We reserved EBH for our wedding several months before covid struck. Two years later, they followed through to make our day special. Their chef Savio skillfully prepared a menu following the themes and restrictions we put before him, and made beautiful adjustments following our feedback. All our guests LOVED the food. But EBH went far beyond just catering, and helped schedule the event around the meal and cocktails. Their organizer Rafael's support on the day left us free to enjoy the food and the company of our loved ones. We couldn't recommend them more.

We loved working with Savio and Rafael. They were so helpful and accommodating. We valued their opinions and advice. The food was delicious, they were extremely attentive to us the day of the wedding, and they helped make our day perfect.

Their food is great and our wedding turned out fine, and while I want to give them the benefit of the doubt as we were dealing with unprecedented events and managing COVID-19, they were extremely unresponsive even up to a week out from our cut-down wedding. While it is a stressful time for all, the planning process was made extremely difficult as they would not return emails or phone calls and it took 4-5 follow ups, along with intervention from our wedding coordinator to get a response. Before COVID I would've given them 5 stars, but unfortunately, by the end of our wedding planning experience I can't rightfully do so. I hope that things are better for others and that their customer service improves.

Truly a 10/10 experience! Rafi, Savio, and Karine are a dream team. They were extremely professional and prompt from start to finish. We had multiple tastings, last minute changes and some strange requests and they pull through! Rafi quietly followed Nick and I around at our wedding making sure we had a drink and our favorite appetizers. He even remembered Nicks love for chicken and waffles. When it came time for dinner he made us plates and made sure that we had popcorn to go to the after party! I could not recommend them more.

EBH was THE BEST! Our food was so important to us, and EBH truly delivered. Not only is their food fantastic, but the whole team was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. Their whole team worked with us to create our vision not only in terms of the meals, yet the presentation of the food as well. Highly recommend EBH for any event!

Events by BH is the best! The food itself is great - we were definitely going to go with them just based on the creativity and taste of the food during the tasting we did a few months ago. But that was only the beginning! They were easy to communicate with, accommodated all of our requests, and were generally just great to work with. They also made the day flow really well - there were plenty of servers, bartenders, etc. and no one was waiting for food or drinks, but they also didn't overdo it, in order to keep the price reasonable for us. Our guests were very impressed with the food, and everyone says you don't really eat on your own wedding day but I totally ate and agree that the food was incredible!

Events by BH was such a pleasure to work with. After our tasting with them, we knew that they were the caterers we wanted to work with. Sav, Rafael, and the whole team are such lovely people and we loved having them there on our wedding day. Everyone remarked how delicious the food was, and we completely agree. Rafael even brought us our own plate of appetizers right after the ceremony to make sure that we got to enjoy the food before greeting guests. It was easy to create a menu that fit the vibe for our wedding, our guests' dietary needs, and was completely delicious.

Simply put, Events by BH were amazing. As a self proclaimed foodie, choosing the right caterer was one of the most important details of our day and let me tell you, I did my research. After describing our cocktail style reception to Savio & Rafael, they completely got it. My main requirement of a caterer was that I did not want a traditional sit down dinner so the menu had to play into this. We created a menu full of delicious grab and go items like tacos, flatbreads, a raw bar, mini desserts and more. The quality and the uniqueness of the food was top notch and Savio, Rafael and their staff go above and beyond. You will not be disappointed in choosing EBH-thank you guys for everything!

Events by BH was the most professional, accommodating, helpful and most valuable vendor of our wedding this past June at the Lyman Estate. We worked closely with Rafael throughout the entire process. We loved our menu that was full of flavor and variety. Savio is an amazing chef along with his talented team. My husband is a picky eater and BH was able to accommodate his preference but also provide for our guests. Plantains wrapped in bacon, topped with goat cheese was an amazing creation the Savio made for us when he learned our favorite flavors and everyone loved them. BH will work closely with you on any ideas you may have and will help bring it to life. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Rafael and Savio. If you are looking for a great caterer who knows how bring flavors to life... book BH!

