We got married in March of 2025. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Shannon as our event coordinator, florist, and linens provider, and she truly went above and beyond in every role. From the very beginning, Shannon was organized, efficient, and incredibly supportive. She provided excellent vendor recommendations, and her straightforward communication style helped us make confident decisions without getting overwhelmed. Every detail—from the florals to the linens to the day-of coordination—was executed flawlessly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better partner in bringing our wedding vision to life. We would highly recommend Shannon to anyone planning a wedding or special event. She’s a true professional with a heart of gold!

Hiring Event Artistry was the best decision we made for our wedding! Shannon truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life and made the entire planning process feel stress-free. She is AMAZING and truly cares about her clients and making their wedding day perfect. Shannon really does it all and she does it exceptionally well! She created the most breathtaking florals and décor we’ve ever seen. On the big day, Shannon and Amber were everywhere, calmly handling every detail, keeping us on schedule, and making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Our only job was to enjoy the day, and that’s exactly what we got to do. I HIGHLY recommend Event Artistry for your wedding!!!

Shannon is awesome! She is easy to work with and has been doing this a long time so she has wonderful ideas and all the decor you could dream of! The fact that she does coordination, florals, decor, and linens, makes planning so much easier. She is also very upfront and honest about what to expect, and does her best to help out as much as she can. I would absolutely recommend her to other couples!

Shannon was AMAZING. I was super upfront about my budget with linens and flowers and she went above and beyond to stretch that budget to get the best display possible. Every phone call with her was so easy going, she was a joy to work with. Would absolutely recommend them!

Ladies, this is the wedding coordinator of your dreams. Not only did Shannon exceed my expectations in every way, her assistant Amber on the day of, made it a perfect memory for my family and I. Shannon stayed in communication with me day and night, she has an authentic work ethic and shows the passion of making our day perfect in everything she does. Not only is Shannon a wedding coordinator, she helped with my linens and flowers. She helped point us to all the best vendors and checked in to make sure they were staying on time. Shannon and Amber truly listens to your wants, your family wants and helps create your vision to bring out both wants. On the day of, both Shannon and Amber work in tandem to make sure my groom and I were taking care of (including taking a moment for us and making sure we ate) as well as all the behind the scenes work. I highly recommend Shannon and Amber for all of your wedding vision. You’ll be happy you did.

Only second to marrying my best friend, the best wedding decision I made was going with Event Artistry as my coordinator, florist, linens and decor. Shannon is an absolute queen and dang good at her job! She took all the stress out of wedding planning and created the wedding of my dreams! She was super responsive and had an answer to everything! I would get married all over again just so I can work with Shannon another time! She is one of those people you will want to continue having a relationship with after the wedding is over. Do yourself a favor and go with Event Artistry—you will not regret it!

We used Event Artistry for a floral arch, chargers, linens, napkins, silverware, plates, goblets, and our bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. Everything came out PERFECTLY! I sent Shannon photos of my vision for my wedding and she nailed it. During our planning meeting she went above and beyond to ensure that we were getting exactly what we were wanting on our special day. The day of the wedding, almost everything was set up by the time we arrived so we didn’t have to stress about things getting done in time. The arch was gorgeous and we got so many compliments on it. We highly recommend working with Event Artistry for your next event.

I truly wish every wedding vendor could be more like Shannon of Event Artistry. She is chill in the most refreshing and fabulous way and so attentive to her couples. She went above and beyond for us and even surprised us with special details on our wedding day. She is well-stocked with beautiful rental pieces and prepared to make any vision come alive—or provide the vision if you need that, I’m sure!
