Fairy Tales Do Come True! I got married on 6/1/2024. I never thought that in my lifetime I would ever utter the words “the best day of my life!” This is with the support and care of Ariana Rodriguez of “Events by Ari” and her fabulous team! Ari is a beautiful and talented soul! She was incredibly professional, attentive to our wedding needs, detail-oriented, organized, and very understanding the entire six months that we worked together on my wedding! I am so blessed that I had the opportunity for her to coordinate our wedding! Her assistant for that day, Katie was also phenomenal and supportive the entire time! They both worked very hard to ensure that the wedding flowed smoothly for my husband and I! Every detail was displayed beyond my dreams! Everything! Our wedding was destination style. We did not know anyone in San Diego at all, having to do almost everything virtually! Neither of us had been married nor involved in planning a wedding to know what to expect from vendors. I felt so at ease knowing that Ari was in charge! With her wealth of experience, she was the best advocate for us throughout the entire planning process! We cannot express how much love and appreciation we have for Events by Ari for making our wedding day a real life fairy tale event!

I don’t think there are enough words in the dictionary to describe the service Ariana provided me and my husband throughout our wedding planning process. We went with her partial planning package and it was the best decision ever! When I contacted Ari, I had some of the big things already planned out but really struggled on the little, minute, details around decor, coordination, timelines and vendor management. Oftentimes I struggle with being indecisive and Ari’s expertise just knew what to do in every single scenario. She knew my budget and understood what was important to me and what wasn’t. She was my sounding board in a world of chaos and felt like a true friend throughout the process. We had a lot of laughs and throughout my uncertainty, she always helped me make the best decision and always kept the focus on me and my husband. We received so many compliments at our wedding where people said it was the best wedding they ever been to from coordination, schedules and decor - and absolutely none of it could have happened without her and her team. On the day of my wedding I was a nervous wreck but Ariana calmed my nerves and took care of everything. I would trust her with my life!!! She was simply the best and if I ever get married again (hopefully not lol) or have another big event to plan, I will 100% use Events By Ari!

We are so grateful to have found Ari. My fiancé and I opted on having a backyard wedding and did most of the planning ourselves. Originally, we weren't going to have a coordinator but we decided to look for one after realizing how much went into the scheduling for the day. We came across Events by Ari and I have to say we are SO grateful that we did. Ariana was so kind and helpful from the start. We hired her and her team for a day of coordination. About 3 weeks before our wedding day we got to have a very in depth zoom meeting (we live out of the San Diego area so meeting in person wasn't exactly an option for us!). We went over every little detail about what we had already booked, things we needed help or suggestions with and timing of how we wanted our day to go. She was the point of contact for our vendors, created an in depth schedule for our day that she shared with our vendors, and even helped to set decor. No matter what we came to her with, she made us feel absolutely confident that it would get done or there was a solution. On the day of the wedding, we would turn around and the next event on our timeline would be in place and ready to go. We are very hands on and do it ourselves kind of people and we were blown away by the way in which Ari and her team were able to execute things without us even noticing. Our day went so smoothly because of her and we can't imagine our day without Ari and her team! Let me start by saying if you don’t book a wedding coordinator, you’re making a huge mistake. A coordinator is essential! Ari and her team were on it and will help execute your vision. I honestly don’t think it could have been pulled off if I didn’t have Ari and her team. She’s super fun and bubbly, high energy, and is quick to tackle any issues. I am forever grateful for all the work Ari and her team put in. Every detail I requested was done to the T. They were amazing and super easy to work with! I recommend Ari and her team 100%. We cannot express how happy and grateful we are with the way our special day turned out. This could not have been possible without the team at Events by Ari. From our first meeting with Ariana, she was friendly and very informative. She walked us through what a usual timeline looks like, and answered all our questions with patience and kindness, even if they were redundant and fueled by wedding planning anxiety. Ari was amazing! She was so fun, bubbly, pleasant, organized, and always had a smile! She brought great energy thought out the process. She brought a bottle of rose for my husband and I before the ceremony, it helped with the nerves! My family gave so many compliments on her service.

