Brie with Events by Bee was the best of the best and made my wedding everything and more! I was completely stress free and didnt worry about anything because she took care of everything! Gave me support and advice when I was nervous about dress shopping. Gave great recommendations with vendors when I couldn’t find the right people! Overall the best and had the best wedding!

Events by Bee made my daughter's wedding stress-free, absolutely beautiful, and everything that she and I ever dreamed of. My daughter had the wedding of her dreams and it is because of the care and passion that owner Brie and her assistant Marissa had for making her vision become a reality. Brie and her assistant, Marissa were absolutely phenomenal! Despite a bunch of last-minute changes and a ton of specific requests, Brie gracefully accommodated each one, seamlessly handling it all! I am certain that without Brie and Marissa, our day wouldn't have been nearly as stress-free.

Working with Events by Bee absolutely saved us! Brie was so knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I leading up to wedding day! She was always so willing to jump on a call with us and answer all of our questions! On wedding day we had a few last minute changes, but Brie handled the changes like a pro! We could not have done our wedding day without Events by Bee! Do yourself a favor and hire them, you won't be disappointed!!

Events by Bee did a great job helping us plan our wedding. They was organized, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. They did a great job communicating with our vendors and making our special day go smoothly. Overall we are super pleased with our experience, how the day went and their level of professionalism. Our only comment is that there were just a couple of minor details that we felt were forgotten throughout the day only because they seemed a bit short staffed. Nothing significant just a couple little things.

We were soooo nervous about getting everything we needed for our wedding ready and done in time, but Event by Bee totally stepped in and saved us! Brie was an absolute sweetheart and had great answers for any questions we had and great recommendations on vendors! She helped up communicate with vendors, schedule meetings, and just keep everything on track and organized. On our wedding day, she made sure all of our very specific decor requests were taken care of and looked beautiful. And our wedding was so so so so gorgeous we wouldn't change a thing! She was there for the entire process and we could not be more grateful to her and her team!

Events by Bee provides top-notch day-of coordination! We hired Brie for our wedding in Estes Park, and she did a fantastic job. She’s thoughtful, detail-oriented, a great listener, and gives you her honest advice. She was super helpful with managing communications with our other vendors, too, especially in the days leading up to the wedding. I’m so glad we had her in our corner!

Marissa was the day-of coordinator for our wedding. She was wonderful to work with and kept the day running smoothly! She was very helpful in coordinating with our vendors, especially as the date approached. She also supplied some decor so we didn't need to worry about procuring everything we wanted. Most importantly, she took care of all the work going on behind the scenes the day of the wedding, and brought us snacks and drinks, allowing my wife and I to fully enjoy our special day. I couldn't imagine how the wedding would have gone without her, she was a godsend!

We decided to hire a Day-Of coordinator because it was required by our venue. We got referred to Events by Bee from our caterers. We worked with Marissa. We overall were pleased and enjoyed working with them. Leading up to wedding day, we had productive meetings to make plans and go over the timeline of the day. My only criticism was the lack of communication between these meetings. I felt like I was reaching out a lot trying to find out what was still needed from me and my partner. Wedding day went by very smoothly. Marissa did a great job keeping things moving mostly on time and setting up. There was again I think a couple areas of communication errors that resulted in some of our decorations not being placed or things not being set out, but overall this was very minor. We overall liked working with Marissa, she is very kind and definitely wants to make your day be amazing.

We worked with Melissa from Events by Bee for our big day. We worked with her for day-of planning, but it was so much more comprehensive than that. We had multiple meetings and calls leading up to the big day, which made us feel super comfortable and confident with the team. Everything on the day went so smoothly, no detail was missed, and it was such a relief to not have to worry about anything!

One of the absolute best things I did for my wedding was hire Events by Bee. My husband and I were planning remotely and really needed help staying on track. Brie was so incredible and we knew the first time we spoke with her that we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. She constantly went over the top in helping us and was so kind and patient throughout our entire planning process. Day of the wedding she was a godsend. Truly my rock. Brie and her team are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of event assistance! Don’t hesitate!

