Emily was truly amazing. We got married atop Snow King Mountain and we couldn’t have done it without her. She walked us through each of our vendors and kept our budget in mind. She was always very on top of all things. During the rehearsal and wedding though we really saw her shine. She had everything organized and her timeline was PERFECT! The wedding day literally went perfectly, everything was ahead of schedule and my husband and I had no stress at all. She would come and get us when needed and always told us exactly where to be and what to do. She was so incredibly helpful and we couldn’t recommend her more. If you are looking for a full service wedding planner, book Emily! You will not regret it!!

she helped organize our rehearsal, genuinely cared about the organization and even asked each member of the wedding party about themselves and their relationship with us. Day of - she popped in and out while I was getting ready, never brought up any issues or stressors, just communicated clearly and set everything up beautifully. She helped out the entire night, moved our welcome tables between ceremony, cocktail hour, reception without a reminder. She never overstepped & was never in the way - I hardly saw or heard her but absolutely noticed all the effort she was putting in every second of the night. She reminded me and our officiant and witnesses to sign the marriage license. She cleaned up the venue beautifully. 10/10 recommend, she was absolutely incredible. Thank you Emily!

One of the things I appreciated most about Emily was her honesty and guidance when it came to choosing vendors. She never simply told us what we wanted to hear, she gave us thoughtful, honest recommendations and helped us make decisions that were truly the best fit for our vision, priorities, and budget. I felt like I could completely trust her judgment, which made the planning process SO much less stressful.
Emily was also amazing when it came to communication. She was incredibly quick to respond, flexible, accommodating, and always willing to jump in and help whenever we needed her. No question was ever too small, and no request ever felt like a burden. She consistently made us feel like our wedding was just as important to her as it was to us.
What truly sets Emily apart, though, is the quality of her work and how far above and beyond she goes. She thought of details we never would have considered, anticipated needs before we even knew we had them, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything came together seamlessly. She even let us borrow her own items for our wedding because we decided last minute we had missed a detail and wouldn't have enough time to rent or buy the necessary details. On our wedding day, I was able to be completely present and enjoy every moment because I knew Emily had everything under control.
Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT, and I genuinely believe Emily played such a huge role in making it that way. She exceeded every expectation we had, and we could not be more grateful for all of her hard work, care, honesty, and dedication. Neither of us had been to any of the specific locations of our rehearsal, welcome dinner, ceremony or reception, nor had we dealt with any of the vendors before, and every one was a huge success. It was so helpful to have Emily as a main point of contact to recommend, find, and coordinate vendors. We simply gave her thoughts of what we were looking for, she would give us a few suggestions of who/what she would recommend, and we would go with one of those.
As far as organization, Emily had great support staff on her team who helped with our rehearsal and day of set up. It was awesome to have her be apart of our day process, we really believe that the day was perfect because of her. Her work leading up to the day made it smooth and easy.

were perfect for our wedding day. Idelia from Teton Valley Beauty, was wonderful and our hair/makeup looked perfect all day. Danielle V. was such a fun photographer to work with, she made us feel comfortable taking pictures and she took us to the most incredible spot for extra pictures after the ceremony. Missy Jo was a whole vibe, she had the whole wedding party singing along with her the entire time we ate dinner. Speaking of dinner....holy moly. The food from Panorama House/Snow King was so damn good. The cannolis from Paisley Cakes, absolutely delicious. The staff at Panorama House were friendly and a lot of fun. The bartenders were cracking us up and they took great care of everyone there. Plus, the decorations from Teton Wood Blooms were STUNNING.
Lacey, our day of coordinator, was a total rockstar on Friday & Saturday. My husband & I had everything we needed, guests were well taken care of, and everything felt so easy on our end.
We're still shocked that it's already over but everytime we think back to the wedding day we're all smiles.