We got married at South Coast Winery in Temecula and from the initial call with Ari I knew my wedding was in good hands. She is kind and patient and never got flustered. My family kept commenting to me how much they liked her and how good she was. Ari has an eye for detail and was able to setup our decor items better than I could have ever envisioned. We also did our own florals and Ari setup all our arrangements. I can be an incredibly indecisive person, not because I can’t make a decision but because I want the best experience. I shared exactly how I wanted my day to Ari, but was so nervous because life was coming at me in every direction. I was not the typical bride devoting every moment to the wedding… I only had limited time but still wanted most beautiful day as we all do! Ariana made sure to keep me on schedule, was there with gentle advice and understanding and made sure my day was absolutely beautiful. Her attention to detail is one thing but beyond that her ability to understand personalities and navigate exactly what a bride needs is just what we all need. She also just handled so many things I didn’t even know about until I saw it. Made it so personal and I deeply appreciate her and her team. HIRE her you will not regret it.

Where do I start.. I've searched & reached out to many companies for wedding coordination services and I am so happy that I found Ari and her team. My wedding was on 5/6/23 at Europa Village winery in Temecula and contracted with Ari & her team for day of coordination. I met with Ari for the first time via FaceTime and loved her from the start. She provided a thorough overview of her services for the day and eliminated any concerns/hesitations. Throughout the duration of time leading up to the big day, we were having difficulty finding a DJ and officiant. I reached out to Ari and she was able to provide a long list of referrals which ultimately led us to securing a great DJ. Ari is very organized and punctual--she provided a thorough document for us to fill out, which included things like our story, timeline (order of wedding party), and a list of decor and placement. We had a rehearsal the day before and Ari arrived early and provided a seamless run through. On our wedding day, everything was amazing. Let's just say Ari and her team knew the assignment. Ari and her team were so attentive and really made stress nonexistent. They coordinated with our vendors and set everything up as pictured. It was super windy that day and glasses were knocking down & a few shattered--Ari and her team quickly pivoted and got everything handled in no time. The florist also forgot our petals for the aisle, Ari caught that on the decor list and was able to handle that situation with the florist. Her team even offered to help me take pictures on my phone! At the end of the wedding, Ari and her team put all of the items/decor back nicely & provided an inventory list of everything. Ari and her team are just amazing & I cannot recommend them enough! I wish I was able to get a picture with them that day. Whether you're looking for coordination services throughout planning or day of, Events by Ari has so many options. You will not be disappointed.

Ari and her team were absolutely AMAZING! They played a huge role in making our wedding the way we dreamed it would be. Ari is the most sweetest, kindhearted, energetic, organized, problem solver, and selfless person in this world. She really takes them time out of her day to help with any needs her client has. From my personal experience with Ari, she honestly saved my wedding and made it absolutely perfect. I had many frustrating problems that we ran into with my venue’s events coordinator like bad communication, unanswered questions, lack of doing her job, and obvious carelessness of our big day. Even though this put a hold on the things Ari had to do, she still found a way to solve each problem we faced to make sure everything was achieved for our big day. Ari gave my husband and I a questionnaire to fill out which included questions about our family dynamics, ideas of how we wanted our decor, and what her team could do to make sure our wedding is how we dreamed. We gave some ideas of how we wanted our decor and she took it to the next level. Ari created the most beautiful and unimaginable event ever!!!!! Ari and her team were there for us from start to finish and I would recommend them to everyone! They will always have a special place in our hearts and we are blessed to have came across this amazing company!

