Kris Marie was amazing! She took over like the professional that she is; this allowed us to enjoy the day knowing that all details were taken care of by her. I highly recommend Eventful Days.

We hired Kristin from Eventful Days for partial planning and let me tell you, her services are invaluable! Kristin is attentive to detail, sympathetic to your wants and honestly, just gets sh*t done. She has an amazing personality and ensured our day went effortlessly and seamlessly without any bumps in the road. During the planning process she provided guidance to help us execute exactly what we wanted and assisted with onboarding the dream team of vendors to help make our day come to life. Her relationship with vendors in the industry helped ensure we got the best quality of services for the price we paid. My husband and I were so calm even in the days leading up to the wedding that people would actually say “wow you guys are so calm” and I would always reply “because of Kristin!” She is not an alarmist and there was no issue that arose that she didn’t quickly come up with a solution for. I cannot speak highly enough of Kristin and her team!

Look no further for a wedding coordinator team! Kristin and her team literally saved my wedding. I initially hired a coordinator who was a preferred vendor at my venue. The old coordinator never checked in with me, was not responsive to my emails for a week + at a time, and never completed tasks she took on. Two weeks before my wedding, I had to fire my old coordinator and was in a panic. Kristin was referred to me by a friend, whose wedding I actually attended, and she graciously took me on as a client last minute. Kristin went to work right away, sending me useful information, and touching base to see what was left to do (there was quite a bit). She constantly stayed in communication with me, unlike my previous coordinator. Kristin assigned Sabrina and Avita, as my wedding day coordinator team. They all saved my special day! Sabrina attended my walkthrough with me, with less than a week's notice after I hired Eventful-Days, and managed set-up at the venue. Avita helped me with getting ready and even transported myself and my family to take photos, and later to the venue. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Eventful-Days for all of their help. This team will go above and beyond to help with planning and to ensure your wedding day is stress free. Thank you Kristin, Avita, and Sabrina for all of your hard work!

Hands down the best decision I ever made was hiring Kirstin and her amazing team! Kristin was there to help me make final decisions on my flowers and table setting, had no problem answering any questions I had-big or small and when I had an issue with a vendor she was there to straighten it all out. Kristin sent over Jahniece to be my day of coordinator as well as Sabrina and Leanne assisting her- truly amazing because they handled any hiccup with speed and ease, they made sure all my decor ideas came to life and anything I needed they were there! I was able to enjoy my wedding with all my guests and not have to worry about timelines or anything. There are not enough words to praise these wonderful women for everything they did to make my dream wedding come true!!!

I decided to hire a planner for partial planning and day of coordination for my wedding. I was worried about taking on too many things and feeling stressed the day of my wedding. I hired Kristin and her team and didn't experience and ounce of stress throughout the whole planning process. Even though it was only for partial planning, Kristin went above and beyond and helped me make important decisions for the big day. Their slogan is "say yes to no stress" and that was exactly the way I felt the weeks leading up to our wedding. We hired Kristin and team for partial planning, specifically wanting their help on design, logistics and execution. They had everything handled from the beginning. After our initial meeting, Kristin knew our immediate priorities and completely understood the vibe and feel we wanted for our wedding. She has great relationships with some AMAZING vendors; every meeting she'd set up for us with a vendor felt well planned, aligned and exactly what we wanted. She is super responsive and helpful with any questions you may have leading up to the day. And then it comes to our wedding day and Jahniece and Avita led on site coordination. It was FLAWLESS. I am a type A person who likes to be in the details and even I felt like I could completely step back because I knew they had everything handled. The day could not have gone more perfect and I know a lot of that is because of them. On top of everything, they are just all amazing people who make you and your family feel so special on your wedding day. They feel like your biggest cheerleaders and hype girls. They are a part of our wedding day I will always remember <3

Working with Kristin was above and beyond amazing! She helped us with every step of the way and especially helped us through our Covid re-schedule. She handled everything the day of and made sure I didn't have to worry about anything. My husband and I always had a drink in our hand and we felt at ease knowing everything would be handled through Kristen and Stephanie. We loved working with her so much during the wedding planning process we also had her plan our Bridal Shower! She really does it all and does it beautifully. Don't hesitate on hiring a planner especially Kristin and her team - she was the best decision we made for our wedding!

