would have spent every dollar in our bank account for a day that incredible!!! I couldn’t have brought my dream vision to life without you and your amazing team. You were always just a text away whenever I had uncertainties, truly acting as my right-hand girl. I felt so supported, acknowledged, and reassured throughout the entire process. Any stress I had, you immediately alleviated. Your organization was top-notch, and you fully embraced my vision, going above and beyond in every aspect. You were also fantastic at working within our budget, offering alternatives that stayed true to my vision while being mindful of costs. You sourced amazing vendors and guided us through the many decisions we faced along the way! On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and soak in every moment, focusing only on marrying my best friend. Every moment was so magical. Not a single hiccup happened (that I knew of) making it so special. Even on our honeymoon, my husband and I looked at each other and said, "It’s so sad we won’t get to talk to Ari all the time anymore..." We both miss you already! If I had to sum up Ari in one phrase, it would be "On it!" She never complicated anything; she just made it happen. I would recommend Ari to every single bride and groom! Thank you again, Ari!

e us feel like our wedding was her #1 priority. She was extremely kind to us, our families and friends, and made us feel so taken care of. She accompanied us to our venue planning meeting and ran our rehearsal at the venue, two things she absolutely did not have to do. Ari was so on top of it from day 1. She shared helpful documents and planning materials with us. She made our entire day-of timeline and shared it with all of our vendors. She shared contact details with every vendor so it was easy for everyone involved to be aware of each other. She is incredibly detailed, organized, sharp, and efficient. But she’s also so sweet and just lovely! On the day of our wedding anytime I went up to her to ask if something had been taken care of she would just say “yes relax we are on it!”. I kept looking around throughout the day and asking myself “how is everything going so perfectly!?” The answer? ARI!!! Do not hesitate to book her as your planner or day of coordinator. Her entire team was also amazing and so sweet throughout the day. Ari is exceptional at her job and will make your wedding day the best ever.

to start my planning journey. Her happiness and delightful personality is infectious!! During such a stressful time, it was everything I needed to stay sane. She gave me the confidence our wedding day would be fantastic and I was always elated after speaking with her. We met up a few months before our big day at our venue and walked through. Boy, did Ari make us feel incredibly special! She made us feel wonderful! She helped us envision the space and provided us with some expert feedback! Ari and her assistant had everything under control! They paid a sweet visit to my room the morning of the wedding with treats, making us feel EXTRA special! The day of the wedding and for weeks I've been receiving so many compliments about how wonderful my vendors were, specifically Ari and her team! We gave them a challenging task of setting up all of our decor. They knocked it out of the park! Everything was set up so perfectly. Ari's assistant followed me through the ceremony to make sure my dress was laid perfectly and my hair was intact. They had the timeline down and gave me updates throughout the night. Everything flowed so well! I mentioned to them, I'd like to be treated as a guest at my wedding and they delivered! It was an amazing day and we have them to thank for it! Ari, you were the best decision we made! I had no clue what I was getting myself into when I began my wedding journey. I knew from our first phone call that you were going to be a light. I found a calm presence from you. It was always a joy to pick up the phone and get to speak with you. Going to miss that! I'm happy I found you and I'll never forget how you made us feel on our special day! You're such a wonderful soul. Take care & besos!!

enjoy our day. We were both prepared for something to go wrong and nothing happened that Ari wasn't able to address without needing to involve us. She managed all of our vendors, addressed a missing cake delivery, set up all the décor when we were "kidnapped" by the photographer, and got everything back to our room at the end of the evening seamlessly. We could not recommend her enough for giving us the best day of our lives!

dination seamless, ensuring that all elements, from décor to timelines, were perfectly aligned. The result was a stunning and cohesive event. We were able to work together as a team to troubleshoot last minute day-of changes. Ari remained calm, cool and collected and we are excited for opportunities welcome her back to our resort in the future. Thank you Ari!!!

e of Ariana Rodriguez of “Events by Ari” and her fabulous team! Ari is a beautiful and talented soul! She was incredibly professional, attentive to our wedding needs, detail-oriented, organized, and very understanding the entire six months that we worked together on my wedding! I am so blessed that I had the opportunity for her to coordinate our wedding! Her assistant for that day, Katie was also phenomenal and supportive the entire time! They both worked very hard to ensure that the wedding flowed smoothly for my husband and I! Every detail was displayed beyond my dreams! Everything! Our wedding was destination style. We did not know anyone in San Diego at all, having to do almost everything virtually! Neither of us had been married nor involved in planning a wedding to know what to expect from vendors. I felt so at ease knowing that Ari was in charge! With her wealth of experience, she was the best advocate for us throughout the entire planning process! We cannot express how much love and appreciation we have for Events by Ari for making our wedding day a real life fairy tale event!

