My experience with-this venue was horrible!! It was the worst part of planning my wedding. The lack of communication skills from the general manager is horrible and the events coordinator Jackie Rowell was very rude on every instance that I ha...d to deal with her! Out of all the things that my guests complained about at my wedding it was Jackie! This venue almost made me feel like they wanted to see my event fail in the end, because of a liquor license scuffle that I won! It was a really horrible experience; not to mention that they are nearly a 5k venue and the amenities they offer are very scarce & things that shouldn’t be included suddenly become an extra charge unless you are dealing with one of their “vendor friends”!! Just overall horrible experience!!!! If I could this would be an zero star rating!