She invested time in understanding our vision, preferences, and unique style, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding reflected our personalities. Her creative ideas and suggestions added an extra touch of magic to our special day.
Throughout the planning process, Emily's professionalism and organization were outstanding. She guided us from afar as we are based in Australia – so she did double duty assisting us with finding vendors, dealing with hiccups (DJ cancelling, last minute requests, etc.), and making sure all of the vendors were organised abroad. Her calm and reassuring presence greatly helped with the pre-wedding jitters – especially as we had not seen the venue or met any of the vendors!
On the day of our wedding, Emily's execution was flawless. Her ability to coordinate multiple moving parts with ease was impressive. From managing the timeline to coordinating vendors, she ensured that every detail was executed perfectly. Her attention to detail and ability to put out small (ish) fires throughout the day (impromptu catering tent stand in, power outages, heatstroke), meant the wedding went off without a hitch, and better yet, we had NO idea any of this was happening behind the scenes! We were able to relax and just enjoyed the day with peace of mind knowing that she had everything under control. Worth every penny.
We wholeheartedly recommend Emily Claassen to anyone seeking a wedding planner who is not only incredibly talented but also genuinely cares about creating an unforgettable experience. Her passion, professionalism, and warmth are truly priceless.

le also working incredibly efficiently. Her calmness helped me stay relaxed leading up the event and during the day of. If I asked her to do something she did it immediately with no follow up. She also has very intimate knowledge about Jackson and reputable vendors which was helpful for me as this was planned as a destination wedding. I would use Emily again in a heartbeat.

After trying one Makeup Artist trial run and having a very bad experience, Emily found a couple more options and the latter ended up being absolutely perfect (Athena Suniga). She helped keep everyone organized from the pre-wedding details and to do's, the rehersal dinner practice, the Day Of itself and after the wedding - she worked so much and everything was absolutely perfect for us and our guests. We are extremely grateful and feel like we have a lifetime friend in Emily.

ery detail. She started collecting tons of items prior to the wedding and made sure every single one showed up to the event from koozies to cowboy hats and napkins. Emily has wonderful ideas and I’m so grateful for her help. She is exceptionally kind (which is a huge bonus) but she is also organized and great at communicating with her clients. I am so glad the venue recommended her, and I highly recommend her to my friends and family!

emony and reception in my parents back yard! There are a lot of components when having a 140-person party in someone's home- because everything has to be brought in! Emily made sure I had gotten everything I needed before the event, and Kelsey as day-of coordinator was fantastic!! My mom was so anxious that things would slip through the cracks but absolutely nothing did! Emily and her team are so attentive to detail and are always there to suggest and help. We are very grateful for them, and I will be recommending them to any and everyone I know getting married here in Teton Valley!

nd we loved them all. The night of the rehearsal I was a little worried because she seemed to not really know how to direct us and our practice was very casual and unorganized. This was our first wedding, so we needed her guidance. Then came the wedding day and it just went downhill. Several of the great idea that she suggested, she forgot to put in place when the venue was being set up. She forgot about the outside bar and the wine bottles on the tables, that she suggested. The most upsetting mistake of the night though was when I handed Emily the bride's bouquet and she said she would take care of it, which by the way the bouquet was made my her mother-in-law. Then when my daughter walked down the isle, she was without her bouquet. This was very upsetting to the bride once she realized it. Her mother-in-law, was also pretty hurt. When we asked Emily later about this, she said she was caught up in the "happiness". The rest of the night Emily had to be asked to take care of things several times and I had to make sure things were taken care during the night. I had to go find her sitting at a table in the back as well. When we emailed her after the wedding, she really didn't have much to say. She blamed it on us having "so much help that she didn't need to do as many things." She also said it was because it was her first wedding of the season. She supposedly has 12 years of experience, so I am not sure why that is an excuse. There were more things I could share, but I hope this gets my point across.

as perfect. My MOH mentioned that as soon as she spoke to me the day of, she could see the stress melt off of me knowing Emily had it covered. Of course the team performed exactly as planned but it was the little extras that really meant a lot…making sure I (the bride) kept hydrated on the hot day, passing around sunscreen to myself and the guests, and especially coming back to the bridal room after all the festivities and finding all the spare meals, desserts, and cake waiting for me. She just had it covered and everything looked beautiful.
