with when and where everything would be delivered.
The linens and backdrop was supposed to be dropped off at our venue at 7:30am. Didn't get ahold of them until after 8:30am. They claimed they hit a deer and that they would be there in a little bit. Over a hour and a half later they still hadn't showed up. After 2 hours she dropped off one tote with around 8 linens in it. We had over 40 tables to cover.
Our set up time was supposed to take about 3 hrs. It took us over 6 hours to get it all done because they had to come 5 different times to drop off stuff. We were standing around all day waiting for them to drop stuff off. They wouldn't answer calls and kept saying they were on their way when they weren't.
I was told I would be receiving a refund for the inconvenience and it's been almost a month since our wedding and we haven't reviewed a dime! I have been emailing them daily about it and they won't even email me back! Very unprofessional and ridiculous! I would not go through this vendor! Decorating was a nightmare because I didn't know if I was going to even get everything we had paid for.
Also some of the linens we got smelled like smoke. Which we are guessing was due from the lady that dropped them off smelled like a cigarette. Don't use this vendor! They are horrible!
I would have given them no stars if I could! Pay a little more for better service!

emails with them. I always had to ask for the person I worked with the previous time. Also, the shop is only open by appointment. One of my emails I received from them was saying that my amount was due immediately and they still didn't have my order right. Nor had I signed a contract or anything. Two days before my wedding we had some flooding that went on near them and after having my order for many months they had to push my time back by a half hour because "the flooding pushed them back from getting my stuff from the warehouse" and they also had to ask what kind of tables I had after I had told them multiple times in store. She always just wrote down what I needed on a sticky note and then would lose it. I don't think their prices are bad just the organization of the whole business. I am a hairstylist and if I simply forgot multiple times what I was doing for a guest I wokld get a bad review as well. Hopefully this is a learning experience.
