Not only was she kind, warm, and incredibly attentive, but she also went above and beyond for me. Emily stayed longer than expected and ensured every detail was perfect. Emily & her team were excellent throughout the wedding planning process in Grand Tetons/Jackson. I am from Texas, so planning a destination wedding can be difficult with logistics and not knowing the area as a local - but Emily was SO helpful on the day of. Everything went smoothly and according to plan thanks to Emily's help. My groom and I had so little to worry about day of & we just got to enjoy our day!

Emily was our day-of-coordinator for our wedding. We were coming from out of town, but are familiar with the area. Emily was my day-of coordinator in September 2023 and I do not know what I would have done without her! Being based in MN and planning my wedding in Grand Teton, her connections and recommendations were beyond helpful. She was always responsive and gave helpful feedback. She provided clear direction and a detailed timeline for my wedding party and vendors in advance of the big day- everyone knew exactly what to expect and where they needed to be. She coordinated moving flowers and music from the ceremony to the reception space, helped the photographer with the shot list, you name it, Emily helped make it happen! I was the bride who thought I could handle everything myself, and I will be forever grateful that I hired Emily, so she could keep everything moving according to plan and I could just enjoy my day. Hiring a coordinator is the best money you can spend, trust me.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Emily. She is professional , straightforward , super hard working, knowledgeable …. I could go on and on. She did a fabulous job for me. She made sure that my money was put in the right places. She directed me to really great vendors never pushing only one person over others. Emily was our wedding planner for our Jackson Hole wedding in June 2023 and we couldn't have asked for a better experience all around. Emily's knowledge of the area recommendations were perfect for our wedding day. Idelia from Teton Valley Beauty, was wonderful and our hair/makeup looked perfect all day. Danielle V. was such a fun photographer to work with, she made us feel comfortable taking pictures and she took us to the most incredible spot for extra pictures after the ceremony. Missy Jo was a whole vibe, she had the whole wedding party singing along with her the entire time we ate dinner. Speaking of dinner....holy moly. The food from Panorama House/Snow King was so damn good. The cannolis from Paisley Cakes, absolutely delicious. The staff at Panorama House were friendly and a lot of fun. The bartenders were cracking us up and they took great care of everyone there. Plus, the decorations from Teton Wood Blooms were STUNNING. Lacey, our day of coordinator, was a total rockstar on Friday & Saturday. My husband & I had everything we needed, guests were well taken care of, and everything felt so easy on our end. We're still shocked that it's already over but everytime we think back to the wedding day we're all smiles.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Emily Claassen of Event Planners of Jackson Hole as our wedding planner, and we cannot sing her praises enough. Her calm and reassuring presence greatly helped with the pre-wedding jitters – especially as we had not seen the venue or met any of the vendors! On the day of our wedding, Emily's execution was flawless. Her ability to coordinate multiple moving parts with ease was impressive. From managing the timeline to coordinating vendors, she ensured that every detail was executed perfectly. Her attention to detail and ability to put out small (ish) fires throughout the day (impromptu catering tent stand in, power outages, heatstroke), meant the wedding went off without a hitch, and better yet, we had NO idea any of this was happening behind the scenes! We were able to relax and just enjoyed the day with peace of mind knowing that she had everything under control. Worth every penny. It was such a pleasure working with Emily. She was fairly priced and put so much effort into planning our weekend. What stood out the most to me about her was her calm demeanor while also working incredibly efficiently. Her calmness helped me stay relaxed leading up the event and during the day of. If I asked her to do something she did it immediately with no follow up. She also has very intimate knowledge about Jackson and reputable vendors which was helpful for me as this was planned as a destination wedding. I would use Emily again in a heartbeat.

From the initial conversation I knew Emily was the right Wedding Planner for Carlos and I. Throughout the entire process she was very attentive, helped us stay on track, and had fun creative ideas to offer. After trying one Makeup Artist trial run and having a very bad experience, Emily found a couple more options and the latter ended up being absolutely perfect (Athena Suniga). She helped keep everyone organized from the pre-wedding details and to do's, the rehersal dinner practice, the Day Of itself and after the wedding - she worked so much and everything was absolutely perfect for us and our guests. We are extremely grateful and feel like we have a lifetime friend in Emily.

