Annie truly made our wedding an unforgettable experience. In the weeks and days leading up to the wedding, everyone kept asking if I was stressed and I genuinely could say no becau...
se Annie took any potentially stressful situation off of my plate. Annie and her team made sure our wedding day was better than what we envisioned and made sure it was smooth, seamless, and completely stress free. I can't sing her praises more, and I would highly recommend her to anyone else getting married in the Reno/Tahoe area in the future. Thank you so much, Annie! We're so grateful to have had you help us on our special day.
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Annie as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in August 2025, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. She came hig...
hly recommended by our venue as someone who is easy to work with, adapts seamlessly to unexpected challenges, and collaborates wonderfully with the venue’s preferred vendors—and she exceeded every expectation.
From the start, Annie took initiative by stepping in as our main point of contact with vendors well before the wedding day. Her communication, problem-solving skills, and calm presence brought us so much peace of mind throughout the planning process. She also played a huge role in helping us bring our vision to life, especially when it came to the details of our décor.
On the wedding day itself, Annie went above and beyond. Knowing we were providing most of our own décor, she brought in additional support to make sure everything was set up beautifully and on time. The results were absolutely stunning.
We are endlessly grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care in ensuring our day was everything we dreamed of. We wholeheartedly recommend Annie to any couple looking for a coordinator who will go the extra mile to make their wedding day flawless.
Annie is an absolute joy to work with. We wanted to be involved and proactive in our own wedding planning, but didn’t know where to start or how to keep ourselves on track, so goin...
g with Annie’s Day-of/Month-Of Coordination services worked perfectly. She got us started on our planning journey with useful tips, timelines, and planning tools, and she was available whenever we needed to pick her brain as we worked our way through the process.
When it came down to the month-of/week-of, Annie stepped in and executed on everything we’d planned for seamlessly. We had full trust in her ability to handle all of the craziness and myriad of detailed things that needed doing during those last few weeks. The weight she took off of our shoulders was massive. We hosted a double wedding (both a western and Hindu wedding in one weekend). Annie was open-minded, curious, and flexible when it came to the Hindu wedding, working closely with our family to make sure everything transitioned smoothly from the western ceremony/reception the night before and coordinating with all of the different vendors for both days.
We also had some bad weather on our wedding night and had to move everything indoors. We made the call only an hour before the ceremony began, but Annie pulled it off and no one even knew there’d been a change, it was that smooth!
Throughout our experience working with Annie, she was patient, proactive, communicative, caring, friendly, and highly professional… just an absolute dream! Thank you so much, Annie, for helping make our wedding weekend better than we could have ever imagined!!
It has been about a week since our magical wedding day and we are still on cloud nine! I can not say enough wonderful things about Annie and everything she did to ensure our day wa...
s everything we ever dreamed of. From the very first email exchange, Annie was so so easy to talk to and to work with. It was very clear how knowledgeable she was in the wedding industry and since our Tahoe wedding was a destination for us, it was invaluable to have her on our team as we navigated the ins and outs of Reno/Tahoe wedding planning. We hired Annie as a month of coordinator but she was immediately available for any question I had as soon as she joined our vendor team. Not only that, but any time I had a question, she was so punctually responsive! Most of the time she would get back to me with helpful and thorough answers to my questions and often additional insightful advice within 10-30 minutes. Since I’ve never planned a wedding before, I didn’t know what I didn’t know and I was nervous I would miss steps or details or just not know how to make my vision come to life, but Annie was able to ease all of my worries and give me the best advice and recommendations throughout the entire process. She also offered many different a la carte services we could chose to add on to our month of coordination package which I thought was a great way to get a little extra help from her here and there but only where you needed it! We had her help us put together a vision board and it was instrumental in helping me truly bring my wedding concept to life! When it came to the big day, Annie was there every step of the way to make sure everything ran smoothly which meant that I got to spend my day simply enjoying my husband, my friends and family, and the magical party I spent over a year putting together. The benefit of this can not be overstated. I absolutely recognize how much work is needed to coordinate vendor arrivals, decorate, setup, maintain a timeline, and everything else that is logistically necessary to make a wedding happen. It was just so fantastic to know that all of that was in the best hands and I could just focus on having the most magnificent day ever! Annie was the most important and worthwhile vendor I hired for our day, hands down and I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to plan and then fully enjoy their perfect day! Thank you so so much, Annie!!
Annie was so helpful for me and my wife. Having her as our Month-of Coordinator really helped us enjoy our wedding day, rather than worry about small details and vendor management....
I would highly recommend her services to anyone considering a Coordinator. She has also already worked with many of the local vendors which makes vendor handoff even easier.
I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Annie for her hard work and determination to make sure our wedding was everything we hoped for. She’s a great communicator, has an aweso...
me and sweet personality, and she’s on top of everything! We felt her genuine desire to help us, and it’s easy to see how much she enjoys what she does. I felt so at peace on my wedding day because I knew I could count on her to make sure everything was organized and executed smoothly! We had such a wonderful time at our wedding and we honestly couldn’t have pulled it off without her! I highly recommend Annie as your wedding planner. I promise you won’t regret it! Thank you so much Annie! We will be forever grateful! :)
If you’re thinking about hiring Annie… DO IT!
I can’t even wrap my head around how much Annie helped us with our dream day. We threw curveballs, crazy ideas, and even some panic a...
ttacks Annie’s way and she handled everything with grace, professionalism, and a let’s do it type of attitude. The planning felt smooth, the set up and takedown felt smooth, all for to the wedding day to roll as smooth as possible. Our goal for hiring Annie was to not have to worry about the little details, show up on the wedding day, have the best time ever, and leave knowing everything else was taken care of. Annie smashed that goal out of the park! It was more than we ever could’ve imagined.
When we think back on our wedding day and remember how amazing it was, we’ll always remember Annie as the ringleader of it all. We would’ve been lost without her!
We wanted to have our wedding in Tahoe to make it easier for our families to get to (we live on the east coast) but beyond a vague vision knew very little about the wedding process...
or what we wanted. We got the most special day of our lives, and it was all thanks to Annie. Going above and beyond doesn’t even begin to cover it. Annie is a consummate professional and was exceptionally communicative and willing to work around our work schedules and the time difference to set up zoom calls to decide on venue, vendors, decor, and all the other little things that go into a wedding. She would reach out to prospective vendors and provide us their quotes and insider knowledge if she had worked with them before, which was invaluable since we were not local to the Reno/Tahoe area. She even ordered and brought all of our decor to the venue, another huge weight off of our shoulders as we were flying in!
On our wedding day itself, we didn’t have to worry about anything. Annie made sure everything flowed smoothly, from coordinating with all the vendors, to managing the transitions between ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, to making sure that we could eat the food we had been looking forward to for so long by getting our plates for us first. Even when we took first look pictures outside and my dress’s train got slightly dirty, Annie was prepared with cleaning wipes to make it look clean again before the ceremony! We were able to enjoy the day without stressing and could focus on having a great time with our loved ones.
Even beyond how great at her job she is, she’s a fun person with a great attitude and we had a wonderful time on all of our many zoom calls with her, and of course on our wedding day. If you’re looking for an amazing planner who will make both the planning process and your wedding day fun and stress-free, we truly cannot recommend Annie highly enough. We could not have done this without her and we are so, so grateful that we were able to have her as our planner/coordinator.

