Event Rents Colorado

We used Event Rents for our wedding dishes. The dishes were beautiful, affordable, and the pickup and drop off process was completely painless. We will be recommending event rents to all our friends that are or will be wedding planning.

We were highly satisfied with the service from Event Rents for our wedding. Opting to pick up and return all rentals ourselves allowed us to save on costs, and the process was smooth and convenient. The linens, plates, silverware, and napkins we rented were of excellent quality, and Event Rents' efficient service played a significant role in the success of our special day. Their attention to detail and flexibility made the rental process stress-free, and we would gladly recommend them to others seeking reliable and cost-effective event rentals.

We had to use Event Rents with our venue, and everything turned out great!! Communication was a little rocky at the beginning but they were extremely helpful as the wedding got closer, and everything turned out perfectly! Pretty smooth process overall and they had a decent selection of linens, plates and utensils. We were able to make our vision come to life with what they provided. Overall good experience!

We used Event Rents for our recent wedding. While they have a large inventory for linens, china, glassware, and silverware, we had a less than stellar experience with them due to disorganization on their end. I completed a walk-through in their warehouse a year prior to my wedding (in October of 2021 - wedding was November of 2022). Once I carefully selected all of my items, I was informed that they would take care of everything and send what I had chosen over to my caterer, who would then send me an updated invoice to reserve my items for my wedding date. Long-story short: I found out in September of 2022 (less than 2-months before our wedding day) that Event Rents had never sent anything over to our caterer (so all of my selections were not locked in for our date and could potentially be unavailable). In addition to this, when my caterer went back to ask Event Rents for my selections, they not written or taken note of anything that I had chosen, so it was not currently on file. They had nothing in their system of what I had picked out, so it was essentially like I had never even been there before. Luckily, my caterer was able to fix the problem when I sent over my own photos that I had taken myself of the place settings (by matching them up), but it was incredibly stressful and frustrating to deal with to say the least.

We used Event Rents for our wedding day linens and place settings. Everything was gorgeous! I could not be there in person when looking at rentals, but they worked with our wedding coordinator locally and I was able to be a part of the process via Facetime. The process was easy and they were flexible as we had to make several adjustments. Thank you Event Rents for helping make our wedding day stunning!

Event Rents was very easy and fun to work with for our Oct '22 wedding. They offer a wide variety of rental options and will work closely with you and your vendors to get everything you need for your event. We worked with Paige at the consultation who was fun to work with and was very helpful in determining what we wanted for our table settings. They are a reputable company for a reason and you will be headed the right direction selecting them as your rental vendor.

Can't say enough wonderful things about Event Rents. When I started planning rentals for my wedding in Buena Vista, I was crushed to find out another rental company didn't have the plates I was looking for. I was going to settle for something else that I didn't love as much but Event Rents moved mountains with my wedding coordinator to find the plates I wanted. I was thrilled and the table decor on my wedding day was just as I had envisioned. The team was super easy to work with and very accommodating of any question or need. Definitely recommend them for any wedding day rental needs! They're the best!

I rented from Event Rents in Denver and it was such an easy and fun process. I was worried I would had a hard time deciding what I wanted but I was able to go visit their warehouse and the entire process took maybe an hour? It was super organized and I was able to see multiple settings which made it easy for me to make decisions. They really just let you go and play around! There were no issues with set up or delivery and everyone is still raving about the decor at my wedding. It all came together beautifully!

We rented from Event Rents Vail/Aspen for our June 2022 wedding in Carbondale. I visited their warehouse in Englewood in December to pick out what I wanted for our reception space — tables, chairs, linens, plates, utensils, glasses, etc. I was pleased with the selection and was able to make all of the rental decisions with my planners right there in the warehouse, in under an hour. Given how long so many wedding decisions take, this was a relief! I opted for the farmhouse tables, wooden cross-backed chairs, no chargers ("that's like setting money on fire," my planner said — and I agree), blue goblets, blue velvet napkins, and gold cutlery. It all came together beautifully and I don't think I would've made those selections if not for the ability to go in person and see it all come together. The Event Rents delivery truck arrived and got right to work the day before my wedding, and everything was great! The only thing is we ended up with 6-inch and 8-inch plates (dessert and salad plates basically) instead of 8-inch and 10-inch plates (salad and entree plates). It was an error and oversight on mine and my planners' parts, but I feel like Event Rents should have caught that and questioned it. Anyway, it all worked out and I was very pleased with the quality, price and service we received.

We had the most wonderful experience working with Paige and the rest of her team at Event Rents! They exuded professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from start to finish, and they executed our vision perfectly. We couldn't recommend working with them any more highly.

I have worked with EVERY rental company in Colorado. Event Rents is by far the best company to work with. Typically the other companies have missed items in our order, and will refuse to make things right for our clients. Event Rents nearly every time gets our order right & if they missed something by accident will fix things immediately for our clients. I love working with David, Cody, & Paige in the office. They are so kind, and have even fixed my mistakes at times, or willing to change the order when the client changes their mind. They always go above & beyond to make the events go smoothly. There is a reason they are on so many venue's preferred list as the only rental company listed.