This review is way too long overdue. My fiance and I hired Ariana and her team for our July 2022 wedding. I believe we ended up doing her "Day of Coordination" package. From the initial consultation to the last minute of the reception, Ariana was a LIFE SAVER! She was always available to talk, share her expertise and her positivity was radiating. In our first meeting with Ariana, we talked through everything that we thought the day should look like. My fiance shared a Pinterest board, we talked about the look and the feel we wanted and she took it from there and ran with it. The setup and execution of the day was FLAWLESS. Although our venue was INCREDIBLY challenging (I would NEVER recommend Falkner) Ariana and her team did their absolute best for everything to go off without a hitch. There were things that were beyond her control; however, every time there were issues, she was already there to put out the fire. Issues with our venue and their rude coordinator that she solved: - The venue wanted to put me and my party in a bootleg room to look like an animal in a zoo - Food being 15 minutes late (HOW does the venue mess that up?) - Food being cold - The venue getting rid of one of the buffet lines (WITHOUT communicating with us) - A specialty cocktail being made incorrectly (How do you mess up a margarita?) - Appetizers not being made available to us while we were taking pictures After 15+ years of the service industry and executing hundreds of private events, I notice a lot of mistakes (like the venue not knowing where to place a knife on a place setting, or a server smoking in the back, not washing their hands, and smelling like smoke)... but those were all I noticed. I am positive that there were A LOT more hiccups that she smoothed out throughout the entire night. Ariana was literally always 5 steps ahead of what I was thinking. It also seems like Ariana was a mile ahead of the venue's coordinator. Hiring Ariana for your next event, especially a wedding, is a no-brainer. She's worth her weight in gold.

We had our wedding in Temecula about 3 weeks ago and hired Events by Ari as our wedding coordinator on our wedding day. Ari and her team were so professional and did an amazing job. They did an amazing job to decorate our sweetheart table and other wedding decorations and even provided some decor items free of charge. Ariana and her team are truly the BEST!! Not only were they actually affordable and within our budget, but they were truly IRREPLACEABLE and one of the main reasons our event was such a success! From our early meet-and-greet to the final handoff after the wedding, we truly were in such amazing and capable hands. Ariana's sweet personality, incredible professionalism, and enthusiasm for all things love and weddings made her such an easy person to work with. I had provided her with my decorations and a pinterest board of ideas, and she saw my vision and executed it beyond what I could've even imagined. The day of the wedding was such a breeze too! Because of her coordination with all my vendors and loved ones, we actually stuck to our timeline and had no stress at all! As a bride, I thought that surely there would be some craziness, but they took all the responsibilities out of my hands so I could be present and relax and enjoy my special day (and so could my bridesmaids!). Her assistant Katie was also amazing with helping make sure we actually got to try our cocktail hour food and stayed with us when taking our sunset photos to help in any way my photographer or I needed (holding flowers, fluffing my dress, etc.) and even did my bustle for me in the middle of the golf course so I could walk back more easily to the reception. Hiring them was one of the best decisions I made!!!

My fairytale wedding came to life and I was able to enjoy it stress free thanks to Ari and her team! Ariana helped get all of our last details together by contacting all of the vendors and getting everyone on the same page. She executed our day SO PERFECTLY and handled little hiccups with ease and grace. She helped me when I ended up with a small spot on my dress and assisted me when I threw a last minute change at her. Her assistant Kaity also was a miracle worker and helped me with my garter and always made sure my hair was in place during pictures. My husband and I are so happy we booked Events by Ari for our wedding. Ari helped us with so much stress the week of our wedding after we learned about rain in the forecast for our fully outdoor venue. Ari spent hours calling vendors throughout Southern California to secure an outdoor tent to accommodate our large guest size. She helped us secure a beautiful clear tent with drapery, twinkle lights, and dance floor. Even though the rain and cold weather was not ideal, we still had a magical and perfect wedding day! Her team checked on us throughout the day to make sure we were happy and comfortable. They also helped set up our decor and packed it at the end of the wedding, saving us so much time and letting us focus on having a great time with friends and family. I highly recommend Ari for your wedding day! My only regret is not booking her sooner, before we searched for venues and vendors. She is the best!

Choosing Ari to be our coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding! My husband and I are from Canada and planned our entire California wedding online. Over the past 2 years we've had endless emails with Ari and had to make so many changes throughout the pandemic, but she was nothing short of amazing. Words cannot begin to explain how incredible Ari is, both as a wedding planner and as an overall human being. To start, she is genuinely so kind, so caring, and has such a positive and vibrant personality. She is exactly who you want on your team. Our entire family loved working with her on our wedding day. I don’t think I knew of a single problem that occurred on wedding day. It was beyond what I was hoping it would be. Our ceremony & our reception were so beautiful, so elegant, so classic. Most people told me pre-wedding, ‘there’s no such thing as a perfect wedding so don’t let anything get to you’ and post-wedding, I got texts from people saying ‘I lied, this was a perfect wedding.’ Truly, all thanks to Ari and her team. She is the best, and I wouldn’t even blink twice if you’re looking for your perfect wedding planner. She is IT.

