Event Style

We went with Bash Rentals because they worked the best with our budget. The woman in change gave us a really good deal on the linens we rented. I was in contact with them a lot and up until the day before the wedding we had everything lined up with when and where everything would be delivered. The linens and backdrop was supposed to be dropped off at our venue at 7:30am. Didn't get ahold of them until after 8:30am. They claimed they hit a deer and that they would be there in a little bit. Over a hour and a half later they still hadn't showed up. After 2 hours she dropped off one tote with around 8 linens in it. We had over 40 tables to cover. Our set up time was supposed to take about 3 hrs. It took us over 6 hours to get it all done because they had to come 5 different times to drop off stuff. We were standing around all day waiting for them to drop stuff off. They wouldn't answer calls and kept saying they were on their way when they weren't. I was told I would be receiving a refund for the inconvenience and it's been almost a month since our wedding and we haven't reviewed a dime! I have been emailing them daily about it and they won't even email me back! Very unprofessional and ridiculous! I would not go through this vendor! Decorating was a nightmare because I didn't know if I was going to even get everything we had paid for. Also some of the linens we got smelled like smoke. Which we are guessing was due from the lady that dropped them off smelled like a cigarette. Don't use this vendor! They are horrible! I would have given them no stars if I could! Pay a little more for better service!