They are adequate. They have your basic rentals for a wedding at good prices. I personally think their table linens and napkins were lacking. They seem to have a lot, but a lot of what they have isn’t very nice or the color is off. We made it work, but I would have preferred something other than what they had available, but it ultimately wasn’t worth the money to ship something from a linen company to us. Also, they brought the wrong colored table runners the day-of, but they refunded us for the error. Also, we didn’t get a charger because a lot of their options were plastic or didn’t look good with our plates.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the Event Rents staff and quality of rentals you receive. When I got engaged, I knew my rentals HAD to come from Event Rents. As a wedding planner, I have had experience with many different rental companies, and Event Rents always stands out as the best. Their staff was responsive and very helpful in working with me to secure rentals that helped me create the look and guest experience we wanted, especially Scott M. The rentals we received were great quality and in good shape and the delivery crew was professional and went above and beyond to ensure the chandeliers were hung perfectly! Event Rents gave us the perfect finishing touches to the decor at our wedding reception dining tables! We ordered royal blue table runners and linen napkins to add a touch of our wedding colors at each place setting, which turned out beautifully. I would like to give a special shoutout to Mike Wheeler! Mike was amazing to work with - he was always attentive, responsive, and personable, and made sure we were happy with the items we ordered. We were also pleased that the day after our wedding, Event Rents picked up our rentals from our venue for no additional charge due to an event they had at our venue the following day! Use Event Rents for your event and you will have just as special an experience!

We chose Event Rents for our rentals because it was a required vendor for our venue (Spruce Mountain Ranch). Because of this, we knew that they would be trustworthy, reliable, and high quality. We scheduled an appointment to come to the show room to pick out our rentals. They have a large showroom with every possible rental item and color to see. We started in our own separate room to pick our tablecloth. Once you pick your material, then you can pick your color. They are very upfront about the pricing and showing you the next steps up or down. They have a sample table and place everything that you end up choosing on the table to help you pick what you like best and see your vision. Next was the napkin color. They have drawers full of plates and silverware to choose from. They have lots of shelves to choose your water goblets. They also show you a few different napkin folding styles (who knew that was such a small detail that you have to make a decision for!) We worked with Ashtyn this day and she was helpful and friendly in answering our questions. She put together our quote for us and emailed us. Luckily, they work super close with Rocky Mountain Catering (our caterer) so our event manager for RMC had access to and could change our quote/order for us to make things a lot easier. When we had questions about our order or wanted to change something, we emailed and Mike responded quickly to our questions over email and calling. Know that there are a few things that you don’t plan for when you budget for your rentals. Not only do you have to have enough linens for your guest tables (and make sure you have the right size of the tables at the venue) but also for your catering tables, DJ table, and cocktail tables (luckily the caterer knows these table sizes and how many there are/need to be). If you want your cocktail tables to have a pop of color and be cinched, then you need to order chair sashes. We loved the natural chairs at our venue so we didn’t need to order chair covers or chair sashes. The damage waiver is an extra added cost. It is one of those things were you are kind of forced into, because you don’t know if spilling some candle wax on the tablecloth will have you paying more than the damage waiver itself, and it’s just safer to pay it up front and cover yourself from any problems. The same goes for delivery and pickup. You are able to pick it up yourself, but know that it is quite a lot of items, many of them breakable, and what happens when the items are dirty at the end of the night. Therefore it saves a lot of headache when you don’t have to even touch the rentals as they are seamlessly delivered and picked up for you. They have a nice online sign and pay system making it easy to pay, however it wasn’t working for me for some reason, so they were able to process my payment over the phone for me, which was helpful. Overall, there are loads and loads of choices and budget to play with here. I would recommend them for a seamless, high quality rental experience.

As a planner, I’ve worked with event rents for the last 7 years. So when it was time for my wedding day, I knew exactly who to call. They are SO reliable, on time, everything with the order is always accurate, they are easy to work with, have a huge team to back them that are friendly and responsive (especially Mike, Maria or anyone you get) and have high quality items. My wedding venue was in the middle of nowhere and they came out for a site tour to ensure that everything ran smoothly. HIGHLY recommend!! Event rents is super professional, has tons of options and is so easy to work with. They will drop everything off, pick it up, and set up certain items (like chandeliers). They were great to work with and made the day stress free and easy.

Easy to work with, lots of great affordable rentals to choice from. Loved they way everything turned out. Our catering company, Rocky Mountain Catering, handled all the coordination with the rentals and was extremely hassle free.

Not a whole lot of options for blush and pinks, had an odd selection. Would avoid them if you can.

