t has been a couple of months since my daughter's wedding and I am still extremely grateful we hired Evelyn. If you are thinking hiring a wedding planner is frivolous or pretentious or something only certain people do, stop. I had all those feelings and more and I was dead wrong. Wedding planning is such a complex process, especially from a distance and there are so many details. Hiring Evelyn was the best decision we made when planning our daughter's wedding. After our initial phone call, I knew we were in good hands. After meeting her in person, I was even more confident in our decision and felt that not only was she creative, knowledgeable and professional, but also a genuinely kind person. Her experience with venues and vendors, as well as reviewing and negotiating contracts were invaluable and ultimately saved us time and money. From the rehearsal dinner, to the late night birthday party for the groom after the reception, she assembled a team of vendors that were not only talented, but nice people as well. With the unknowns of planning during the pandemic, our daughter in Texas, us in California and guests from all over the country, Evelyn was the calm during the storm and a joy to work with. She kept me sane and on track, and brought my daughter's vision together for the most beautiful, perfect, "magical" weekend. Thank you Evelyn.

In one line: Evelyn is a remarkable, professional and personable wedding planner that you should book no matter where you are at in your planning process. Evelyn deserves more “lines” than that though. She entered our lives at the perfect time - I was stressed and indecisive about the whole planning a wedding thing and my fiancé wanted whatever I wanted… you know how it goes. My first phone call with Evelyn brought me so much peace that I knew I had to lock her in immediately… not to mention I wanted to become her best friend. Evelyn truly listens to the couple’s vision, likes and dislikes and comes back with incredible designs and plans for your special day. We were about one month out from our big day and then COVID hit. Evelyn cried with us and felt all the emotions with US. She was part of our team which is why I think she is so well respected and admired in the industry and community. She literally moved and planned and re-planned our wedding 6 times before we could celebrate this year... and to think we weren’t the only couple she did this for - WOW! Our celebration was literally so special - we couldn’t have imagined it going any better than it did. All of the details and beauty in her designs.. bringing our vision and her expertise in the space to life. Believe her when she says flowers matter… they sure do! Evelyn is first class and we cannot say enough good things about her and her team. We love you, Eve!

My husband and I cannot recommend Evelyn and her brilliance enough! We planned a small intimate destination wedding in Southern California. In having only10 guest, I did not anticipate the need for a wedding planner. I also LOVE party planning / design myself, so thought I could do it. Needless to say, we hired Evelyn because planning a wedding is SO much more than just those items. I am SOOOO glad we had her at every step of the way ! She provided EXCELLENT vendor recommendations :) and support during covid (unlimited email support + checklist of to do items based on the months/ weeks leading up). Her knowledge of the industry / recommendations were invaluable ! She made the planning process enjoyable (and organized)! On the days and weeks leading up to the wedding, I got to be a BRIDE only and really take it all in. She used her masterful mind to turn my vision into a reality. Evelyn’s dedication, communication, and talent are second to none. She is simply an incredible person. We started to plan a destination wedding in San Diego from New Mexico and quickly realized it to be more difficult than anticipated. Investing in Evelyn as our wedding planner was the greatest decision we made for our wedding. She brought so much expertise to the table and recommended a variety of vendors/options so that we were truly able to get the most out of our budget. Further, Evelyn only had to take a look at a handful of pictures of the style/vibe we wanted for our wedding and was instantly able to comprehend our vision, which was most impressive. Evelyn is absolutely incredible and made our whole wedding experience an absolute delight. She helped us plan our wedding in under 8 weeks at a new venue during COVID and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. We decided to do a family-only micro wedding due to the pandemic and she made it feel intimate and FUN! She took care of all the logistics, details, and anticipated everything so our guests and us could really be in the moment and enjoy the weekend. Her recommended vendors were just amazing and we really streamlined the process of selecting vendors and details because she took the time to get to know us and the atmosphere we were trying to create. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone!

