Adrianna was a dream to work with!! She was able to ease the entire wedding planning process for my husband and I. She was easy to communicate with. She asked questions about things I wouldn’t have even thought about. She made a wedding day planner which I absolutely LOVED and appreciated! On the day of the wedding I felt no stress, she handled all of it and brought my vision to life. I wish I could thank her a million times!!
Hiring Adrianna as our wedding coordinator was, without a doubt, the best decision we made during our wedding planning journey. From the moment she stepped in, Adrianna brought an unmatched professionalism and expertise that immediately put us at ease. I had initially booked Adrianna for a month of coordination, but being a full-time grad student and working full-time, I found myself extremely stressed. I asked her to come on a month early, and she agreed.
Adrianna seamlessly took over the planning process, handling every detail gracefully and with precision. No matter how small or complex the task, she managed it calmly, ensuring everything was perfectly organized and stress-free. Communication was a breeze – Adrianna was always reachable, responsive, and quick to provide solutions or offer thoughtful suggestions. Additionally, she relieved a significant amount of stress for us.
On the big day, Adrianna and her team were nothing short of superheroes. Every detail ran like clockwork, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Guests were amazed at how smoothly everything unfolded, thanks to her meticulous planning and flawless execution.
Adrianna was the reason our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Not only did she finesse the final details, but she also provided terrific recommendations for vendors I hadn’t yet hired. We owe Adrianna so much for making sure our wedding went off without a hitch. We hired her as a partial planner over a year before our event and we honestly do not know what more she could've done for us. She and her team were worth every penny and much more. She was vital for everything from keeping us on track, making recommendations, answering every question we could think of, and so much more behind the scenes that I'm sure we are still not aware of. Our families all commented on how organized and efficient she was on the day of. Her experience and calm demeanor through any issue was essential to our day. She was also refreshingly honest during the process which was helpful for whenever we were out of our depths on certain decisions. She organized everything with our vendors seamlessly. She has felt like a part of our family for the past year and we'll miss working with her!

I chose the partial planning package and it was just what I needed. Adrianna helped me nail down a design and helped me tremendously with other vendor options. I felt at times very on edge about making decisions and she was right there to give her opinions which I needed. I would not have been able to do the wedding without her help!
We just used Adrianna as our day of wedding coordinator and it was a great experience! We began working with her 45 days prior to our wedding day and she was helpful, professional, organized, and knowledgeable during the entire process. She provided guidance and listened to us during our planning month, and did an amazing job bringing our vision to life. Adrianna literally helped make my wedding perfect 🤩 I could not recommend her more!!! The only regret that I have is not having booked her sooner. I got the month-of coordination and she immediately helped take so much stress off!! Her insight was amazing and I wish I had her from the beginning! 💛

Adrianna and Noemi were a great help during our event! Adrianna came to the venue meeting and knew what questions to ask. She also got them to move the cocktail hour indoors when a storm hit 4 hours before the reception. The room was set up beautifully, even better than I had envisioned, and the cleanup at the end of the night was done in record time.
Loved having Adrianna and her team help me throughout the wedding planning process. I was not very knowledgeable about wedding etiquette and normal traditions and Adrianna always provided answers to all of my questions. She was very helpful with finding the perfect vendors and communicating with them throughout the entire process. I found the team to be especially helpful on the day of the wedding. They took care of the timeline, coordinating all of the vendors, and even helped make sure the kiddos were always where they were supposed to be. I had no worries on my wedding day and would 10/10 recommend Adrianna and her team.
I have nothing but great things to say about Adrianna- she was so in top of it, and went above and beyond for me. I had a lot of all over the place decor that she fully took ownership of and made my wedding look better than I ever could have. At every turn she generously took things off my plate, and even when there was a slight weather disaster at the end of the evening, she shielded me from any stress or worth and just made sure I had the day of my dreams! Already making mental notes to hire her for any future event I might have. She’s simply the best!! Don’t go anywhere else!!
