Event Crush

We had the pleasure of working with Callee and Event Crush this year. She was such a joy to work with, as DJ’s & the emcee the timing of the wedding is so important. Callee made the most detailed timeline so we always knew exactly what was next. She was also so easy to work with and so very kind and friendly to all of us vendors. She made sure everything ran smoothly. We would love to work with her again any time.

Let me preface this by saying that I am also a wedding planner and needed a pro to coordinate my wedding, and I thought immediately of Becky. I knew that if I had her leading my vendor team, that I could leave my planner hat at home and step into the role of a bride without feeling stressed that I'd also have to run the behind-the-scenes. Becky is very professional while also making you feel like you are chatting with a friend. The planning process with her was a breeze, and never during the months leading up to the wedding did I question whether she could execute everything beautifully. Our wedding party was huge (22 people including my husband and I) and Becky coordinated our rehearsal seamlessly and sent everyone down the aisle without any chaos, despite that we are all in our twenties and thus pretty rowdy. She printed 30 itineraries to hand out to our enormous wedding party, which she said was a record amount of itineraries for her! (Thanks, Becky!) The wedding was perfect, and when we decided to extend our reception by about an hour at the last minute, she made it happen with a smile, even though I'm sure she was exhausted. I loved working with her and absolutely recommend her to anybody looking for a wedding planner in Oregon. Becky also has an awesome collection of rentals available, and it was so easy to have her provide votives, some chairs, yard games, signage, easels, etc., have her set it up, and have her take it all back with her at the end of the night. Becky is worth every penny, not only in the quality services that she provides to her clients but also in the amount of stress that having a professional planner on your team will take off of your shoulders. You'll be extremely lucky to have her there on your wedding day, and your vendor team will also be super grateful to have a low-stress and competent leader running the day. Hire Becky!

If you're looking for the most flexible, hard-working, kind, positive and amazing human/ wedding planner to help you with your wedding - HIRE BECKY!! First of all, I definitely thought I could work out all of the details of my wedding on my own, so I only hired her for the "day of" package. But if you have the opportunity, you want her there every step of the way. Our wedding was on September 28th in Bend, OR and the forecast was sunny and warm all week EXCEPT the wedding day, on which it snowed! We had planned to have everything outside - dancing, dinner, ceremony etc. but the forecast wasn't changing, so at the very last minute we decided to move the reception to a completely different location (luckily we had that option). At this point, however, my entire family was already in town and I had absolutely no time to contact all of my vendors to even see if this would work. Becky did EVERYTHING! Made sure all of the vendors could move to a new space, that it would be enough space to even set everything up, checked in with me when she needed the answer to a question but overall she handled everything on her own and it was PERFECT!! She literally took on all of the stress and pulled off the most beautiful and perfect ceremony and reception. She worked with all of my family members, friends, bridesmaids and groomsmen to make sure everything was running smoothly on Friday and Saturday - during rain, snow, hail and sun - and I could not be more thankful for this wonderful, badass woman. She seriously made that day the best day ever and I cannot imagine what it would have been like without her help, calming presence, willingness to get it all done and positivity. She was the most perfect person to have there that day. If any brides have any question about whether Becky will be able to help them, the answer is YES X1,000,000,000! You will not regret it! Becky is AMAZING! Stop looking any further and just hire her right now!! I am so incredibly lucky that the venue we booked for the wedding recommended her. I currently live in England and the wedding was in Eugene, OR. Even before we could have our first FaceTime meeting with her, my husband was suddenly tasked with a six month deployment (left in Jan-returned the last week of May-wedding was in June). Becky was so accommodating to our entire situation. When it came to our meetings (as there is a decent time difference between us) she worked with me every single time and with nothing but the upmost positivity and professionalism and I appreciate that to the max! The second best decision I made was hiring a wedding planner, the first ..... was hiring Becky! I cannot thank her enough for how much I enjoyed the process and was completely stress free. She made everything so easy. I have zero complaints about our wedding. It was so beautiful, fun, and perfect! It all came together because of her. I believe she went above and beyond what I could have imagined a wedding planner would. Becky, thank you for allowing us to have nothing but positive and happy memories of our day.