Evelyn Francesca Events and Design were amazing!! I was referred to them by my venue manager and they did not disappoint! I worked with both Evelyn and Michelle and they were just lovely! I hired Evelyn for my October wedding before all of the Covid craziness hit. I had already planned to have a small wedding at a private house and didn’t think I would need that much help but I could not have been more wrong! Evelyn was worth every penny. It was so nice knowing I had someone in my corner who is organized and professional. I have a hard time trusting other people when it comes to design or creativity because I like things a specific way. But Evelyn was able to understand my vision and style right away. On the day of the wedding, I was so relaxed knowing that Evelyn has a great eye for design and would set up everything perfectly. I did not see my ceremony space until I walked down the aisle and I was absolutely blown away by how she brought my vision to life. On top of all this, Evelyn is such a sweet person. There were a few times I had to vent to her because of some family drama and she was there to listen and give advice when I asked for it. She’s also very direct, which I appreciate because I like honest and timely feedback. You won’t be disappointed if you hire Evelyn!

Our experience with Michelle (and Evelyn Francesca Events) was truly exceptional in every way. We had previously thought maybe we only needed a day-of Coordinator as required by our venue... WHEW, were we glad we chose to spend a little extra to go with additional support from Michelle and EF Events! From the first meeting, we knew we had made the right choice - Michelle is friendly, fun, open, and so sharp. She took the time to get to know us, and understood our vision right away. In fact, she not only understood, but helped expand and solidify our vision with creative suggestions and questions that made our wedding feel so authentically us. Michelle brought a level of professionalism to our ideas that resulted in a wedding that exceeded our wildest expectations. Unfortunately, COVID forced us to reschedule, and then re-plan a new wedding with a different venue and new date. Michelle (and Evelyn) stuck with us through the highs and the lows - understanding, empathizing, reassuring, fielding questions and easing anxieties. Michelle was a resource, a cheerleader, a guide, and a friend. On the day of our wedding, Michelle wore just as many hats. She is the definition of 'calm, cool, and collected.' The scope of the job changed significantly; our new wedding was a backyard ceremony + dinner with 20 people, and I believe she had to do more heavy lifting (literally and figuratively) than for the original 130-person wedding. Evelyn came to lend her expertise to the set up as well! They went above and beyond - from the set up and managing vendors, to greeting guests and tracking down my missing veil. In the words of my husband, "Michelle absolutely crushed it." Thank you for giving us the gentle support to be our most authentic selves, and create the wedding of our dreams. You executed it to perfection.

I knew Evelyn was going to be amazing from the moment I met her. Although I interviewed other planners, Evelyn's experience, her vibe and her passion for wedding planning made the decision easy for me. She gave me confidence that I could plan a beautiful wedding within my budget, which some others did not. Once I shared my style with her, everything she helped me with was just spot on from what I imagined. We seamlessly walked through our options and were planning together everything I ever wanted. Ultimately, we decided to have an intimate wedding and a larger reception next year. The intimate wedding turned out absolutely beautiful. The days leading up and the day of the wedding, Evelyn was prepared for anything. I didn't need to worry about anything not being perfect, as I knew she had it taken care of. She handled all of the changes throughout the process with grace and became a support system I never knew I needed. Her extensive vendor relationships created a seamless process for me and I love everyone I chose from her options she provided me. Her connections within the industry helped to get the best pricing and Evelyn helped to negotiate where possible. Evelyn's experience and her love for planning wedding shows in everything she touches. She ensured that I stayed on track with whatever I needed to handle, as we both navigated through the constant changes, which was often, due to Covid. Hiring Evelyn Francesca’s (EF events) assistant Michelle McClure was the absolute best wedding gift I could have given to myself. I was referred to EF events by our photographer (Lauren Natalie Bullock) about six months in advance of the wedding date. I spoke with Evelyn and in order to meet our price point, we contracted her assistant's services to begin three months in advance – the flexibility, accommodations and support that Michelle and her team provided were invaluable. Michelle spent countless hours working with our vendors to review the contracts my now husband and I signed, delivered exactly what we expected, if not more. Michelle nailed all of the details and provided guidance on considerations we would have otherwise overlooked. Not only are their services professional, but the personality Michelle brought to the table and months leading into it, were absolutely superior. One aspect of my career entails coordinating large events and projects, and executing on them, so I was initially hesitant to hire a coordinator at all – boy am I glad I did. Being the bride and the chaos that transcends in the week leading up to the wedding especially, isn’t something that I could have ever prepared for without her. Looking back, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again in a heartbeat. The fact that I highly recommend EF events, is an understatement.