Yum!!!!!!!!! EBH nailed it from start to finish. Savio and Rafael were so much fun to work with. To start, we shared some family recipes with all the caterers we were considering for our wedding (we wanted to add a personal touch to the meal). Even though all the caterers said they would be willing to incorporate them into the final menu, EBH was the only caterer who practiced and made all but one of these recipes for our tasting! We knew instantly that they were the right partner for us. Plus, we found the price point to be very fair for what we were getting, which was not always the case! They were also super flexible throughout the planning process and helped us think through layout, table settings and (very importantly), alcohol! Most importantly, the food was so, so good!!!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Savio and his team at EBH. We hired Savio to cater our wedding last Memorial Day Weekend. From the first time we reached out until our wedding was over everything from EBH was wonderful. The place we had our reception at required that we find and bring in all of our own vendors so I contacted many catering vendors. Not only was EBH the cheapest by far, they also were happy to work with us to get the cost even lower (without sacrificing anything we wanted). On the day of the wedding everything was set up exactly as we had envisioned and the food was delicious (many of our guests raved about it). I also had multiple people tell me after everything was over that the waitstaff were some of the nicest people they had ever met. What really separates EBH from other caterers though is that they will go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. My husband is from Venezuela and we wanted to incorporate some Venezuelan appetizers into our cocktail hour. There is a restaurant in Boston that has our absolute favorite Venezuelan appetizer, the Tequeno. We told Savio this and he went to dinner there to get ideas to recreate it and it was perfect. Lastly, and I feel as though I need to mention this because it just shows what great people Savio and his team are. My husband was having so much fun at the wedding he never got to taste any of the cupcakes we had as our dessert (we did cupcakes instead of cake). My husband (even a year later) will say the day was absolutely perfect except that he didn't get a cupcake. I reached out to Savio about recreating them for our one year wedding anniversary to surprise my husband and he very happily helped me with this. Honestly, one of our best wedding decisions was going with EBH- the food was great, they are incredibly kind and easy to work with, they go above and beyond to make your day perfect and are incredibly reasonably priced. We highly recommend!

Savio, Rafael, and their team catered our wedding at the Lyman Estate in August and took such good care of us! Each step of the way was made easier by the care and professionalism that they provided. On top of that, they went out of their way to ensure that our day was as unique as we wanted it to be. Raf offered to build a special board to display our name cards. Savio offered to cook literally anything that we wanted, including even an old family recipe if we wanted. On our wedding day, they both checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We can't imagine choosing a caterer other than EBH or working with anyone other than Raf and Savio. They were truly great and we can't recommend them highly enough!

There is not enough space in this review to describe how amazing Savio and his team are! My husband and I are so grateful to have found Events by BH for our wedding. Savio and his team were beyond helpful in the wedding planning process, helping us with tips and ideas for everything! Our tasting was delicious and Savio prepared so much food. It made selecting our passed hors d'oeuvres and plated dinner even harder. Everyone at our wedding was impressed by the food, some commenting that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Savio also introduced us to our florist and wedding planner, Jennifer Josserand of Boston Event Diva’s, as she is the coordinator for Events by BH. I cannot recommend Savio and Jennifer enough, they made wedding so easy and stress-free. They made our day perfect and more beautiful than we could have imaged. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The wat staff was wonderful and accommodating. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Events by BH! You cannot find a better wedding caterer!

I am not sure if I will find the words to properly explain exactly how grateful my husband and I are for Savio and his amazing team, but I will try my hardest! We were married at the Codman Estate in Lincoln, MA in August. We came across Events by BH from the list of preferred vendors Savio was suggested by the event coordinator at the Codman Estate because of his incredible services. We were told that Savio is actually a key holder to the Estate, something that not many people have!! He was so easy to get in contact with and provided prompt responses to all of my questions. And believe me, I ask a lot of questions :) We scheduled our tasting and could not have been more delighted with everything. Our only problem was figuring out exactly what we were going to choose for our passed hors d'oeuvres. SO. MANY. DELICIOUS. OPTIONS. Savio worked closely with our wedding planner, Cristen Faherty from Cristen & Co. (this is totally a plug for her, if you need a planner, SHE IS THE GIRL FOR YOU!) and the both of them teamed up to provide us with the most perfect day ever. The food, the design, the quirky little additions to our day made our wedding a true representation of my husband and I. We opted for a full dessert table with mini cannolis, brownies and cookies. We also had a cold brew station rather than hot coffee on a warm August night. It was actually his idea! Savio also helped us fulfill our wish of MINI PASSED ICE CREAM CONES AND COOKIE ICE CREAM SANDWICHES!!! That is right, wait staff walked around with mini ice cream cones and mini ice cream sandwiches. They were such a hit! The food was absolutely to die for. We got so many compliments prior to the wedding on the food choices which were sirloin steak, marinated chicken, steamed lobster and my favorite, barbecue ribs! We got even more compliments once our guests actually tasted their food. Everything was cooked to perfection. The wait staff was so friendly and accommodating the entire night. Our bartenders, provided by Events by BH made us feel like royalty! All I had to do was glance at the bartender and she was giving me my special drink that was reserved for only me. I'm telling you, I have never felt so important in my life. Overall, our wedding day would not have been as amazing as it was without the help of Savio and his team. I would recommend him time and time again without hesitation! So if you're in need for amazing service and delicious food, Events by BH is where you should go!