The best. We searched and searched to find the right planner for our wedding. One meeting with Bee and it was a done deal. She has amazing contacts to help you plan, very experiences with great advice, extremely reliable, well organized and so sweet. Super responsive quickly and day of she killed it. She worked her ass off all by herself since her second person unfortunately got Covid right before our wedding. The day ran perfectly smoothly because of her and all she did. Can’t say enough about how great Bee is. Highly recommend 10/10!!!

Brie was recommended to me by another planner and I'm so thankful! Out of all my vendors, she was the one I simply could not have done without. She is extremely patient but also super on top of the game. Throughout the year of planning she was always there if I needed to run something by her or had a concern. She really took my ideas and amplified them to the next level. On the day of, everything ran smoothly and anything i needed she took care of right away. I also had other people in my bridal party telling me how much they loved her. One of the worst parts of my wedding being over is that I don't get to work with her anymore!

We love Brie!!! Our wedding was an absolute dream, better than we could even imagine. Brie took care of every detail I needed her too and any stress I had she took care of. The day of flowed so well even with the normal wedding hiccups that occur with any event! She smoothed them over and my husband and I were so calm throughout the whole day. Our wedding was genuinely perfect and it all came down to Marissa at Events by Bee! Marissa is one of the lead planners at the company. Our process with her was smooth sailing from start to finish and we truthfully never felt stressed out during the wedding day. We chose the day-of coordination package and so we met with Marissa once when we hired Events by Bee and once two months before the wedding to lay out all the details. Seeing her jump into action at the venue walkthrough and rehearsal was like seeing the Avengers assemble :) she was so collected and professional, and was such a great resource & authority on how everything was going to work. During the wedding day, everything was beautifully arranged and we truly could just sit back and relax. She was so kind and really took the time to listen to what we wanted and then execute it flawlessly. We'll be forever grateful to Marissa and Events by Bee for helping us have the best wedding day ever! Thank you so much!

We highly recommend Brie and her team! Everything for our wedding went perfectly, even after we were hit with an unexpected snow storm and had to change a bunch of things last minute. It was so nice not to have to worry about everything being coordinated so we could focus on our big day!

I unfortunately had a bad experience with Brie. When we first hired her, she was attentive and responsive but didn't seem to be getting anything done for us even after we reached out with concerns several times. As we got closer and closer to our wedding date we started getting very anxious that things weren't getting done and she became less and less responsive. I had to reach out to her several times to get a response on several occasions and we ended up firing her six months before our wedding to find someone else to help us. This could be just bad luck on my end or maybe she was overwhelmed with clients but we asked for our money back, which she did do.

We got married on June 11,2022. Brieanna was always kind and professional. She was always quick to answer emails and provided good advice. The staff here is very considerate.

B was excellent at making sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. She was kind, professional, and made sure to follow up on any issues that arose. It made our lives so much easier to know we had someone in our corner who would take care of everything!

I am so thankful for B and her assistants and all they did to help make my wedding day amazing. Truly, I cannot thank them enough. Initially, my mom and I thought we could do it all on our own but times started getting stressful as my venue changed wedding coordinators 5 times due to COVID and communication had been poor. We then decided to find a wedding planner and highly recommend Events by Bee to all you deciding to do just that. They were so organized, helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind people who are very good at their jobs! They has such a positive energy and vibe and you can sense it the moment you speak with her. Both my mom and I knew the very first meeting within 5 minutes she was who we wanted to work with 100%, and we are so glad we did! They make you realize there is much more that goes into planning than you ever knew and they would ask me questions on how I wanted things done that I had never even considered. We had multiple meetings together where all the details were put together and then the day of was seamless. I mean there was not a single issue that arose that I was made aware of besides a cake dilemma that B ended up solving (my cake was supposed to be blue but came in white and completely bare. B managed to take my rehearsal dinner bouquet and place flowers on the cake so that there was not a single person who knew the cake was not correct and my husband and I were incredibly happy with it). She and her team made the day of my wedding fully stress free and I owe so much to them for that! My wedding had a good number of items I had made myself and the day of they took the time to ensure each item was placed perfectly in the ceremony or reception (of which I can guarantee you took a decent amount of time). She and her team coordinated every vendor and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be at each time. They even considered what my husband and I wanted to drink after and had it waiting for us at our seats after the ceremony. When I say they organized every tiny detail, I mean it. My mom and I were truly blown away. I would not hesitate one second to recommend her and her team to help you have a stunning and stress free wedding. We could not have done it without them!!

