She was able to recommend vendors for everything I need which not being from around this area was extremely helpful. She was always available to answer questions and give her opinion. It was a total laid back and stress free experience for me which I loved. I was able to give Mary Ann full reign and know that she was confident in what she was doing. The wedding day itself went by without any issues! everything was very well put together and I, as the bride, had zero stress thanks for Mary Ann. My guests had a blast and I enjoyed our day to the fullest. I highly recommend this venue to any upcoming bride. 1,000 stars recommend. Would 10/10 do my wedding over and over again at 4T Arena :)

When you use 4T for your wedding it also includes dinner with a wide range of choices. Our guests were very complimentary on the quality of the food provided. was the perfect fit for them. It was absolutely beautiful and fit their style perfectly. Mary Ann was very helpful any time we had questions or needed anything. The available-to-use decorations were the perfect complement and saved us a lot of purchasing, storing, and hauling of items that we would only use one time. The food was amazing! Several guests commented on how good the food was and how it was the best “wedding” food they had ever had. All of the deserts were delicious and the staff made sure they were out for pictures, but properly stored and kept fresh for when they would be served. Mary Ann took care of all of the details. All of the 4T staff were friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend Mary Ann, her staff, and the 4T arena for any wedding!

st decision I could have made! I gave Mary Ann the ideas, inspirations, and a budget of what I wanted, and she turned it into a reality. She decorated everything and incorporated all of my ideas. Mary Ann was also my coordinator and took care of everything the day of. Mary Ann provided advice or answers to any concern or question I had. I had arrived to the venue on my wedding day and genuinely enjoyed the day without a single worry, as a bride should! The venue is absolutely beautiful and spacious! The food was amazing and I love that they served the food buffet style instead of having guests choose one meal option or the other. I am blessed to have gotten to work with Mary Ann and I can not thank her and the 4-T staff enough! I could not have chosen a better venue!

The venue itself was STUNNING, the flowers were breathtaking and exactly what I wanted without me even realizing it! is very open and spacious which is very nice for people not to be on top of everyone. Once it was time for the rehearsal and the actual wedding, she had everyone listening and in the right direction. The food and the desert was also phenomenal! Everything was set up so perfect, I couldn't have asked for a better day, or better help to make our day extra special.

She gave suggestions that probably saved us thousands of dollars, gave us amazing and unique ideas that we could put our own twist on, and I could go on and on. From start to finish every single detail was secured and covered. If we had it to do over again I would not change a single thing! The venue was gorgeous, food was delicious, and staff was delightful. Being able to sit back and watch all of your daughters dreams come true all while not having to worry about a single thing except what your next dance move will be is priceless. place cards for seating were placed exactly where we wanted them to be. Our coordinator, MaryAnn, is absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us with the planning and advice that she gave us during our pre-wedding journey. I will forever and always recommend the 4T Arena and MaryAnn to anyone that asks me for my recommendation. I am so blessed and thankful to have been able to have MaryAnn throughout this entire process! If I were anyone reading these reviews, DEFINITELY consider the 4T!! As soon as we arrived, we were treated with warm smiles from MaryAnn. She immediately made it a priority to get to know us, as well as everything we wanted. We were then given a very thorough tour. I was immediately drawn into the charm of the venue. After the tour, we all sat down and went over all information that we would need to know. Any questions that we had, MaryAnn would answer thoroughly. At least to say, I was set on this venue before even leaving. Over the next year and a half, Maryann consistently stayed in contact rather it be checking in, answering the thousands of questions I had, or providing insight. I knew I could always reach out and receive a very timely response. MaryAnn was also a great source of inspiration and guidance. As it finally came wedding time, I was trying to stay as calm and relaxed as possible. I owe a huge thank you to the entire staff of 4T Arena for helping keep me relaxed. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was there to help in any way we needed. I knew that not only myself but anybody there with us could confidently turn to them for anything. The day of the wedding went smoother than I ever would have imagined. The staff of 4T Arena were very efficient, and always two steps ahead of the game. She offers a flower package where she will decorate the venue for you, food is provided and catered there, everything was set up so beautifully when I arrived Friday that I didn’t need to adjust anything! We were able to provide our guests with our personal touches of our favors and after party snacks, along with an open bar and great room for dancing the night away. I cannot recommend this venue enough for being affordable, stress free, and more importantly, beautiful to get married at!

The day of the wedding the weather changed, but she had a backup plan and our wedding turned out beautifully inside the venue. She also ran with every wild, unique, and random little ideas that we wanted and made them happen! Our wedding definitely had a different boho modern style, but she searched high and low to help us find everything to make the wedding of our dreams. She also did all of our florals, helped with the shuttle service, facilitated the amazing food, and much more. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful it looked. Highly highly recommend working with her, and her whole team. I truly don’t know how/if we could have pulled this off without her. Having her as a wedding planner included with the venue is absolutely priceless. She is a true gem to have in your planning process.