lanning package and it was the best decision ever! When I contacted Ari, I had some of the big things already planned out but really struggled on the little, minute, details around decor, coordination, timelines and vendor management. Oftentimes I struggle with being indecisive and Ari’s expertise just knew what to do in every single scenario. She knew my budget and understood what was important to me and what wasn’t. She was my sounding board in a world of chaos and felt like a true friend throughout the process. We had a lot of laughs and throughout my uncertainty, she always helped me make the best decision and always kept the focus on me and my husband. We received so many compliments at our wedding where people said it was the best wedding they ever been to from coordination, schedules and decor - and absolutely none of it could have happened without her and her team. On the day of my wedding I was a nervous wreck but Ariana calmed my nerves and took care of everything. I would trust her with my life!!! She was simply the best and if I ever get married again (hopefully not lol) or have another big event to plan, I will 100% use Events By Ari!

that we had the best time. They kept in touch with us every month leading up to the wedding and on the day itself, everything felt incredibly smooth. It was reassuring to know that if anything came up, they would take care of it, allowing us to just enjoy the day. We would highly recommend them! They were efficient from pre-planning preparation to set-up, and made sure to be in contact with all of our vendors. They even reached out to our pastor to make sure he was on board. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you so much, Ari <3"

irl! Thank you again for everything and being patient with us . We wish you the best and continue being the best at what you do.

but we decided to look for one after realizing how much went into the scheduling for the day. We came across Events by Ari and I have to say we are SO grateful that we did. Ariana was so kind and helpful from the start. We hired her and her team for a day of coordination. About 3 weeks before our wedding day we got to have a very in depth zoom meeting (we live out of the San Diego area so meeting in person wasn't exactly an option for us!). We went over every little detail about what we had already booked, things we needed help or suggestions with and timing of how we wanted our day to go. She was the point of contact for our vendors, created an in depth schedule for our day that she shared with our vendors, and even helped to set decor. No matter what we came to her with, she made us feel absolutely confident that it would get done or there was a solution. On the day of the wedding, we would turn around and the next event on our timeline would be in place and ready to go. We are very hands on and do it ourselves kind of people and we were blown away by the way in which Ari and her team were able to execute things without us even noticing. Our day went so smoothly because of her and we can't imagine our day without Ari and her team! She has an extremely calm, confident and kind demeanor, is so personable and you can tell that she is passionate about what she does. We are so happy to have found her. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Choose Events by Ari you guys!!! You won't regret it.

ion. I honestly don’t think it could have been pulled off if I didn’t have Ari and her team. She’s super fun and bubbly, high energy, and is quick to tackle any issues. I am forever grateful for all the work Ari and her team put in. Every detail I requested was done to the T. They were amazing and super easy to work with! I recommend Ari and her team 100%. Book her now!

with Ariana, she was friendly and very informative. She walked us through what a usual timeline looks like, and answered all our questions with patience and kindness, even if they were redundant and fueled by wedding planning anxiety. She made the process so easy, and was extremely helpful. Whenever we reached out with a question or concern, we would always receive a prompt, helpful response. When the big day finally came, everything flowed so well! We were just able to enjoy ourselves and party with our loved ones. Our mixed culture wedding incorporated a variety of traditions that the team was more than happy to facilitate. It was truly one of the best day of our lives, and the ways in which Ariana helped make that happen cannot be understated. We would recommend Events by Ari to all our friends thinking about getting married! (Honestly though, all our friends have already expressed how awesome the team was that day, and cannot wait to engage their services for their own special day :)).

and I before the ceremony, it helped with the nerves! My family gave so many compliments on her service.

