I cannot say enough positive things about My Even Design! Working with Megan was an absolute dream and my expectations were absolutely blown away!! From the very beginning of the planning process, I expressed to Megan all of my hopes and dreams for the wedding and she worked with me to make sure they were all met, and within my budget. She was so friendly, responsive, and fun to work with. My Even Design ended up doing my flowers, furniture rentals (including the ceremony arch) and drapery. I can’t believe how amazingly they captured the look I was going for with just a few inspiration photos! I loved everything so much and cannot thank Megan and her team enough for making our wedding day so perfect!
Megan was an absolute dream to work with! I contacted her with no idea what I wanted or needed, she promptly sent me a vision board of what we discussed over the phone. Throughout the planning process whenever I had to make a change or had a question she was very responsive. Her team helped set up the most elegant reception ballroom at Hilton Downtown Tampa I could have imagined. 10/10 recommend Event Design. Reasonable pricing, responsive, and kind people.
Megan and the team at Event Design were SUPURB to work with! We had to reschedule our wedding several times due to COVID, and their team was so supportive and flexible through the whole process. When we finally got our big day, they helped make the process seamless and stress free, and absolutely read our minds when it came to our vision for our wedding. I would 100% recommend the Event Design team, and as glad as I am to have finally had the wedding of my dreams, I'm almost a little sad that it means the end of our journey working with them!
The Event Design team helped make the reception of our dreams with a gorgeous tent, chandeliers, and lanterns. Meghan was super responsive and so easy to plan with. They have a ton of other amazing rentals as well! We are still getting compliments on how beautiful our wedding was and it's in large part to the beautiful reception atmosphere!
We worked with Megan at Event Design for our October wedding and she was wonderful. The draping was stunning. It added so much to our wedding back drop. We also got out flowers from her, I barely gave her direction and they came out perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better vendor to work with! Highly recommend!
It was an Amazing Celebration with the help of Megan at Event Design!! She was fantastic to work with and helped to bring my vision to fruition. The decor was incredible and we had endless compliments from our guests! The pricing was also reasonable and they were able to source some very specific items that I needed. Megan made this fairytale wedding come to life. Words can not properly describe just how beautiful it was from the glossy white dance floor to the lighting. Everyone stood there and just looked in total amazement on just how beautiful everything turned out. Megan went above and beyond to make sure that it was the amazing! It was a piece of art that resulted and Megan not only is amazing herself, she is dedicated, committed and caring. After many weeks of research and interviews, I knew from the first time we spoke, she was the right person to make this special day even more special. Thank you!
AMAZING! Wedding planning can be stressful, but working with Megan was an absolute pleasure. She was super organized and helpful throughout the entire process. She offered great ideas to help inspire my Wedding vision. Event Design can handle so many of the decor elements and services, which is awesome. Even more awesome though is how easy Megan made everything. She was my favorite vendor by far and was on top of everything. Seeing everything come together the day off took my breath away. INCREDIBLE doesn’t even begin to say it! Our venue was gorgeous to begin with, but the extra drapery and up-lighting provided by Event Design made it 100 times more beautiful!! It was more than we could have dreamed of and completely exceeded our expectations. Megan is such a dream to work with, very accommodating, and has such a vision of what to do. We knew we wanted something extra for our room, and she guided us to the most amazing reception decor! We would highly recommend Megan and Event Design for all of your wedding needs!

We worked with Megan Geho, and she exceeded our expectations. As the mother of the bride and a serious planner, I was able to turn our rentals completely over to her knowing I could trust them to deliver, set up and take down as they promised. Megan was especially great about communicating everything with me, updating all changes immediately, and even contacted me the week before the wedding to reassure me they had everything under control. Me and my husband just got married January 13th and choose event design for our decor and flowers. Wow we literally can not say enough about the amazing Job Megan did from start to finish she was there every step of the way not only did she answer every silly question I had but she went above and beyond to help me with anything and everything I needed! She was absolutely amazing and our wedding wouldn’t have turned out as incredible as it was without her! She became more then just our decorator it felt like she was a great friend! I cannot even begin to say enough amazing things about this company. We worked with Megan and she was beyond amazing! She was so incredibly responsive and helped us with any questions we had. She helped with ideas for designing our perfect ceremony and reception decor. Our wedding turned out better then we would have ever of dreamed. You'd be lucky to have them design your dream wedding! Megan was so kind, professional, and made planning a destination wedding easy. She had everything set up perfectly and was very timely.