If we had any questions they were very prompt on answering and when they didn’t know the answer right off the bat they took the time to find out. Not only was the venue beautiful but their food was amazing! Plenty of space for parking and so many options for doing pictures. We had a blast! I would recommend them to everyone.

Mary Ann has a wonderful eye and if you are not sure if something looks good, she will offer suggestions to make it look perfect. The food for our wedding was amazing and they really tailored our menu for us. We got nothing but compliments on the food. Other perks for this venue include: it is quite massive and can comfortably fit a lot of people, the ceremony and the reception are all located in the same space, the food is included with the venue, the outside has many places to take pictures and they all come out beautifully, and, the biggest perk of all, is it comes with Mary Ann. I can go on and on about how wonderful, organized, and thoughtful she is. She does your planning and day of coordination, and let me tell you if something doesn’t go to plan, she is on top of it before anyone notices. She is very responsive and makes sure everything is communicated and written down. I could not have done this without her. She also has a list of reliable and superb vendors to use! We used mostly all of her vendors and they did not disappoint! Shout out to Poppy Farms Sweets for the delicious dessert table. And lastly, this venue is the most reasonably priced venue around. For us, the venue and catering cost was less than most venue rentals alone. I cannot thank 4T Arena enough for making my day so special, and pulling together a perfect wedding in 3 months before my husband left for deployment!

to WV to have our wedding at 4T. I was able to plan a wedding 17 hours away with Mary Ann's help. Wedding venues in DALLAS TEXAS do not offer half of what 4T offers. Mary Ann is so detail-oriented and really partnered with us to ensure that our wedding day was exactly what we wanted. She answered questions promptly, and was available anytime I asked her a question/needed to have a planning conversation. She took everything I asked for in preparing for my wedding and when I showed up on the day of my rehearsal dinner, I was blown away not only by how gorgeous the venue was but by how it wildly exceeded my expectations. 4T also provided both catering for our wedding meal, as well as our flowers. If you're questioning whether you should have your wedding at this venue, let this be your sign to book!

w up!! The food is absolutely amazing and our guests loved it. The venue is the perfect rustic/barn look we were going for. Mary Ann has a room with decor and you are welcome to use whatever you want! I loved that I didn’t have to bring a lot of things to the venue to get the look I wanted. We had an issue with our cake after it was delivered and Annette took the time to take it apart and put it back together! Mary Ann and Annette also held my dress for me so I could pee, these women are like family and go above and beyond! Our day was perfect thanks to them!

Mary had decorations we could use for venue, we were able to customize our flowers with her and not use an outside vendor, we were able to use the space for the rehearsal dinner the night before, & 4T catered our dinner for the wedding and our guests loved it! It truly was a stress free wedding. Mary was able to help coordinate with in person meetings, by email, and over the phone. I had no idea where to start when it came to some vendors, and how I wanted the order of events to go and she helped me with every step in order to make sure it was the wedding of our dreams! Our wedding was beautiful, and a blast! I highly recommend checking 4T Arena out. You will not be disappointed!

e could tell how detail oriented she is via tailoring every thought toward our vague ideas of wedding planning. Her flower arrangements and bouquets were stunning. She incorporated my deer antlers and turkey feathers into them which I can only image was odd and challenging. The updates to the venue with the chandeliers and photo booth took it from beautiful to wow! Our guests are still saying how beautiful, friendly, and and delicious everything is. I would love the mac-n-cheese recipe.

We even worked with Austin (son) to rent an awesome Photo-booth! We can’t wait to see the photos! At the last minute one of my wedding party members cancelled- and Lilly (daughter) stepped in within 2 hours and had a dress and became the newest member of my wedding party! To say this is a family affair is an understatement! We feel like we are part of the family! Extraordinary service and helped keep our focus on what was really important- being present! Talk about amazing food, too! From the chicken to the green beans to the pulled pork 10/10! Who can say that your wedding planner would position a gorgeous horse for one of your photos! Yep, Mary Ann did! She, Jeff (husband), Hope (employee), Annette (sister) and Valarie (momma) positioned our color bombs for some gorgeous photos, too! We would choose 4T 100 times over and you should too! You won’t be disappointed!

