We worked with De leading up to the wedding and both Kendra and De at the wedding and let me tell you these ladies are AMAZING!!! Their attention to detail is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. De made every vision I had a reality and was so accommodating to every request we had. Right before I walked down the aisle I started to freak out and have a mini panic attack and she was so nurturing and calming and really brought me back down to earth. I can’t recommend these ladies enough. Also, she remembered that I’m a Diet Coke fiend and brought me one while I was getting ready in my bridal suite, I mean come on!!! She’s the absolute best ❤️
Eventfully Yours Event Designs did a beyond amazing job with our wedding! In COVID times, I believe if we had not used them, our wedding of what we dreamed would have been delayed longer or not even happen! Eventfully Yours is indeed your one stop shop for your wedding day! Rayna, Kendra and Nicolette provided us with all of their contacts for vendors (including venue) in which we used most all of them! They also provided rental items we needed such as place settings, sweetheart table & more. Nicolette and Rayna also coordinated the day flawlessly! All of our family, friends and additional guests raved how beautiful and perfect our wedding day was! Your wedding day in my opinion, is one of the most memorable days of your life and Eventfully Yours Event Designs accomplished that and more! I would recommend them over and over again for your wedding or any other event needs!
Kendra was the MOST amazing coordinator that we could've ever asked for. When I felt like things were on fire on the wedding day, Kendra went above and beyond to calm me and ensure everything was handled. One thing I appreciated was that Kendra was calm the entire time. Her demeanor made me calm and made me confident in the fact that everything was handled. She was with us every single step of the way for planning and was always available to us when we had a question. My sister previously had a horrible experience with a wedding coordinator at a different venue and Kendra blew her away with her attention to detail and true regard to making our day special. The entire planning process was wonderful and I would recommend Kendra to ANYONE. She helped make magic for us on our wedding day.
Kendra was so kind and organized and I appreciate all the clear communication. Her team did a great job making our day go smoothly! I felt SO much better knowing that they were running the show!
Rayna is the absolute best. I don't know what we would have done without her. She knows everyone in the Bay Area wedding business and definitely knows how to throw a wedding. She went above and beyond, making sure that every last detail was perfect and everything that I wanted! Thank you Rayna for making our day perfect!
Hands down best wedding decision we made was hiring Rayna. Rayna brought EVERY, I mean every, vision of mine to life, and more. I was a very anxious bride, and Rayna patiently took the time to really listen to me and organize my ideas- it was like a breath of fresh air every time I spoke with her. She talked to me like a equal and a friend, and also gave me invaluable guidance when I needed it. She was so much more than a Day of Coordinator- Her design sense, industry connections, and organization were incredibly impressive and also saved us a huge amount of money. Day of our wedding she went above and beyond, everything ran seamlessly and beautifully because of her hard work.
One of my favorite moments from our wedding was seeing our reception room for the first time, my jaw dropped in awe. I will forever be grateful for the extra time and love Rayna put in to making my wedding day a dream come true.
Rayna was amazing! Was they are for us every step of the way. We could call or come by with a question or just to look at a rental. She made our wedding rehearsal go smoothly and the day of everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Rayna and her team for any event that you may have.
Words cannot even begin to explain how grateful we were to have Rayna and her team by our side throughout the entire wedding planning process. We had booked the venue and a few vendors on our own, so we hired Rayna for partial wedding coordination, but the word "partial" doesn't do the work she did for us justice. As soon as we hired her, she eased all of our concerns and immediately got to work with providing us with ideas, vendor suggestions, and the things we should be working on on our own. She was very responsive to all calls and emails (and there were many!) and always seemed happy to be answering all of our questions. It was also clear that she has many contacts in the wedding industry. At the last minute, we decided we wanted our invitations addressed with calligraphy and she was able to get us a calligrapher on short notice who was both affordable and did amazing work. Rayna and her team were also invaluable on the day of the wedding. I was anxious about everything going according to plan, but Rayna eased all of my fears and anxieties. Our wedding turned out absolutely beautiful and it would never have happened without Rayna's guidance and help. You can trust Rayna and her team to make sure that your special day is beautiful, memorable, and well coordinated.
Eventfully Yours did my best friends wedding in Sausalito and Rayna, the owner, literally made her fairy tale come true. It was the most beautiful wedding I had ever been a part of or attended. It was so perfectly organized and well planned, the bride was totally stress free because everything flowed perfectly and went off without a hitch. Thank you so much to Rayna and her staff for making Cindy and Franks most special day just a perfect as can be!