y! I also forgot to finish a piece of decor, and she took care of it without me having to ask! She even did our rehearsal, which made the big day run so smooth.
I also had specific decor, to which Annie went above and beyond setting up beautifully.
Thank you so much, Annie! Our wedding was magically perfect.
Annie, our wedding day coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with! From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, she showcased her exceptional organizational skills...
and proved to be a true professional. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Annie was her vast array of resources readily available to assist us throughout the planning process. Communication with Annie was a breeze as well. She was incredibly responsive to all our queries and concerns, which was immensely reassuring during the sometimes overwhelming wedding planning phase. It felt like she was always just an email or phone call away, and she never left us waiting for answers.
As the big day approached, Annie took charge and executed everything with impeccable timing. Exactly 30 days before the wedding, she reached out to all our vendors and ensured that everyone was on the same page.
Additionally, Annie's presence during our rehearsal was an absolute game-changer. Her guidance and organizational skills turned what could have been a chaotic run-through into a seamless and enjoyable experience. We cannot stress enough how invaluable it was to have her there to lead the way.
The day of our wedding was simply magical, and we owe much of that to Annie's expertise and dedication. She collaborated closely with our photographer to devise a well-structured schedule, ensuring that every moment was captured beautifully. Thanks to her meticulous planning, the day ran like clockwork, and we were able to focus on cherishing every moment with our loved ones.
Annie is not just an outstanding wedding coordinator; she is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure her clients' happiness. Her organizational prowess, resourcefulness, responsiveness, and calm demeanor are second to none. Thanks to her, our wedding day was an absolute dream come true, and we cannot recommend her services enough. If you're looking for a coordinator who will make your special day unforgettable and stress-free, Annie is the one to choose.
Annie was an absolute dream to work with! Planning a wedding from across the country sounded so stressful at first, but having Annie there along the way was such a huge lifesaver. ...
No one could believe how calm I was the week leading up to the wedding, but I told them it was all because of Annie! She was so organized and communicative throughout the entire process and found us the most incredible team of vendors that made our wedding the perfect day. Every time I had a question, Annie would immediately work to get me an answer. I’ve never met someone that can get so much accomplished while still being the kindness person alive. Our wedding was more than we could have ever hoped for and Annie made that all possible! We could not recommend her enough to anyone looking for some guidance and support as they plan their dream wedding.