Evelyn is simply incredible! I never thought I would be excited to plan a wedding. In fact, I was dreading the process. Thank goodness my husband and I found Evelyn! Working with her made the wedding planning process not only less daunting than I expected, but also FUN. We couldn’t wait for our meetings with her. Evelyn is the best wedding planner EVER! We did her full planning package and worked with her for over a year, including getting her help with finding our perfect venue! Evelyn quickly got a great read on us and our desired wedding vibe and ended up suggesting a venue that was outside our original desired location but she knew would be perfect for us, and she was right! We fell in love with L’Auberge and it ended up being our perfect wedding venue. Evelyn is so easy to work with, she is so communicative and responsive, but not at all pestering! Haha, she kept us on track over the year but always allowed us space and time to pick what was just right for us. She is well connected to great vendors in the area. And one of her many talents is design! She has an eye for what works and isn’t afraid to give her opinion while also supporting us to fulfill our vision. My favorite thing about Evelyn is that she perfectly blends her laid back energy with incredible organization and professionalism. I cannot imagine our wedding without Evelyn. She became more than a wedding planner, she became a close friend who was invested in our love story. Evelyn also helped us plan our whole wedding WEEKEND! It was a 3 day affair and she planned our rehearsal dinner as well as day-after beach party! We couldn’t have done any of it without her. I always thought that planning my daughter's wedding would be fun, easy and enjoyable. My friends and family always come to me for help with party planning. I found out within a month that planning a wedding is HARD. I made a list of six different event planners nearby and Evelyn was the third one on my list. After speaking with her, I knew in the first few minutes, she was the one. She listened, offered suggestions as to what kind of help she thought I needed and calmly talked me down from my personal wedding nightmare! Evelyn had a few obstacles with our family. We wanted the wedding at our home. My daughter had her dress. We had a florist. That was about it. And we had about THREE MONTHS to plan the entire event! Evelyn never raised her voice, never chose sides (daughters can be exasperating) and never broke a sweat. She calmly figured things out and was always there for us, even when my mom passed away a month before the wedding. We had the most beautiful ceremony, an awesome photographer, an amazingly beautiful table setting at sunset, the prettiest and yummiest cake and a band that kept everyone on their toes until the very end. Hiring the Evelyn Francesca team was the best investment we made for our wedding!! Evelyn was the first planner I met with who just felt "right". It's so important to find a planner that you vibe with and can communicate with. OMG I would have been lost without them. So helpful, made our day flawless, was sweet and helpful in the planning process, we would not have had the same relaxing fun day without them. Evelyn was absolutely wonderful! We had her coordinate the day of for our wedding, and she went above and beyond for us! Evelyn provided month-of coordination for my October 2017 wedding. She was fantastic!! I was very stressed (surprise, surprise) in the month leading up to the wedding and Evelyn reassured me every step of the way. Evelyn was just amazing to work with for my daughters Paris theme event. She had all the decor that was absolutely stunning and gave me peace of mind on that day for coming to set everything up for us which gave our event that extra special touch. Where to begin? Evelyn's talents are beyond words but we will do our best! We found her when we needed support most! We are from Ohio and we always knew we wanted a destination wedding. We locked in a venue in St. Thomas but when hurricane Irma wiped out our first venue, we moved our wedding plans to La Jolla, CA. We found Evelyn and she was an angel from the start! I talked with a few wedding planning services, but the communication with her felt most genuine and personal! She understood our stress and worry and jumped into gear. We were 9 months out from our wedding date and she immediately found us vendors to choose from. Every single recommendation surpassed our expectations. After the big stuff was in place, she remained available whenever we needed her through phone calls, text messages and FaceTime. She did all the major communicating with vendors, setting up timelines, and confirming to make sure everyone was in sync. The day of our wedding was BEYOND our expectations. My "type A" personality can sometimes be difficult to please, but Evelyn managed to blow us away!! Our guests were floored with the beauty, organization and attention to detail. This was extremely important to us because they traveled across the country to celebrate with us! The only complaint we heard all night (from our single guests) was that Evelyn set the bar so high, they would never be able to compare when they get married! We are 2 months past our wedding date and our friends and family are still obsessing over the day. THANK YOU EVELYN. Not only did you help to make our wedding day PERFECT but you have become a friend so dear to our hearts.