ding was in good hands. She is kind and patient and never got flustered. My family kept commenting to me how much they liked her and how good she was. Ari has an eye for detail and was able to setup our decor items better than I could have ever envisioned. We also did our own florals and Ari setup all our arrangements. She collected our decor and personal items at the end of the night and brought them back to our suite, she handled everything with the utmost care and attention. Thank you Ari for everything you!! Our wedding was absolutely perfect because you were handling everything with a smile on your face! <3

s because life was coming at me in every direction. I was not the typical bride devoting every moment to the wedding… I only had limited time but still wanted most beautiful day as we all do! Ariana made sure to keep me on schedule, was there with gentle advice and understanding and made sure my day was absolutely beautiful. Her attention to detail is one thing but beyond that her ability to understand personalities and navigate exactly what a bride needs is just what we all need. She also just handled so many things I didn’t even know about until I saw it. Made it so personal and I deeply appreciate her and her team. HIRE her you will not regret it.

opa Village winery in Temecula and contracted with Ari & her team for day of coordination. I met with Ari for the first time via FaceTime and loved her from the start. She provided a thorough overview of her services for the day and eliminated any concerns/hesitations. Throughout the duration of time leading up to the big day, we were having difficulty finding a DJ and officiant. I reached out to Ari and she was able to provide a long list of referrals which ultimately led us to securing a great DJ. Ari is very organized and punctual--she provided a thorough document for us to fill out, which included things like our story, timeline (order of wedding party), and a list of decor and placement. We had a rehearsal the day before and Ari arrived early and provided a seamless run through. On our wedding day, everything was amazing. Let's just say Ari and her team knew the assignment. Ari and her team were so attentive and really made stress nonexistent. They coordinated with our vendors and set everything up as pictured. It was super windy that day and glasses were knocking down & a few shattered--Ari and her team quickly pivoted and got everything handled in no time. The florist also forgot our petals for the aisle, Ari caught that on the decor list and was able to handle that situation with the florist. Her team even offered to help me take pictures on my phone! At the end of the wedding, Ari and her team put all of the items/decor back nicely & provided an inventory list of everything. Ari and her team are just amazing & I cannot recommend them enough! I wish I was able to get a picture with them that day. Whether you're looking for coordination services throughout planning or day of, Events by Ari has so many options. You will not be disappointed.

, problem solver, and selfless person in this world. She really takes them time out of her day to help with any needs her client has. From my personal experience with Ari, she honestly saved my wedding and made it absolutely perfect. I had many frustrating problems that we ran into with my venue’s events coordinator like bad communication, unanswered questions, lack of doing her job, and obvious carelessness of our big day. Even though this put a hold on the things Ari had to do, she still found a way to solve each problem we faced to make sure everything was achieved for our big day. Ari gave my husband and I a questionnaire to fill out which included questions about our family dynamics, ideas of how we wanted our decor, and what her team could do to make sure our wedding is how we dreamed. We gave some ideas of how we wanted our decor and she took it to the next level. Ari created the most beautiful and unimaginable event ever!!!!! Ari and her team were there for us from start to finish and I would recommend them to everyone! They will always have a special place in our hearts and we are blessed to have came across this amazing company!

nitial consultation to the last minute of the reception, Ariana was a LIFE SAVER! She was always available to talk, share her expertise and her positivity was radiating. In our first meeting with Ariana, we talked through everything that we thought the day should look like. My fiance shared a Pinterest board, we talked about the look and the feel we wanted and she took it from there and ran with it. The setup and execution of the day was FLAWLESS. Although our venue was INCREDIBLY challenging (I would NEVER recommend Falkner) Ariana and her team did their absolute best for everything to go off without a hitch. There were things that were beyond her control; however, every time there were issues, she was already there to put out the fire. Issues with our venue and their rude coordinator that she solved: - The venue wanted to put me and my party in a bootleg room to look like an animal in a zoo - Food being 15 minutes late (HOW does the venue mess that up?) - Food being cold - The venue getting rid of one of the buffet lines (WITHOUT communicating with us) - A specialty cocktail being made incorrectly (How do you mess up a margarita?) - Appetizers not being made available to us while we were taking pictures After 15+ years of the service industry and executing hundreds of private events, I notice a lot of mistakes (like the venue not knowing where to place a knife on a place setting, or a server smoking in the back, not washing their hands, and smelling like smoke)... but those were all I noticed. I am positive that there were A LOT more hiccups that she smoothed out throughout the entire night. Ariana was literally always 5 steps ahead of what I was thinking. It also seems like Ariana was a mile ahead of the venue's coordinator. Hiring Ariana for your next event, especially a wedding, is a no-brainer. She's worth her weight in gold.