I don’t even know where to begin - my wedding day would not have been possible without Kristin and her team! I hired Kristin after seeing her her amazing work on social media and it was the best money that we spent throughout the wedding planning process. We went with her “stylish and eventful” package, which includes help with design and partial planning. I really don’t even know how much more she could have done with full planning, because I really felt like she was there for me every step of the way always being available and quick to respond with email, text, and calls. She also helped me with things I had no idea how to tackle, like flowers and invitations, and the product was amazing!! She truly made my vision come to life and everything was perfect. On the day of the wedding, she was so organized and on top of everything. I didn’t have to worry about anything and got to fully enjoy my day, knowing everything was taken care of. Even if your venue has a “day of coordinator,” I still highly recommend hiring Kristin and her team to make sure you have no stress on your day!!

Kristin and her team did such an incredible job with the day-of coordination of my October 2021 wedding! In the weeks leading up to the big day, Kristin was completely on the ball and in control of our timeline, contracts, and final conversations with vendors. Her professionalism, attention to detail, calm demeanor and confidence helped us feel at ease. HIGHLY recommend Kristin, jahniece & team for planning and day of coordinating. Thanks to the team our wedding day was perfect. I really have no idea how we could have made it without them. Planning a wedding during a pandemic may have been one of the most intimidating processes. After going back and forth on whether we should go through with our booked date we reached out to Kristin for support. Best decision, hands down. She immediately jumped in to help us find all of the TOP vendors with with such short notice. She knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us pull it all together. She joined us for all our virtual and in person appointments, answered every text/email/call, and helped us be stay on top of our timelines/vendors. Although Kristin wasn’t personally available on our date to help coordinate, she assigned us an absolute angel, jahniece, who was AMAZING. Jahniece literately saved the day. I have no idea how but she managed to handle every single situation with ease, magically had us where we needed to be exactly on time, and was ALWAYS on top of every single detail. I literately have no idea how we would have made it through that day without her. She was absolutely incredible and a pleasure to spend the day with. Saturday felt like mission impossible and because of Eventfuldays it was a dream come true.

After originally planning to get married in 2020, we had to push our wedding back to 2021 and I realized that I could use some help planning wedding 2.0. One of the best decisions I made was to work with Eventful Days. While my package was day-of planning, I found that Kristin and her team were all over every detail starting from the moment I got in touch. I was thankful for having Eventful Days during the lead-up of my wedding but especially day of. I worked with Jahniece and Savita and they were miracle workers. They made sure that everything was perfect and had the best attitude. If I were planning a wedding today, I would even go with the full planning package so I could work with them even sooner!

Hiring Kristin was one of the most amazing decisions we made in our wedding planning process. Kristin and Stephanie from Eventful days were with me the entire day, never leaving my side and ensuring that everything went as smoothly as possible. They did not let any detail be missed and went over and above to make sure that all our needs were met the entire day and night. I truly don’t know what we would have done without Eventful Days when planning our wedding. Kristin and her team helped turn our dream backyard wedding into a reality - in less than 4 months!! With all of the restrictions and uncertainties around Covid, my husband and I made the decision to cancel our large wedding at a venue and move it to my parents’ backyard in April. We met with Kristin once and then armed with a color palette and a few inspiration images, she helped create the perfect vision and found the best people to execute it for us. With our change in plans, I had barely any local vendors lined up when I called Eventful Days. Not only did Kristin recommend wonderful vendors that made every detail of the day so special, but she coordinated them all and handled any questions or issues as they came up. Throughout the entire planning process, Kristin was accessible by text, email or phone call at all hours of the day and night. She was happy to answer any and all of my crazy bride questions! Kristin also accompanied us to the appointments with vendors and made the process of selecting everything so easy. The actual wedding day was stress free, thanks to Kristin, Stephanie and Kristina. They were at the house the entire day and night, making sure everything was set up perfectly, handling any surprises (including electrical issues!), and working tirelessly to let everyone enjoy themselves - us and our guests. Kristin was by my side all day and thought of everything from bringing a cute “Bride” hanger for my wedding gown to switching out my bouquet for hand warmers during photos (a lifesaver!). During cocktail hour and the reception, my champagne glass was never empty and they made sure we got to try all of the delicious food we had picked out. On the morning after the wedding, Kristin was one of the first people to text me congratulations and she sent me beautiful photos from the weekend. It was the best surprise! We can’t recommend Kristin and the Eventful Days team enough, whether you need day-of coordination or full blown planning services. Our wedding was unforgettable and we have them to thank!