Evelyn was an absolute life-saver! Planning a wedding in San Diego from Texas would've proved difficult, but Evelyn made it a breeze! She was on top of every detail , every vendor, and was always available through text or email. I honestly can't imagine planning our wedding without her! Evelyn was phenomenal. My husband and I are so grateful that we found her. We live on the east coast and were planning a San Diego wedding while working demanding jobs. Evelyn connected us to the right vendors, helped us stay within our budget, and helped us stay organized and on top of details. Above all, she made it possible for us to personalize our wedding by putting extra time and effort into the details. She personally designed our escort card display, worked with the florist to exceed our vision, and flawlessly executed on day of details. We also appreciated how calm Evelyn was throughout the whole planning process. She is a gem.

Evelyn was coordinator for our wedding on 12/1/17 and she was so much more than a ‘coordinator.’ From the very beginning she was extremely helpful with phone calls, emails and meeting with us to make sure our wedding went as smoothly as possible. Our wedding was extremely busy and much more complicated than a typical wedding because we had 2 wedding ceremonies on the same day- one full Indian/Hindu ceremony (including Baraat/grooms entrance) with a full lunch after, followed by a traditional American wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception (all with outfit changes). She probably didn’t know what she was getting herself into! To say that Evelyn was amazing is an understatement! Evelyn and her assistants were phenomenal and did so much more than simply coordinate. I didn’t think doing two ceremonies on the same day would be too difficult, but it was more stressful than I had imagined and I would have been lost without Evelyn. She was so patient with both of our families and helped with everything and anything. In addition to the usual wedding coordinator tasks such as directing our vendors and making sure the day went smoothly, she even drove downtown because the groom forgot his shoes! She helped me change outfits and get ready between ceremonies and I’m sure she did much more that I didn’t even realize. After the wedding we had food waiting for us in our suite and everything was in our room. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Evelyn- she really went above and beyond and made our wedding beautiful! As I look back on our day, my only regret is not hiring her for the full wedding planning and getting a bigger package. I highly recommend Evelyn to anyone planning a wedding and would absolutely use her for event planning in the future. Thank you for making our wedding so special and memorable!

Being a niave man, I didn't understand what a wedding planner did. When we met for a consultation Evelyn answered all my questions with care and put my mind at ease that at the very least she would be a tremendous help to my bride during this hectic process. Boy was I wrong; to say that I underestimated what Evelyn would do for us would be an understatement. My interaction with her was minimal until a few days before the big day. Evelyn and her team brought a calm on the wedding day and immediately took charge and made everything organized. The few times I felt myself stressing, I talked to Evelyn to find out that not only did she know what was going on, but that she had it handled or it was planned that way and she explained it to me. I am forever in her debt because she allowed me to focus on every moment and remember every detail because I knew she was ensuring all went smoothly. I can't speak from the bride's perspective and my account is void of all the details she helped with prior to the wedding day, but from where I stand Evelyn and her professional crew were the main reason that the day we had turned out to be the best day of my life. Now that I know what I know, I would have hired her again and got the bigger package she offers so we didn't try and do most of it ourselves. By ourselves I mean my wife... Anyways, if a man is reading this and doesn't understand why you would pay so much for someone else to help plan and work during the wedding day, the answer is that if she wasn't there for me, I would have had to do all those things myself and I wouldn't have been able to focus on every step my bride took to me as she walked down the aisle. I would have been stressed about the cocktail hour final preparations, I wouldn't have been able to record in my memory the way she smiled after she said, "I do". Evelyn is worth every penny. The next big event I have will be planned and manned by Evelyn and her team!