I can confidently say that our wedding would not have been what it was without Events by Ari backing us up. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. My husband and I had a pretty solid idea of what we wanted and expected for our wedding day, and Ari and her team elevated that vision above and beyond anything we thought possible. All we needed to do was share a Pinterest board highlighting our ideas, and not only did she make that vision come to life, but she also offered some extra ideas and pieces of decor to really take it to the next level. Aside from that, her ability to communicate with us, our families and wedding party, and our other vendors was excellent. She worked with us to create a detailed and personalized timeline fitting our specific, unique needs as it pertained to our original ideas, restrictions from the venue we chose, and some time constraints from multiple vendors. She went out of her way to make sure our jobs leading up to the wedding was as stress-free as possible. When we spoke with Ari on the phone at the beginning of it all, we were happy to find that she was genuine and down-to-earth, and when we finally met her in person (we weren't able to actually meet her until the day before the ceremony since we came from out of state), it was clear that our phone conversations didn't go unheard. We felt comfortable right away. Ari gave us a strong sense of confidence that everything would be taken care of so that we could go through the day of the wedding stress-free, allowing us to take in every moment. She made sure that the only thing we needed to focus on was relaxing and enjoying ourselves. I cannot recommend Events by Ari highly enough. She will be a vital asset to you or anyone else planning the most important day of their lives.

After spending a year planning every aspect of the wedding by myself, I realized our date was quickly approaching and that I could not possibly handle the 'day of' checklist items on my own as I originally had thought. I began to scramble to find someone available for our date who could just jump in where I left off with the planning on our wedding day to coordinate the vendors, bridal party and set up the decor. (Insert Ari ) She was the only event planner I spoke to that was willing to take on my last minute day-of planning gig. She patiently answered my endless questions until I was satisfied I had found the right fit and finally booked her. I was confident she would be able to execute our vision for the wedding day to a T. Ari took it a step further and surpassed our expectations by anticipating our every need and stepping in to diffuse potential crises before they even developed. It was that same calm, cool and collected demeanor that she had from the jump that kept us smiling and enjoying our special day without worry or fear. She was phenomenal (as was her assistant!) and I regret not hiring her sooner to simplify the entire planning process.

Ari was the coordinator for our wedding in September. She and her assistant Katie were absolutely incredible. Hands down the best decision we made. Ari was incredibly kind, attentive, and detail-oriented throughout the whole process. Then, wrench in the works...it POURED the day of our wedding and we had to completely change plans from our outdoor ceremony and reception to have both indoors. Ari handled the change without missing a beat, and probably did far more than I'm even aware of to make our dream wedding still possible. She even called her brother to come and help move everything inside. We could not be more grateful to Ari and her team. Thank you SO much Ari, from the bottom of our hearts.

Ari and her team were so helpful during our 2020 wedding planning. She was able to meet with me and a few vendors to make the decision making process much easier and her overall price was very reasonable for a full service wedding planner. Our actual wedding ran so smooth and when I needed something during the reception, her team was on it. We were happy with EBAs services and had a successful wedding because of it.

