shop down the street instead of about helping me find my dream dress. She was unprofessional and condescending. She claimed that if the other shop is selling me that dress they are scamming me. She repeatedly tried to pressure me into telling her how much the other shop is charging for the dress. I decided right then they would not be getting my buisness and went back to the other shop to purchase the dress (for about $500 less than what she was offering as “best price”)

dreams. I felt beautiful and like a true bride. It was the first and only bridal dress shop we went to. Our experience was so great, we returned and purchased my mother's MOB gown too! However, after purchasing the dresses, their treatment of us made a complete 180. When we went to pick up the dresses, they just handed them to us, gave us no attention, and we were made to feel like we were inconviencing them. It made us feel like we were conned into buying the dresses, and then since we bought them, they couldn't care less about us anymore. Our new dresses didn't fit correctly, which was expected, but there was no advice or reassurance given that alterations could be done. I walked out feeling defeated and scared of my decision and spent the next days in tears. After expressing our concerns a few days later, their only concilation was offering to have us come in, months later!, for alterations. I was so terrified that it wasn't the right dress, that I did not want to wait that long. The fact that they only did one alteration session was also a huge red flag. When we went to a new alteration place, they told us that Eva's misled us to believing that certain alterations were possible. Overall, it was a terrible experience where I as the bride felt extremely anxious, un-special, and lied to - the exact opposite of how any bride should feel. Please find a small, locally owned bridal shop instead!

In the dresses he pulled, we found the perfect dress to match both my vision and my budget. Vera is a phenomenal seamstress and work on the alterations until my dress was just right! Alterations are a flat rate unless you are making major changes which was a very nice option. The best experience, all around. I highly recommend.

with Eva! I didn't have anyone with me as my family and friends are all out of state, but I was able to Facetime them in. Eduardo helped me find my dress. I tried on five dresses and was able to find the one! We ordered the dress in May and it arrived in October, well before the original date. My fittings were a breeze! I will say, every time I would go for a fitting, I felt like I made the wrong choice because the salon has so many goregous dresses, but the closer I got to my date and seeing the finish product, I knew I made the right one. Ximena did a marvelous job with the alterations! The final fitting was the day before the wedding and I knew I made the right choice! She made sure I was "snatched"! Definitely recommend this salon!

ur consultant was wonderful (Cindy) and after looking at several other salons was able to help me find my dress. You cannot take photos of the dresses which I feel like is a sales pressure tactic and did not appreciate. I had been to at least 4 other salons, some big and some small and that was the first place that had that rule. Maybe its common elsewhere? Alterations were a bit stressful. Every appointment we felt rushed. Several times a question we had about how the dress was fitting was answered with "thats the way it is". Very unhelpful. I was panicking because the dress was fitting very differently then when I first tried it on and we couldn't figure out why. We eventually had to have a separate appointment with the owner who took her time to actually explain different options and we found out it was a very simple fix. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, but not great either. I appreciated their selection of gowns and price ranges. Oh and their reception/admin person is so sweet :)

It arrived, my mom picked it up on my behalf because I was living out of state, and when I moved back home a few weeks later, we opened it up to see that it was a completely different length and fabric than the one we desired. We easily found the veil we originally wanted on the manufacturer’s website (even though Eduardo said they didn’t make it). Eduardo even verbally admitted his mistake to us, which we appreciated. We just wanted to return it and order the one we wanted, but management wouldn’t give us a refund or take it back. Most importantly, the store owner is extremely condescending and verbally abusive. Cannot recommend. Stay away! I wish I had listened to all of the other negative reviews. My mom bought her dress here years ago so I ignored them and went to Eva’s anyway, but now I totally regret it! We did have a great experience dress shopping with Cindy, and we appreciated Eduardo’s integrity in admitting his mistake. It’s really so unfortunate the store owner lacks the integrity and basic customer service skills demonstrated by her employees.

understatement (not to mention, I am a bit of a perfectionist -- after all, I want everything to be simply perfect for my clients on their big days!). I scheduled a weekend long salon "tour" in hopes of finding some options to then revisit in the upcoming weekends to confirm my decision, consisting of visiting 4 salons between Saturday and Sunday. Eva's was my 4th and last stop of the weekend. I was kindly greeted by the receptionist upon arrival, in which we needed to wait a few moments for our consultant to finish up her previous appointment (who just said "Yes!"), no problem! My consultant, Kathleen, came up and introduced herself and said she apologized for the delay and would be with us shortly -- great hospitality to acknowledge and welcome us while we waited. She came back and showed us over to our spot -- spacious, private and clean with great lighting, natural and fixtures. They're doing a great job not only keeping everyone distanced for safety measures but also to have that special moment with whomever you specifically choose to share it with. Kathleen asked me what I was looking for and I had explained that I had narrowed my other choices down to 3, all completely different from one another. I showed her my Pinterest page with a variety of styles I liked and also, specifically the 3 I was considering. She said her job was simply to find the one that beats all other options and make me fall in love. Well.... long story short? The very 1st dress she put me in, was "the one!" It's perfect. I adore it in every way. The entire look came together seamlessly. The designer is from Europe, one I had heard of previously, but being so exclusive, had never seen any of their dresses in person. Kathleen pulled 2 other options from the collection, which I even mentioned as I had the 1st on, that I think it was the one and didn't even think I needed to try any more, haha...the dress was so perfect, it made me cry -- I knew this was it. I was just taken aback by how beautiful I felt in the entire look and how I thought it would make my fiancé feel. Because I was there, I did decide to try on a few other options to be sure. We put the 1st back on and there went the tears again. No questions, I found my dress and accessories to match. Everything was more beautiful than I dreamed of and envisioned myself looking on my wedding day. Kathleen was SPOT. ON. She listened her expertise is clear. (She NAILED it in EVERY way.) I had already booked follow up appointments with the other salons however, I was ready to say "Yes!" right then and there and did!~ Without a doubt. I can't be more thrilled and excited to wear my gown and beautiful ensemble the day of. The ordering process was very easy and timely. Kathleen went over everything in detail, as well. I can't recommend Eva's and Kathleen enough, and am so glad I saved this visit for my last. (Kathleen said something in the dressing room as I stepped back into my gown, and she said that this gown, this moment, this is what I will be wearing when I start my life, as Husband and Wife, and it just resonated so well -- I almost started crying in the fitting room again. This moment is what everyone looks for in this process and it was truly the most special experience I could've asked for.) THANK YOU, KATHLEEN!

I'm thankful that alterations were able to take place in house as well, that made the final few months prior to the wedding easier. My only suggestion for Eva's is to be more transparent regarding alteration pricing. I paid a flat fee at my first alteration appointment, only to be charged more upon two other occasions for other work (the insertion of a corset in the back as well as cups). I'm extremely happy with the alterations that took place, however between the additional "surprise" charges & the occasionally rushed feeling I got from the tailor (to be fair, a large amount of brides were getting married in the same timeframe & she was absolutely swamped) left a poor taste in my mouth. Again, extremely happy overall with the services provided throughout the buying & alteration process. I would definitely recommend Eva's Bridal to a future bride!

He provided the best experience and made me feel so special. I did not need to show him any photos of my ideal dress. He found it instantaneously by asking what I was looking for and what type of bride I wanted to be! He provided various dresses, pairing them with different detachable skirts to the point that I wanted to buy them all and couldn't just pick one. You can tell that Eduardo truly loves what he does and genuinely wants to help make your day special.