I'm so grateful I found Evelyn! We hired Evelyn as our day of coordinator. Not only is she a sweet and genuine person, but she is also amazing at what she does! Without her and her team, we wouldn't have had the incredible wedding that we had. They kept everything running smoothly and on time for our ceremony and reception. The entire day really went flawlessly. This was definitely not easy because our wedding was at the San Diego Botanic Garden which required everything to be brought in including lights, dance floor, furniture, plates, glassware, linens, music, flowers, cake, food and drinks. There were 15 vendors to coordinate with on the day of. My husband and I were able to be fully present in the moment and enjoy our day stress free because of Evelyn and her team. That was priceless! Evelyn and her team were also so sweet and attentive to my three year old niece who was our flower girl and helped look after her while my sister who was my bridesmaid was involved in wedding duties. At the end of the night Evelyn even got my niece to fall asleep in her arms. This meant so much to my sister. I had a very specific vision for how I wanted the setup and decor to look and had several DIY items that I needed setup and she executed my vision beautifully! Evelyn was also very practical and sensible. There were some decisions in the weeks leading up to the wedding that I was stuck on and she talked me through them and helped me to understand what items were important to focus on and what I shouldn’t worry about. She has such a calm and easy going personality that really made me feel at ease when I was stressed. She was amazing at responding to emails, texts and phone calls. She usually responded the same day, often within just a couple hours! She really made herself available and made us feel well taken care of. Evelyn also has an awesome inventory of rentals, which saved us money and hassle of buying some of our décor items. Most of all, we could tell that Evelyn loved being a part of our wedding and that she was truly passionate about making sure we had the wedding of our dreams, and that made it so much more meaningful for us! We are so happy we hired her and 100% recommend her! She's amazing!

Evelyn is beyond amazing. We had such a beautiful wedding and it really was all because of the vision and execution from Evelyn. I saw her wonderful work with my friend’s wedding and knew that she would be great to work with. Just for the heck of it I did look around at other planners. Anytime I tried to ask other planners about fees, they would ask what my budget was. That felt shady to me. Not with Evelyn. She has set pricing which is not the case with a lot of other planners in SD. So other planners will increase their fees as the cost of your wedding goes up (which is no incentive to keep you in budget but instead drive the costs up). Evelyn does everything to keep you in budget and is not pushy at all. She is a person with serious integrity and is extremely professional, yet at the same makes you feel like she’s one of your close friends. I was so thankful we did the full package because I needed her throughout the whole process. She gave so many great vendor recommendations and I recall one of them giving me a serious discount because I was working with Evelyn. She finds great deals too (I paid $60 dollars for a specialty gluten free grooms cake! $500+ elsewhere) This package saved me time and money! She also lets you use her rentals for free at that level package so that is a real money saver and you don’t have to bother with buying things yourself which can be such a hassle. We lived in a small apartment so we didn’t have to house basically anything for the wedding besides my dress! I would imagine she is wonderful at any level package, but I have to say I am so grateful I made room in my wedding budget for the 3 carat package. At the end of the day it allows you to be less stressed and enjoy the process. On top of that her design is above and beyond and she is so creative and has a vision I could never come up with on my own. Even though Evelyn had done weddings at Scripps Seaside Forum before, I would have trusted her to be able to create a showstopper wedding anywhere. On the day of the wedding everything on Evelyn’s part was top notch and smooth as could be. Evelyn is extremely organized and on top of everything before you probably even think of it. There wasn’t one missing detail and I imagine that’s pretty hard to accomplish! She’s very accessible and understanding of any needs you might have. My wedding was so beautiful and stress free because of her. I can’t imagine there would be a better option for a planner in Southern California. I would use Evelyn again in a heartbeat. When we met with Evelyn she was great at explaining everything I needed to know about her services and how she could help me with my planning since I have never taken on a event like this. My fiance at the time met with her that day as well and he didnt understand the concept of having a coordinator.....she took time to explain to him the finer details. As time went on I had problems during my planning and even fell into a funk and stopped planning, Evelyn contacted me and helped me push through. As time got to the week of the wedding she was thinking of everything I hadn't, details I had no idea went into coordinating the day! She was Fabulous! She handled it all! I should also say that our venue wasn't an actual venue, we had to piece it all together ourselves. She listened to our ideas and what our vision was and she helped create our wedding with the space we had. The week of the wedding was busy but I got to say because of her I was no where near stressed out or a crazy bride. She kept us at ease and I knew as the day came Evelyn and her team had it all. The day of as usual we had hiccups and minor issues with things being forgot and disorganization. Evelyn showed up with her team and had an answer for every question and a solution for every bump we hit. My husband mentioned to me right after the ceremony how helpful she was and gave some examples. There was confusion on where the dessert tables and decor items went and Evelyn was there and coordinated everyone so that the idea I had was realized. She was my representative while I was getting ready. Some of our family members even mentioned how wonderful her and her team were with organizing with venue and coordinating the flow of the wedding. To be honest her team was so amazing and conspicuous that we heard stories of their actions and fully realized afterwards of all that they had done behind the scenes to make our day flawless! At the end of the night my husband turned to me and said that Evelyn and her team were one of the best investments we made for our wedding! This was the best day of our life and Evelyn and her team were huge contributing factors to that.

