Sara planned not one but two bachelorette parties for me. Initially, she organized a fantastic weekend in Newport, RI, arranging a full weekend of activities for a large group, including attending the Newport Folk Festival. Unfortunately, due t...

o Covid, the weekend had to be canceled. Sara took care of all the logistics of canceling everything and getting everyone their refunds. Once things opened again, she planned a more intimate bachelorette weekend in Boston. Sara arranged for a yacht with a captain and crew to take us around the Boston Harbor Islands. She also organized brunch and a spa day. It was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. As stressful and uncertain as everything was during Covid, if it weren’t for Sara and her stellar organization and management, I would not have even done a bachelorette party. She listened to all my ideas, dialed into what was most important, took feedback and suggestions from all the ladies on the trip, balanced many personalities, and made it easy for everybody.

group, with girls living all over the east coast, which made it more complicated to plan with many moving parts, but thanks to Sara the weekend went smoothly. The itinerary was perfect, and she even built in time for all of us to recharge. Thanks to her, all of the girls had an amazing experience. Sara was incredible to work with from her prompt response time to incredible execution. She made my bachelorette party extra special.

She is an extremely organized and detail-oriented person, just the person you want researching and planning your event or trip. In addition to planning events, she has also been on the other side as a bridesmaid over 10 times which allows her to have a unique perspective on the bridal party dynamics. She can help with every step of the process from the engagement party to the day of coordination to the honeymoon.