I can’t say enough great things about Kristin and her team. I originally hired Kristin for my big wedding in October, as a month of coordinator. We realized COVID was not going to subside anytime time soon, so we made the tough decision to postpone to October 2021. However, my now-husband and I decided, five weeks before our original wedding date, to throw a small wedding of 20 people. We reached out to Kristin, who was enthusiastic to help us plan our mini-wedding. We had some bumps with planning the casual wedding we originally envisioned, but Kristin was able to find us our venue and be our liaison the entire time. She was very accommodating with working with our small budget as we are still hoping to have a big celebration next year. The day of our wedding, Kristin picked up our flowers from the florist and was available the entire day to help set up and cater to all of our needs. It was incredible planning an entire wedding within 5 weeks. I really wouldn’t know what I would have done without her. I really can’t wait to work with Kristin again next year!

I am the associate planner for Eventful-Days, and even though i do this all the time, I wanted to be stress free that day. That is exactly what Kristin did for me. It was a crazy feeling to be on the other side, but realized the importance of having a day of planner. Kristin was there for unique design ideas and would pull me out of a spiral when too many ideas were flowing in my head. Kristin cares for EVERY little detail that goes on, nothing is missed and every detail is unforgettable. She was there with me from the moment I woke up to when we left for the after party! If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator or a wedding planner, do not think twice. It is soooo needed for a bride, and Kristin is the best choice!

Hiring Kristin was the best thing I did for myself on my wedding day! She was so much more than just a “day of” coordinator!! She fielded endless text messages from me, morning, noon, and night and helped me navigate difficult family decisions. She also worked tirelessly behind the scenes to clean up the mess my florist made so everything was still perfect. For all those brides who think they can manage themselves ...trust me (I was one of them)... you won’t enjoy your wedding unless you hand over the reigns! From the moment I spoke to Kristin I knew I needed her in my life! I never really thought about hiring a wedding coordinator until I saw first hand just how much really goes into a wedding. I called Kristin a couple months into planning and there was just something about her that instantly made me feel at ease. She made the entire process so stress free that we actually had multiple family members tell us that they couldn't believe we were planning a wedding because we were so incredibly calm, even the week of! Our secret... KRISTIN! She literally went above and beyond in every way. From helping us pick our vendors, to designing our centerpieces and sweetheart table. Having a dance floor, lighting, and linens brought in. To choosing our menu and designing our cake. Helping us design our save the dates and invitations. To suggesting vendors, sending me decor inspirations, and entertaining all my ridiculous ideas. Making a day of schedule, organizing all our vendors, making sure our family was on time, and where they were suppose to be. To setting up all our decor day of and even helping me get ready. I MEAN HONESTLY WAS THERE ANYTHING SHE DIDNT DO?! Kristin is not just a wedding planner she secret to sanity and an amazing wedding! The entire night was seamless and truly exceeded all my expectations. And to top it all off she helped me surprise my husband and all our guests with a surprise fireworks show at the end of the night. I mean seriously who else could have gotten my husband and 250 guests outside in an organized and timely manner but her!? My husband and I did not agree on everything during wedding planning. In fact we didn't agree on much lol! But if you ask either of us, hiring Kristin was the absolute BEST decision we ever made! She gave us the ability to sit back and truly enjoy our wedding, including the process, and we cannot thank her enough! THANK YOU KRISTIN!