Adrianna and her team helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect! I could not recommend her and her team more. They are extremely professional, personable, and have a strong passion for what they do and the couples they work with. They got to know not only the bride but also the groom and both of their families as, in our opinion, the day is a celebration for all.
Adrianna met with us monthly then weekly leading up to the wedding day but was always available for a call when needed. She ensured we stayed on schedule, provided phenomenal vendor suggestions, and often checked in how we were feeling throughout the process. Adrianna really listened and heard what our vision was and helped bring it to life even better than imagined. She made sure that our biggest wedding day goal was at the forefront of her planning. We really wanted to not worry about what comes next (the flow of the day) so that we could really enjoy the day with our friends and family. Adrianna’s team did exactly this, even when there was unprecedented weather we didn’t worry because the team had a back up plan in advance that worked flawlessly the day of!

Only things that were bad were that the communication was spotty for what you pay for. Also i get that the wedding parties can be a lot to handle… especially mine, but please no eye rolls from where the bride can see you
We absolutely loved our vendor! Her and her team were awesome at keeping everything on track from the planning to the florals and design. We truly appreciate all the time and effort put in our guests still say our wedding was absolutely beautiful and that could only be done with people who truly care!

Adrianna and her team did such an amazing job at our wedding! Everything went absolutely perfect because of them. They had everything taken care of for us and I didn't lift a finger. I loved how everything turned out! She also took pictures on her phone of some details that I didn't get to see the day of (like the welcome table, cake table, etc.) so that I still got to see what it looked like! I appreciated everything they did for us and would highly recommend. :)
Adrianna and her team are absolutely wonderful. She was our partial wedding planner, florist, and also provided our rentals. She is a one stop shop! She is responsive in a timely manner and made the planning process so much better. She was prepared at every meeting and coordinated with our vendors seamlessly. She is extremely knowledgeable. Each of our vendors told us that the timeline she made for our wedding day was the best timeline they had ever seen. My husband and I did not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. Her floral and decor design was amazing, we got so many compliments from our guests; she has options both real and fake flowers, we used a mixture of both and it looked fabulous! We truly could not have hired a better team!
Adrianna was so wonderful to work with from the very first message I sent her. Other vendors took days to respond to requests for info but Adrianna was so responsive and answered all questions thoroughly and promptly. Adrianna kept in touch constantly and was so prepared for every meeting. Organization and preparedness are definitely strengths of hers. She helped me plan my whole (large) wedding in 4 months, and it was flawless. Adrianna took over communication with all vendors so that I didn’t feel stressed at all during the month leading up to my wedding. On my wedding day, I was able to relax and just show up and enjoy. Adrianna had absolutely everything taken care of and I was able to enjoy the day and take it all in. The ceremony and reception were so perfect for me. Adrianna executed everything exactly how I wanted because she is so organized and knew every question I would’ve never thought to ask. I cannot recommend Adrianna enough!!!
Adrianna and her team were beyond amazing. I went back and forth with the idea of having a wedding coordinator and I’m so glad I decided to go with her. She was responsive, sweet, & super helpful. Not only did she coordinate my wedding, she was also my florist. She made sure the day flowed smoothly and made sure I got everything I wanted. I honestly do not think that I would’ve survived my wedding day without her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
Adrianna create the most amazing flora and decor along with being the best month of coordinator . There were some hiccups at my wedding . The venue elevator was not working it was a major pain for me and Bridesmaids to constantly go up and down stairs in dresses and heels . I am sure it was pain for all the vendors that had to go to the bridal suite upstairs . I appreciate Adrianna patience and helpfulness with this issue . We also had a death in the family 2 weeks before my wedding. I appreciate Adrianna working with venue in layout while I was out of town . She even helps with our personal ceremony . I recommend you hire Events by Adrianna for your wedding and flora . It will be best and stress free solution for you ..