Event Design was absolutely incredible. My big day wouldn't have been possible without them. Megan was so much fun to work with and went above and beyond constantly. They made it fun and easy to design the space and the day. I can't thank them enough and I highly recommend them for weddings or any type of event.
We originally had an issue with the planner that was assigned our account. This company was very quick to ensure my wedding was taken care of after such a bad experience and the new team assigned to me was awesome! Meghan and Vicki responded to my emails right away and made sure I was on track for the big day! They are very knowledgeable and have a great since of design and what works together.

I searched high and low for an event planner to help me with my vision. Upon meeting with Amber, I was immediately put at ease. She was absolutely fantastic from the moment we met to the day of the wedding. She (and her team) were able to put my vision into action. They took care of everything (floral/decor for both ceremony and reception/lighting/center pieces) and it was PERFECT! I live on the East Coast of Florida and she was able execute all of my vision without being face to face. If you are searching, look no further because Amber and her team are top notch! It couldn't have looked better than what they were able to deliver.
What would we do without Amber (at Event Design)?! We recently had a reasonably large wedding (~110 guests) with multiple different vendors, and relied heavily on Event Design for organizing and coordination. After the wedding, we mused to ourselves how it seemed like everything during the day went perfectly without any problems, and it dawned on us that Amber was the only reason that was true. She was very friendly, organized, and, most importantly, reliable during the entire process.
During the planning process, Amber was very involved, reminding us of decisions and details we hadn’t thought of (and giving us examples and options when we needed them). She ran the most efficient wedding rehearsal I have ever been a part of, and was present the entire day of the wedding making sure all of the vendors were coordinated. Having Amber as the point person of the day for everyone definitely reduced the stress of the day, as we could focus on enjoying ourselves and the moment and not have to worry about whether or not everything we had planned for the day was going to happen. I wholeheartedly recommend Amber to anyone looking for someone to help organize and coordinate a wedding, and cannot say enough about how friendly and professional she and her staff are.
Event Design is a one stop shop that offers day of coordination services, floral services, design services, and chair rentals. This was the main reason that we used this company. Specifically concerning their floral, I loved the flowers and the color scheme! The day of the wedding, this company had purple orchids that were in bloom and needed to be used, so she brought them over and incorporated the orchids into the design without any extra charge! The floral arrangements were beautiful, and she re-used flowers from the ceremony for decor during the reception which helped save on money as well. The customer service is very prompt, professional, and caring. You feel like you have a partner that is right next to you making sure that your vision comes alive on the day of your wedding! I highly recommend Event Design!
I also used this company for their day of coordination services. Amber Patricio was the best person for the job. She was nice, professional, had valuable opinions based on years of previous wedding experience, and most importantly made our wedding day completely stress free! We worked closely for a year to plan design details and then a month before the wedding starting putting together the day of timeline. I could not have planned this event or carried it out without her!
I worked with Jennifer Gumpert at Event Design and I cannot give enough compliments! Jennifer was always very professional and responsive. Without her my wedding would have been crap! She recommended other vendors like catering and desserts and they too were amazing! We used Event design for decorating and floral and also rented chairs, tables, linens, etc. I would recommend them to anyone. They exceeded all of my expectations. Because of Jennifer and Event Design my wedding was gorgeous! Thank you so much!
Staff great to work with- talked about everything over email and they brought my ceremony decor to life just as I had imagined it! This is one of the lesser expensive event design companies in the area.
My husband and I wanted to create an original space in which to celebrate our wedding, and MyEventDesign was key in bringing our vision to life. We rented beautiful pipe and drape as well as crystal chandeliers. The installation was swift, and the end result was incredible! Our dark warehouse-like space was transformed into an elegant setting, the likes of which none of our guests have ever seen before! We highly reccomend this company for it's beautiful products as well as professional, courteous service!