. They did an amazing job to decorate our sweetheart table and other wedding decorations and even provided some decor items free of charge. Ari was so easy to work with and I am so glad that I chose to have her as our wedding coordinator. Would highly recommend her! Thank you so much for making our special day even more beautiful! Our best wishes! Alex and Julia

process. From setting up to walking down the aisle, they were there every step of the way to ensure that everything went smoothly. Despite having to do a rather large room flip, Ari and her team managed to keep everything running seamlessly. Their impeccable attention to detail truly made our wedding day feel magical. We are so grateful for their support and highly recommend their services to anyone needing assistance on their special day. Thank you, Ari and staff, for making our wedding day perfect!

. Your attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism were outstanding, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. From our very first meeting, you took the time to truly understand our vision for our special day and then brought it to life in ways that we never could have imagined. Your guidance throughout the entire planning process was invaluable, and you went above and beyond to ensure that every little detail was taken care of. On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly, and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing that you had everything under control. Your team was exceptional, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how beautifully everything came together. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our wedding day the most magical and unforgettable day of our lives. We couldn't have done it without you, and we are so grateful for everything that you did for us. We would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a wedding planner who truly cares about their clients and will go above and beyond to make their dreams come true.

such a success! From our early meet-and-greet to the final handoff after the wedding, we truly were in such amazing and capable hands. Ariana's sweet personality, incredible professionalism, and enthusiasm for all things love and weddings made her such an easy person to work with. I had provided her with my decorations and a pinterest board of ideas, and she saw my vision and executed it beyond what I could've even imagined. The day of the wedding was such a breeze too! Because of her coordination with all my vendors and loved ones, we actually stuck to our timeline and had no stress at all! As a bride, I thought that surely there would be some craziness, but they took all the responsibilities out of my hands so I could be present and relax and enjoy my special day (and so could my bridesmaids!). Her assistant Katie was also amazing with helping make sure we actually got to try our cocktail hour food and stayed with us when taking our sunset photos to help in any way my photographer or I needed (holding flowers, fluffing my dress, etc.) and even did my bustle for me in the middle of the golf course so I could walk back more easily to the reception. Hiring them was one of the best decisions I made!!!

dors and getting everyone on the same page. She executed our day SO PERFECTLY and handled little hiccups with ease and grace. She helped me when I ended up with a small spot on my dress and assisted me when I threw a last minute change at her. Her assistant Kaity also was a miracle worker and helped me with my garter and always made sure my hair was in place during pictures. I thoroughly enjoyed my wedding because I knew I was in great hands with Ariana and Kaity! I can’t thank them enough for making our special day so relaxing, enjoyable, and elegant.

Ari understood our vision and executed it all so lovely. We had some crazy weather on our wedding day and despite the craziness that was out of our control, she made it the best day for us. At the end of the day we all truly enjoyed ourselves. Wedding planning can be stressful enough, I appreciated Ari's calmness, positivity, and reassurance that everything was going to be okay. I had the pleasure of knowing Ari's work ahead of time for my best friends wedding and I knew I would love to have her as my planner for mine as well. So I've seen her lovely work twice! We are left with the best of memories of our special day, rain or shine! Thank you Events by Ari!

fully outdoor venue. Ari spent hours calling vendors throughout Southern California to secure an outdoor tent to accommodate our large guest size. She helped us secure a beautiful clear tent with drapery, twinkle lights, and dance floor. Even though the rain and cold weather was not ideal, we still had a magical and perfect wedding day! Her team checked on us throughout the day to make sure we were happy and comfortable. They also helped set up our decor and packed it at the end of the wedding, saving us so much time and letting us focus on having a great time with friends and family. I highly recommend Ari for your wedding day! My only regret is not booking her sooner, before we searched for venues and vendors. She is the best!

years we've had endless emails with Ari and had to make so many changes throughout the pandemic, but she was nothing short of amazing. On the day of our wedding, her and her assistant Cristina made us feel well taken care of so we could relax and enjoy everything. Thank you Ari, we are so grateful that you were a part of our special day!