Hiring Ariana was one of my best wedding planning decisions. I knew that I wanted a day of planner and one of the most important things to me was having someone I knew would feel natural to be around during my big day. Ariana is so sweet and nice. On my actual wedding day everything was perfectly organized and all smooth going. I barely had to think about anything as she was moving behind the scenes and meeting with vendors while I was getting my hair and makeup done. I really appreciate the month of coordination spreadsheets she provided, which really helped me stay on track. From start to finish, Ariana's team was professional and expertly helped us to navigate our wedding day. At first I questioned whether or not we needed a day of coordinator (our venue required one), but as the wedding drew closer and now post wedding, we know that Ariana made our wedding day what it was. Ari has been an absolute rock for me and my husband during our entire wedding planning processes. Every meeting, every email made us feel at ease and made us know we were in good hands. One of my favorite things about her is her attention to detail. During our initial meeting, I mentioned something in passing. Months later as our big day was approaching, she asked me if I still wanted that for my wedding (I can't remember what specifically it was 😅). I was blown away that she remembered something from months ago. Planning a wedding is already stressful but planning a wedding during a pandemic is an extra layer of stress. Ari worked with us to help make sure we were covering our bases with safety protocols and sending out effective communication to our guests beforehand. Once we told Ari our vision, she was ready with vendor recommendations. There were a few vendors who came highly recommended from her and once we had the initial consultation with them, we knew they would be perfect for our wedding. And the big day? I was able to relax and enjoy the day with my friends, family and newly-minted husband because Ari and Katy made sure everything ran smoothly. The day was perfect and I can't thank them enough for that. My family was very impressed with Ari and Katy and still send me messages saying they loved them so much. I never imagined ever wanting or needing a wedding planner. When I planned out our 4.4.2020 wedding at our mostly all-inclusive venue, I gave myself 18 months to get it done. It was a lot of work but I felt like with the help of family and the venue staff, I had it under control. I found Ari a year ago after we had to cancel our original wedding date due to Covid. At that point, our original wedding plans were completely set and we were just a few weeks out. It seemed like all our plans were crashing down and I couldn’t imagine having to reschedule and replan with my entire vendor team all over again. I found Ari and was completely honest with her. We no longer had a venue and most of the important vendors that came with our initial venue. I showed her what we had, what we lost and all the things we needed. I knew I needed her services because at that point it was all about setting priorities. I could stress for another year and try to do it myself all over again, or I could hand it over to a professional who will make it so much easier for me to truly enjoy my day and also live again. The events by Ari team was amazing. Every time I would communicate with her prior to the big day I would feel a great weight lifted off my shoulders. She is so efficient at getting things done and communicating with vendors. She literally thinks of everything. I mean- she even remembered that I changed into my sneakers halfway through the night and helped me change out of them just before the garter toss. This wedding was difficult for me to hand over at first because I had an idea of how I wanted everything to be (how could I not after 2.5 years of planning and re-planning). But Ari really tunes in and listens. She never made me feel like any idea I had was “out of the ordinary” or “extra” and I never felt like she wasn’t listening to me. (You know those vendors that listen and seem like they understand your request, but just do their own thing anyway?- she’s the complete opposite.) Throughout the process I would tell my friends and family- although I never imagined getting a wedding planner- this was the best decision I made for the wedding. I honestly was stress free on my wedding day (aside from my vows, but that’s a whole different type of stress. Lol) When I walked into our family’s driveway and it was completely transformed to a wedding venue I was at a loss for words. It was everything I wanted and more. Ari knows how to wrangle all the vendors and wedding party like a sports team coach. It truly was amazing. Ari and her team were amazing!!! They were there to help with everything from vendors to guests to ceremony music. They did it all and I couldn’t be more grateful. They even went out of there way to set up last minute eating arrangements for my grandparents and oversaw every vendor so that I didn’t have to worry. Ari is very professional and so nice to work with. I highly recommend her for anyone’s wedding. She is fantastic.

