I contacted Emily about 18 months before our wedding and she told me that I wouldn’t know exactly what flowers would be in my bouquet because they use the flowers that are in season. This made me a bit anxious, but after looking at her Instagram account, her eye for detail gave me the confidence to let go and see what she would create for me. I never stressed once about my wedding design or flowers. She completely understood my vision from the first time we met and the flowers she created for my wedding exceeded my expectations. The bouquets and centerpieces at our wedding venue absolutely blew me away and my guests raved about how gorgeous they were as well. Every time I came down from Chicago Emily met with me, not just for 20 minutes but for hours to make sure that everything we had envisioned was coming to life. Planning an out of town wedding is no easy task, but I felt at ease our entire wedding weekend while welcoming 160 out of town guests to Fort Lauderdale. Emily & Jenna helped me design my save the dates, wedding invites, and welcome bags/itineraries. They kept track of all my RSVP's, helped me finalize my room blocks, deal with unresponsive vendors by stepping in for me when I was getting frustrated. The list literally goes on and on. Most importantly, the Event Bliss team brought our entire vision to life. I was absolutely floored when I saw our ceremony and reception site. Emily was a silent force orchestrating every detail behind the scenes, there was not one moment I worried what was coming next. I cannot even begin to thank them enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams, we could NOT have had such a perfect day OR weekend without you guys. I miss working with you already! It rained during the ceremony and the “plan B” ended up being the best decision we made! She called all our vendors and coordinated with them on the new location and made sure to incorporate items from our original first look location into the ceremony. We ended up getting married in the back of the brewery in their barrel room, which turned out to be an intimate, unique and one-of-kind experience! We also knew Event Bliss would be a great choice for our florals. Jenna, is a true creative genius. I cannot say enough good things about this talented women! She was able to describe and understand my vision of the day better than I could! The bouquets, ceremony arch & centerpieces exceeded anything I could have imagined and really pulled the entire wedding theme together. You can tell how passionate Jenna is about what she does, it really show through in her work. On top of all that, it was an extremely windy day and we had our ceremony outside, and somehow with the wind gusts the team was able to set everything up to ensure nothing would ruin or fall down during the ceremony. My husband and I were getting married in Florida but live in NYC, so wanted someone who could help us with all the logistics so that our parents did not have to worry about a thing once the weekend began - and Emily delivered. She was my main contact for the last month - which allowed me to communicate with only 1 person, and she took care of disseminating all the details to the various vendors - a priceless benefit that I didn't realize at first how much I would appreciate. We wanted to have our rehearsal dinner at essentially a beach shack - and Emily literally transformed it. She suggested we rent it a day ahead of time so she & her team could spend extra time and "love" on it - and the results literally took our breath away. Every crazy idea we had for the decor was included, the centerpieces perfect, the walls covered in gorgeous palm fronds, the back area covered by a beautiful gauzy drape that allowed the breeze to flow through. I wish we could post pictures here so I could share how incredible it was. And that was only the rehearsal dinner! Everything throughout the weekend flowed PERFECTLY. The day of the wedding - emily really stepped in to help when the hair & makeup team were running behind, and made sure i had a few moments to see the room before everyone else - both things that I really appreciated given how quickly the day went by! Her team also did all of the decor for the welcome party, cocktail hour, reception room, and after party --- the reception room was really transformed! The room itself is your standard country-club style ballroom and Emily made it look like a garden dream land - the garland coming from the chandeliers, the dripping candles, the lighting, everything was picture perfect. My sister at the last minute wanted to include something about how much i love strawberries, so asked emily during the rehearsal dinner if somehow they could have the waiters drop a strawberry into everyone's champagne glass at a specific moment in her speech - and of course emily pulled it off without blinking an eye. All of this is to say that we had complete confidence in Emily from Day 1 - she impressed us at every meeting - and she still exceeded our expectations. I wish I could hire her for everything!! If we ever do another large event in Florida - you know who we will be calling first!!

