Event Essentials provided us with silverware and string lights. While both turned out very nicely, there were many fees associated with them that felt a bit excessive. For instance, they took $65 from our deposit because 3 out of 560 pieces of silverware weren't returned (neither the caterer, nor venue had them, we checked). The pricing made it apparent that there aren't a lot of options for event rentals in the Madison area.
Ali and her team at Event Essentials are wonderful! They worked closely with us to determine the best rentals for our tented backyard wedding. They were equally as patient when we went back and forth on our tent choice 52 times! They provided our tent, flooring, tables, chairs, linens, and lighting. The set up and tear down crew were also a delight. In the end and despite a massive thunderstorm that rolled through at the end of the night, they helped bring our vision to life with a gorgeous tented reception. It didn't budge at all despite the wind and rain! We were sad to see the tent go! Highly recommend.
They were great to work with and responded very quickly. They were very flexible and have a large inventory to choose from.

Event Essentials was great to work with. Their delivery team was on time (if not a little early!) when it really counted and set everything up for our wedding quickly and efficiently. Event Essentials was everything you could ever ask for from a design vendor and then a whole lot more. Shae didn’t only help us pick out all our table settings and decorations, she also worked with us to develop our day-of timeline, fully designed the layout for our ceremony and reception, and was incredibly thoughtful and friendly throughout the process. Every single detail of our design looked absolutely flawless (from the place settings to the tables/chairs to the name card layout). Working with Event Essentials to pick out our chairs and pick up/drop off process was seamless. Jackie was so easy to work with and had very fast response times. The chairs were beautiful and everything went perfectly!