I'd like to 1st share that I reached out to at least a dozen coordinating services for month of coordinating which were all in my opinion were extremely expensive. When I found Adrianna and we discussed my needs she ended up being hands down the best price for the process. Emily who was assigned as my coordinator went above and beyond I was so thankful for her. Very organized, professional and responsible. She took yhe reigns and truly made our day the best day ever. I would change nothing!
Adrianna helped us have the PERFECT day. She handled all the vendors flawlessly. I did not have to worry about a thing. From the very beginning, I told her I just want to sip mimosas with my girls and not worry about a thing. And she made that happen!! Her husband also is great at building event pieces!
She was very on top of everything! She my wedding day so special! One of the biggest things she helped with was keeping our guest from bombarding us right after the ceremony, and it helped so much to have that breathing time! There wasn’t a task she couldn’t complete!
Adrianna was absolutely amazing! She made our big day feel easy and relaxing and always took the absolute best care of us the entire day. She went above and beyond our contract agreement and made the whole process feel smooth. Down to making sure we were fed and also always making sure we had some kind of drink in our hands!
We hired Adrianna and her team for the month of coordination for our wedding on 9/2/23. She and her team were extremely professional, and prompt in all our meetings virtually and in person. She assisted us in revision of our timeline to be more realistic and with coordinating with multiple vendors for the services on the day. She and Noami were like fairy godmothers to me and my husband, constantly checking in, and making sure we stayed stress free, well fed and that we enjoyed our day. She even represented us well when we had vendors that were not representing our interests well. She advocated for us behind the scenes, which we were oblivious to until the day after the wedding. If I could give her 10 stars I would, she was one of the best vendors we invested for our wedding day, and I would highly recommend her to anyone for wedding day planning and execution!!
Adrianna was able to bring my vision to life in a very tight time frame and very close to budget. We had her do just about all of the planning and coordinating and the wedding could not have gone more smoothly. Not only did she handle ALL of the arrangements for our wedding, she was also our florist and decorator. If you don't think you need a full-service planner/coordinator, you are wrong. You DEFINITELY need Adrianna to make your wedding day perfect.
We came across Adrianna wedding through Zola, and we are SO incredibly thankful that we did! Emily was absolutely amazing. We could not have done this without her. She made sure everything went the way we wanted and made sure we didn’t stress about ANYTHING. We changed a couple of things right before the wedding and during the wedding, she was ready so make those changes to make sure we had our special day the way we wanted. We cannot recommend them enough!! We love weddings & Events by Adrianna, we could not have done it without them.
I hired Events by Adrianna for month of coordination. My wedding was on 7/1/23 from 4pm-9pm.
Throughout the process I was often unsure of next steps and had to frequently email her to understand what needed to be done. They also often delivered things (documents, forms etc.) to me and my vendors later than I was told. She would say “I’ll send you the seating chart by Monday” and I wouldn’t actually receive it until Wednesday/Thursday. On top of this I would constantly have to remind her of details that I mentioned multiple times. This wasn’t a huge deal to me and I planned on recommending "Events by Adrianna" for brides who are pretty chill about the details as I am, but my wedding day was terrible and it put them in the not recommended category for me.
On the wedding day, I showed up for my pre-ceremony portrait session at 2:15pm (1hr & 45mins till guests arrived) and the coordinator team had not set up the welcome table, gift table, dessert table, sweetheart table, no seat covers had been put on the chairs, and the 2 coordinators on sight were still placing eating ware on my 16 reception tables. They had been at the venue for 3 and a half hours at this point (since 11am), but majority of the set up wasn’t done. I labeled all my decor totes with pictures and detailed lists of where everything was, but they hadn’t even opened the totes within the 3 and a half hours they were there. I was not worried nor upset at this point. I figured it would get done somehow. I also notice that the ceremony arch I rented from Events by Adrianna looked nothing like the photo she sent me. I didn’t care enough to point it out, but it was definitely disappointing because it didn’t look as pictured.