and vibrant personality. She is exactly who you want on your team. Our entire family loved working with her on our wedding day. Throughout the process of planning our wedding and getting things done, I truly felt like I was working with my lifelong best friend or a sister. I went to her anytime I was stressed along the way and she was always extremely comforting and reassuring. She worked tirelessly to make sure our day was perfect. And…our wedding day was PERFECT. I don’t think I knew of a single problem that occurred on wedding day. It was beyond what I was hoping it would be. Our ceremony & our reception were so beautiful, so elegant, so classic. Most people told me pre-wedding, ‘there’s no such thing as a perfect wedding so don’t let anything get to you’ and post-wedding, I got texts from people saying ‘I lied, this was a perfect wedding.’ Truly, all thanks to Ari and her team. She is the best, and I wouldn’t even blink twice if you’re looking for your perfect wedding planner. She is IT.

lid idea of what we wanted and expected for our wedding day, and Ari and her team elevated that vision above and beyond anything we thought possible. All we needed to do was share a Pinterest board highlighting our ideas, and not only did she make that vision come to life, but she also offered some extra ideas and pieces of decor to really take it to the next level. Aside from that, her ability to communicate with us, our families and wedding party, and our other vendors was excellent. She worked with us to create a detailed and personalized timeline fitting our specific, unique needs as it pertained to our original ideas, restrictions from the venue we chose, and some time constraints from multiple vendors. She went out of her way to make sure our jobs leading up to the wedding was as stress-free as possible. When we spoke with Ari on the phone at the beginning of it all, we were happy to find that she was genuine and down-to-earth, and when we finally met her in person (we weren't able to actually meet her until the day before the ceremony since we came from out of state), it was clear that our phone conversations didn't go unheard. We felt comfortable right away. Ari gave us a strong sense of confidence that everything would be taken care of so that we could go through the day of the wedding stress-free, allowing us to take in every moment. She made sure that the only thing we needed to focus on was relaxing and enjoying ourselves. I cannot recommend Events by Ari highly enough. She will be a vital asset to you or anyone else planning the most important day of their lives.

on my own as I originally had thought. I began to scramble to find someone available for our date who could just jump in where I left off with the planning on our wedding day to coordinate the vendors, bridal party and set up the decor. (Insert Ari ) She was the only event planner I spoke to that was willing to take on my last minute day-of planning gig. She patiently answered my endless questions until I was satisfied I had found the right fit and finally booked her. I was confident she would be able to execute our vision for the wedding day to a T. Ari took it a step further and surpassed our expectations by anticipating our every need and stepping in to diffuse potential crises before they even developed. It was that same calm, cool and collected demeanor that she had from the jump that kept us smiling and enjoying our special day without worry or fear. She was phenomenal (as was her assistant!) and I regret not hiring her sooner to simplify the entire planning process.

ve, and detail-oriented throughout the whole process. Then, wrench in the works...it POURED the day of our wedding and we had to completely change plans from our outdoor ceremony and reception to have both indoors. Ari handled the change without missing a beat, and probably did far more than I'm even aware of to make our dream wedding still possible. She even called her brother to come and help move everything inside. We could not be more grateful to Ari and her team. Thank you SO much Ari, from the bottom of our hearts.

ice was very reasonable for a full service wedding planner. Our actual wedding ran so smooth and when I needed something during the reception, her team was on it. We were happy with EBAs services and had a successful wedding because of it.

atural to be around during my big day. Ariana is so sweet and nice. On my actual wedding day everything was perfectly organized and all smooth going. I barely had to think about anything as she was moving behind the scenes and meeting with vendors while I was getting my hair and makeup done. I really appreciate the month of coordination spreadsheets she provided, which really helped me stay on track. In addition to all her hard work, she also remembered I really wanted a *specific* sandwich to eat while I was getting ready and brought it to me as a small gift. It was such a nice touch because it was so personalized. I highly recommend Events by Ari!!