Emily is so great!! We hired her for day of coordinator but really she started helping pull our big day together a month out. We had a super long call and Emily was attentive to every detail. She started collecting tons of items prior to the wedding and made sure every single one showed up to the event from koozies to cowboy hats and napkins. Emily has wonderful ideas and I’m so grateful for her help. She is exceptionally kind (which is a huge bonus) but she is also organized and great at communicating with her clients. I am so glad the venue recommended her, and I highly recommend her to my friends and family!

Emily is a FANTASTIC wedding planner. 100% on top of things, always professional, cheerful, and just an all around great wedding planner. We found her a little over a year before the wedding and she was always on top of when we needed to get certain things done, without overwhelming us with everything at once. She knows tons of people in the Jackson Hole area and pays for herself with the deals she can find for you. Would highly recommend.

Emily and Kelsey were absolutely wonderful, and I could not have had the wedding I did without them. Not only was I the first of my siblings to get married, but we also had our ceremony and reception in my parents back yard! There are a lot of components when having a 140-person party in someone's home- because everything has to be brought in! Emily made sure I had gotten everything I needed before the event, and Kelsey as day-of coordinator was fantastic!! My mom was so anxious that things would slip through the cracks but absolutely nothing did! Emily and her team are so attentive to detail and are always there to suggest and help. We are very grateful for them, and I will be recommending them to any and everyone I know getting married here in Teton Valley!

Emily was FANTASTIC! She was easy to communicate with, kind, and helpful with all of our out-of-town questions. I would say she went above and beyond, accepting packages on our behalf, and letting us know what had arrived. She kept the day on schedule, and I didn’t notice any problems that might have come up the day of our wedding, if there were any. She did her thing in the background, and everything went great! We were thrilled to have her advice, planning and help the day of our wedding. I would highly recommend her!

Emily was the day of wedding planner for my daughter's wedding this summer. She was wonderful leading up to the rehearsal dinner. She had lots of great ideas for the wedding day and we loved them all. The night of the rehearsal I was a little worried because she seemed to not really know how to direct us and our practice was very casual and unorganized. This was our first wedding, so we needed her guidance. Then came the wedding day and it just went downhill. Several of the great idea that she suggested, she forgot to put in place when the venue was being set up. She forgot about the outside bar and the wine bottles on the tables, that she suggested. The most upsetting mistake of the night though was when I handed Emily the bride's bouquet and she said she would take care of it, which by the way the bouquet was made my her mother-in-law. Then when my daughter walked down the isle, she was without her bouquet. This was very upsetting to the bride once she realized it. Her mother-in-law, was also pretty hurt. When we asked Emily later about this, she said she was caught up in the "happiness". The rest of the night Emily had to be asked to take care of things several times and I had to make sure things were taken care during the night. I had to go find her sitting at a table in the back as well. When we emailed her after the wedding, she really didn't have much to say. She blamed it on us having "so much help that she didn't need to do as many things." She also said it was because it was her first wedding of the season. She supposedly has 12 years of experience, so I am not sure why that is an excuse. There were more things I could share, but I hope this gets my point across.

Emily and her team were awesome!! We had been in contact with her for years planning our special day through COVID postponement after postponement. Once the day finally came, she was perfect. My MOH mentioned that as soon as she spoke to me the day of, she could see the stress melt off of me knowing Emily had it covered. Of course the team performed exactly as planned but it was the little extras that really meant a lot…making sure I (the bride) kept hydrated on the hot day, passing around sunscreen to myself and the guests, and especially coming back to the bridal room after all the festivities and finding all the spare meals, desserts, and cake waiting for me. She just had it covered and everything looked beautiful.

As a Photographer, I can't stress enough how essential an experienced and friendly event planner is. Every couple needs someone like Emily to rely on for their wedding day.