After finishing portraits at 3pm, I seen that a large majority of the decor was still not complete 1 hour before the ceremony start time. My parents and bridal party started putting seat covers on chairs as quickly as they could and I, the bride, set up the gift table and dessert table myself as they still hadn't started on the gift table, dessert table, sweetheart table, or welcome table at 3:15pm (45 minutes until ceremony start time). They didn’t even atleast hold guests from coming in so my wedding guests that arrived early came in to an unfinished ceremony space and started helping with the chair covers. (Multiple guests seen me pre-ceremony because of this) I was stressed and frustrated at this point, but was still very kind to the coordinators. Adrianna herself wasn’t present at the venue so I’m not sure if it would have went better with her there, but the two people she sent to my wedding did horribly. It gets worse.
When the lead coordinator came to line us up for the ceremony she had our processional order all wrong and, as there was no time to correct her, I just let it be. (Clear documentation of ceremony order had been sent 2 weeks before the wedding day) We had planned for a sentimental statement to be said as our bridal party members walked out and because she failed to confirm the ceremony order with the dj/mc, the statements were said for the wrong pair and the timing was awkward. I never freaked out or expressed disappointment while at the wedding, but after reflecting, they honestly did a terrible job and many brides would probably say they ruined their wedding. I wouldn't recommend booking with them unless you had assurance it would be better than my day. If anything, all the ladies were nice.
We had the month-of coordination package with Adrianna and it was the perfect fit for us. Being a type A bride I didn't need much help with planning, but the coordinating and advice was a godsend. Adrianna was professional and her service was affordable and high quality. She went above and beyond with communication, offering to speak to me whenever I needed advice on vendors and planning. The month of any wedding comes with unforeseen bumps in the road and Adrianna handled them all. My only complaint is on the wedding day, the timeline ended up being as stressful as I feared- we were running behind schedule when it came to photos. She was telling the photographer it was time to move on to the next thing but unfortunately the photographer did not do so. I'm not sure if there was a way to avoid that besides being more firm. But everything else for the wedding was perfect- she kept the flow going at the reception which was a top priority for us and our guests. The execution of our dream came through and the wedding was a great success! We knew we could trust her with any questions that came up for that whole month and the day of. Her decor was also gorgeous- we used her chic placemats, card box, and tall flower arrangements. They helped keep cost down and were good quality. The emergency kit also came in clutch when my strap broke off my dress. I loved her calm, quiet demeanor and appreciated her delivering on her service. Would recommend her to anyone looking for the same!
Adrianna and her team really pulled through the day of our wedding. We couldn't have been happier with how our vision was executed - great vendor recommendations, kept things running smoothly and to our timeline, and had solutions for any hiccups along the way. She also created my bridal portraits bouquet which was beautiful!
Adrianna is a perfect dream! She helped us with every little piece of our wedding. Not only that, she was our emotional confidant throughout the entire process! She took all of our personalities, thoughts, and dreams and made it all a reality. Our wedding was perfect and all of our friends and family enjoyed every second of it. We are so thankful for the amount of effort and detail she spent to make our perfect wedding. Adrianna even went above and beyond when we were worried same-sex marriage might no longer be a reality and took the time to help us plan an unexpected elopement! She not only became one of our closest friends during the process, but she became family! She opened up her heart and her family to us and we will always be forever grateful. If you are looking for a planner that is willing to listen, calmly understands all of your concerns and anxieties, and lovingly becomes a part of your family for a lifetime - Adrianna really and truly is the woman you want on your side! She is perfectly AMAZING!!!
Adrianna was my day of coordinator and i could not have had a more stress free wedding day if it wasnt for her! Any time i was worried about wedding planning before the wedding Adrianna put me at ease and i felt stress free knowing she would handle anything that went wrong. I let her put a vision to the decor on my wedding day as i wasnt picky and unfortunately we didnt have a florist. & it was extremely beautiful! My fiance and I received compliments about how beautiful it all looked and it was all thanks to Adrianna and her team that put everything together for us. If youre thinking about booking her, just do it ! You wont regret it and youll have a stress free wedding. I could not recommend her enough she is extremely talented.