I never was one of those girls that thought I was going to use a wedding planner. But given the short timeline and size of our wedding I knew I needed the extra support and local expertise. Evelyn was there for me from day ONE of the planning and concepting process. I was so impressed by her extensive knowledge and relationships with San Diego vendors, large and small.. She made vendor selection a fun and memorable process and guided me gracefully through the checklist of "to-do's" up until my big day. She was my greatest confidante and support system throughout my entire wedding journey and there is absolutely no way I could have pulled off a 200 person wedding without her. Her style is timeless and classic and her approach with everyone from vendors to family, is graceful and sincere . Aside from her professional competence and endless grace, she is simply a delight to be around from beginning to end. Evelyn is the sweetest sweetest thing planner ever and she is on top of all of the details. She had an assistant and an intern there to help her with the details and they all were amazing. The best decision we made for our wedding was to hire Evelyn as our wedding planner. She was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. She is organized, responsive and welcomed my questions. She truly made the planning much easier and this made my life easier during a busy time. The day of the wedding everything was taken care of and I never worried for a moment. Evelyn was amazing through the whole planning process! Living in NJ with a crazy work schedule, I was looking for a wedding planner who would really be attentive to the details and bring our vision of the type of wedding style we wanted to life. I interviewed a few other companies in the area before finding Evelyn Francesca Events, but they didn't offer what I needed nor had a welcoming or comfortable vibe. I wanted someone who had a similar personality to ours, easy to work with and most importantly, honest, not just someone after our money. If you're planning an out-of-state wedding, Evelyn Francesca Events and her 3-carat package is definitely the way to go, you'll not only get a professional planner, but a trust-worthy girlfriend who will give you her honest opinion and advice. She helped with a lot of the leg-work being in San Diego and connected me with the right venues and vendors for our wedding style. We were married and at a park and had our reception downtown in a warehouse, both venues with a blank canvas, but Evelyn and her team did such an amazing job transforming both locations. Planning a wedding is hard, no matter how fun or easy you think it may be, the best thing Evelyn did for my husband and I, besides producing more than what we could've envisioned for ourselves, was keeping us focused on the style we originally thought of before we got into all the details of picking out vendors and decor. There's so many pretty things and you want them all, but Evelyn really kept us to our original idea which tied everything together perfectly and in the end was EXACTLY what we wanted for ourselves and our guests! As the mother of the bride and primary wedding planner, we hired Evelyn as our day of coordinator. She met with us prior to the day, coordinated all of our vendors, met with us and the venue event director and set the schedule for the day. Evelyn guided us through the rehearsal. She even set up all the decorations just as we planned (and made sure they were all packed up at the end.) Her attention to the details made everything flow perfectly- we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Our guests even commented on what a "perfect wedding" it was! Her calm demeanor and professionalism made for a stress free and enjoyable wedding for all, especially this MOB. I highly recommend her.

