We hired Sara for the "day of coordination" for our wedding 7/14/24 and had a great experience! She provided a lot more then day of help - Sara met with me over zoom 1x per week for the 4 weeks leading up the wedding, created a detailed timeline for the whole day, made sure to understand my set up vision, took over corresponding with my vendors, and just generally was around for any random questions or odds and ends in final phase. On the day of she was professional, friendly, and attentive. She helped with the set up, sticking to timeline, giving out tips, and generally was always working the background keeping her distance just enough so we could fully enjoy the day but I could find her if I needed anything. It was important to me to not have to think about much on the day of and Sara certainly helped me achieve that goal! I would definitely recommend her service.

Sara was an incredible help while I was planning my backyard wedding, taking a huge load of stress off my shoulders. She handled all the little details that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. The day went by so beautifully, and she was always there, making sure everything ran smoothly. I absolutely loved how my wedding turned out, and thanks to her, I felt much less stressed throughout the whole process. We loved working with Sara. She’s organized and she thinks of everything. All communication leading up to the day was easy, and she had all of our vendors lined up and ready to go. Sara was absolutely incredible! Our vow renewal went so perfectly thanks to her careful planning and guidance. She asked us great questions and helped us think of every detail during the month leading up to our event. She was so helpful in checking in with our vendors. Once I introduced her to each vendor, she connected with them and took care of all the details and coordination and I didn’t have to worry about it - such a huge help and relief! I seriously cannot recommend Sara enough!! We had an intimate backyard wedding at my in laws house and decided to hire Sara for the month of planning services. I wanted my in laws to enjoy the day and to not feel like they’re hosting, and Sara took such a weight off our shoulders. I was able to get my hair and makeup done at the hotel room and not worry about the decorations getting set up right or leaving someone else to handle the vendors. Throughout the entire time planning process she eased our stress and made us feel so comfortable, we seriously had the most perfect day thanks to her! Sara was phenomenal! My husband and I had less than 6 months to plan a small, 30-person wedding. Despite the small size, we had two venues and many needy guests. Sara was instrumental in coordinating everything to get us over the finish line, especially since we were working with informal connections and very few formal vendors. Most importantly, she handled everything from schedule, to guest emotional outburst management, to babysitting toddlers, to weather adjustments throughout the big day. She made the day run without a hitch so I didn't have to focus on anything other than making memories! Best price for the best service in town :)

We loved working with Sara! She kept us very organized at every step. She is very professional and really listened to our wants and needs. On our wedding day Sara was there to keep everything organized and on schedule which was so helpful for us. Leading up to the wedding we had weekly zoom calls to go over all of the little details that made our day so special. Sara was an absolute all-star!! We were admittedly a bit stressed on the days leading up to our big weekend and Sara helped make sure everything ran incredibly smoothly. She was excellent interacting with every vendor and anyone wedding adjacent associated with logistics. There was no task too big or small that Sara wasn't able to take ownership of so we be fully present to enjoy every moment of our wedding. Many friends said that "something will go wrong" during the wedding and to stay calm - I can honestly say that we DID NOT have any of those moments during our wedding and Sara was a HUGE part of the reason why. We can't recommend Sara highly enough!! She will go above and beyond and help make your wedding exceed your wildest dreams!!

We used Sara for our "Month of Coordination" and she was so worth it. We weren't going to use a wedding planner but she helped us stay in track and helped us pace ourself through all of the things that needed to get done the month of a wedding. My entire (very small) bridal party lives out of state and Sara was kind enough to join me at my final bridal fitting and learned how to bustle my dress. On the day of she decorated our venue and managed all of the vendors which prevented a lot of stress on the day of our special day. We would 100% recommend using Sara for your wedding.

She dove right in the day of the ceremony (5/4/24) and she took charge of all aspects. If there were any problems or issues we were totally unaware. She handled everything. Thank you Sara!

We hired Sara to help coordinate our wedding day (more like wedding month) and she was AMAZING. From day one of meeting her, she was professional, kind, savvy, and thought of all the small, important details I wouldn’t have remembered myself. Sara was a joy to work with, and we're so grateful to have had her as our month-of wedding planner. Sara went above and beyond supporting us the month of our wedding. She was a big participant in weekly Zoom meetings with us, our parents, the catering company... and more individuals on our wedding team. She was available via email, text, and phone call whenever we needed her help, and she was extremely responsive when changes came up. Sara was super willing to dive into our project management software and use it to create her own itinerary which she made accessible for all individuals involved in the wedding. She jumped right in and took over the communication with vendors. Even more importantly, Sara brought a calm and organized energy into our wedding celebration, exactly what we hoped for in our wedding planner. She surpassed our expectations in making our celebration go seamlessly, and we were able to fully enjoy our day and be totally present because Sara handled everything for us! I would highly, highly recommend Sara to anyone looking for help in their planning process. I was definitely the type of bride who thought she could do it all and had it all organized ;) and I am SO happy we decided to bring Sara on a few months before our wedding. I hired Sara as a month of planner for my wedding! It was a unique venue because it was at a family property, so vendors were doing everything to turn it into a wedding venue. Sara got in touch with vendors, made a timeline and came to visit the property so she knew what she was dealing with. She thought of things that I didn’t and really kept everything moving smoothly! The day of I was not worried about a thing because I knew she had it all handled. She was seriously there for whatever I needed! Sara was amazing and I would recommend her to everyone!!

Sara is fantastic at what she does. I had her plan my bachelorette party to Charleston, South Carolina. She got to know my likes and interests and asked about what others in the party would like to see and do. She had all the reservations and activities scheduled. The day before departure, a hurricane was headed straight to Charleston. It did not faze Sara. She planned an entire weekend in another city without hesitation. She came up with things to do and see and you never would have known that it was not the original destination. It was a wonderful time. She’s a true professional. I also had Sara plan my bridal shower. She took the theme that I liked and executed it beautifully. She took input and suggestions from my mom and created a wonderful event. The menu was perfect and fit a garden tea theme. She handled the day of and worked with the restaurant and guests. I did not have to be involved at all. I had told her I didn’t want to play any games at my shower, and she helped make that happen for me. She also was super organized while opening presents and helped make the thank note process easy. Overall, having Sara plan an event for you takes the stress out of the event. You simply do not have to worry about a thing!

Sara planned not one but two bachelorette parties for me. Initially, she organized a fantastic weekend in Newport, RI, arranging a full weekend of activities for a large group, including attending the Newport Folk Festival. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the weekend had to be canceled. Sara took care of all the logistics of canceling everything and getting everyone their refunds. Once things opened again, she planned a more intimate bachelorette weekend in Boston. Sara arranged for a yacht with a captain and crew to take us around the Boston Harbor Islands. She also organized brunch and a spa day. It was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. As stressful and uncertain as everything was during Covid, if it weren’t for Sara and her stellar organization and management, I would not have even done a bachelorette party. She listened to all my ideas, dialed into what was most important, took feedback and suggestions from all the ladies on the trip, balanced many personalities, and made it easy for everybody.

Sara was exceptional land made my bachelorette weekend one to remember. She took all of my preferences and tailored the weekend to fit my personality. She came up with many different and fun ideas for us to do in the Hudson Valley. We had a big group, with girls living all over the east coast, which made it more complicated to plan with many moving parts, but thanks to Sara the weekend went smoothly. The itinerary was perfect, and she even built in time for all of us to recharge. Thanks to her, all of the girls had an amazing experience. Sara was incredible to work with from her prompt response time to incredible execution. She made my bachelorette party extra special.