Rayna and her staff are experienced, artistic, efficient, and extremely available and involved in every step of the event. I used her for my 2nd Wedding and I can't believe how easy it was compared to the 1st wedding which I tried to do by myself.
Rayna has contacts in every area who will do what you need when you need and because of her long time relationships with other companies she is able to get a better price than if you were to go to them on your own.
She is extremely resourceful and sticks to your budget 100%. Her opinions and advice are always for the benefit of you but ultimately she will listen and do what you want.
I was so pleased with everything from day one to even after the wedding that I have recommended her to the company that I works for for our company parties and events.

Rayna's attention to detail is remarkable. Every time we have worked together I am blown away by how much she just "gets it." Having someone on my side who knows the ropes so well really helps to dial down the stress level so that I can just ENJOY the event! On top of all that - she's an absolute delight to work with!

I would think twice before hiring
Chairs for Affairs was recommended to me by our caterer and they were fantastic to work with. They were able to accommodate all of my requests and were incredibly helpful and responsive. Although we just got basic items, we were really pleased with the quality of the products. Their delivery team was also really easy to work with.
Thank you for making our special day so incredible! Everyone keeps talking about what a beautiful wedding and reception we had. It would not have been anywhere near as wonderful or as much fun without you. Not only were you on top of everything leading up to our wedding & reception, you went above and beyond for us in so many ways. Most of all, what a gift not to have to worry about anything on our big day except for making every moment count while getting ready, walking down the aisle and celebrating with friends and family. THANK YOU!
I cannot say enough about Rayna. I hired her for our "day of" coordinator but she was so much more. She is worth her weight in gold. Even though she was just for the wedding day, she was open to any questions leading up to the wedding. She also helped get us some great deals with other vendors that saved us enough money to more than pay for her services.
The day of the wedding I was fully confident in her abilities and didn't worry at all. She was great in not even letting me know when problems arose, she just took care of it and the wedding was perfect. I couldn't have done it without her.
I rented chairs for our outdoor ceremony. Booking was simple and quick. The staff dropped the chairs off, arranged them, and picked them up without any problems.
Our venue provided only chairs, tables and umbrellas. We found a rental place in Walnut Creek that came highly recommended, but I was uninspired every time that I went into the showroom to the point of frustration. Everything looked so old, like they had not changed any displays since they opened it fifty years ago! Our caterer recommended Chairs for Affairs and said that the showroom was more up to speed with today's trends. I do not consider myself a trendy girl, but I was a DIY bride and desperately needed help visualizing how it would all come together. So my groom and I were off to try it out.
We were wowed from the moment we entered the room! It was bright, clean and (more importantly) we were going from table to table excitedly pointing out details to each other. All of the salespeople were busy with other customers, which I considered a good sign, but they still managed to greet us and make sure that we knew they could answer any questions that we may have. It was all so inspiring that we ended up unexpectedly planning everything out right then and there. Even though the venue already provided furniture, we even ended up reserving "Head Table" furniture and settings exactly as they had displayed on the showroom floor. It was so perfect for what we had in mind and we could not pass it up!
Even with the extra pieces, after pricing it all out we discovered that the rental was slightly less money at Chairs For Affairs than at our original place. Wonderful! I called the old place and cancelled the reservation on the spot and made the new one official.
All of my calls and emails were answered promptly. Editing our order was very painless, they even worked with our coordinators via email or phone. Once the wedding week came around, it was clear we would need outdoor heaters - that was no problem to add. On the morning of the wedding, they called our coordinators. They had noticed, while loading their truck, that we had not ordered serving utensils for the buffet servers. A mistake on our part. No problem - they added them to the order and sent them to us along with everything else! They were running late, they called our coordinators and still made it within our set-up time window. One of the heaters did not work - we got a credit right away.
Excellent customer service, follow-through, prices, selection, staff and showroom. I highly recommend this vendor! Thank you Bill's Chairs For Affairs!
We like to stay local with vendors and have the ability to see each item in person, on the table before deciding. Terri was more than helpful and patient with us as we went through multiple possibilities. The delivery people showed up early to ensure they weren't late, but did not pressure us to be ready. They set everything up for us and when they came back and we weren't ready, they helped again with smiles and strength. We definitely recommend.