Evelyn was amazing! She was recommended by our photographer and I'm so glad we decided to hire her for day/ month of coordinating. Looking back, my only regret is not hiring her for the full planning package. It would have been worth every penny to have Evelyn involved in more. We were so happy with everything Evelyn helped us with. She was organized and speedy in all of her replys. She offered guidance and suggestions when I asked. Her presence at every meeting and conversation was calm and professional. And let me tell you... I felt like I was constantly emailing her back and forth with tons of silly questions and concerns, but she was so reassuring and always helpful! Evelyn checked on us throughout the entire night to make sure we were doing good and at the end of the night we said goodbye (which definitely made me sad!!) and she packed everything up neat and orderly for us to easily pick up the next day. Evelyn was such a blessing to find. I knew immediately when I met her she was the one I wanted to help plan my wedding. Evelyn is organized, detail oriented and so thoughtful. Evelyn and I worked together to create an idea for the wedding but she executed it perfectly. I was so happy walking up to my venue before guests arrived. Evelyn was the best part about the wedding planning process! We found her through theknot.com based off all her amazing reviews. We live in Arizona but had our wedding in La Jolla California at the Estancia. I was so nervous about how I was going to work a full time job and plan a wedding from 3 hours away. Thank God we found Evelyn! We knew within a couple minutes of meeting her that she was going to be the best wedding coordinator! She was the first vendor we booked! Her constant support and guidance made the entire process easy and fun. She is such a sweet person and her love for weddings and her couples shows in her work. Once we booked her she provided numerous resources such as a checklist, budget keeper, AMAZING vendor referrals, guest list manager, and much more! Every vendor we booked was referred by her and they were all so wonderful. The day of the wedding all the vendors worked together to make sure our day was nothing short of perfection. She really put together a great team of people based off what we envisioned about our big day. For the entire 10 months of the wedding planning process she was available and always checking up on us to make sure we were on track. Since I work full time it was really hard for me to meet with her during the week but she always made time for me in the evenings or on the weekends. I sent her so many emails and she would respond that same day, almost immediately! I became the most indecisive bride when I started this process and had a hard time making decisions. I would just ask Evelyn what she suggested and she was always spot on! Also, she had so many beautiful rentals that were very affordable. She also created custom signs for the wedding that turned out so good! My family and friends were amazed at how well she pulled everything off the day of the wedding. She was so calm and was very polite and friendly with all the guests. Evelyn took care of everything! The final weeks leading up to the wedding were virtually stress free! She confirmed all the vendors and made sure they knew where and when they needed to be on-site the day of the wedding. Our wedding party loved her! She made sure everyone knew where they needed to be for the ceremony and ran through the process multiple times at the rehearsal to ensure it was perfect. We honestly cant say enough about Evelyn. It was so fun getting to know her and working with her for the last 10 months. She truly is amazing at what she does! We highly recommend her...you will not be disappointed!

I used Evelyn as my day of coordinator and she was amazing. I was very surprised with her attentiveness during my wedding planning process. Even though I was planner the big day on my own she was consistent with checking with me and offered plenty of useful advise. She had done previous events at my venue so that helped a lot at the wedding. On the day of, she was very relaxed and on top of it which made me very relaxed. Even the minor questions or concerns from other people she would calming ask me a question and just took care of it. Evelyn is extremely knowledgeable about her field and she sincerely wants to help. If I could give brides a piece of advise to help relieve some stress, it would be to HIRE EVELYN! She is everything you need to help plan your wedding day!

Evelyn is AMAZING! She truly is a genuine person who wants the best for her brides. From start to finish she kept us in budget without pressuring to expand on anything. At the same time, making sure we got everything we wanted. She was willing to Skype, e-mail, and text with whatever I needed and has a great inventory of her own for rentals that fit our style perfectly. She even gave us charger plates free of cost at the last minute. This is her passion and you can truly tell. Evelyn helped me plan my wedding and was the best day-of coordinator ever. I lost the back to my earring which she replaced with her own. I started working with Evelyn 10 months prior to my wedding on 9/25/15 at The Prado at Balboa Park. Throughout the entire planning process, she provided support and guidance, along with patience and creativity. Evelyn is very organized and timely when she responds to emails, which I appreciate. We had multiple emails, phone and Skype conversations (i live out of town) and with each one I felt more reassured that I was "on track" with the planning process. I considered myself a fairly organized Bride, however she would bring to my attention little details and ideas that I would have never thought of. Her vendor recommendations are SPOT on. On the day of my wedding, she was incredible. She provided such a calm and stabilizing presence that me, my family and entire wedding party felt at ease.