We rented the Rustic 5' Rounds, Rustic Cocktail Table, and the Rose Gold Elio Chairs for our wedding. These items were absolutely perfect for our big day! They were on time, very professional, and the rentals were fantastic! Thank you!!

We utilized Event Rents for our table and place settings for our wedding at Villa Parker. They had a wide selection and their studio in Centennial was great because we could actually visually test out options to see what we wanted. They worked with us to ensure we stayed within budget and were helpful in explaining delivery and logistics of the items ordered. They delivered very early the day of the wedding so we did not need to stress about that. The one cautionary thing we will say is that we gave our final guest count and there are really things you don’t think about; had we not had the support of our wedding planner at Villa we would have likely ended up with more quantities of certain things we didn’t need. Our wedding planner saved us nearly $200 the week of the wedding cutting down our list of quantities/needs. So make sure you review your numbers carefully; and include vendors when thinking about things like plates/glasses/silverware/napkins. Overall a good experience; simple and not stressful. We enjoyed our experience with Event Rents and appreciate their service.

For the past 6 years I have consistently used Event Rents for my rental needs. The quality of their product is 100% and they are always updating their rental items with new and trending items. Their customer service is by far the best. They saved one my wedding by delivering items unexpectedly and with no issues at all. You can call them and they will do their absolute best to solve any problem. They are my absolute favorite rental company and I will continue to use them in the years to come.

I loved that this rental company worked along side my caterer and that I didn't have to be in contact with them hardly at all. The caterer and I discussed what I would need, I picked out colors and that was that! It all showed up in time and looked fantastic!!!

The Event Rents Team was always super helpful and professional and helped to make the venue even more classy for our wedding. Their service and flexibility was amazing. I would totally use them again, even if it was a birthday party or a company party. I can't say one bad thing about them. They are wonderful!

This process was seamless. I literally went into a room, picked out everything I wanted and an order was put together for me. While they are on the average side of price, I was fully happy with their services and rentals for my big day.

I was able to find linens in the exact wedding colors and make a last minute order. They even delivered everything to the venue at a discounted rate since I was on a tight budget. Great working with Mike and the team at Event Rents!

Even though we did not have a choice in rental vendors, Event Rents worked within our budget and provided quality linens. They had our colors in different textures to allow us to make our personality show. In order to help with costs, they did let us pick up the rentals, and didn't require a delivery fee.

Mike Wheeler of Event Rents was an excellent help in planning our wedding! He was extremely patient with emailing back and forth. We live out-of-state and were able to visit the beautiful showroom during one of our visits! We got to few their products and make decisions on what dinner wear and glass wear we were using! They have the highest quality of dishes and glasses. We were very pleased! They delivered everything on time and it all added so much personalization to our wedding! Their prices are reasonable and you can customize any event to your needs with their wide selections!

We used Event Rents for our wedding and they were very nice to work with. They have a large linen selection in any color you can imagine. We went to their showroom to pick out our linens and china and I wish they would have had a book with pictures of table ideas, etc. I had no idea what I wanted so seeing some ideas would have helped. Also, make sure you know who you're supposed to rent what from, we had a mix up between event rents and our venue. Other than that, they are reasonably priced so I would definitely recommend them.

My colors were fall colors and the linens we rented were gorgeous. They captured the feeling of fall and were reasonably priced. Just make sure to get the separate price from your caterer if your caterer uses event rents. They didn't separate it out so when we got home from our honeymoon we had a nice surprise in our mail box (whoops). I thought it was included in the catering price but it was separate, so make sure to make that connection. Other than that, they were great!

I rented some table overlays and a "wooden" lattice arch for use during our ceremony. The overlays were very pretty but the arch was nothing as promised. It was not wood, but cheap thin vinyl. It was a windy day, as it often is in colorado, and the arch was bending a swaying back and forth during our cereomony, so much that the guests were laughing. Event rents also did not even set up the arch, they just dropped it off at the venue in the lobby without out even telling anyone, even the venue manager. And that is after charging a "delivery and setup" fee. By the time I realized how crappy the arch was, it was too late to do anything about it. It was so junky that we it could barely support a floral swag that we wanted to attach to it. I was very dissapointed, all I could see during my ceremony video is the arch looking like its going to fall down any moment behind us. Guess it's my fault for not getting pictures of the arch first.

I was actually going to go with a different company that was a little less expensive but I liked the selection at Event Rents better. When I told them that I was considering using the other company they agreed to match their prices to keep my business and I ended up with the best of both worlds. The color I wanted at the price I wanted to pay!

Event rents works solely with caterers and venues, if you have one, to make the experience very effortless. I was able to tell my caterer exacty what linens and extras we needed and he easily ordered them through event rents. The only time we had to work with them is when they verified the order and we paid them! Everything we received for the wedding was perfect, just the way it was described and promised. The price was completely acceptable.

Our caterers primarily work with them and they know how to get the job done. They set up quickly, took down quickly and quietly and voila! They have a great selection and can easily make last minute changes to the order.