Adrianna has been amazing throughout my whole wedding planning process. I hired her for month of planning, florals and decor. She was inexpensive and responsive. She listened to my ideas and made them come to life. My wedding day was better and more beautiful than i could have imagined. She is spot on as a planner and coordinator making sure that every detail is addressed so we could be present and enjoy the big day. She is professional, organized, caring, and easy to work with. We really appreciate her keeping our wedding party and families on track on wedding day!
As the florist, she made our daughters vision of “timeless, elegant and modern” a reality and everything looked amazing and beautiful! From the ceremony arrangements and wedding party flowers, to all the reception arrangements and numerous candles and candelabras, her floral work was a fabulous and added to the ambiance of ceremony and reception. There are no words to describe the gratitude we have for Adrianna and her team for their work in making this event perfect!

Adrianna was exactly who we needed as our day-of coordinator! She helped the day run smoothly so we could relax and enjoy it and helped with so many things! She is so organized and prepared. Adrianna was wonderful! Her attention to detail with finalizing our timeline and pulling everything together was spot on. She and Emily were also so helpful day of--seamlessly handling last minute changes and challenges, making sure we were hydrated, helping load everything up at the end of the evening, and going above and beyond.
Adrianna was amazing!! She was so organized and calm and collected. Our videographer cancelled last minute and she found us one 3 days before! she made sure everything was beautiful and easy for us on our special day, I'm so glad we were lucky enough to work with her!
Personally, I am a Type-A personality. I hired Adrianna for her full package, but in hindsight, I think just having her as a day of coordinator would have been perfect. We had phone calls leading up to the day and the most helpful thing she provided was a detailed timeline and several professional suggestions of how I should do things. However, she shined most on the day of! My decor vendor brought the wrong colored napkins and the linens were all mixed up and she handled all of it. She made sure my husband and I had food to eat during our quick break, drinks in our hand all night, and coffees! She was extremely professional and managed the clean-up process in such a timely fashion - avoiding an additional fee from the vendor. If you're looking for a day-of coordinator - she was INCREDIBLE!
Adrianna was great from beginning to the end! We’re an out of state couple and Adrianna was so helpful and professional throughout the entire planning process. Our wedding took place in September and Adrianna made sure any bumps that popped up were smoothed out. Very accommodating and affordable - Highly recommend!
We got married March 2022 with and book Adrianna for the Month of Wedding Coordination package. More than worth it. If we could go back we would hire for more planning than that! Adrianna was extremely helpful in reaching out to our vendors and ensuring all contracts were well understood beforehand.
On the day of Adrianna showed up and rallied in all the chaos. Our linens were lost temporarily and Adrianna offered quick solutions and would have even put her own card down for the time being. She made sure things were going smoothly throughout the night and was so kind to our flower girl following her around. She made good relationships with everyone around and ensured everyone felt taken care of.
At the end of the night Adrianna stayed behind past contracted hours to make sure all the clean up and tasks were complete. She went above and beyond for us even when other vendors did not.

I couldn’t have survived this whole wedding planning process and the day of without Adrianna. We were in touch through the entire planning process. She set regular meetings to help keep me on track and recommended amazing vendors to use. She helped our wedding day run SO smoothly! Seriously, the BEST! Words can’t describe how much she helped me throughout this process! I highly recommend her!

After meeting virtually to get acquainted I knew that Adrianna was the right person to plan and coordinate our wedding. She has been so meticulous and always a few steps ahead of me every step of the way. We were impressed with Adrianna's personal demeanor and professionalism in handling all of the administrative aspects of the process. During our wedding day, she acted as our very own personal fairy godmother, making sure that every last detail was executed flawlessly while also popping up to ensure that we were having a blast and ready for the night's most memorable moments. If you are looking for a budget friendly planner, LOOK NO MORE! Adriana was the best month of and day of corrdinator. She was on top of everything! She always made sure I was taken care of. I am a stress queen and when I tell you I had 0 worries knowing that Adriana was there doing her thing. She made my day so special. She was a true blessing!