felt it in my heart that I was meant to get married here. I was so nervous because the only available date at the time was April 4, 2020, just six months after getting engaged. But I was so ready to be married, and she assured me it would work out perfect! Fast forward to the pandemic around March, I was in full panic mode. But she kept me updated on new guidelines, and another date available. I moved my wedding day from April 4th, to May 23rd, then I felt I had no option but to cancel/postpone my wedding. I really didn’t want to wait another year, but Mary Ann told me all the dates available for next year. All my vendors were so flexible with me and told me to let them know if anything were to change. When I was just about to give up hope, she let me know September 12th, 2020, was available. I took that date & prayed things would work out perfect! DJ was available that day, bakery was still good to accommodate my new date, and I ended up finding the most perfect photographer who was newly available that day. Everything was falling into place!! Since about November, I met with Mary Ann about once a month or more, then when it’d get closer to my wedding date, I would meet with her more frequently. If I had a random question, any time of the day, she was always quick to respond via email, text, or phone call!! During our meetings, I always had my wedding notebook with questions & ideas ready, & my mother of course! During our meetings, she even gave me examples of what other brides have done & it gave me ideas of what I could add to my wedding! It was so exciting seeing everything come together. Mary Ann literally gave me my Pinterest wedding of my dreams. I gave her all my ideas & she made it come to life. My wedding day was so much more than I ever imagined it to be. 4T offers so much! They cater the wedding and they have SO many decorations that we were able to use. She knew my vision so I gave her full control over the flowers, too. My bouquet was beyond beautiful!! I was able to to bring in all my extra decorations the week before the wedding. She was there for me every step of the way. She was there for my rehearsal, and she knew the very second that I wanted to start walking down the aisle (she practiced with me about 10 times!) I was so happy that she was going to be there on the actual wedding day. I wouldn’t have been able to get through the day without her there to help coordinate every big & small detail. She was there to the very end of my magical night! On Sunday afternoon, we stopped by to pick up all the extra things and decorations I had brought in. She had all my things already set aside & helped me put them in boxes. It was so nice! Everything was just so much more than I could have imagined. I will never forget my wedding day or Mary Ann. I kind of wish I could get married all over again so Mary Ann could help plan it again!! I can easily say I wouldn’t have had half the wedding that I had without her help. I could probably write a book about my experience, but I will end it with this, 4T is the place to get married. It was so wonderful, amazing, & unforgettable! ❤️

They do most of the work in set up and clean up allowing you to add your special touches, and have time to enjoy the event. They have a variety of foods to choose from and it was delicious. Everyone is still commenting on how good it was. I highly recommend the 4T Arena for any special event - retirement, anniversary but especially weddings!

everyone with no problem. Mary Ann is your consultant and she is such an amazing person. She s always available for meetings or questions and responds quickly and effectively, which is amazing, considering the amount of brides she's constantly dealing with. Everything is here that you could possibly need. The food was delicious; my guests said they have never had better pulled pork or chicken in their lives (they smoke it there and add their own special touches to the recipe. It was amazing). We didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. There's a special room for the bride and her bridesmaids. The stables were beautiful for pictures. We had a very contemporary rustic wedding and didn't have to buy most of the decorations because she has a ROOM of decorations for your use, which helped us a lot on keeping costs down. The price is absolutely the most reasonable around, we got the perks of having a $30,000 wedding at 1/3 of the cost. I highly recommend for any bride wanting a stress-free wedding. We actually got to party and enjoy our own day. Fantastic!

My husband & I had no vision & planning it from MD was going to be a nightmare but Maryann made it stress-free! She even helped us run the rehearsal itself as we were clueless! Just dropped off the decorations we had to personalize the spaces & what she created was more beautiful & perfect than I could’ve ever imagined! She incorporated all of our random decorations (Korean themed decor as my husband & I met there) into the rustic feel of the Arena & made it not only make sense but look gorgeous. She also picked out & bought all the flowers & made all the bouquets/corsages for my large bridal party – beautiful! Reception food was exceptional – our guests still talk about it! 4T provided the cocktail hour appetizers – much easier than making ourselves. Other perks: venue is yours for entire wknd; 4T sets & cleans up - no worrying about clean up; Arena is unique/gorgeous venue with a wow factor that all my guests still talk about & best of all, you get Mary Ann! She’s super flexible, won’t stop until you are happy, responds quickly & doesn’t make you feel like you are bothering her with even the silliest questions. She’s creative, experienced, & knowledgeable & came up with great ideas & solutions to our wedding planning issues! To say she, Jeff, & their staff went the extra mile is an understatement! On top of all that, they are fun-loving, easy-going, wonderful people & we plan on visiting them! Need a WV venue? Look no further!

an inconvenient location. Through the rumor mill, we heard that 4t arena was no longer hosting rodeos, but instead booking weddings. We arranged to meet with Mary Ann to see the location and fell in love! Mary Ann and Jeff were wonderful! They were very helpful the entire weekend of our wedding. Mary Ann had helpful suggestions the day of decorating and also gave us access to all of their decorations to blend with ours. The venue was easily accessible and the food was great. we had a wonderful buffet style meal Served by the staff of 4t arena and they even took care of cutting and serving our cake. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and the wedding of our dreams! Would love using this venue for other events as well.