Amber and her team at Event Design are absolutely AMAZING!! I like to plan well in advance so I had been talking to Amber about ideas for a little less than a year. She has great ideas and is super flexible and willing to do whatever you want! She is also very organized and responsive! After all of the discussions and additions I couldn't wait until the big day to see all the flowers, draping, lighting, and chairs that we decided on. Our reception and ceremony was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen! It was in a hotel ballroom so it definitely needed the white draping with purple up-lighting and chivari chairs. The bouquets and centerpieces were the most spectacular flowers I have ever seen! Everyone loved them!! In the ceremony room we created a backdrop of draping and crystals and little clear balls with flowers hanging from them that was just perfect!! Thank you Event Design for making our wedding the prettiest wedding ever!
Jenn Gumpert was amazing to work with, she was referred to me by a lady i met in my workout class and I would refer her in a heartbeat! Event Design provided my rentals/lighting/decor and everything looked great. Jenn was flexible and easy to work with and no-one could beat their price. If their was a minimum I wasn't aware of it as other companies needed to have at least a $15K minimum before working with me, I paid less than $5K which included my chair rentals, uplighting, draping and Day of Coordination. For any bride considering not having a day of coordinator -- reconsider! Jenn was excellent, I turned everything over to her at the rehearsal (which she coordinated) and on the day of the event the only call i got was to see what time i would be arriving at the venue! She took care of everything! All the vendor coordination from the DJ, to the cake to the limo driver! Jenn communicated with our DJ so no family member or guest had to have them queue the music as the bridal party walked in. I was blown away by how much she did ...all i literally had to do was show up, get married and have a great time! I would recommend EventDesign for their work in the future and I would strongly recommend Jenn Gumpert as a Day of Coordinator.
My ideas had to be a little simple because the wedding was taking place in an opulent place. Amber Patricio and her husband gave me the opportunity to bring what I wanted into the design and they followed suit. I had candelabras and rose balls that I made and used on the table tops. What was best was they were able to come same day and both set up and take down everything. What I thought was amazing is that they set up the tables collaboratively with my catering for the silverware, plates and glasses and managed to do this all while the wedding ceremony took place. In addition they did this all quietly. I loved working with them, it was a pleasure.
Event Design helped me plan and execute my wedding perfectly. My wedding was on October 21, 2012 in Tampa, Florida. Well I was planning the wedding while living in Alabama. And any bride knows how stressful planning a wedding is, so imagine planning it from a whole other state!!! Well, Jenn was pretty much sent to us from heaven. She recommended our photographer, K&K photography, who did an AMAZING job - our photos are gorgeous!!! She recommended our DJ Cory Barron from Grand Hemond and Associates who really livened up the crowd with his awesome selection of music. and our videographer - Voila who shot some fantastic video of our special day. ALl the highly recommended vendors showed up on time and did everything they were supposed to do AND SOME! Jenn really catered toward me my likes and dislikes regarding all wedding decisions. She was ALWAYS available through email and phone/txt and made it soooo easy to contact her for questions/changes. She was super rediculously organized and made up a detailed timeline by the MINUTE for our wedding day and it made it soooo nice to know what exactly was happening and what was supposed to be happening next. The wedding ceremony went perfectly because she made sure we all practiced until everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Jenn was also full of original ideas and it was so easy to bounce ideas back and forth with her. I was so thankful to have this vendor for our planning bc my wedding would not have been successful without them. So only choose this wedding planning, if you want a beautiful and successful wedding, bc that is only what you will get from them! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Jen & Amber of Event Design did a fabulous job. Event Design provided draping and lighting for my ceremony and did a beautiful job. They were able to turn the space into a romantic and intimate environment. Also, Event Design provided day-of coordination services which were truly priceless. Without these ladies I'm pretty sure the day could have gone serverely off track but they kept everything running smoothly and timely and handled things as they popped up. They're the best!
DJ did an excellent job in transforming our venue into an elegant, beautifully lit ballroom. He was extremely attentive to every detail and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Event Design for a "custom" oriented approach.

Tiffany was so wonderful to work with. I'm such an indecisive person and she dealt with me all the way through without making me feel like was an annoyance. She would give her honest opinion when I asked her for it and she would CONSTANTLY reassure me that everything would turn out beautifully... and our reception was FLAWLESS. All of our guests and even our venue gave nothing but rave reviews on the look and ambience of our cocktail hour and reception. My wedding planner recommended and did most of the negotiating with Amber and Event Design, but this was one of the easiest parts of wedding planning. Price was reasonable, the chairs looked great, plus she threw in gold chargers at a great price too. The set up was gorgeous for the reception and there were no problems. I didn't even see them set up or take down or have any conversations day of with the company. It all was perfect!
Amber did an awesome job helping me plan my wedding. She listened to every thing I wanted and paid attention to every detail. She made my day run so smoothly and perfect!