Savio and his team were amazing! Just had my wedding in August 2016. Savio worked with me every step of the way to get things organized and make sure I was on track right up until the big day. We had some special requests to incorporate my husband's culture, for instance special drink and food recipes. Savio worked with his team perfecting these for us. They truly made our wedding that more special. As for day of, Savio worked so hard to get all our decorations, seating, etc set up. The food was amazing! Fresh and favorable. My guests all noted it was some of the best wedding food they ever had. Thank you so much again Savio! Couldn't of done it without you.

My husband and I were married last summer and worked with EBH. Pros: Savio was great Food was delicious; the filet was amazing Silvio took over for reception site staff Cons: Food ran late during the reception Timing was off and things were running late The bride and groom were not offered a slice of wedding cake At the end of the night, champagne glasses and breakable objects were tossed in a box where they could have easily broken. In the end, EBH did a great job with the initial planning, the food etc... Although, some things missed the mark and caused us stress at the end of the night. This may also be due to the reception venue.

My daughter's wedding was catered by Savio and Events by BH. Our guests all loved the food. It was beautifully presented, interesting and delicious. From the beginning Savio was amazing at presenting ideas and also considering all of ours. He is so flexible and passionate about his work! We opted for a tea party themed cocktail hour and a stations style dinner with three completely different menus. Savio not only planned for the menu, he helped us design the flow of the wedding, the décor and complete arrangement of the venue. With our unique menu and wedding it was so fantastic to have him there to help us pull it all together. It was a beautiful wedding and we could not have been more pleased. One more comment I would like to make is that all of his staff were so fantastic! It was as though they were enjoying the wedding as much as we were. I highly recommend Savio and his team to anyone who is looking for a great caterer who is passionate about what he does!

We would give them ten stars if we could. Savio catered our wedding at the Lyman Estate, and he and his crew were absolutely amazing. We had a lot of serious dietary restrictions, starting with the groom (nuts and shellfish, so bad I carry an epi-pen at all times) and going to the bride's family (celiac disease, lactose intolerance, and a soy allergy) and many other allergies among our guests, plus of course a couple of vegans. Savio had no problem creating a menu that had something delicious for everyone within the restrictions we gave him. Anything he wasn't 100% sure of the sourcing of he made from scratch, and he put out complete ingredients lists for everything and clearly labeled what had what allergens in it. These ingredients lists were also pretty short and to the point - Savio knows exactly what he needs and won't use anything he doesn't. While we're raving about the planning, the execution was also flawless, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We had never had such perfectly cooked roast chicken, and every vegetarian in attendance was singing praises of the stuffed portabello. We had some of our guests come up and thank us for making a great meal available for them when they were used to struggling around their food restrictions, and a few others with no restrictions at all said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding! Our menu had nothing too ornate, nothing over-the-top, just great ideas and flawless execution for every single item. The service was also perfect, every single member of the staff was polite, cheerful, and good at their job. I think the only negative thing I heard the entire day was that one of the bartenders had poured someone's beer a little too hard and it was too foamy, but the next one they got was perfect so I attribute that to warm-up jitters (and the fact that we requested an Imperial Stout as one of our bar selections, which foams up a lot more than your average lager). We seriously cannot recommend these guys enough. Anytime anyone asks us about caterers in the Boston area, we are going to point them to Events by BH, because they went so far above and beyond our expectations, and were such a pleasure to work with.

Pros: * Food was AMAZING! Their Rodizio style dinner (Brazilian steakhouse style) was super succesful and all of our guests loved it! * Selection was very good * Takes care of all rentals * Allows for customizations and are OK with bringing some things yourself. * Helped with decorating * The price was very competitive! * The wait staff was amazing: really friendly and efficient. * They cleaned up really quickly and nicely. Cons: * Communication was sometimes difficult * Didn´t provide special meals (gluten free, vegan), even though it was agreed upon. * Paid for extra setup hours at the venue, but staff didn´t come early and set-up ran into wedding time.

The staff of EBH was extremely helpful and approachable! I was super overwhelmed by the entire wedding planning process and they really took a lot of the stress off my plate. The responded quickly to emails and phone calls and always made me feel like they truly cared. Savio and Jessica went above and beyond their call of duty multiple times to make my day wonderful. They are more than "just caterers" (but we did get positive reviews on the food too!!!) Definitely recommend!