nue required one), but as the wedding drew closer and now post wedding, we know that Ariana made our wedding day what it was. From start to finish, she ensured that everyone had a wonderful time and that there was zero stress (coming from a Type A perfectionist bride, that is saying a lot!). I did not doubt for one second that our wedding day would go smoothly, and I had many family members etc tell me how great she was to work with. No matter what issue came up, she made sure it was handled swiftly and effectively. I would happily recommend her to and her team to ANYONE getting married. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

y so well. I was so overwhelmed that I forgot the decor bag at my hotel. Without hesitation Ariana's assistant went and got it!! They made our day so special ❤❤

r entire wedding planning processes. Every meeting, every email made us feel at ease and made us know we were in good hands. One of my favorite things about her is her attention to detail. During our initial meeting, I mentioned something in passing. Months later as our big day was approaching, she asked me if I still wanted that for my wedding (I can't remember what specifically it was 😅). I was blown away that she remembered something from months ago. Planning a wedding is already stressful but planning a wedding during a pandemic is an extra layer of stress. Ari worked with us to help make sure we were covering our bases with safety protocols and sending out effective communication to our guests beforehand. Once we told Ari our vision, she was ready with vendor recommendations. There were a few vendors who came highly recommended from her and once we had the initial consultation with them, we knew they would be perfect for our wedding. And the big day? I was able to relax and enjoy the day with my friends, family and newly-minted husband because Ari and Katy made sure everything ran smoothly. The day was perfect and I can't thank them enough for that. My family was very impressed with Ari and Katy and still send me messages saying they loved them so much. I can't sing Ari's praises enough. She is like a wedding fairy godmother who made our wedding (and the entire process) so stress-free and wonderful. Hire her!

in their hands. They sure delivered, the day of, we did not worry about a single thing. Everything looked like a dream and we were able to enjoy every minute of our special day with zero stress. I highly recommend their services!!! So grateful we had them!

s a lot of work but I felt like with the help of family and the venue staff, I had it under control. I found Ari a year ago after we had to cancel our original wedding date due to Covid. At that point, our original wedding plans were completely set and we were just a few weeks out. It seemed like all our plans were crashing down and I couldn’t imagine having to reschedule and replan with my entire vendor team all over again. I found Ari and was completely honest with her. We no longer had a venue and most of the important vendors that came with our initial venue. I showed her what we had, what we lost and all the things we needed. I knew I needed her services because at that point it was all about setting priorities. I could stress for another year and try to do it myself all over again, or I could hand it over to a professional who will make it so much easier for me to truly enjoy my day and also live again. The events by Ari team was amazing. Every time I would communicate with her prior to the big day I would feel a great weight lifted off my shoulders. She is so efficient at getting things done and communicating with vendors. She literally thinks of everything. I mean- she even remembered that I changed into my sneakers halfway through the night and helped me change out of them just before the garter toss. This wedding was difficult for me to hand over at first because I had an idea of how I wanted everything to be (how could I not after 2.5 years of planning and re-planning). But Ari really tunes in and listens. She never made me feel like any idea I had was “out of the ordinary” or “extra” and I never felt like she wasn’t listening to me. (You know those vendors that listen and seem like they understand your request, but just do their own thing anyway?- she’s the complete opposite.) She listens, she is helpful, she makes great recommendations, stays on schedule and does it all so gracefully. Throughout the process I would tell my friends and family- although I never imagined getting a wedding planner- this was the best decision I made for the wedding. I honestly was stress free on my wedding day (aside from my vows, but that’s a whole different type of stress. Lol) When I walked into our family’s driveway and it was completely transformed to a wedding venue I was at a loss for words. It was everything I wanted and more. Ari knows how to wrangle all the vendors and wedding party like a sports team coach. It truly was amazing. If you want to enjoy your day with your family and friends and not worry if your vision will be brought to life, then Please please please consider Events by Ari. You will not be disappointed.

ut of there way to set up last minute eating arrangements for my grandparents and oversaw every vendor so that I didn’t have to worry. Ari is very professional and so nice to work with. I highly recommend her for anyone’s wedding. She is fantastic.

made me and my husband and our guest feel at ease and ensured our day was memorable. Highly recommend!

confident that she would be an AMAZING coordinator for any brides on their big day. Very fair prices and willing to work with you and create a custom experience. You won't be disappointed with this lovely lady!