Adrianna is a fantastic day-of coordinator! She is professional, focused, adaptable, and, best of all, caring.
Expect to see her show up to your wedding day with a clipboard full of notes that she took during your initial meetings, so that she can make sure she stays on top of every detail as needed. I think that really speaks to her focus and detail-oriented nature, qualities you most definitely want in the person who will be having your back on the big day. She made sure our ceremony and reception ran smoothly from start to finish, and she was light on her feet and able to quickly react to little hiccups from other vendors to make sure things quickly got back on track.
But what stood out most of all to us was that she took the time to be caring and attentive: throughout the day she was constantly checking in with us to make sure we were doing okay. The big day can feel like a whirlwind that ironically causes you to forget about yourself and your needs, but luckily Adrianna was constantly making sure we had water and that we had everything we needed. We can't thank her enough for, above all else, looking out for us throughout the wedding.
Overall, I'd highly recommend Adrianna as your day-of coordinator! Our wedding turned out far better than we had hoped, and no doubt Adrianna played a significant role in that pleasant surprise. As judicious consumers who really value bang-for-buck, we say that Adrianna is a must!
My husband and I are so incredibly pleased by the services that were provided by Weddings & Events by Adrianna. We got married in October 2021 and utilized both the month of and day of coordination services. Adrianna’s wedding planning options were very affordable and very inclusive, especially compared to other event companies. Adrianna and her staff were quick to respond to texts, phone calls, and emails. The owners of our venue had been absolutely horrible with communicating and responding to our inquiries. This was very stressful and once we hired Adrianna, everything went a lot smoother. We were finally able to relax and enjoy the last month leading up to our wedding, knowing that everything was being taken care of by Adrianna. The day of our wedding, Adrianna and her staff arrived early and made sure that our decor was set up correctly, our vendors were present, and needs were attended to. Adrianna held everyone involved strictly to our timeline. Our ceremony as well as our reception started on time. Adrianna and her assistants were incredibly professional, organized, attentive, and very respectful of our wishes. We decided to push up our timeline. Adrianna’s assistant (Samantha) quickly alerted our other vendors, photographer, and had our guests ready for our sparkler send off. We are so grateful for Adrianna and her staff being a part of our big day and highly recommend Weddings & Events by Adrianna to all!
I found Adrianna on a make-up artist’s Instagram story, she had done a wedding at the 411. I ended up reaching out to her because something so strongly inside me told me to. After reaching out, she replied immediately. I knew my search was over. We picked month of coordinator services but she went above and beyond and checked in practically every month leading up to our one month just to make sure we were doing well! She was also open to assisting even before our one month was here to make sure we were on the right track. When our wedding day came around she was out on leave but she didn’t just leave us high and dry, she had everything about our wedding and forwarded it over to her back-up who was also AMAZING. Our wedding day ran smoothly with little to no mishaps other than some rain. Adrianna is super organized and knows what she’s doing. I would recommend her 1000 times over to anyone looking for any services.

Our engagement was prolonged due to COVID and my organization of our various vendors/decisions/details left a lot to be desired. Thankfully we hired Adrianna for Month-Of coordination who was able to pick up all the pieces and create the best wedding weekend my partner and I could have ever asked for.
Adrianna made everything easy and comfortable; she responded to all of our phone calls, e-mails, and texts quickly and made sure we felt good and informed every step of the way. Adrianna was a continual source of support, solutions, and resources that really helped to elevate both the planning process and our big day. There were days when she would check-in on my partner and I just to make sure we were doing okay which I think truly exemplifies who Adrianna is: someone who is genuinely kind, warm, and hard working who truly cares about the people she is coordinating for. She worked well with our vendors, our wedding party, and our families and made the whole process- from start to finish- a breeze.