y decorations, deciding on plates, linens and so much more. I didn’t have to stress about the little details. She did month of coordination and helped make sure that all my vendors knew what was happening and helped keep everyone on the same page. She made my wedding day a dream come true! I didn’t have to stress or worry about any of the decorations being in the right place or about any of the vendors not knowing what to do and she made the timeline perfectly so I didn’t feel rushed. I would 100% recommend Annie for any part of the wedding planning process. She helped keep me sane and made my wedding day the best experience ever!

ocess out of town. I needed someone in Reno to help coordinate and meet with vendors if needed. Annie is exceptional at organizing and communicating. She contacts all the vendors and provides options regarding price. Our venue went out of business 2 months before our wedding, and we swiftly found a new venue and transferred all our needs to the new site. She provided decorations and signs. She made the seating chart and place cards. She was there the entire evening and made sure all we had to do was have fun. My husband and I truly cannot thank her enough. Her price is extremely reasonable and honestly lower than she deserves. THANKS ANNIE!!
We hired Annie as our Day-Of Coordinator along with event set up and tear down. I could not speak more highly of Annie - she helped answer any questions we had during our planning ...
process (and answered us super quickly!) and offered great advice. A month out from the event, Annie reached out to all of our vendors to coordinate arrival/departure times and created a timeline for our day. This helped take so much stress off of my husband and I in those final weeks of planning, and I will be forever grateful for this! Annie was professional, kind, and was a calming presence/did a fantastic job of taking care of any small setbacks or timeline shifts the day of our wedding. The venue was all set up well before the event (we could only get into our venue at a certain time the day of the wedding, so having Annie set up was crucial) and we were all torn down quickly after the event was over. I would hire Annie over and over again and recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner or other planner. Thank you again, Annie! We couldn't have done it without you!

questions. She was always quick to respond and there for me whenever I stressed about the little things or needed assistance with something (finding decor, reaching out to other vendors, etc). When the month before our wedding came around, she reached out to all our vendors, created a timeline that worked perfectly, and communicated with us every step of the way. Our wedding went perfectly and it wouldn't have been possible without Annie! She made sure the day ran smoothly, kept the other vendors on track, set up our decor exactly how we envisioned it, and checked in on us throughout the day. I highly recommend hiring her for your big day, she will help in every way she can and ease the stress of wedding planning while making all your dream wedding visions come to life.

nd was able to work with my budget. Annie created my center pieces that were made from fresh roses, that came out so stunning. She also made me a beautiful bouquet; for when i walked down the aisle. She decorated our rented wooden tables with a beautiful burgundy table runner and garlands. I really appreciated that she made me a timeline just to stay more organized the day of my wedding. I also wanted to thank her fiance Connor for being our photographer📸 and capturing every single detail of my wedding. I would 100% recommend Annie as a wedding planner and Connor as a photographer.