Bri is an incredible day-of coordinator and planner! She was with me and my husband through the whole process and made us feel totally at ease. The day was literally perfect - not a single issue or mishap because she was there to orchestrate everything perfectly! Brie and her team are true gems. One of the best decisions we made was choosing B as our DOC. She went above and beyond in the months, weeks and days leading up to the wedding. Not only did she sign on to work our wedding ON HER BIRTHDAY but she did everything she could to make our day as special as possible. From our initial conversations through to post - wedding she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. We had a few big hiccups within a few months of the wedding and even though B was just our DOC she didn’t even bat an eye when I reached out to her panicked and looking for advice/help. She jumped right in to help me troubleshoot and find solutions. When the wedding day came around we knew there was no question that B had everything covered and that we could relax and enjoy our special day. Like every couple on their wedding day we had some little hiccups here and there but both us and our guests didn’t even notice a them because B handled it. She is incredibly passionate about what she does and she will do anything and everything she can to make her clients wedding day everything they have dreamt about! Brie and her team were absolutely amazing. We hired Events by Bee for our wedding in Breckenridge and did their day of package. She made our lives so much easier leading up to the wedding by organizing vendors, creating the timeline, and checking in with us leading up to the day . She was always so helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. We got to just relax and enjoy the time with our friends and family who came into town the week of (and have no stress once so ever) because we knew our day was in good hands. The day of went so smoothly and if anything went wrong I had no idea because Brie and her team were on top of everything from setting up, tearing down, to making sure we were where we needed to be. They even made sure we had apps and a drink and a few minutes to take it all during cocktail hour which was AMAZING! At one point I even made a huge mistake and spilled red wine on my dress (I know what was I thinking in a white dress lol) and of course Brie came to the rescue and you couldn’t even tell. Also, my niece and nephew left stuffed animals at the venue and Brie got them and went out of her way to meet up with my brother and return them. She definitely went above and beyond. I couldn’t imagine our special day without Brie and her team, and they truly helped make this day stress free and everything we imagined it would be. Highly recommend using them for your wedding!

There is truly nothing that B and her team can't do. From helping organize/run our rehearsal, to being the last people making sure that our venue was all picked up at the end of the night, B and her team are absolute rockstars. She was always quick to respond to emails, and always organized with every detail. She gave us several personalized recommendations and ideas that made our day so special and memorable. I cannot say enough good things about Bee! My husband and I hired Bee as a day of coordinator, but we got so much more! By the time of our wedding day we felt as though we knew her so well and she had been through the whole planning process with us. Bee was absolutely fantastic during our entire wedding weekend! She was incredibly helpful with running our wedding rehearsal. The day before our wedding I had another vendor drop a total bomb on me. When I notified Bee she was immediately working to help me find a solution. Bee then ran the show at the wedding and ensured that our day went smoothly! Bee is so passionate about what she does! Bree is amazing!!! She was supposed to be our month of planner, but she went beyond that and helped us from the day we signed our contract. She made our Covid wedding what it was and I will forever be so grateful we found her. Despite the crazy pandemic, she pulled off the wedding of our dreams and took away all of the stress/worries. We loved working with Brieana! Evens by Bee might be new, yet with Brieana's expertise, you would never know! She's professional, talented, and provides lots of feedback and suggestions.