Overall, we are so appreciative of all the sincerity, the effort, and the hard work she put into making sure our wedding weekend was everything we had hoped it would be and more. Couldn't recommend her enough!!
Adrianna went above and beyond in planning our big day, given the limited amount of time she had to plan it since we came to her with short notice and she was up for the challenge. She recommended amazing vendors that brought our wedding to life and even leveraged her own resources to help pull all the little details together. Anytime we needed to schedule a call with her or had an issue come up, she was always available to chat or solve our problem and never complained about anything - simply would just offer solutions and help move things forward. She handled everything on our behalf and all we had to worry about was making choices based on our preferences and paying invoices - she did all the heavy lifting when it came to coordinating with vendors and finding out all the information. She was also on top of everything during the day of the wedding and kept checking in on me and my husband to ensure everything was going smoothly. We could not have had our dream wedding without her expertise and help - I highly recommend working with Adrianna if you want someone that is professional and reliable with amazing taste!

Adrianna was amazing. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I 100% recommend. I didn’t have to do anything the day of except get myself to the venue and smile. She took care of all things décor, the timeline, dealing with issues etc. I brought everything in bins labeled with where I wanted them and she executed flawlessly. During the rehearsal the groomsmen were acting a fool but the day of she got them in shape, and they did great. She also dealt with people really well. For example, my mother tried to walk in during our private last dance, and Adrianna caught her and sent her out. It was great because that dance was the second private moment we had all day! I can not recommend her and her team enough. My sister liked her so much she wants to hire Adrianna for her wedding!
I could not be more grateful to Adrianna and her team! I am a very Type A, OCD person, and this definitely was a factor in my wedding planning. I planned everything down to the tiniest detail, so much so that when I handed everything over to Adrianna, I thought everything would be good to go. But this girl is a complete expert. She thought of things even my brain hadn't thought of, and what I did prepare her with, she took over with ease. She made everything so stress free and easy going, even the day of. We had a large bridal party and lots of kids in the wedding and she had everyone in line and on time. Heck, we were even ahead of schedule at some points! I was worried that I would be so stressed that day that I couldn't enjoy things, but I got to soak every moment in thanks to Adrianna and her assistant Emily, who was also fantastic! (I even made her check me for boogers right before walking down the aisle and she didn't bat an eye). They made every aspect of the wedding flow smoothly, and even helped clean up during and after the reception. I really could not have asked for more. I booked Adrianna over a year before my wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made. She truly was such a blessing that day, and anyone looking for a coordinator should feel very comfortable putting their big day in her hands.
Adrianna is incredible. Please look no father when looking for someone to help out with you wedding in any aspect. She went above and behind in every facet to help us with our wedding planning and day of coordination. Her work ethic is as good as it gets and she has a great team as well that serves as additional help. I truly cannot say enough about how great Adrianna is. There was never one hiccup/worry or anything. She had everything lined out and taken care of. If I had to do it over again I would hire her again and again and again. She’s the best!! Highly knowledgeable, organized, and attention to detail is as good as it gets. Couldn’t have done it without her. She checked on us anytime throughout the journey and day of to make sure things were great and they always were. She even helped find a few extra guests a ride home at the end of the night when the shuttle failed us. Best of the best!!
Adrianna was helpful in ensuring our day ran smoothly from a planning perspective. We especially appreciated Hailey as she was very professional and ensured I remained calm on my wedding day. She bustled my dress and made sure the timeline that I provided the team was followed.

Adrianna did a great job coordinating my wedding. She planned my entire wedding schedule in a couple of hours and provided some decorating ideas. She also offers some rental decorations such as cylinder vases, glass votives and LED candles. This is handy especially when it comes down to the final 24-72 hours! Although she was supposed to help out for 8 hours, she went above and beyond to ensure my wedding ceremony and reception were perfect and stayed an extra 4 hours including cleaning up my reception after it was over. No extra charge too! Everything was so perfect and Adrianna made sure of that! Definitely recommend her and her team!