From the first time I met with Kristin I knew that I had made the right choice in hiring her as our “day of coordinator.” I put that in quotes because although that was technically the package I selected… she did so much more than day of coordination. Kristin was equal parts problem solver, sounding board, advocate and liaison. She went out of her way to meet me around my crazy work schedule, she went with me to vender meetings, and regularly checked in to make sure I was on time with stuff. She listened to all my ideas and even came up with several suggestions when I didn’t know what to do. She even helped me decide on my first dance song when my husband and I were having a difference of opinion! She made sure all the vendors were where they were supposed to be and that I was getting all the services that I paid for. I chose to do a day wedding. And because our church and our venue were very inflexible with start times… our timeline was very condensed. I was worried about how to fit getting ready, pictures and venue setup into such a tight turnaround. Not only did Kristin easy my mind by creating a timeline that worked but she executed everything perfectly. She kept us on time, oversaw all the vendors and wrangled the family/bridal party to make sure they were where they needed to be for pictures and the ceremony. Her assistant Melissa made sure everything was set up at the venue to my exact specification. Kristin even enlisted her brother to set up my mom’s handmade Photo Booth backdrop. She made sure I got whatever I needed that morning and throughout the day and then packed everything up at the end of the night. And the best part of all was the way she helped my husband. He has a nervous condition and I was worried he’d get sick to his stomach with the stress of the morning. But she took the time to check in on him and get him talking so that he didn’t think about it. She took so much stress off and the day wouldn’t have have been nearly as perfect without her. Not only was Kristin a pleasure to work with but she genuinely loves making dreams come true. I can’t say enough positive things about her!

This review took me a few drafts to write in all honesty. Mostly because there are so many absolutely amazing things I want to share with the world, about Kristin Bounaiuto, and I didn't know if I'd be able to properly convey them all. I find that a lot of people often say about Planners "I didn't know I needed one, until I KNEW I needed one". With that sentiment in mind, I say to you all....Don't just called a Planner... CALL KRISTIN. CALL EVENTFUL DAYS. Hands down the best in the biz. Did I say the Best? THE BEST :D When you're initially planning and venue searching ................... she's available, bends over backwards, gets you the exact venue you need and love. When you're in the middle stages of planning and you're doing meal selections, designing Invitations, bridesmaids dresses etc................... she's available, bends over backwards to help, gets you everything you need and love, at the right price for you, with the best vendors. When you're a week out, and you're busier than you've ever been in your life, and you're making final decisions, buttoning up all last minute details ................... she's AVAILABLE, she BENDS OVER BACKWARDS to help, gets you EVERYTHING you need and want and love, she's happy, she's reliable, she's your shoulder, your ear, your support, your friend, she's everything you didn't know you needed, but you sure are glad that the universe put her in your life. So she could plan and assist you with one of the best days ever. Kristin, from Mike and I, from my all of my family, we thank you from the very bottom of our hearts for all that you planned, managed, designed, and executed for us. You are so special and such a diamond in the rough of the wedding planning industry and I feel honored that you were an integral part of our day. I'm not sure I could ever thank Kristin enough for her amazing work as our wedding coordinator. Our wedding was absolutely perfect - to the letter - because of her calm, level-head, precision, attention to detail and know-how. Kristin really does it all and somehow manages to make it look easy. We are so grateful to her. All of our guests raved about every part of the evening, they had a fantastic time and everything went off without a hitch. Unbeknownst to them, we did have a small hitch (two of our farm tables were delivered with the wrong legs and rendered nearly useless), but because of Kristin's exceptional skill the night seemed flawless (Kristin actually managed to get one of the tables up for our cake and gifts - you can add carpentry to her list of skills - talk about going above and beyond!). In short, Kristin is a total rockstar and you'd be a very luck bride, as I was, to have her spearheading your wedding day!

I cannot even put into words how amazing Kristin was. From the second I booked her, she has been absolutely phenomenal. She truly is the best decision that I made when planning my wedding. Kristin answered every single text, call, email so promptly and was always SO helpful. I think she is probably the most organized person to walk the planet and SO attentive to details. She was on top of absolutely everything and I really did not have to worry about one thing on my wedding day. Everyone who encountered her commented on how professional, knowledgeable and helpful she was. She truly is one of a kind. If you are looking for a wedding planner, believe me when I say you NEED Kristin. I will never thank her enough for everything she has done for us!!!! Truly amazing!