full review: I was a very hands on bride who planned to do everything myself. Early on in the planning phase, I realized I will get overwhelmed easily trying to keep track of all the vendors on top of making everything for my wedding. I never dreamed I’d be able to hire a coordinator. I spent several weeks researching coordinators. (Pro tip: don’t just pick the first person. You’re going to work with this coordinator for months, find someone that you are compatible with.) First time meeting Ari, I KNEW she was going to be perfect for me. I had an unconventional Halloween idea for the wedding that not many people understood. Ari did & she found me the best vendors for all my needs that also blended perfectly with my theme. I hired Ari more than a year before my wedding. She didn’t have to start helping me so early on, but she did. I can’t stress this enough; Ariana went above & beyond to help put together my vendors. On top of that, it’s obvious she is an expert. She pointed out so many important details I wouldn’t have even known to consider. Prior to the wedding, we met for an initial meeting & most of our communication was done through email. Ari’s communication was perfect for me. For the most part she responded within 24hrs. Faster for more urgent matters, but I always felt comfortable knowing she would definitely be there & not disappear. The week of the wedding, Ari made me feel like I was her only client. She was so attentive to my needs & not only did it make me feel special, but I knew my wedding was in the right hands. During the walk through of the venue, Ari really shined. She knew what to do step by step. Trust me, I thought I had everything thought out & accounted for; nope. But, thank god I had her guiding me. We had issues with the venue double booking a morning event the same day as my evening wedding (The ultimate nightmare right?!) In the end, we were forced to compromise with the use of our venue & the hours we thought we had to set up for the wedding was reduced significantly. Ariana, turned from the sweetest fairy godmother, into a frigging pit bull - And I truly mean this as a compliment!! The venue owners weren’t communicating to us & not answering calls, but Ariana was on their butts to get things resolved. On the day of the wedding, the guests of the other event ended up being extremely rude and forced Ariana and her team to have even less time to set up my wedding. They were not able to do very much throughout the day and in the end, they really had about an hour maybe an hour and a half to set up my whole wedding. Let me say that again: ARIANA AND HER TEAM SET UP MY WHOLE WEDDING IN ABOUT AN HOUR; HOUR AND A HALF AT MOST. (Please don’t make her set up your wedding in that short a time. That was truly an impossible task and she only did it because circumstances forced her to.) Shout out to her assistant and her team. Wow. They put together everything so lovely. And when it was time to tear everything down, they were just as quick and efficient. In the end, I was so happy with her service. My family was so happy with her service; my dad was especially impressed. One of the things I’m most grateful about my wedding was finding Ariana. I felt like I was working with a friend.

ble work you have put in. The wedding was beyond what we had imagined and that’s thanks to you. You truly are passionate about what you do and it reflects in your work. Our wedding was just absolutely magical, and all the guests said it too. Coming from Paris France, I know I had a very specific vision and particular image of what I wanted but you adapted so well to my culture and style. Future Brides/Grooms, I can share with you that I had no idea what I was doing at first, and through the whole process Ariana guided me step by step. We were constantly changing our minds through the planning process but Ariana was so patient with us and while we were moving from New York to Miami, we really needed Ariana in California to overlook everything. If you ask me, why I chose Ariana ? Well, I stumbled upon her website and loved her style, good taste and profile. I read the: “About Me” section on her website and knew, I wanted her to be the one to help me plan the most important day/commitment of my life. So when you plan your wedding, looking for someone to take over, know that Ariana will see your day as important, and as personal as you do. Ariana is real, honest, humble and fun. What will make your day memorable ? Truly the People, your friends, your family, your vendors and your wedding planner. On my wedding, I laughed, I cried, and danced the night away and all because I knew I could rely on Ariana to forget about everything and Enjoy with everyone. Weddings are very stressful but Ariana knows how to stay calm and will make you feel better through it. Merci Ari! Your true Fans, Marie and Juan

the wedding, she and Katie set up a stunning layout for us. They brought our vision to life in every way. They worked efficiently, but with an eye for detail. And no matter how much Ariana had on her mind, when we needed her on that day, she dropped everything and was attentive and focused on us. She was so easy to work with, listened attentively to any of our ideas and concerns, and just an absolute delight to work with. We truly felt her sincerity to make our day as magical as possible. Ariana is an absolute pro and could easily charge double if she wanted to... book her now, before her rates catch up with the level of service she and her team deliver!!

he exudes positive energy and my family and I immediately believed we had made the right choice selecting her as our wedding planner. She provided detailed timelines, remained in constant communication with me and appropriately gave her professional opinion when necessary. She and her staff executed our wedding day seamlessly! It was better than I envisioned! She kept us on schedule and maintained open lines of communication with all of my vendors allowing me to completely surrender control on the day of and entrust her team with my vision! I was able to just focus on marrying the man of my dreams while Ari and her team took care of the rest. I am more than pleased with the services that I was provided. Events By Ari is as good as it gets!