We both agree that she was the best money we ever spent on this wedding. Lets start with her design. Emily sent me a proposal within 24 hours of our first phone conversation. She brought everything I imagined and MORE to life. When I spoke to her, I told her it was my first wedding and I had no idea what I wanted. She said that she has done over 500 weddings and she would take care of it and make it beautiful. And she did! There was not one person that I talked to at our wedding that did not complement the center pieces, the ceremony site, or my incredible bouquet. I never understood why people were so obsessed with wedding centerpieces until I saw what she could do. She made each one unique so every table had something new to look at. My bouquet was simply stunning and very unique. Now on to her amazing coordination. Emily and her teem not only exceeded my expectations of what I thought was possible, she even impressed my husband who said that we did not need to spend money on something we could do ourselves. WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT OURSELVES! She had everything covered down to the very last detail. When I would contact her before the wedding about random wedding thoughts at random hours, she would always respond that she had it covered. Emily never got annoyed or overwhelmed. She contacted all my vendors and made sure everyone had the same timeline (which she created) and made sure everything ran smoothly. She ran my rehearsal, came with me to a dress fitting to learn my bustle, and even made sure my husband and I ate the day of the wedding (she picked me and my bridesmaids up food and brought it to the hotel). She told me to buy flip flops for dancing and even took them to me on the dance floor so I wouldn't get blisters. She helped my husband with his vows and letters to me and made sure they were not too short compared to mine. The entire day went so smooth thanks to her and her team. I do not have enough room to explain all the little things she did to make the wedding incredible. She made sure we were both stress free. I would highly recommend Event Bliss!!

The day of the wedding I didn't have to think about anything except focusing on my husband to be. Our guests are still talking about the floral design and all the other fun details from the wedding.

I had half of the quantitiy of the flowers. and the quality of the flowers at the wedding and the bouquet did not looked fresh to me. I had to throw my bouquet the day after. I really wanted to preserve it but it didn't looked fresh to me. today I would not hire her to do my wedding flowers. but maybe she is better as a coordinator.

Our wedding was a destination wedding with the groom and myself flying in from Los Angeles just 3 days before the wedding. Leading up to this , event bliss met with the vendors for the ceremony and reception and assured me all would be taken care of and lovely. They assessed the ceremony spot and figured out exactly what was needed to pull off our dream wedding. On the wedding day, Jenna brought my bouquet to my hotel room and I was blown away by how beautiful and perfect it was. It was exactly what I wanted and everyone from family to the hair / makeup team, began commenting on how unique and awesome it was. When it came time to get to the ceremony space for first look , I was blown away by how amazing the space looked. The event bliss team was hard at work till the last moment making it exactly right. The rest of the flowers were sooo gorgeous , the hotel even commented that they would use them as an example of what can be done with the space. From first look , to ceremony , to cocktail hour , to reception - Jenna and event bliss were by our side ensuring we were happy and stress free. What more can you ask for ! We are both very particular people who had very specific wishes for our day and event bliss went above and beyond expectations. We highly recommend them and hope one day to work with them again for another special occasion !!

(Even through some tough vendor situations, which she in particularly heavy-weighted closer to the big day to alleviate the stress. Life saver!) To have her involved throughout the whole process of pulling the details together made it a seamless transition for the day-of, and thus I knew I could relax & just watch it all unfold. Quite a cool process!! The only bad thing is that I miss Emily now!! I 100% recommend having a planner - regardless of how much help or assistance you're looking for - and when choosing one in south Florida, Emily is your girl! They kept in close contact with ALL of our vendors during the month before our wedding to ensure they were all prepared for our big day. On our wedding day, I wasn't notified of one issue -- Emily and her team made sure that all of our vendors arrived on-time and knew where they were supposed to be. In addition to taking care of our vendors, they made sure that all of our smaller requests (i.e., photo booth, family photos, smaller decorations) were met too! They kept the bridal party well-fed and made sure they were fully prepared for the day. The day flowed so smoothly because of Emily and her team, and neither my now-husband nor myself had to lift a finger. I really can't rave enough about Event Bliss. There are SO many details to a wedding and Emily knows all the tricks and secrets of wedding planning, negotiating, decorating, etc. She negotiated rates, dealt with our vendors, created an in-depth timeline for the wedding day (trust me you need this), kept us in our budget, and met with us periodically to go over the details. She went out of her way to attend our cake tastings, walk through the venue, attend the final fitting, all of which were out of town. Event Bliss ordered our invitations, sent them out, received the RSVPs, and sent an updated RSVP list to me daily. The Event Bliss crew was amazing the day of the wedding. I was worried I would be a nervous wreck, but I had nothing to worry about. She made sure the bridesmaids and the groomsmen were on track and on time. Because we had Event Bliss do the design and flowers for the church and reception, we never had to worry or check on the ballroom. I am a perfectionist and wanted a formal, tropical wedding that incorporated palm fronds, without looking casual. Emily saw my vision and delivered! She added extra details that I didn't even think of; like mini pineapples under the floating candles, gorgeous flowers for the cake, and tropical flowers on the back of our wedding party chairs (which she brought back from the church - nothing is wasted!) I highly recommend Event Bliss for wedding planning and design. It's hard to put into words how grateful I am to have had Emily and the Event Bliss team help plan my wedding. They truly made my wedding dreams come to life and I'll cherish the memories and photos forever.