Although Covid cancelled my wedding and I never had the chance to work with Ariana in person, she was so sweet and helpful through the months and months of waiting and stress. I have so much to say about Ariana so let me start with the “long story short” version: Hire Ariana. She will save you time, money, & stress. She is worth every penny & MORE. My full review: I was a very hands on bride who planned to do everything myself. Early on in the planning phase, I realized I will get overwhelmed easily trying to keep track of all the vendors on top of making everything for my wedding. I never dreamed I’d be able to hire a coordinator. I spent several weeks researching coordinators. (Pro tip: don’t just pick the first person. You’re going to work with this coordinator for months, find someone that you are compatible with.) First time meeting Ari, I KNEW she was going to be perfect for me. I had an unconventional Halloween idea for the wedding that not many people understood. Ari did & she found me the best vendors for all my needs that also blended perfectly with my theme. I hired Ari more than a year before my wedding. She didn’t have to start helping me so early on, but she did. I can’t stress this enough; Ariana went above & beyond to help put together my vendors. On top of that, it’s obvious she is an expert. She pointed out so many important details I wouldn’t have even known to consider. Prior to the wedding, we met for an initial meeting & most of our communication was done through email. Ari’s communication was perfect for me. For the most part she responded within 24hrs. Faster for more urgent matters, but I always felt comfortable knowing she would definitely be there & not disappear. The week of the wedding, Ari made me feel like I was her only client. She was so attentive to my needs & not only did it make me feel special, but I knew my wedding was in the right hands. During the walk through of the venue, Ari really shined. She knew what to do step by step. Trust me, I thought I had everything thought out & accounted for; nope. But, thank god I had her guiding me. We had issues with the venue double booking a morning event the same day as my evening wedding (The ultimate nightmare right?!) In the end, we were forced to compromise with the use of our venue & the hours we thought we had to set up for the wedding was reduced significantly. Ariana, turned from the sweetest fairy godmother, into a frigging pit bull - And I truly mean this as a compliment!! The venue owners weren’t communicating to us & not answering calls, but Ariana was on their butts to get things resolved. On the day of the wedding, the guests of the other event ended up being extremely rude and forced Ariana and her team to have even less time to set up my wedding. They were not able to do very much throughout the day and in the end, they really had about an hour maybe an hour and a half to set up my whole wedding. Let me say that again: ARIANA AND HER TEAM SET UP MY WHOLE WEDDING IN ABOUT AN HOUR; HOUR AND A HALF AT MOST. (Please don’t make her set up your wedding in that short a time. That was truly an impossible task and she only did it because circumstances forced her to.) Shout out to her assistant and her team. Wow. They put together everything so lovely. And when it was time to tear everything down, they were just as quick and efficient. In the end, I was so happy with her service. My family was so happy with her service; my dad was especially impressed. One of the things I’m most grateful about my wedding was finding Ariana. I felt like I was working with a friend.

The day of the wedding, she and Katie set up a stunning layout for us. They brought our vision to life in every way. They worked efficiently, but with an eye for detail. September 2018. For many years, I was an event planner (weddings, corporate, and social) for independent companies and hotels/resorts. As a planner, I always told my clients that if they chose to forgo a full-service planner that they should at least get a day-of planner. When it came to my sister’s wedding, it was no exception. I did not want our families to spend the “big day” worrying about all the big and little details (and trust me there are more than you might think!). My sister and her now-husband are both engineers and have little-to-no spare time. I wanted to help them fulfill their DIY wedding visions, but also knew we needed to find a planner early…enter Events by Ari. After reviewing several planners in the San Diego area, I realized Ari immediately stood out in several important ways, including: (1) She is extremely RESPONSIVE by phone and email. (2) She is COMPETITIVELY PRICED, especially for the highly desired San Diego area and considering how excellent she is at her job. (3) She is THOUGHTFUL and PERSONABLE. (4) She is appropriately THOROUGH in her communications. Bride and groom met with Ari at their home (future wedding venue) and decided it was a good fit. She became their day-of planner which included pre-planning emails, a venue site visit, ceremony rehearsal, two onsite assistants on the day of, and general peace-of-mind that she and her team will be there to run the show. Now for the actual wedding day….I AM PRETTY SURE IT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT ARI, DYLAN, AND RICHARD. They literally saved the day with their calm presence and gentle helping hands. They truly went above and beyond. The wedding was highly DIY (from food & beverage to decor..even the dress was hand made by my mom!). While DIY makes for a beautiful and unique experience, it also means TONS of moving parts, last minute hiccups, fires to put out, and things to remember. The Events by Ari team was able to take charge and pull it together rather seamlessly, even as guests were arriving. We put the full reigns in their hands to make executive decisions where possible, and we couldn’t have been happier. I would hire her again IN A HEARTBEAT. The only thing I would do differently is hire Ari as a full service planner, and not just a day of. I am sure we she would have really helped us polish plans for the day. I have planned or been involved in over 120 weddings in my career, and I can tell you it is a different story when it is your own family or your own wedding. A neutral third party to nudge everything in the right direction can MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE. Not to mention how helpful it is to tap her wealth of knowledge about the San Diego / Southern California region’s vendors, etc. If you are still reading this lengthy review, know that she was well worth the time it took to write it. Where do I even begin...Ari and her team are amazing!!! We are so glad our friend recommended her.