I did not want to be worried about the tiny details, contracts, appointments, sourcing items, contacting vendors, etc and with Emily I didn't have to: she was exactly what I wanted and needed from a wedding coordinator. She makes sure you always feel like she is on your team and there to support you and guide you through the process. I knew I didn't have to worry that everything would be done right and be done well. On our wedding day, we had a blast and so did our guests. I think our wedding is one for the books for many of our guests! The old-fashioned white car, the cake, the "C" & "H" behind the bridal table, transportation for out-of-town guests...Emily took notes from our initial meeting and executed everything I wanted- even things I had forgotten about! I had the best dj, photographer, and cinematographer thanks to Emily's suggestions. As someone who spends too much time researching and not making a decision, Emily was perfect for my mother and I guiding us every step of the way. As far as clients go, I think we were pretty high-maintenance. Emily handled the craziness like a pro and remained calm the entire time- which I needed! I can't imagine going through the stress of planning a wedding without them and would recommend Event Bliss to every bride. She took my vision for a casual, tropical wedding and ran with it. I really wanted a venue where I could incorporate both the ceremony and reception as well as a private resort for my guest's accommodations. Sounds impossible, right? Not for Event Bliss. Dawn found us the perfect property right on the beach. My 50 guests were able to rent the entire facility, giving us an opportunity to have our own private vacation and enjoy our family and friends the entire weekend. Dawn and Emily completely transformed the beach, maintaining the tropical beach theme while incorporating the "fairytale elements" I had always dreamed of with chandelier lighting and the most beautiful flowers and décor. I truly never felt any stress during the entire process as all details were outlined from the beginning without any surprises. The best news is we came in under my budgeted number and I was never asked to compromise any of my ideas. Dawn and Emily will always have a special place in my heart for making all of my wedding dreams come true!

I never imagined that it would be that beautiful. It was everything I had described but way more beautiful and breathtaking than I ever could have described down to every detail. It was magical... She took everything we talked about and created more. Our rehearsal dinner was brilliant, our wedding cake was the best ever (Sweeter Days) and our honeymoon suite was crazy great too. Emily helped me create a weekend that was more than I ever imaged it would be. All of our guests have said that it was one of the most beautiful weddings that they have ever been to. It was one of the best weekends I have ever spent. I would do it a hundred times over. I will have a lifetime of gratitude. She is super woman! She's also incredibly reassuring - she understands the stress a bride is under in planning a wedding - she was able to calm my nerves when I had to change caterers 4 weeks before the wedding. Emily is the type of person that at the end of the day makes things happen. She's a go-getter. You tell her you really want something, but you think it's out of the budget, and somehow she makes it happen. She is well-known and respected in the wedding industry and can make a call to another vendors at the drop of a hat. If you can dream it, she will make it happen. Have a question? Emily has the answer. Even weeks after the wedding, our guests are still calling to tell us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Emily is one of the most understanding individuals I have ever met. She is a yes-person. I promise the moment you meet Emily she will calm your nerves and deliver you the most beautiful wedding you could ever imagine!

Due to our location, I knew that on the day of the wedding, SOMEONE would need to corral the vendors, (caterer, lighting, rentals, music, photographer, cake-lady) and I KNEW that unless I hired Emily, that person would have been me.
